The city of Townsville, where everyone in the city is friendly, welcoming, and good to all neighbors. However, because of the villain in the city, not everyone is very friendly. Outside of Townsville and in the forest, there is someone who especially isn't friendly and welcoming to anyone who goes to his home.
"Hey! Get off of my property!" Someone shouts. Follows by a blast of a gun.
And that someone… is Fuzzy Lumpkins
Fuzzy Lumpkins is sitting on the rocking chair of his porch in front of his cabin and is holding his boomstick and is having a frown on his face.
"Durn trespassers! I'll get anyone or anythin' that gets on my property," Fuzzy angrily says.
Suddenly, Fuzzy hears a strange sound and turns his head to see a squirrel.
He aims his boomstick at the squirrel and shouts, "Hey! Get off of my property!"
Then fires at the squirrel. Lucky for the squirrel, it dodges and runs away. Just then, a group of rabbits hop their way in front of Fuzzy's yard.
Fuzzy aims his boomstick again, "Get off of my property!"
He fires the boomstick again, and the bunny scatters leaving the property. It doesn't last there, many more animals begin to walk on his property.
Fuzzy aims his boomstick the third time and shouts, "Get off of my property!"
Then fire the boomstick, scaring the animals away. Fuzzy is so mad that he storms inside with his boomstick in rage. He sits on his chair as he grabs the remote.
Fuzzy angrily shouts, "That is it! I'm gonna get me a way to keep everyone off of my property!"
Fuzzy presses the button and his TV turns on. On the television, it shows a tall brown haired man wearing a blue suit and holding the microphone.
Then announcer questions, "Tired of people getting on your property...?"
"Yeah," Fuzzy answers.
"Annoyed that animals are always getting on your yard?" The announcer adds.
"Yeah," Fuzzy answers.
"And tired of having intruders and you want to make them back off," The announcer adds.
"Yeah," Fuzzy answers with a nod.
The announcer says, "Then you will need the Secure Cam. 5000. It's a high tech security camera that can take a picture of anything and anyone that gets 20 yards away. So you will know who is trying to get into your property. "
The TV shows a silver, white, and black colored camera on the screen. Then it shows how the camera can detect and take photos of a bird that is around 20 years away from the house.
"Call now, and it will come with a net launcher, so you can capture your intruders. And it also comes with a tranquilizer gun, for each camera. Call now, and you will get a well protected home," The announcer says.
Fuzzy quickly picks up the phone and dial the number. The phone rings a little on the phone.
Fuzzy then says, "Howdy, get me one of them Secure Cam. 5000! On the double!"
Days have gone by, and a delivery truck drops off a package in front of Fuzzy's home. Fuzzy opens the door and smiles to see the package. Then take the package inside. He places the box on the table and tears open the box to see three or four boxes of the security camera
Fuzzy cracks his knuckles and says, "Now it's time to put this around my property and keep everyone you. With that, Fuzzy works on having the security cameras placed on the roof of his home. Surprisingly, the instructions are very easy for him to put together and finishes with no problem.
Fuzzy dusts off his hands and says, "There. Now that I have this security system. No one will dare get on my property."
Meanwhile, in the home of the PowerPuff Girls, they are busy playing in their room. Blossom is reading a book, Bubbles is playing tea party with Octi and her stuffed animals, and Buttercup is playing with her video game. There hasn't been trouble in Townsville lately, so the girls are able to relax and have fun.
However, Buttercup sighs as she places her game console down, "I'm bored. There hasn't been any crime fighting in weeks."
"Really? I thought it's nice to have a break once in the while," Bubbles says with a smile.
"Come on Bubbles, you're just sitting there playing with your dollies," Buttercup sternly says.
Bubbles crosses her arms, "I could say the same about your video games."
"Hey! Playing video games is better than a stupid little tea party!" Buttercup angrily says.
Bubbles angrily says, "It is not stopped!"
Soon, Bubbles and Buttercup begin to fight each other and saying mean things about their activities.
Annoyed, Blossom shouts, "Girls!"
Bubbles and Buttercup stop arguing enough to see their sister/leader.
"Come on girls, you can't argue while we're on spring break from school and some time off from crime fighting. Sure, it is our job to fight crime and stop bad guys, but it is good to have a break once in a while. Also, we have our own way of having fun and relaxing. Maybe we can play a game," Blossom calmly says.
Buttercup crosses her arms, "Fine."
"Sure, what do you wanna do?" Bubbles asks with a smile.
Blossom places her hand on her chin, "Hmm, I'm not sure. What do you guys suggest?"
"We can play Sugar City, or how about Scatter," Bubbles suggests with glee.
Buttercup rolls her eyes, "How about we play a video game instead?"
"What are you suggesting?" Bubbles asks.
"There is a cool new race car game the professor bought us or how about that cool sport video game that is based on the Olympic Games," Buttercup says.
"I like to play the game based on the Olympic Games. It also has some history behind it," Blossom says.
Bubbles happily says, "Me too!"
Suddenly, the hot line goes off.
"I'll get it," Blossom says.
Blossom flies over and picks up the hot line.
Blossom asks, "What is it Mayor?"
On the other line, the Mayor says in a panic, "Oh Blossom it's terrible! Fuzzy, broke into the bank and stole the money from it! On top of that, when the police tried to get into his property, they were hit with darts and knocked out, and caught in nets! You gotta do something and figure out what's going on!"
"Yes. Mayor. We'll be right there," Blossom says.
Blossom hangs up the phone and turns to his sisters, "Come on girls, we need to get to Fuzzy's home and find out what's going on?"
