What if the world that was made to be fantasy that others didn't think existed did so let's see what would happen well for starters pure awesomeness let's break reality. [actual magic world AU]

Chunibyo also known as middle schoolers syndrome. It is frowned upon and often. Mocked by the older generation. But is the world that is often fantasied about is merely what others say it is a delusion. A simple answer no it is true.

but not seen by others but what others do not know is that the world is that it can affect them or rather it already is but we will get back to that so lets just say that chunibyo is just the start so without further ado here's the truth chunibyo is just nothing but the start of something truly amazing.

those affected with middle schooler syndrome. Are sparks sparks that can and will light a flame of true imagination when that flame is lit, they will transcend to a new faze where their imagination is taken to new heights a civilization of sorts.

one could say that it's a world between worlds there is a hierarchy a council of elders the first ever seven beings of there time. Ever affected with chunibyo and the ones who created the other world since there time many have come to there realm many have looked up to the elders.

others were envious to put it simply the elders are incredibly powerful as a matter of fact the elder were so powerful that they were the reason that the world existed in the first place so what about this hierarchy well there are many different takes in terms of imagination.

in terms of strength there is five types of those who have made it passed chunibyo though we will just call them the five classes. Though the classes aren't the end of it as there are also rankings for every class there is a rank from one to fifty.

Once one has become ranked fifty, they will enter a new rank the rank of master. It is usually the master rank that leads all others in their class. It should also be known that participate in both spreading chunibyo and killing jins comes with mandatory classes on how to do so properly. So it's kind of like super hero school

Mary sue. This class is only second to the elders in terms of strength but in terms of room to grow stronger no other class compares to them and their seemingly endless potential

Edge lord. Those with love of combat and are more focused on killing jins in death matches and proving their strength by challenging the other five classes than spreading chunibyo.

Protagonist. Those that pride themselves on saving others and spreading chunibyo. Along with making bonds with those around them

Gary sue. the male version of the first They are similar to protagonist in the same way edge lords are to villain complex

Villain complex usually those with sadistic tendencies and destructive habits. And sick love of killing jins those in this class are under constant watch by the elders in case they cross the line

So now that that's out of the way what is the rankings in terms of strength in first place is Mary sue and Gary sue due to both pretty much being able to do whatever they put their mind to besides surpass the elders surprisingly.

second place is protagonist

third is edge lord and villain complex.

The reason both are in third place is the same as the reason sues are both in first place, they are pretty much identical in terms of strength. But do have different core traits.

And while they have long since surpassed chunibyo they can be seen by those with chunibyo but not by those without

But what is the purpose of these people well simple to defeat the jins. And what are jins simple they are twisted monsters. That feed of imagination along with all of them being all black and encased in black mist. Along with having sharp fangs.

That can't be seen by those by both those with chunibyo and those without it only being able to be seen by the five classes and the elders. they feed of the imagination of normal children and those with chunibyo.

So, what are the types of jins are there. That's simple. The first and most basic are jins this is usually this is the most basic forms of jins and the easiest form to defeat they are not capable of speech.

And are completely stupid but their skin is as dense as bricks and they have strength capable of destroying buildings the second form are element jins these are far smarter than the Former.

They as the name suggest can bend the elements to their will ice wind water fire lightning gravity earth and many more. these unlike the first there are capable of speech though not as fluently as humans.

The third and without a doubt most powerful are djins these are without doubt the smartest. And the most dangerous.

They can speak with ease. And formulate plans and are even able to fight toe to toe with Mary sue and Gary sues. a hypotheses as to why djins are so powerful is because they have about six percent of the jin kings true power.

while other jins have higher percentages. It's of the jin kings standard power rather than true like the djins. Thankfully there are only ten in total actually around the same as their more noble rivals there are only ten Mary and Gary sues in five boys and five girls total.

so, the reason for them to both equal in terms of numbers and strength could be them being both light and dark mirrors of each other.

And finally, the jin king the creator of all jins.

And the eternal enemy of the elders it is once stated in the ancient tablets that the jin king use to be an elder and went rouge.

Whereas the other elders wanted to spread chunibyo and help people go to the other world. He wanted it all for himself and that could be the reason for jins wanting to absorb not just chunibyo. But rather all imagination.

but why can't those with chunibyo see jins. The reason being is chunibyo is just the starting line it's because of that they can't see them because their powers haven't fully developed to allow them to see so while they can sense them, they can't see them.

it is also from jins that monsters under the bed got started in the first place and the purpose of these people is to kill jins and the feeling is mutual jins also spare no mercy to any that have made it past chunibyo and will stop at nothing to destroy them.

But that is not all that those in the other world do they also try to help those with chunibyo to fully develop their powers and help them travel to the other world.

but not all follow this rule it's mostly edge lords and the villain complex as they usually just want to fight jins and often act rude to all including other edge lords.

Though to be more specific they don't get along with protagonists and Mary sues the most. Declaring to defeat them and the elders someday.

