30. Important Announcement

Guys, I am terribly sorry for this story's long, long, long hiatus. But I just couldn't continue down the path that it was going. There's too much going on, too many things to explain and have fall into place with too much left to the logic of "That's how it is". It got to the point it was no longer fun to write and that I was putting out half-assed content for the next chapters. I had to stop, I will not write a story that I don't enjoy writing, especially when I feel I am not putting out the type of content I feel is up to the standards that I and you the readers expect.

So I took some time off to refresh my mind. I am writing a Clone Wars fanfic, I am now in an Arma 3 Realism Unit, the 506th IR, and have started a gaming channel on Youtube for streaming and recording my gameplay (I'll put the name of my channel at the end here. Now that some time has indeed passed I feel comfortable in tackling this monster of a story. I have decided that A Brutal Reality is going to undergo a rewrite, eliminating the Eve Online portions entirely, and reworking the enemy combatants. I am not entirely certain when that will be complete, I have completed a little over half of the chapters that need to be fixed, as I am in my last semester of college, but I have every intention to revamp this story and complete it. Thank you so much for your support and love for this story, it keeps it in my mind to see reviews to this story still showing up in my inbox and reminds me of you all. I couldn't have done gotten this far without you guys.

Now, for those of you who enjoy some Arma 3, which will be a huge source of inspiration for the rewrite coupled with the experience I have gained with the 506th, it would be amazing if you guys would subscribe to that channel. I have no monetary intentions whatsoever with it, I just want to use it to reach out to you guys and share my experience with what is the best gaming group I've ever been part of. I want no money, I want no fame, I just want to reconnect after having been gone so long.

I stream on Sundays, sometimes on Saturdays between 7:00 PM EST/6:00 PM CST. I am looking to start streaming some Eve Online and Minecraft or Space Engineers. There'll be other games to come, I hope, but again, it'll be great if you guys would come for the streams and we can enjoy some gameplay and have some legitimate conversations about the stories I write for you. Who knows, you may end up joining the 506th.
