-Segment: Mr. Alex comes out an wish a good new year to everyone. He says that 2018 was a great year for UCW and that 2019 will be even better, starting with the Ultra Rumble.
-Silverdust vs Brooklyn Wilson: Silverdust won via pinfall after a Cross Rhodes.

-The Cosplayers vs Heavy Wall: Bagwell pinned Pixar Fan after a Meatball.

-Promo: Miss Viper gets an interview about winning the Ultra Cool Diva Championship where she talks about how happy she is of her success and she hopes to face a lot of strong opponents.
-Shark Boy 2 vs Omar Said: Shark Boy won via pinfall after a Shark Boy Chomper.

-Segment: Jay Alpha comes out and talks about how proud he is of having won the UCW Canadian Championship. Mighty Perkins comes out to interrupt and says that since they're in his hometown, why not have a match for the title right now. Jay accepts.
-Jay Alpha (C) vs Mighty Perkins for the UCW Canadian Championship: Midway through the match, the Bullet Club: UCW interfered for their comrades. Luckily, many UCW wrestlers came to back up Jay. Ultimately, Jay won via disqualification after Gore came to hit a GORE! on Jay.
Results of the second episode from New Wark, New Jersey:
-Ben Jones vs Exullux: Ben won via pinfall after a Killshot (Curb Stomp).

-Slyla The Owl vs Pizza Pasta: A great cruiserweight match which ended with Sly pinning Pizza in a Victory Roll.

-Vodka Makarov vs three jobbers: Makarov totally destroyed the three jobbers and pinned them all together.

-Segment: Logan Orton comes out and mocks Cactus Jessica for losing against her at Alliance. Bong Cha then comes out and tell she didn't "killed" all the girls yet, challenging her to a match.
-Logan Orton vs Bong Cha: Bong Cha did her best, but Logan ultimate came out on top after a History Book and the pin.

-D.B. Dragon (C) vs Bobby Gamer for the UCW International Championship: Bobby almost won the match, but ultimately tapped out to Dragon's Cattle Mutilation. After the match, we saw the 5150 Legacy leaving after attacking and possibly injuring Tank McTavish and The Nihilist.

-Jay Samoa vs Havoc vs Raptor Reigns: Raptor pinned Havoc after a Spear.

Results of the fourth episode from Miami, Florida:
-5150 Legacy vs three jobbers: The Legacy won with no problem at all. After the match, Death Rowe and Fr0st Sh4dow came to attack them but got overpowered. Tank McTavish then came and helped to chase them off.