So now that the people and threats are explained most would wonder why people can't see this world or the jins simple cause they have either left or were victims of jins during their chunibyo faze before their powers could develop and pass to the other world.

And the reason for them forgetting is because all memories of the attack is erased. When a jin steals the chunibyo's imagination.

Though thankfully most are not killed. If one of the five classes doesn't make it in time to stop the attack. They don't seek to kill them just take their imagination though there are some unfortunate exception to the rule.

But the same cannot be said for those who have made it past the chunibyo faze as all jins will attack to kill When face with one of the five classes.

As for the whole leaving thing those that wish to leave can. The elders have no problem if those within the other world wish to leave so long as they keep the other world a secret. The reason being the knowledge of jins of the other world.

Were to be made public two things would happen.

First being mass panic as the knowledge of monsters being able to attack and kill without being seen would cause widespread panic within the real world.

the second force entry of the other world. While those who haven't made it to the four classes can't gain entry that wouldn't stop the government from try to force one of the four classes to open the gate to new world.

So those that do leave have a seal put on them right before leaving that will drain them of there power should they blab about the other world or jins.

And while they do not live in the other world any longer don't mistake them leaving for them growing up, they pretty much went back to being chunibyo.

The only difference being that from when they first went through the faze, they can still see and fight jins should the problem arise.

But should they talk about jins or the other world the seal will activate, and ALL magic will be taken from them though their imagination and memories still remain. It is strictly their powers that get taken.

So how many are there in the other world. well to put that into perspective.

There are currently two-point Five billion people total in counting those with chunibyo and in the other world and if there are that many people in both worlds then there can only be that many jins as well. And so, the story begins.

(rikka.P.O.V)

"Reality be rent. Synapse break. Vanishment from this world!" that was the war cry I had made hi there. My name is Rikka, but you can call me the wicked lord. Along with evil eye. Cough yellow contact cough. You will bow to me or the tyrant eye will destroy

"Rikka please don't make so much noise." "ahh evil priestess how dare you sneak up on me. Well no matter prepare to embrace the cold feeling of defeat!" I yelled ignoring her whisper of evil to relinquish my war cry. This is my big sister Toka or maybe you know of her true form the evil priestess as I the wicked lord can see through her true self.

Sighing in pure exasperation. The wicked woman pulled out her ultimate weapon. "fine if you want to make a scene. Then we'll make a scene."

The evil priestess said in her usually chilling monotone voice. "so, you've shown your true colors. Evil priestess well then the tyrant eye will show no mercy in return. PREPARE YOURSELF!"

I yelled before charging her sister. Pulling out my ultimate never before seen with mortal eyes. "Schwarz Shield Prototype Mark-I!" I yelled. "I told you if you keep messing with your umbrellas. I won't buy you anymore remember."

"ahh such cruel intent. You Have even managed to pierce Schwarz Shield Prototype Mark-I. with your words alone Perhaps adjustment need to be made."

The twelve-year-old said while backflipping away. Of course, this was just in her mind. In reality she just walked back. "But luckily I have made counter measures. For just such emergency. Now dark matter blaze!"

I yelled allowing the wicked eye to boost myself throughout terrain to rain down judgement. Hm maybe I should. Reseal the eye it's influence is becoming too strong Rikka thought while still continuing the attack.

"When did you buy wheelie shoes." Toka said while surprised that Rikka actually managed to sneak buy something. With out her knowing. "ho well mere mortals.

Cannot fathom the sneaking prowess of the tyrant ey-!" I tried to yell but was but was cut off by a cowardly sneak attack. Aloud noise could be heard.

As the sister counter attacked with her special move. "when will you grow up already. You shouldn't spend money on things you don't need." Toka said while thumping her ladle off Rikka's forehead.

I thought she would get better, but things are just getting worse. Toka thought while looking down at her little sister.

Letting out a sigh she began to walk home but not before talking to the chunibyo. " I'm going home so don't do anything dangerous okay.

" The tyrant's eye sees through all danger no need to worry." " whatever you say just be home before dinners done." With that the older sibling left. Hmm I wonder if I should look for more magical power.

One that would completely surpass the evil priestess the delusional girl thought with excitement coursing through her veins.

The that will also cause the evil eye's influence stronger as well. Though the thought of gaining such magical increase for a sorceress is too much to resist.

With so much debate going on in her head she for some unknown reason a chill went down her spine. The girl was the unfortunate prey of a dark force.

Or maybe she was the start of something big. " My eye my eye it's sensing a dark presence!" the girl yelled while clutching her eye patch. " show yourself if you dare foul beast!" the possessed sorceress said while pulling out her weapon.

"Schwarz Shield Prototype Mark-I!" she yelled unaware that the beast had already began its attack. " YOUR_ POWERS _ ARE MINE_ GIRL."

The element jin said to the girl who began thrusting her weapon at random in hopes to hit whatever her eye sensed. Raising its clawed hand up which began to glow purple as the girl was sent flying back. By in unknown force.

