Quarter Scottish Myra Murdoch 'Daisy' Benedetti Szyslak was Morty's twin sister and a Cortlandt maid. She pretty much piggybacked on Oliver until she left the Szyslak house at about thirteen, because she once loved fun.
But She was also troubled. She had been harassed and bullied by her workplace bully John Sloane, until things got better later in life. In 1938, he slipped with her and in February 14 1939, days after her 20th birthday, she bore him Marjorie Daisy.
After WW2, when her husband went back home in order to reunite with her and young Daisy, she taught him a good lesson. But as Daisy grew older, she became a rebel estranged from both parents, because her mentor and later husband was Daniel Cortlandt, aka Palmer Cortlandt.
In her time as Dan's wife, she tried to teach him good lessons but - as her brain was primarily rigged towards pants yanking perverts - she harassed him most of the time. She then bore him Nina Warner in 1960.
Both parents left the Cortlandt house at various times, but most notably in 1991 when they actually left it for the last time. They went to Florida instead and both died there in 1995.
