Just a little something for yall while I work on the real chapter. :) Enjoy, my loves.

By the by, between you and me. I have found this really freaking amazinggggg Merthur story by SkywardShadow called In a Land of Prats and a Time of Zombies. It is literally so amazing, but it doesn't have nearly enough views, probably because it is the only one of its kind. Plus it is complete. I would def recommend giving it a peak. You will enjoy it.

Anyways, leave me lovely comments telling me what you want to see in the next chapter, my loves.

Hadrian lounged in his chair while watching Percy frolic about in the ocean. Well, frolic wasn't really a good way to put it. Percy was swimming around, enjoying being free from having to worry about what others thought of him and the constant pressure of always being on the lookout for monsters.

That was one good thing about Hadrian's realm. Valaherea was only accessible to him. It was a floating island that drifted through different dimensions and realities, never leaving anyone enough time to actually find it. Plus the millions of protection wards he had around the place, but that was a different story.

Percy and Hadrian had been on Valaherea for five months now, Percy's mom allowing it because Hadrian was tutoring Percy and he allowed Sally free reign on his castle. Something his father still wouldn't allow her and his mother to do. Hadrian would forever be happy for his powers from his other mother that allowed him to caste a slight spell on Sally that would let her see whatever color she wanted to when looking at his castle.

He wanted his future mother in law to like him, but he most certainly wasn't crazy.

Hadrian smiled as he watched Percy make a different animals out of the water around him. Not only was his mate practicing his mortal studies, but he took to his demigod training like a fish to water, pardon the comparison.

Their relationship had also progressed over the months. They were slowly learning everything about each other and becoming increasingly comfortable in the other's presence. That didn't mean that they did not have awkward moments. Oh no, far from it. Hadrian muses on one of the first nights they had arrived at the island.

Hadrian and Percy had just finished eating dinner together. While the first few days had been slightly awkward for the couple, they were becoming increasingly comfortable with the other. Hadrian had showed Percy to his room, and Hadrian had decided to take a shower.

Percy, feeling lonely and wanting to spend more time with his boyfriend, had made his way towards Hadrian's rooms, not knowing his plans for a shower. So when he had walked in, opening the door led to quit a surprise.

Hadrian was standing nude in all of his naked glory. His lithe pale body was warmed to a rosy pink from the heat of the shower. Small water droplets made their way down his beautiful body, teasing Percy with their movements. He singled out a droplet and followed it with his eyes. It started at the nape of Hadrian's neck, before it slid down his beautiful back, slipping over the curve of his perky, amazing wonderful glorious, bottom and made its way down shapely legs.

Percy didn't know he could be jealous of water until that moment.

Swallowing the saliva that had pooled up in his mouth, Percy quickly shut the door and made his way towards his own room. He had a date his hand tonight.

Percy still didn't know that Hadrian knew he had walked in on him, and Hadrian couldn't help but think that was a good thing. It had caused his dominant mate to notice him more. Well, more of the 'oh my gods I want to fuck the hell out of him' instead of 'he is so cute' way.

Hadrian knew he would wait forever for Percy though, because that was what Percy deserved. His mate deserved the world, and if Percy only asked it of him, he would give it to the demigod on a silver platter. He loved the other so much. He still remembered the first kiss they had since arriving.

Hadrian and Percy sat cuddled up together on a couch in one of the many living rooms the castle had. A random movie was playing in the background, its only purpose to offer noise to the young couple.

"Thank you, Hare for letting me stay here. I was getting so stressed out on Earth, I thought I would lose myself."

Hadrian smiled at his mate, caressing the beautiful face with one of his pale hands. "Anytime you need to escape Perce, my home is always open to you."

Percy smiled, fingering the small necklace sitting around his neck. It was a gift from Hadrian on his second day here. He said it was a 'portkey' and that whenever he needed or even wanted to come back to the island, all he needed to do was stroke the small emerald and sapphire mixed heart and say 'home'.

"I know Hadrian. Thank you so much, I can never repay you."

Flicking the slightly crooked nose of his mate, Hadrian smiled beautifully. "You never have to repay me for anything I do for you. It is how I will always treat you."

Percy smiled before shifting uncomfortably on the couch.

"Can I ask you a question without you getting mad?"

"Of course Percy. You can always ask me anything."

Smiling nervously, Percy locked his hands together in his lap and stared resolutely at them. "I know how the other gods and goddess are… I guess what I am trying to ask is… will you ever grow bored of me and toss me aside for another lover?"

Hadrian grabbed Percy's face, bringing it up so that his beautiful sea green eyes meet with his own unique ones.

"The other gods and goddess have not had the honor of having a true soulmate. They married out of either spur of the moment love or arrangement. I am going to be with you and only you for eternity because that is the way of soulmates. I would never betray our bond by mating with another." Hadrian told Percy seriously.

Sighing in relief, Percy looked into the gorgeous eyes before him, seeing the truth shinning in them.

Leaning forward, Percy pressed his lips onto the soft supple ones of his mate.

"And I will always be faithful to you, my emerald."

Hadrian smiled at the memory. It was the first of many kisses, and while their relationship hasn't progressed much further than that, Hadrian knew that it would in time. The love they shared wouldn't be tarnished by just a carnal mating of bodies. No, when the time was right they would make such sweet love that it would cause Aphrodite to weep.

Hadrian could only hope he didn't make a fool of himself, most powerful god he may be, but inexperienced between the sheets he was.

Ha, Yoda. One of his and Percy's favorite movie series to watch together.

Though he didn't understand Percy's obsession with Darth Vader.

"Hadrian! Come swim with me!"

Hadrian smiled at his mate, basking in the love directed at him before he took off towards the water. Content to enjoy their days together before they had to go back to camp.

Stupid prophecies.
