Chapter 11: A Hunka Hunka Beast Evolution
Hey everyone! It's me, sakuraphoenix, and I'm back with a new chapter! I know that it's been a while and all, but hey, I'm back, and I've come bearing gifts. Man, I pulled an Eddie from House of Anubis moment right there. Before I got into House of Anubis fan girl mode, I'll head over to the disclaimer.

I was still upset that I lost my spirit to Gigasmon, but I pretended to have a smiling face so the others wouldn't worry about me. Still, even if it's putting the others at ease, I still can't help but feel bad on the inside.
"It's really nice to have a moment of peace and quiet." Said Bokomon
"Let's have some fun and play charades!" exclaimed Neemon
"I thought you said 'fun'." Said Bokomon
"I always wanted to try that thing where I'm trapped in an imaginary box." Neemon said while patting a Digimon that sorta looked like a Chikorita on the leaves
"If only the box were real." Said Bokomon
"Oh man. I really messed up." Tommy said sadly
"Me too." Luna said while looking sadly at the ground
"It's okay Tommy. What happened wasn't your fault." Said Zoe
"Yeah, so stop beating yourself up Luna. Sure, I may not have a spirit right now, but that doesn't mean I'll stop trying to save the Digital world!" exclaimed Leo
"Leo…" Luna said while she was speechless
"But still, Saki, you lost your spirit trying to save us." Crow said while looking at me
"It's fine. If I didn't stop Gigasmon, you guys probably wouldn't have gotten your Beast Spirits. All's well that ends well, is what they say, right?" I asked
"She's got a point Crow." Said Jack
"Whoa, did you just agree with her?" asked Crow
"I believe so, why?" asked Jack
"Uh, no reason." Said Crow
"Don't worry guys. The next time I see that guy, I'll get your spirit back, even if I have to do it by myself!" exclaimed J.P.
"Why would you want to do something like that?" Neemon asked while tossing the Chikorita-like Digimon up and down in the air
"Based on your last encounter, I don't think that would be very wise." Said Bokomon
"So what?! Sure beats sitting around and doing nothing while Sakura, Zoe, and Leo don't have their spirits!" Matt exclaimed with a tick mark evident on his forehead
"Yeah, he's right! They need our help!" exclaimed J.P.
"You have a one-track mind buddy. We can't just run out and fight. We have to get to the Forest Terminal." Said Takuya
"So what? We just let him win? I can't just sit back and let Grumblemon run around with Zoe's, Sakura's, and Leo's spirits!" exclaimed J.P.
"It's okay J.P." Zoe said while looking at her D-Tector
"Yeah Matt, just… just stop worrying about it, okay?" I asked while hiding my tears
"No, it's really not okay Zoe. The Spirit of Wind is yours, and you were destined to find it, so we're gonna get it back for you." Said J.P.
"And Sakura, stop acting all tough, okay? I know you. You're hiding behind a fake smile because you don't want the people around you to worry, but inside, you're hurt, upset, and sad. Just stop hurting yourself, okay?" asked Matt
"Matt…" I trailed off while my tears were becoming more evident
"Nice sentiment, but we have more important things to do than fight a battle we can't win." Said Koji
"What is your problem Koji?! You'd be going crazy if your spirit was stolen! But hey, I understand if you're afraid. Even the great Koji has no chance against Grumblemon." J.P. said while being cocky
"What?!" exclaimed Koji
"Who cares if you have your Beast Spirit? You can't even control it!" exclaimed J.P.
"Okay, knock it off, right now! Beast Spirit or no doesn't give you the right to be cocky! Have you already forgotten that I lost my spirit too? The Spirit of the Moon was entrusted to me, but am I complaining about it? Of course I'm upset about it, but I'm not standing around and blaming people about things that are out of my control! Takuya and Koji are right! Yes, we need to get to Forest Terminal, and yes, it's pointless to fight a battle we can't win, so suck it up J.P., and quit it!" I exclaimed
"Alright, that's it. I've had enough. I think it's time to do something more productive than stand here and argue. My friends, I believe the time has finally come." Said Bokomon
"Has come for what?" asked J.P.
"What do you mean?" asked Zoe
"Time to show you the path of wisdom." Said Bokomon
"Well, there's a change, not!" exclaimed Jack
"Yeah, no kidding." Said Crow
"Wisdom is a path which is not easily walked. You must think about every choice, consider every option, and know where each step will lead." Bokomon said before tripping and falling into the ground
Yeah. Right now, Neemon's looking smarter than you Bokomon.
