*CRASH* Hollyleaf let out an ear-piercing screech as rocks tumbled down on her. She caught a glimpse of Jayfeather and Lionblaze, both looking horrified. Suddenly, the rumbling stopped and the rocks that had fallen on her quieted. The only sound was Hollyleaf's ragged breaths as she tried to get her leg out of the rubble. She yelped in pain, not able to pull herself out of the rubble. She laid there for a while, her fur soaked with blood. "...Am I going to die? like this!? Well, I mean, I don't have anything left to live for. All 'cause of stupid Squirrelflight and stupid Leaf-" Her thoughts cut off as she heard paw steps to the right. She looked up in shock. "Surely there isn't anyone down here … could it be Jayfeather and Lionblaze!?" She eagerly looked around for them, hoping she could be saved. But the cat she saw standing in the shadows was not either of her brothers. He was translucent, almost like a Starclan cat, but without the stars sparkling around him. His fur was bright ginger and white, and he had glowing green eyes. She gasped. "Who-who are you!?" He looked just as shocked as she felt as he replied, "My name's Fallen Leaves…." She stared at him. "What kind of name is that!?" She thought. "Yeah... I'm... Hollyleaf. Could you please, er, help me out of here?" "Ugh. What was that." She thought "You and your awkward introduction." Fallen Leaves looked up from the puddle of blood beginning to form. "Of course! Are you hurt? Oh. Yeah, you definitely are. Yeah, I'll help now." Hollyleaf smirked. As he rushed to help pull the rocks off of her, she expected him to not be able to touch her of the rocks, but he pulled her out of the rubble with solid paws. She wanted to ask him what he is or where he came from, but as soon as she slid onto the smooth rock floor, she felt excruciating pain and there were bursts of stars dancing across her vision. She had a splitting headache and she felt like she was going to be sick. She yelped in protest as a blurry orange and white shape loomed in front of her, took her scruff, and dragged her through the tunnels. "Thank Starclan these floors actually feel nice". She felt herself be lifted into a crack in the tunnel wall, where there was moss growing, and then all her worries lifted and all she felt was bliss as she drifted away.

As Fallen Leaves set 'Hollyleaf' down, he thought about how he would know what was going on above. Finally, someone to tell him what life is like. How long he's been down here. If anyone remembers or knows about him. Rock had never told him anything. He had just told him "Those who reminisce about the past and grieve for the lost memories will only suffer, not benefit." And obviously Fallen Leaves knew that. He just wanted to know if they were… Dead. He hated it. How his family, everyone, could be ...gone. But if Hollyleaf told him they were gone, he would have to cope. He had expected it for a while. Or maybe more than a while. He would find out soon. He would just have to wait, just like he always has.
