Saturday Morning. That day where after a long week of school and the stresses of everyday life normal people like to sleep in a little bit and relax. Unfortunately Jack Fenton was far from normal.

The six foot four giant had been down in the lab working on his latest invention until the crack dawn, when his desire to feed took hold of him. Jack laughed to himself as he realized that he had stayed up all night again working on the Fenton CreepStick (TM) again. The only eventful thing last night was when the power to the house went out around two or three and he had to resort to the lab's backup generator to keep his toys running.

"Another sleepless night...But that much closer to protecting my little girls." Thought Jack as he wiped away an imaginary tear from his eye as he bounded up the stairs to get some food.

He rounded the corner and came into the kitchen and as quietly as possible threw open the door to the solution for his problem...To find that it was filled with nothing but for lack of a better descriptive term, rabbit food.

"Curses! Maddy threw out my Cake!... Wait, I wonder if she checked the Op Center." Thought Jack as he bolted to the secret elevator behind the oriental looking rug hanging on the wall. Jack pulled on the rope on the side of the rug and watched as the Secret door opened and entered the small container.

"BEEP BEEP. VERIFY IDENTIFICATION" Stated the computer after the door had been closed.

"Jack Fenton to Op Center." Said Jack as he started repeatedly pressing the up button in hopes that it would move faster.

"Welcome back Mr Fenton." The computer stated as it started the slow ascension to the Op Center. Jack could literally taste the Chocolatey goodness.

The door opened and Jack trotted over to the fridge and opened it and found the object of his hunger filled dreams: Maddie's Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.

"It's...so beautiful!" Jack whispered to himself as he cut himself a slice (or a half to be more specific) and went to sit at the table. He pulled out his Fenton Fork (TM), and cut into the beautifully crafted work of art in front of him. He raised the succulent morsel when he raised his eyes and what he saw made him stare open mouthed until his snack fell off his fork back onto the plate, and even then he didn't move.

What he saw made him confused, upset, and even more so mad. He put down his fork and just stared.

Sitting on the spare cot was a ghost that he had never seen before and laying down in his lap passed out was his daughter Dani.

The ghost on the cot and Jack looked at each other for about a minute unflinching. Before the boy picked a hand up and waved at Jack in an attempt to greet him.

"Uh...Hi?" Alex said as he waved.

Suddenly Jack was across the room with the Fenton CreepStick (TM) pointed at the boy's head and the boy's hands went up with a look of surprise on his face. "GGGHHHHHOOOOOOOOSSSSSSTTTT!" Yelled Jack as he took a swing at Alex's head. Alex managed to quickly pick Dani's head up and reposition it so that he could dodge out of the way. Alex set Dani down against the wall, who by some miracle managed to remain asleep, while he stood up cracking his neck.

"So I guess this throws the friendly greeting bit out the window huh?" Jokes Alex as Jack charges at him with the Fenton CreepStick (TM).

Alex stuck his hand out and sent an electric pulse out that pulled the aluminum bat out of Jack's hands and into his as Jack stood there looking between his now empty hands and the bat that seemingly flew across the room.

"So Mr. Ghost you seem to be lucky as I tripped and let go of my CreepStick!" Proclaimed Jack as Alex face palmed. "But what you didn't see coming was my Jack-O-ninetails!" Yelled Jack as he pulled out a pen looking device that produced 9 saw looking devices, that had a metal cut out of Jack's face on it.

"Shit." Alex looked at the dangerous object and started sweating bullets.

"Daddy?" Came a small half asleep voice from the other side of the room. Both Jack and Alex turned and saw Dani sitting up and tiredly rubbing her eyes. Alex breathed a sigh of relief as Jack put the weapon away and ran over to his daughter and hugged her.

"Thank God Dani! I thought that Ghost had killed you! He didn't do anything to you, did he?" Questioned Jack as he picked up the Jack-O-Nine Tails and started walking toward a scared Alex. Dani looked confused and glanced between Jack and Alex as her brain started rebooting.