"Oh dear. It seems that wisdom has landed in a mud puddle." Bokomon said as his face was covered in mud
Somehow, I got a bad feeling about this.
"So what's your wise solution?" asked J.P.
"Fortune telling." Said Bokomon
"Fortune telling?!" we all exclaimed in unison
"Shamanmon is the wisest Digimon of them all." Said Bokomon
"If I had said that, you'd have told me I was crazy!" exclaimed Neemon
"You are crazy, but that's beside the point." Said Bokomon
Yeah. I really don't believe in fortune telling, unless Sartorius is the one with the cards. Everyone else is a quack in my eyes.
"Wow, I never had my fortune told before." Said Tommy
"I had my palm red once. It took a week to get the paint off." Said Neemon
"Come on. Do you actually think any of these weirdo's can tell the future?" asked J.P.
"Oh, yes round one. It's all so clear." A weird Digimon told J.P.
"I don't really believe in any of this mumbo-jumbo." Said J.P.
"There is a girl in your life who thinks you're quite special." The weird Digimon said
"I'm… special?" J.P. asked while blushing
"Come on you. This guy's just a quack." I said while dragging J.P. away from the crazy Digimon
I then saw Bokomon being held by a frog with a tuba.
"Come on! Come on! You can ask me anything short stuff!" exclaimed the frog-like Digimon
"Okay. How do you polish that tuba?" asked Neemon
"Wait a second, let me guess. You're rather new to this fortune telling stuff, aren't ya?" asked the frog
"Just ignore him. What have you got?" asked Bokomon
"I shall conjure up a potion made from orange juice and earwax, which I will place in a hat, and then drink while standing on one leg. The result will be inspiring my friends! Don't knock it until you've tried it! Huh?! Where are you going?!" exclaimed the frog
"Over here." A Digimon wearing a tiki mask said
"Check it out. So what's your deal masked dude?" asked Leo
"Leo." Said Luna
"What?" asked Leo
"Carry wood method." Said the tiki mask-wearing Digimon
"Uh, okay. So, what is the carry wood method?" asked Akiza
"I give you these heavy wooden sticks and then you to carry them, one at a time." The tiki-mask wearing Digimon said while holding a boomerang
"And? What are exactly would that tell you about our futures?" asked Luna
"That's in the future, you will be stronger! The more wood you carry, the stronger you get! Carry wood, get it?" The Digimon said before accidentally whacking himself on the head
"Why are we here Bokomon? All these fortune tellers are fake." Said J.P.
"Like my grand mama's teeth!" exclaimed Neemon
"Have a little faith, please? I do know what I'm doing. Shamanmon is the real thing." Said Bokomon
"I'm getting a bad feeling." I said
"Quiet you. Shamanmon, I call upon your wisdom, your insight, and basically, we'll ask you two cents worth of advice." Said Bokomon
"Who calls upon Shamanmon?" asked Shamanmon
"Weary travelers in need of guidance from the universe." Said Bokomon
"Oh, you'll get guidance alright." Shamanmon said while turning around
"Hey, wait a sec! That's no shaman! That dude looks like the Goblimon from the Wind Factory!" I exclaimed
"Come on you guys, let's get him!" exclaimed Matt
"No, no, no! Shamanmon's one of the good guys! Shamanmon is a medium. This all-seeing Digimon does a ceremonial dance and uses his magical club to see into the future." Said Bokomon
"You should be very careful. Ahead, you face much danger. You will come against a foe you have faced before, but, this foe has a friend that in beating him you will find a friend is your foe." Said Shamanmon
"Huh?" wondered Tommy
"I don't buy it." Said Takuya
"Mm-hmm." Said Tommy
"Me neither." Said Matt
"Nope." Said Yusei
"Ditto." I said
"I agree with you Sakura." Said Akiza
"Then listen to this! The greatest test will be faced by you six! This test has the power to destroy you all if you're not careful." Said Shamanmon
Man, talk about getting up in our faces before walking back to his original spot
"Hey! Come back!" exclaimed Tommy
"Yeah! We don't wanna get destroyed!" exclaimed Takuya
"Then remember who you are, and trust in each other, and your friendship, ah!" Shamanmon exclaimed as he fell onto the ground
That wasn't an accident. Earthquake!
"Right, run for it!" exclaimed J.P.
More like we couldn't! I bet five bucks that Grumblemon's back!
