Chapter 4: Radiant Garden Showdown! Jing vs Larxene
Detroid: Told you guys we were going to do a quadruple update for Chains of Fate
sakuraphoenix: But were you guys expecting, oh, I don't know… Radiant Garden?
Detroid: That's right! You guys might be wondering, what does Radiant Garden have to do with Chain of Memories? Answer, it doesn't, yet.
sakuraphoenix: And that's the key word
Detroid: That's right! Anyway, this Radiant Garden is just to show how Jing is connected to Castle Oblivion and Organization XIII. But… Nah, We aren't going to spoil another chapter of this fanfic until we write it so we can keep you guys in suspense about it.
sakuraphoenix: I don't know. Should we tell them?
Detroid: Nah, let's keep them in suspense. Disclaimer time!

sakuraphoenix: Well then, do you want to get this party started my adorable Raichu?
Detroid: *blushes* This will start in Jing's POV and no for some people that might think "Why are Rita, Reina, Luz, Yukie and Lumen going to be in this chapter if it's about Jing and Organization XIII?" Answer, because it's part of the flashback so that's why they appear in this chapter. Enjoy!
I was waiting for the others to show up since I couldn't open up the door but as I was waiting, I was thinking about what Axel said. "You have lost sight of the light within the darkness. And it seems that you forgotten that you forgot." What did that mean? I kept thinking about it before I heard a familiar voice… the voice of the person I wanted dead the most. I soon turned around and saw my father, Kyo or whatever he wanted to call himself now, with Larxene. The two people I didn't want to see, especially now. Can I start killing now?
"Hello…. father…" I said in a cold tone
"Jing…" My father said in shock
"Thought you could get rid of me that easily at Radiant Garden with help from the Organization?" I asked him
"Uh… take care of this, Larxene." My father told the woman next to him
"Hey! Who said you could boss me around?" Larxene asked him
"Said the boss of this mission." My father said before he walked away, using a dark corridor
"Come back here!" I exclaimed as I went after my father
Before I even could, that woman got in my way! I don't have time for you!
"You again! Last time we met, we were in Radiant Garden and I defeated you!" I exclaimed
"Last time, you were lucky." Larxene told me
"Or maybe you were going easy on me?" I asked her
"Be quiet, you brat." Larxene said while pulling out some of her knifes
"You think you can win against me?" I asked her as I summoned my two main Keyblades which were Star Hope, my main Light Keyblade and Midnight Darkness, my main Darkness Keyblade before saying:
"Why are you guys after me?"
"Who knows, and who cares." Larxene said as she started throwing her knifes at me
"I'm going to get answers from you one way or another." I said as I dodged them and went to attack Larxene, whom just kept throwing knives at me
She is more annoying than my father when he was trying to force me to go to Xehanort to learn from him. Good thing that never happened.
"At least I didn't learn from a pathetic teacher like you did." I said as I was hitting her
"What was that you little twerp?!" Larxene exclaimed as she shot lightning at me
"You heard me!" I exclaimed as I dodged the lightning
"Say it again, twerp. I dare you." Larxene said as she shot lightning at her knifes, which acted as lightning rods, and I unfortunately, was a little too close to one
"How about this? Blizzaga!" I exclaimed
And that put her on ice. Literally!
"Maybe that'll get you to… CHILL out." I said while trying not to laugh at my own joke but was failing
And she looked like she was pretty mad at me for turning her into a human ice cube. I don't blame her. I would be mad too, but it was just too funny!
"Now if you excuse me. I have to find my father." I said as I ran up the stairs
I still remember when I first ran into these guys back at Radiant Garden.
*Flashback*
I saw Luz, Rita, Hikari, Reina, Yukie, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Ankoku, and Lumen about to board their what looks like to be a…. Gummi Ship? They had one?
"Sis… Is that you?!" I exclaimed as I was running up to them
I guess she didn't hear me as they boarded the ship and took off from Hollow Bastion as it was called now.
"Great… How do I follow them now?" I asked myself
"Want some help?" A voice said
"Who's there?!" I exclaimed looking around
Someone then tapped me from behind and I saw some guy with red hair spiked up to look like flames!
"Uh… Do I know you?" I asked
"No, but I know you, Jing." The red-haired guy told me
"H-How do you know me?" I asked in a bit of a scared tone
"Because… We know who your father is." Another voice said
And I turned around to see a blond-haired woman with two parts of her hair sticking up like bug antennae. Seriously. They looked so weird!
"O-Okay… I… I'm going to go…" I trailed off, stepping away from those two people
"But we're just getting to know each other." Another voice said from behind me as I walked backwards into the guy
"H-How many are you here?" I asked in a scared tone
"Just the three of us, kiddo." The guy I backed up into said
"I don't believe you." I said, getting ready to fight
"You should have told her the truth, Xigbar." Another woman's voice said, appearing next to Xigbar
"Hey, you know I love testing out our targets before I start shooting." Xigbar said while shrugging
"Wait…. Xigbar? Your part of the Organization!" I exclaimed
"Took you long enough, sweetheart." Xigbar said
"I'm nobody's sweetheart and besides, where are the other ten members of the organization?" I asked them
"Busy, apparently. The boss is doing who knows what, Demyx is playing that stupid sitar of his, Saix is polishing his huge sword that I don't want to get chopped by, Rashax's husband is out searching for I don't even wanna know, and everyone else is just napping." Xigbar said in an annoyed tone
"So why are you four here?" I asked them
"Orders from the big boss, himself. Apparently he wants to meet you, or something like that." The red-haired guy said while looking like he was trying to remember what their boss had said
"Let me guess… Axel is your name?" I said
"Yep. Got it memorized?" Axel asked me
"I was about to say the same thing about my name." I said back to him
"Don't go stealing other people's lines, okay?" Axel asked me in an annoyed tone
"I just met you guys and you're already getting mad at me? What's next? A girl with knives going to attack me for knowing Hikari?" I asked in a guessing tone
And right on cue, the blond-haired woman pulled out knives.
