Peashooter always has been fond of sunflower, the logic induced plant always looked out for the sun-producing plant.
Peashooter didn't really know why, but he cared for her, he would always make sure no zombie would do any harm to her, not only because she provided the sun for the plants.
Sunflower, along with all the other plants would always do a victory dance every time they pushed out the 'devour tower' from an area of Neighbourvile and Friendsville.
But after the plant was victorious of pushing the devour tower of the nightclub, Peashooter noticed the downcast in Sunflower and her lack of a victory dance. Peashooter accordingly asked what was wrong and she replied back honestly, she has been drained from producing all the sun required for the plants.
Overhearing the conversation, Crazy Dave reminisced about a way to generate infinite suns and told all the plants. Understandably, Sunflower became ecstatic and requested to get this immediately.
Seeing Sunflower's burst of happiness, Peashooter became determine to get this object of infinite sun, no matter how hard it will get, just as long she is happy.