"Wait are you talking about Alex? He's not a ghost dad..." Said Dani as Jack blinked and suddenly realized that Alex was indeed a human...A human boy...who had just been cradling his sleeping daughter's head.

Alex saw Jack's face turn red and progress towards purple. "... Double shit."

"CRRRREEEEEEEPPPP!" Shouted Jack as he jumped across the room and tackled Alex to the ground and tied him up with some Fenton Wire.

"What were you doing to my sleeping daughter creep?! Trying to seduce her?" Yelled Jack as he lifted a now hogtied Alex up and shouted in his face.

"Dad we got locked up here last night! Mom is friends with Alex's parents and he's staying with us for a little while!" Said Dani as she tried to calm her dad down before he threw Alex out of an Op Tower window...Given she knew Alex would be fine but the whole levitating Alex bit might be kind of difficult to explain.

"...How did you guys get locked up here?" Jack asked suspiciously

Alex sweat a little bit and thought back to it

-FLASHBACK-

Dani had Alex by the hand and was walking him towards the elevator to the Op center. Alex was deep in thought about all that had transpired today.

"Small world that Dean and Tessa knew the Fenton's in college...I really hope they are ok..."Thought Alex as they got into the elevator and Danny signed them in.

"UNAUTHORIZED ENTITY DETECTED." The computer stated waking Alex out of his daze.

"Oh crap I forgot about that. One sec." She said as she typed away at the keyboard and then reached over and grabbed a small syringe.

"Okay I'm gonna possibly need a little bit of blood so your DNA is in the system." Said Dani as Alex froze. Little known fact was that Alex was terrified of needles.

"Uhhhhh I don't think that's such a good idea." Said Alex as he started backing away from Dani as she made sure the syringe was clean.

"Oh come on Alex don't be a baby." Deadpanned Dani as she advanced towards him. Alex began scooting around the edges of the elevator as Dani reached and grabbed his shirt. "Just come here it will only take a sec." Said Dani.

Alex looked all around him until his eyes came to rest on the emergency escape hatch in the ceiling. He wriggled out of his shirt and jumped up and caught the hatch and magnetized his hands and climbed up the elevator hatch and pulled open the door to the Op center. Dani stood there dumbfounded.

"Damn...He really doesn't like needles...And good God is he in shape." Said Dani blushing at the sight she had just witnessed. Quickly she went Ghost and phased through the ceiling and into the Op center.

"Alex? Are you okay?" Asked Dani as she walked towards the crouched down figure of Alex as he was violently shaking.

"Alex...?" Dani repeated as she put her arm on his shoulder and instantly his shaking stopped. He looked up at her kind of sheepishly.

"Sorry...I really don't like needles." Said Alex as he relaxed a little bit and scratched the back of his head. It was then that Dani saw the scars and burn marks that were littering his back and upper body. They weren't big or too noticeable or anything but it looked like he had gotten into a fight with a bear and his body had just recently finished healing up.

"Alex...what happened to cause this?" Said Dani as she started tracing over some of the scars on his back. The motion startled Alex who quickly grabbed his shirt and backed up against the wall. As he did one of the lightbulbs in the ceiling burst.

"Trust me Dani, I'd tell you if I knew." Said Alex as he tried to calm himself down and put his shirt on. He then turned and walked toward the cot that was against the wall and slumped down into it and let his head hang into the wall.

"Alex does this have something to do with why you don't remember your childhood?" Asked Dani as she started walking towards the cot and sat down next to him.

Alex didn't respond for what felt like forever to Dani as he sat there with his eyes closed, to the point where she thought that he had fallen asleep. She figured she would let him get some rest and ask him again later. She stood up and walked to the elevator and hit the button.

"...Probably." Dani slowly turned back around and looked at Alex who was still in the same position against the wall.

"I...Think that...Whatever...or Whoever... took my memories from me...is what scarred my body up this bad." Said Alex as he looked forward at Dani with a look of slight confusion on his face.

*ding

The elevator door behind Dani opened up but she was no longer interested in going to sleep. She walked over to the cot and sat in front of Alex with a look of concern on her face. Alex from what she had learned from him was normally very calm and collected.

