The next day, Kirito's team was going up against Team Strike Force in a Two v Two battle.
"You might have taken down that muscle head idiot, Gus, but me and my sister are a lot smarter than he was," said Team Strike Force's leader, Jaison, as he stood next to his sister Suzen.
"We'll see about that," said Kirito as he used both swords.
"Wait a minute, that runt didn't even fight me at his full strength?!" asked Gus with a lot of anger as his team sat in the stands.
"So, you have the Dual Wield ability too, huh?" asked Suzen as two swords appeared in her hands.
"I thought I was the only one," said a surprised Kirito.
"Not in this world, it's a natural ability for a few people," said Suzen as she twirled the swords in her hands.
"Then I guess we will decide whose better today," said Kirito. The two then began to exchange blows.
"You're pretty strong, but I'll win in the end!" said Jaison as he wildly swung his sword while facing Asuna.
"To bad you leave yourself open," said Asuna as she managed to strike him in the left side.
"What's wrong, Kirito, you too afraid to strike a girl?" asked Suzen.
"No, I'm just waiting," said Kirito as he watched his MP scale hit max. He then used a spell that caused a dark cloud to cover them.
"What's this, Kirito just used a Black Mist spell, does he plan to use the bonus speed that this spell gives?" asked the announcer.
"If that was your plan, Kirito, then it's not going to work," said Suzen.
"That wasn't my plan, I was just using the smoke to buy sometime," said Kirito as he swung a sword, dispersing the mist to reveal that he had fused his swords and summoned Excalibur.
"You can fuse swords and even have Excalibur?!" asked Suzen as she staggered backwards out of shock.
"Nice ability, huh, it's called Blade Configuration," said Kirito.
"Even that won't save you!" said Suzen as she started a spell.
"To slow," said Kirito as he suddenly appeared before her and sent Suzen flying across the arena with one strike.
"Suzen!" said Jaison as he watched her vanish.
"Your turn!" said Asuna as she ran Jaison through with her rapier.
"And with that, Team Holly Flare moves on to the final round," said the announcer as the crowd cheered.
