Fanfiction: Fiction or Poetry

I had almost succeeded.

All I had to do was fool some dim witted and

Too easily fooled young girls.

All I had to do was smile

And give them what they wanted.

Make them believe that I like them.

Make them believe that I loved them.

Georgina should have been easy,

A young girl not yet a lady, whose heart was so pure,

It could be deceived by anyone.

Miss Elizabeth Bennet, intelligent and sharp

She was a challenge, but I had her believing every word I said,

Until she ran out of my grasp like smoke.

Now Lidia was easy prey.

Such a flirt and foolish to believe that any man would want her

She believed that I loved her, how ridicules.

But I was the fool, thinking I could get away with it all.

Now I am stuck with a dull and silly little girl

Perhaps I am the one who is silly

Silly to believe that I could have it all.
