Chapter 45: Movie Set Mayhem and Chaos

The sun was still coming up when I was getting out of bed, I couldn't help myself. How could I sleep when I was back here? I grabbed my towel and quickly made my way to the bathroom. I walked back to my room and grabbed my outfit putting it on my bed while I finished getting dried my hair up. I finished getting dressed in a green dress. The skirt of which was pleated and had white stripes, making it look like a sailor's skirt. It had a white collar and sleeves. Underneath I was wearing a pair of lemon yellow and tangerine knee-high stockings with a pair of coffee brown boots to go with it. With it went a dark cream-coloured backpack.

I open my door at the same time as my grandparents exit their bedroom, "Good morning, do you want me to make rolled omelettes for breakfast? I know everyone will be hungry when they wake up, and big breakfast will be good before we go to the movie set."

My grandmother nods to me as I get the pans and bowls out. "Oh, I forgot to tell you, your old friend Yukito will be there today. Don't forget to say hi and give him a hug, maybe he will shout you all lunch.

I giggle as Aunt Cass walks into the kitchen, "Something smells good. What's cooking?"

I look back over at her, "I am making a rolled omelette, feel free to put any toppings you want on to them. I will be done soon."

As she sits down to eat, the others walk in, Hiro and Tadashi being the last two, saying good morning as they sat down. Yawning as they did so.

Fred looks at me as he eats, "So, are we going to the movie set today? Please say yes. I wanna go so bad, please can we go. Please Sakura with a cherry on top?"

I can't help but laugh at him, "Yes, we can go after breakfast."

Fred lets out a whoop and jumps up, griping me in a bear hug from the side, giving me a big kiss on the side of the face. As he sits back down with s grin on his face, Tadashi tries to hide a blush and a growl while I try and whip the kiss off my face.

I just blink my eyes and shake my head, "My friend is at the set, I will give him a call, see if he can show us around and have lunch with him. Also, never kiss me again, that was just odd." I leave the table for a few minutes to call Yukito, only to get back and find Fred talking with his mouth-full of food. I roll my eyes as I sit down, interrupting Fred mid-sentence, "I just called my friend, he is cool with lunch. So, if you guys want to get changed, we will be on our way."

As the others change, Aunt Cass looks at me and says, "I am going to stay here and learn some recipes from your grandmother." I giggle as we all say goodbye and for the train station. While there, I see a flier for the festival, and I can feel my heart sink a little. "There is no way I am going to win." I say to the gang, "No way am I in their league."

Tadashi puts his hand on my shoulder, "Hey, we are not giving up on you. With us by your side, I am sure you will win."

I smile as we hop onto the train, "I am sure you are going to love my friend. He used to live next to my grandparents, we would always hang out when I would visit my grandma and grandpa."

Once we get to the correct train station, Hiro looks at me "So, sis, how are we getting there?"

I laugh as car pulls up, right at that moment, "Well guys, I guess our ride is here."

A guy steps out of the car and I run straight up to him saying as I hug him; "Sunshine, Moonbeam,

Clear cards awake.

Clap your hands

And do a little shake!

Sunshine, Moonbeam,

Clow Cards awake.

Clap your hands

And do a little shake!

Sakura Cards, Star Cards,

Guardians awake.

Wave your wand

And do a little shake!

Sunshine... Moonlight!

Sunshine... Stardust!

Sunshine, Starwand,

Star wand awake.

Sunshine, Starfall,

Dream wand awake.

Sunshine, Sakura Book,

Cardcaptor awake.

Clap your hands

And do a little shake!"

He hugs me back, "It's great to see you as well. It has been so long since we have hung out." I smile back at him and introduce him to everyone. "Well, let's go. The sooner we go, the more time we have on set."

We all pile into the car and head for the set, Yukito talking with the others. "Did you know that Sakura had pigtails and red-hair. Ponytail holders in many different colours. Oh, she also had bangs." I sink down into my seat, trying to cover my face that had gone the same shade as a tomato.

Yukito laughs and continues, "The roller-blades were obviously chosen as footwear because Sakura could get to place's quicker. If Japanese pyjamas are anything like those in the USA, the fabric is probably not as strong as day clothes, so protective gear us especially required. That, and she is that tinny that a strong gust of wind could blow her halfway across town."

I glare at him. "Are we at the movie set yet?"

Go-go smirks at me, "So, now we know there is another side to Sakura. One that we haven't seen before." I couldn't help it, I let out a groan and tried to hide deeper into my seat again.

We get to the set and I all but jump out of the car, "Finally, we are here."

Tadashi looks at me with a small smile, "Sounds like you were really cute when you were little."

I try to hide a blush at that, "Yeah, I guess I was." I turn and speed walk inside. Hiro turns to Tadashi, "Way to patching things up bro."

Tadashi laughs as he tries to hide another cough, "All in a day's work."

As we walk around the set, Fred looks star struck, "Can we get a part on a movie please. I mean the festival is not for another week or so Sakura, please?"

I think for a moment before I nod, "I guess it wont hurt. Just for a little bit."

Yukito nods as well, "Sounds like fun. I will find parts for all of you."

"Hoeeeeee!" I tilt my head like a confused puppy, I couldn't help it.