"Well what do you remember Sparky? I'm good to listen if you want." Said Dani as she gave Alex a smile that managed to melt away his worries.

"...*sigh Your ability to make me want to talk to you is annoying..." Sighed Alex as he looked at the raven haired bane of his existence. "Where would you like me to start?" He asked her as he looked directly into her eyes making her blush a little.

"Hmmm...why did you save me and my friends earlier?" Asked Dani.

"I saw what he was about to do and I couldn't just stand there and let it happen...plus you're hot so him beating on you was a double-no no in my book." Said Alex as he scratched his stubbly chin causing Dani to blush at the comment.

"I see." Said Dani as she looked at Alex with a perplexed look on her face. Alex turned and looked at her to see her expression lighten a little bit. Suddenly Dani reached over and pulled Alex into a mind shattering kiss.

Needless to say Alex was surprised. And while he was rather content with these turn of events, he initially thought he was being attacked and threw up a magnetic pulse...which shorted out all the electricity to the house. The two teens didn't seem to notice however as Dani pulled Alex in a little deeper into the kiss and the emergency lights turned on which made the two teens not notice; however to be fair a nuke could have gone off and they would have probably remained completely oblivious. Dani released and the two teens sat back against the wall panting; more out of shock than anything else.

"Okay...not that I'm complaining about what just happened...but why did that just happen?" Asked a flustered Alex as Dani undid and redid her ponytail as it had gotten a tad bit disheveled.

"That was for saving me and my friends." said Dani with a smile as she stood up and sauntered her way over to the elevator and hit the button...and watched as nothing happened. Dani attempted to remain calm as she started pushing the button faster in hopes that it would work.

"God he's a good kisser...Great now it's time for the awkward silence while I wait for the elevator to work...AHHHH!" Screamed Dani in her mind as the elevator refused to come up.

"Uhhh...I think I might have shorted out the elevator." Said Alex as he rubbed the back of his head. Dani turned beet red.

"Well how am I supposed... oh yeah ghost powers." Smirked Dani as the familiar blue rings appeared and she turned and flew into the door; however she hit the door with a clang and bounced off reverting back to human Dani as she sat up holding her head.

"OW!" Hissed Dani as she rubbed her head where she had hit the door. Alex however could not comment because he was laughing his ass off on the cot.

"HAHAHAHA Holy crap! Did you forget to actually go intangible?" Laughed Alex as Dani stood up and walked towards the door and tried to put her hand through the door but to no avail.

"I think the Ghost shield is active...But the only way that would happen is if the power in the house was cut or..." Dani facepalmed and looked at Alex who just shrugged.

"I mean I've shorted out an entire neighborhood before, so one house probably isn't too much of a stretch." Said Alex as Dani walked back towards the cot away from the elevator. "So what am I supposed to do now?"

"Well I mean you could start swearing at the irony that you technically got us locked up here for the time being...but there is a definite lack of popcorn so no thank you." Joked Alex as he received a half-assed glare from the ghost girl.

"Cute." Says Dani much to Alex's amusement.

"I mean we could just go back to playing "Ask about Alex's lack of memory". That one tends to be popular with the kids nowadays." Chuckles Alex causing Dani to blush a little.

"...Okay we can do that." Says Dani as she goes over to the fridge and grabs two root beers and after handing him one and plops down next to Alex.

"So where did you come from? Before you moved to Amity Park I mean." Asked Dani as she drank some over her beverage.

"We moved around alot. The place that was before Wisconsin was California." Said Alex as he got a bit of a glazed over look in his eye that made Dani stifle a giggle as Alex shook his to get his head out of the clouds. "Any other questions Bambii?"

"Uhhh I don't know. What was your first memory?" Dani asked as she scooted over closer to Alex and pulled her knees up into her chest. Alex seemed to ponder her question for a minute as if he were trying to find the correct words to say.