"Old foe, big friend!" exclaimed Takuya
"It's Golemon!" exclaimed Bokomon
"Grumblemon back with big angry surprise for little spirit kids." Said Grumblemon
"One of these days, I'm gonna beat this jerk for good." Said J.P.
"When are you gonna learn? How about working with the rest of us, huh?" asked Zoe
"Uh-oh. Save me!" exclaimed Neemon
"Just give me a minute!" exclaimed Takuya
We were sent flying into the air, and Transcendent Wings activated just in time for me.
"Right! Minute's over!" exclaimed Takuya
I watched as everyone, except for me, Zoe, Leo, Koji, Jack, and Crow activated their D-Tectors.
"Execute! Spirit Evolution!" Akiza, Luna, J.P., Takuya, Tommy, Matt, and Yusei exclaimed in unison
"Agunimon!" exclaimed Takuya
"Beetlemon!" exclaimed J.P.
"Fairymon!" exclaimed Luna
"Fleurmon!" exclaimed Akiza
"Kizunamon!" exclaimed Matt
"Kumamon!" exclaimed Tommy
"Starmon!" exclaimed Yusei
"Now for the Beast! Execute! Beast Spirit…" Koji, Jack, and Crow started
"Me no think so." Grumblemon said before he sprayed something on the ground
"What's going on?" asked Koji
"I… I can't move." Said Jack
"Me neither." Said Crow
"Sorry. KendoGarurumon, Hawkmon, and Emperormon no play today. You three no move until Grumblemon say so." Said Grumblemon
"Crystal Freeze!" exclaimed Tommy
"You wanna play rough? Take a bite out of Hinotama!" I exclaimed as I activated the spell card
Golemon dodged, and punched Tommy while I flew out of the way.
"Kumamon! Sakura! Thunder Fist!" exclaimed J.P.
"Assist! Thunder Fist!" Matt exclaimed as his hands began to crackle with electricity
Those idiots! If there's anything I know about Pokémon that applies in real life, it's that the ground absorbs electricity!
"Uh-oh." Said J.P.
"You can say that again." Said Matt
"Silver Plume!" exclaimed Golemon
They got thrown into some columns. Man, I bet that had to hurt.
"Please not to tell me that's best you can do." Said Grumblemon
"Our turn. Pyro Tornado!" exclaimed Takuya
"Star Shot!" exclaimed Yusei
"Quintessence Arrow!" exclaimed Luna
"Petal Storm!" exclaimed Akiza
"Silver Plume!" Golemon exclaimed after their attacks missed
Man, they really got hit. At this rate… I don't even want to think about it!
"You can do it! Just work together!" exclaimed Zoe
"Enough. You finished. You surrender spirits now or be destroyed big time." Said Grumblemon
"Boy would I like to shut that guy up." Said J.P.
"Yeah, me too." Said Matt
"Anybody got any suggestions?" asked J.P.
He slammed his hand into the ground, so Luna and Tommy had to jump back.
"Yeah. Work together." Said Takuya
And he was coming back!
"Hit him hard guys!" exclaimed Yusei
"Yeah!" exclaimed Matt
"I'll chill him out guys! Blizzard Blaster!" exclaimed Tommy
"And the forecast for today, high chance of falling in love. Sweet Scent!" Akiza exclaimed before she blew Golemon a kiss
That did the trick.
"I'm up! Affection Blast!" exclaimed Luna
Since Golemon was in love with Akiza, albeit temporarily, it did its magic, and hit him hard.
"Lightning Blitz!" exclaimed J.P.
"Assist! Lightning Blitz!" Matt exclaimed as his tattoos began to spark with electricity
That hit him hard and center.
"Pyro Tornado!" exclaimed Takuya
"Star Shot!" exclaimed Yusei
And that sent Golemon packing.
"No!" exclaimed Grumblemon
"Don't let him get away!" exclaimed Takuya
"Execute! Slide Evolution!" exclaimed Grumblemon
Oh no! Troll face is back!
"Gigasmon. Now, myself defeat you." Said Gigasmon
"Blizzard Blaster!" exclaimed Tommy
"Quintessence Arrow!" exclaimed Luna
"Petal Storm!" exclaimed Akiza
"Quagmire Twister!" exclaimed Gigasmon
And it got Luna, Akiza, and Tommy!
"Tommy! Luna! Akiza! Wake up!" exclaimed Zoe
Too late. Gigasmon got their spirits!
"Is yummy bear, fairy, and vegetable. Me have six now." Said Gigasmon
Oh no. This is not looking good for us!