"Uh... I didn't mean to get what I said correct. It was only a guess." I said
"Well, it was a good one. Better than having to dodge Xigbar's bullets." the woman said as I heard Xigbar cock two strange guns
"But… why are you after me even though I can see it in your eyes that you want Hikari instead?" I asked them
"Well, you're part of that plan, sweetheart." Xigbar told me
"W-why am I apart of your guys plan and stop calling me sweetheart!" I exclaimed as I summoned my Keyblade
"Ooh, so you think you're a Keyblade Master? You've got the angry look down." Xigbar told me
"That's right! Now leave or I will have to kick someone's butt." I said in a determined tone
"We'll see about that." The blond-haired woman said as she started charging her knifes with electricity
"Star Hope…. Please…. Give me new strength to win!" I said before my Keyblade split itself into two
"You think you can beat us with that little toy?" the blond-haired woman asked me
"I can because of Star Hope's power… it's power is doubled when it separates itself into two." I explained
*End Flashback*
I could've sworn I heard a crack behind me. Like… ice cracking. Uh-oh.
"It couldn't be…" I trailed off
I turned around, and saw Larxene break free from the ice! So much for plan A!
"How did you break free?!" I exclaimed in shock
"You forget, my middle name is lightning." Larxene said as she was charging up a Thundaga spell
"If it's like that then so be it!" I exclaimed as I was charging up a Blizzaga
She was about to fire when my father suddenly showed up, which got us to stop in our tracks!
"You again." I said with a cold tone
"Larxene, you're needed elsewhere at the moment." My father said to Larxene
"But I was about to take out Jing." Larxene said
"And I was about to put you back on ice." I told her
"And you girls can stop complaining!" My father exclaimed angrily
"Your lucky my father stopped our fight before I killed you." I said as my Keyblade disappeared
"That's right. You need daddy to bail you out every time." Larxene said in a mocking tone
"At least I didn't have a dark teach like you did." I said in a mocking tone back to Larxene
"Whatever." Larxene said as she used a dark corridor
"Guess it's just you and me now, father." I said
"Relax, I'm here for a simple talk, Jing." My father said to me
"Like what kind of talk?" I asked him
"Between father and daughter." My father then said
"Alright, so talk." I said
"I know you're pretty mad at me, after… you know what happened." My father said as he started walking around me
"You trying to kill me to make Hikari give into the Darkness as a starter?" I asked him
"That was our plan A, a plan we don't need anymore." My father told me
"Then why did you kill my mother years ago before you met Hikari's mother?" I asked him
"That was to get your heart to fall into darkness." My father told me
"Well… that did work to get revenge on you!" I exclaimed
"Even so, did you even think about why your Keyblade can split into two?" My father asked me
"No… why?" I asked him
"It's a rare ability, but not as uncommon with Keyblade wielders with darkness in their hearts that's just as strong as their light." My father told me
"I.. Is that true?" I asked him in shock
"According to old texts, yes." My father told me
"But… why did you want me to be like you?" I asked him
"It's what every dark Keyblade Wielder wants. You're either like us, or you're our enemy, and we prefer to have friends." My father said to me
"Is that why your enemies with Hikari?" I asked him
"Yes, but that'll change soon enough. You see, did you know your half-sister became a Heartless?" My father asked me
"No... she wouldn't do that!" I exclaimed
"She did, all to save the worlds. Her heart was the key to sealing the Keyhole of Hollow Bastion, along with the seven Princesses of Heart. But what surprised me was the form her Heartless took." My father told me
"Y… You're lying!" I exclaimed as I summoned my "Star Hope" Keyblade and was charging to stab my father in his heart which my Keyblade started to glow for some unknown reason
"I wouldn't lie about something like that. Even your Keyblade is agreeing with me. I'm telling you the complete truth." My father told me
I refused to listen to his lies anymore! I angrily charged in to attack as I stabbed my father in the chest as he started to glow from my Keyblade.
"W-What the…" I trailed off
He backed away in pain as he held his chest.
"W-what did you do?" My father asked me
"I… I don't know…" I said fearfully as my Keyblade disappeared while I saw father still holding his chest in pain
"If you really don't believe me, ask your half-sister for yourself. I shouldn't be telling you this, but she'll appear in this castle, Jing." My father said as he opened a dark corridor and walked through it in pain
"I…." I started to say but couldn't think of anything to say at all as I looked at my hands.
"Star Hope… What did you do to my father?"
Detroid: Well now, Jing discovered one of her powers
sakuraphoenix: And who knows how many more to find?
Detroid: Yep even though we know how many more Jing has which will shock the Organization XIII.
sakuraphoenix: But in all seriousness, please review, and until next time, I'm sakuraphoenix…