"Well it depends on what your definition of first memories is. The first conscious thing that I remember was waking up in the hospital while the doctors were trying to knock me out again because they were still trying to finish sewing my mauled ass up." Said Alex as he shuddered a little bit. "The next thing I remember was slowly realizing that I was still in the same room but now I was hooked up to a bunch of machines. That was actually how I found out about my powers. I kinda freaked out and my heart started beating too fast and I emp'd my room and killed the monitor on me...needless to say the nurses freaked a bit." Alex said as he chuckled, shifting his weight as he eased into the bed a little bit. "Oh God, Helga. Okay so there was this one crazy nurse though. I swear she enjoyed chasing my scarred ass around just so that she could stick me with those damn needles." Said Alex as he shuddered. "Every time I would wake she'd be in the room being creepy and-" Alex felt a weight lean up against his arm and looked to see that the pretty raven haired girl had dozed off during his story.

"I figured." Chuckled Alex. He quickly adjusted her so that her head was in his lap and she was laying down on the cot. Alex gave her a once over and grinned at the blush that adorned her face when he moved her. She moved around a little until she could get comfortable.

"Well that's just great...Well at least the elevator is fried. Her parents would probably rip me apart if they witnessed this adorable little scene..." Thought Alex as he slowly slipped into unconsciousness. "Mmmm...Lilacs..."

-BACK IN THE OP CENTER-

"Uhhh...The Power went out?" Said Alex hoping that Jack wasn't going to look too far into it. The big man seemed to stare blankly at Alex for a minute before tossing Alex onto the bed and heading for the elevator.

Dani hurried over to Alex and quickly untied him. "Well that went pretty well." Said Danny as Alex sweat dropped. As Dani removed the last restraint, Alex stood up and stretched his bruised limbs.

"Well now that he's done manhandling me, down for some food? I'm starving." Said Alex. Dani giggled as he stretched out his arm.

"Come on Sparky." She said as she kissed his cheek causing him to blush, as she walked past him to summon the elevator. "There is this really good breakfast place a couple blocks from here.

Alex pulled out his phone to check his bank balance. After confirming that he had enough money to last him a good while, he put his phone up and entered the elevator to go to the first floor. Upon exiting the elevator, Jack was sitting at the coffee table working on some invention, while Jazz sat on the other end of the couch reading a book. Jack narrowed his eyes at the proximity of Alex and his daughter however slowly lowered his eyes back to his work.

"Great. Someone else who wants to murder me painfully. Just how I like it." Thought Alex as Dani grabbed a jacket and the pair headed out the door.

After the two teenagers left, Jack glared at the door for a moment before formulating a sentence.

"...I don't like him." Jazz blinked a few times before looking up at the man. "Who Alex?"

"I don't like him. Screams creep to me." Jazz giggled at her father's antics.

"Daddy he's very nice. He saved Dani and her friends from a ghost yesterday at the school." Jack's eyes widened for a moment before he grumpily went back to his work.

"...If he hurts Dani he will regret it."

-Amity Park-

"So the place that we are going to is called Nasty Breakfast?" Asked Alex as they rounded the corner and ran face first into a brick wall.

"Hey watch where you're - YOU!" Shouted the brick wall. The brick wall of course being a pissed of Dash, who had begun to close the distance to Alex.

"I got two weeks of detention because of you twerp and you're gonn -THUNK - ow whatt thhheheeee fuuuu-." Dash's body hit the ground as two more darts flew out at Alex and Danny. The ghost girl quickly grabbed Alex by the arm, and after making him go intangible pulled them both through the wall and out of vision. Across the street an armored man switched off his stealth drive, appearing on a bench.

"Goddamn ghost powers." Snarked the man as he reached up to his headset.

"Zeus escaped. What are your orders?"

"An extraction team is en route to your position. Eta 5 min. Set up behind the building on your right and stay hidden." Said the voice on the intercom as the man quickly shuffled the Dash behind the building. Alex and Dani came through the ceiling, and the pair ran to the edge of the roof to look for their assailant to no avail. Dani's stomach growled in protest to the idea of not eating.

"...Takeout?"

"Takeout." Dani transformed into ghost form before grabbing Alex under the arms and flying back towards the house."