"Get out of there guys!" I exclaimed
"Tectonic Slam!" exclaimed Gigasmon
As soon as that happened, some freaky Digimon appeared and knocked away Gigasmon! It looked like a mix between three Digimon though. A Chimeramon maybe? It looked like some lizard with silver dragon wings and arms that resembled Flame Wingman's.
"What is that thing?" asked Takuya
"Uh, you mean other than bad news?" asked J.P.
"Now just hold on. That thing may be on our side." Said Bokomon
"Okay, but, somehow I don't think so." Said Takuya
"Whatever he is, he seems pretty upset." Said Neemon
Then the guy started laughing for some weird reason.
"Maybe not." Said Neemon
Gigasmon, no wait, Golemon then tried to get the drop on him.
"You go bye now!" exclaimed Gigasmon
Didn't really work though. I mean, the thing has wings! He flew into the air with Golemon holding on tight.
"Quick, let's get out of here!" exclaimed J.P.
Good idea, since the guy has lasers! He defeated Golemon and scared the pants of Gigasmon.
"I go bye now!" Gigasmon exclaimed while digging to get out of there.
Not only did it miss, but it looked furious!
"Aw man." Said Takuya
"He's really strong." Said Tommy
"Too strong." Said Koji
"If he comes after us, there's no way we can beat him!" exclaimed Zoe
"Right. Time to go." Said Bokomon
"Agunimon, Starmon, Kizunamon, come on." Said J.P.
"Uh. Yeah." Said Takuya
"Help me!" exclaimed the Digimon
Did it just say 'help me?'
"I possessed by the Beast Spirits!" exclaimed the Digimon
"Shamanmon?" asked Yusei
"Please, rescue me! I was in the temple when the Beast Spirits were revealed. The instant I touched them, I was possessed. Please, help me!" exclaimed Shamanmon
If I knew Matt like I knew him, he wouldn't back away.
"Agunimon, Starmon, Kizunamon, what are you doing?" asked J.P.
"Don't worry Shamanmon, we can help you." Said Takuya
The guy burst into flames! Beast Spirit of Fire, check.
"Agunimon! Starmon! Kizunamon!" exclaimed Bokomon
"Pyro Tornado!" exclaimed Takuya
He blocked it, and copied Agunimon's Pyro Tornado! Beast Spirit of Friendship, check. The silver wings then glowed like the stars. Beast Spirit of the Stars, check. Shamanmon hesitated to fight. I could tell that he was fighting back.
"Strike now!" exclaimed Shamanmon
All three of them clearly looked confused.
"Now!" exclaimed Shamanmon
Yusei used his Star Shot to blow back Shamanmon.
"Pyro Tornado!" exclaimed Takuya
"Stardust Stream!" exclaimed Yusei
"Assist! Stardust Stream!" exclaimed Matt
They got him!
"Now to free Shamanmon." Said Takuya
"The D-Tectors should release him." Said Yusei
"Good call." Said Matt
"Fractal Code, Digitize!" Yusei, Matt, and Takuya exclaimed in unison
They freed Shamanmon, but something was happening to Yusei, Matt, and Takuya! Not good.
"Something's wrong!" exclaimed J.P.
When the data finished surrounding them, Matt looked like Elemental Hero Flame Wingman, but with long dark grey hair! Yusei looked like a silver version of Emperormon without the jeweled blades! And as for Takuya, he looked like a big lizard with orange feathered wings and laser blasters!
"Holy suck!" exclaimed Neemon
"Oh, for once I completely agree with you." Said Bokomon
Their Beast Spirits are out of control!
"Oh no. Takuya. No!" exclaimed Zoe
"Yusei!" exclaimed Akiza
"Matt!" I exclaimed
"It seems that the Beast Spirits have possessed them." Said Bokomon
"Takuya, Yusei, Matt, it's me." Said J.P.
They just went on the offensive!
"Road trip for everyone." Bokomon said before we all made a break for it
"Takuya! Matt! Yusei! That's J.P.!" exclaimed Jack
He didn't listen to them, so Jack, Crow, and Koji had to do it the hard way!
"Execute! Beast Spirit Evolution!" Koji, Jack, and Crow exclaimed in unison
"Emperormon!" exclaimed Jack
"Hawkmon!" exclaimed Crow
"KendoGarurumon!" exclaimed Koji
Looks like they were in better control over their Beast Spirits this time.
"You guys! This is crazy! Think about what you're doing! Koji, Takuya, Yusei, Jack, Matt, Crow, stop this!" exclaimed J.P.
You got that right! This is crazy!
