Finally, Shakal arrives and says to have turned to the Soviet rule as he introduces his partner Stalin Mikhail and call themselves The Soviet Foce and wants a title shot too. The Freelancers says that, at Halloween Rampage, the four team will face in a 4-way Tag Team Match and the winner will have a title shot later in the night.