After phasing through the wall and landing back in Dani's room, the ghost girl pulled out her phone and called Sam and Tucker.

"Hey Dani, what's up?"

"Yeah! We still meeting for Breakfast?"

"Change of Plans guys. Some weirdos are following me and Alex so we are gonna order some takeout. You guys want anything.?"

"Anything Vegetarian."

"Anything with meat."

Danny sweatdropped. "Ok one veggie Pizza and one Meatlover sound good?"

"Yeah that works." Said the two at the same time.

"Cool head over then and I'll order the food." Dani hung up the phone, and turned to see Alex watching a video on his laptop. She grinned and went to move towards the bed, however managed to slip on her skateboard and fell into his lap causing both to blush at the sudden contact before righting herself and sitting up.

"So what ya watching?" She asked quietly trying to hide her embarrassment. The boy shook his head to get rid of the blush and give himself a moment to think up a response.

"Oh uh… looking up some terminology stuff for what you're going over in physics rn. It's been a while since I've done anything so rudimentary." He said as she looked at him with her eyes and blinked.

"...rudiwhatnow?"

"...basic."

"Oh." She said with a blush as Alex laughed. Truth be told he understood the concepts of basic physics perfectly, but according to Jazz Dani was… less than gifted in the subject. Alex pulled out her workbook and motioned her to come over to her desk. "Here try to do this first problem and we can go from here."

Dani sat down in the chair and mulled over the first equation. After about five minutes of staring intently at the paper she slammed her head into the table and began making a moaning noise causing Alex to sweatdrop.

"This might take a while."

-Organization Safehouse 23554-

The room that he had been taken too was one out of a Hannibal Lecter flick. It was sterile white, devoid of any ambient light save one light in the middle of the room, with a rope hanging from the middle of the ceiling. The room under normal circumstances would elicit a feeling of fear or dread from whatever poor soul would be thrown into it, however its current occupant was...not normal.

Dean Grey hung by his feet in nothing but his underwear, swinging back and forth and singing, much to the guard's ire. Mostly because he had been singing. For six hours.

"Well a duck walked up to a lemonade stand and he said to the maaan running the staaand-'' The door burst open and the sight of the scarred man that was in charge of the interrogation slowly walked in, his face neutral. Dean smirked.

"Oh Rambo you back for more? I do so LOVE our little chats together." He laughed as the man buried his fist into his stomach knocking the wind out of him. The man frowned as Dean began coughing as he furiously tried to regain the ability to breathe.

"Mr Grey. I do not want to kill you, but if you continue to obstruct the return of our device...you will leave me no choice." The man said slowly. Dean stopped laughing and a thoughtful look adorned his bruised and battered face.

"You won't kill me. I know too much about y'all. I know that I'm too important for you to kill me. I know that unless you get to it before the government does then y'all are FUCKED. I know the amount of sugar and cream you want in your coffee, I know how long you tongue kissed your girlfriend's sister this morning before coming in here to give me the third degree...trust me, ignore my current position because I have you and your boss by the balls right now." He said with a devilish smirk. The man stared at him for a moment before walking next to him and kneeling down to eye level.

"I will find the converter Mr Grey. And when I do, you, your wife, and your adopted bastard of a failed experiment will get what is coming to you." Dean just grinned.

"Good luck with that." The man got up and began to walk away. "Oh wait actually question." The man turned to look at a smirking Dean.

"What is it Mr. Grey?"

"This morning when you were making out with your girlfriend...How'd my dick taste?" Said Dean as he burst out laughing. The man frowned before kicking him in the temple immediately knocking him unconscious.

"Double your efforts. We must find the reactor before it falls into the hands of the authorities." The man looked back to the now bleeding form of Dean as his unconscious form rocked back and forth from the rope he was tied to.

"And when you find that little bastard child of his...bring him to me."

It's been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. I got access to my account last night and thought ya know what fuck it lets update this story.

3\11\20 I went back and edited a bunch of stuff in the first 3 chapters to fix up a couple of holes in the story and fix some basic grammar issues I left. Hope it helps to clarify a couple of things later and thanks again for reading this.