And as her head thumped of the ground the girl could only think about the invisible boundary lines. No, my search will not end here.

With that thought consuming her mind she shakily rose to her feet " whe- where are you foul beast. Come and the tyrant eye will destroy y-! the girl yelled only to be cut off by an intense pain.

It feels as if something is trying to drain me of my mana. The indigo hair colored girl thought with drawing closer to unconsciousness that threatened to overtake her.

No, the wicked lord will not go down like a dog. Rikka thought as she once again try to stand. Though unknown to both of them a third party was making her way there.

And as Rikka could feel herself fading she could hear loud VERY loud yelling as she slowly tried to stand for the third time Looking over while still on her knees, she saw something or rather she heard something to be more specific.

"IT'S TIME TO HUNT! TIME TO HHUUUUNNNTTTT!"

A loud booming voice screamed throughout the park followed by a crash as Rikka turned herself she saw a girl ram headfirst into the invisible object managing to stop it from stealing Rikka chunibyo and making fall to the ground before actually backflipping away.

"ALRIGHT JIN PREPARE TO BE HUNTED DOWN AND USED AS MY STEPPINGSTONE! SO THAT I MAY HUNT EVEN MORE POWERFUL AND DANGERUS PREY!" a girl two years older than her said.

No, it can't be A mere mortal can see where the tyrant eye cannot. Rikka thought with something akin to envy.

It was then that she noticed something that made her face turn red. The woman who came to save her had pretty much nothing on. "WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES."

She yelled at the girl. It was then that she did a sweep of the girl she seem to be around five-foot-six along with having the blue hair that hit her shoulders and that turned black halfway it also had some indigo lines that were barely visible. She also looked very pale and soft face and looked incredibly fragile.

her eyes had different colored rings with the inner iris look to be blue while her outer ring was gold her pupils were both slits.

along with being dilated and had no shirt on or pants or even socks the only thing that could've count as clothes is her loin cloth that could barely be called that it was wrapped loosely from when she backflipped away, she was able to see the underwear underneath.

Rikka could also notice that she had two blue chipped blades that along the chips had black strips that could be seen.

"WHO NEED PRISSY CLOTHES TO FIGHT. ALL THAT MATTERS IS IF THIS JIN ISN'T A WEAK PISSANT PIECE OF SHIT!" The wild girl yelled back at Rikka. "Jin what is a jin Is that one of the evil priestess's minions. Answer me mortal " I DON"T KNOW WHAT HELL A PRIESTESS IS EYEPATCH!" the foul tempered girls voice boomed once again.

Hm this one is unusually loud and from what she said before could it be true my does not feel any negative emotion of this one other than need draw blood the delusional girl thought. But while she was thinking she failed to notice that the unknown force had recovered from the girls headbutt

" EDGE LORD_ WHAT_ IS_ YOUR NAME?" the elemental jin said while rising up. "GEHAHAHAHA. MY NAME IS HOSHOKU AND MY SWORDS CAN"T WAIT TO FEAST ON YOUR FLESH. NOW GET UP AND FIGHT ME!" the girl or hoshoku yelled while readying herself.

"WELL_ THEN OBSERVE" The jin said as it began charging up " GEAHAHAHAHAHA NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL A FUN TIME, GO ON POWER UP SO THAT I MAY HUNT AN EVEN GREATER PR-!" the wild girl would have said but was cut off by an even bigger surge of power the jin began to slowly change looking more and more human instead of twisted monster it use to be.

Gone were the fangs replaced by human teeth along with Smoove skin that stood in the place of its once dark misty body. "now then how do you plan to defeat me now edge lord." both the jins power and intelligence had skyrocketed. Staring at the wild girl with piercing red eyes as it began to speak once more.

"Foolish girl letting me transform was a big mistake allow me to educate you. As both you're and the four other classes have grown in numbers and strength. So, have ours. Are wise and all-powerful king has decided that in order for us to defeat you in combat a sacrifice must be made. And so, he so nobly and selfless gave us ALL a taste of his TRUE power. As it stands now, I'm as powerful as a djin"

and all the while Rikka had no idea what the girl was waiting for she decided to run up to her as she could not hear the element jin . " If you do not mind me asking of what are you waiting for huntress."

" I WAS WAITING FOR HIM TO SHUT UP SO I CAN KICK HIS ASS NOW LET'S HUNT" ' fine the wicked lord shall assist you in your hunt." Though I no not where this being is I can strike where she does Rikka thought while stepping side to side with the girl and pulling off her eyepatch. " Reality be rent. Synapse break. Vanishment from this world!" and while rikka might not have noticed it for a split second her eye did merge for a spilt second allowing her to see the human monster briefly

AN: phew took me a while to work on this. Hope you enjoyed I just got started on season two and was just got to thinking what if the world rikka and the others think exist did exist now that I'm done, I'm a go eat some chips hope I didn't flood you with to much info in the beginning.