The girls then fly out of the window of their home and make their way to Townsville Forest to get Fuzzy Lumpkins. The girls continue to fly through the forest to reach Fuzzy Lumpkins' home.
Blossom turns to her sisters, "Remember, Fuzzy might go crazy when he sees us, so be prepared for what might happen."
"It's no surprise. Fuzzy is always attacking us when he goes ballistic," Buttercup says.
Bubbles asks, "I wonder what happened at Fuzzy that makes it impossible for the police to catch Fuzzy."
"We're about to find out. We're almost there," Blossom says.
The girls continue to fly through the forest as they approach a short distance away from Fuzzy's home. At his house, the Secure Cam. begins to keep as an alarm lights right on top. The camera turns and takes pictures of the girls from a distance away. The cameras then begin to launch darts and nets are launched from the other side of the camera.
Buttercup notices the strange sound, "What was that?"
"It sounds like something being launched from Fuzzy's house," Blossom says.
Bubbles looks ahead, "Incoming!"
Blossom and Buttercup turn their heads to see nets and darts coming right at them.
Blossom calls out, "Ice breath!"
Blossom takes a deep breath and breathes out an icy breath spread across the area. The darts and a single net have been frozen solid and fall to the ground.
"Heat ray!" Buttercup calls out.
Then shoots a ray of red heat from her eyes and blasts the darts and nets into dust.
Bubbles then lets out a loud sonic scream and aims directly at the flying darts and nets. The darts and net are hit by the sonic scream as they shake. Then they fall to the ground. The girls take deep breaths as they feel tired.
Blossom says, "I'm starting to understand why the police are having trouble reaching Fuzzy's house. These darts and nets are flying right at us."
"But where did they all come from?" Bubbles asks.
"Whatever and wherever they are, seems that Fuzzy is making sure no one gets close to his property," Buttercup says.
Then mutters, "Course, that's normal for Fuzzy to want to keep everyone and everything away from his home."
"Yeah. He's mean," Bubbles says.
"We gotta find Fuzzy and stop whatever it is that is launching us," Blossom says.
Suddenly, they hear another weird sound and turn their heads to see more darts and nets flying right towards them.
"Looks like we have more coming our way. Be ready to knock those darts and nets out of the sky," Blossom says.
Blossom, Bubbles, and Butterfly fly towards the darts. Blossom punches the darts from the upper part of them and lets them fall to the ground. Bubbles takes a deep breath and blows the darts and nets away. Buttercup then grabs one of the nets and uses it to swat the darts out of the sky. The girls continue to attack the dart and nets that are coming their way.
Buttercup groans, "There's no way Fuzzy is able to launch that many darts and nets at once."
"Then what is?" Bubbles asks.
Back in Fuzzy's home, the large pink furred creature plays with his banjo as he sits on his rocking chair next to the fireplace. He is relaxing as he plays sweet music on his banjo which he calls Joey. Fuzzy continues to play with his banjo as he imagines himself riding on a boat in a calm river. Fuzzy continues to play with his banjo.
Once he finishes playing and daydreaming, he sighs happily.
"Oh Joey, you always relax me. And not a one is here to get on my property," Fuzzy says.
Back outside, the girls continue to fight against the darts and nets that are coming at them.
Buttercup angrily screams, "That's it. I'm going on ahead to see what's going on?"
Then Buttercup flies off at top speed.
Blossom calls out, "We'll handle everything here!"
Buttercup continues to fly at top speed as she punches, kicks, blast, or just dodge the nets and darts that are coming her way. Finally, Buttercup reaches Fuzzy Lumpkins' house to see the security cameras on the roofs, and they're launching the nets and darts.
"So that's where they're coming from," Buttercup angrily says.
Buttercup then flies to the roof and tears one of the cameras off the roof. Then breaks it in half. She then does the same to the other three on Fuzzy's roof.
Buttercup holds the broken camera and says, "And that takes care of that."
In a short amount of time, Blossom and Bubbles are able to reach Buttercup as well.
"Good job Buttercup," Blossom says.
"You stop those darts and nets from firing at us," Bubbles says.
"All in a day's work," Buttercup says.
Blossom sees the camera and recognizes it, "I know what that camera is. It's the Secure Cam. 5000. It's supposed to be high tech security cameras that takes pictures of anyone entering a certain range. You are able to have tranquilizing darts, nets, and detectors on it."
"That explains where the darts and nets come from, "Buttercup says.
"But why would Fuzzy order it?" Bubbles asks.
"Knowing Fuzzy, it's to keep anyone off his land," Blossom says.
Buttercup angrily says, "Who cares, let's get Fuzzy, return the money, and go home."
The girls then approach Fuzzy Lumpkins' door and Bubbles knocks on it.
Just then, Fuzzy slams the door open and shouts, "Who is on my property, now?!"
He then notices the girls with their arms crossed and glaring at Fuzzy. Buttercup is also holding one of Fuzzy's new Security Cam that is broken.
Fuzzy nervously laughs, "Uh well, I guess you know about my new security system."
After glaring at Fuzzy for the longest time, the girls then beat up Fuzzy Lumpkins. With their punches, kicks, and use of their super powers, the girls are able to beat up Fuzzy Lumpkins and return the money he stole.
At Townsville Jail, Fuzzy Lumpkins has been arrested and taken to prison. He is wearing an orange prison suit and is holding a cardboard with numbers on it. Standing in front of him is a police officer holding a camera.
The officer then takes the photo and Fuzzy ends up with a mug shot. Then he's put behind bars for his crimes.
