"I, Tsunade Senju bring this de-briefing to session."

The court room was an imposing room. On a central dias sat four chairs; for the sitting Hokage and her council of advisers, just off to the right were two more chairs; one for the ANBU Commander and recently one for the Sannin…rather the remaining loyal Sannin as the other was now Hokage.

Then on the right-hand side, in a tiers sat the Clan Heads or Representatives of the Shinobi Clans of Konoha and Opposite them were the Civilian Clans.

It was well known that the Shinobi Villages were dictatorships, run by the sitting Kage. However, in Konoha it was slightly different. The Kage or if the Kage was deceased the Elder Council would select a Hokage and that was how Tsunade had landed the job. Jiraiya whilst an unofficial member of the council held a lot of clout in the Village's forces.

The other thing that made Konoha different was the fact that the Shinobi Clans, offered advice and rulings and were tasked to control the Hokage. In Kumo and Suna where the Kage Bloodline was either inherited or earnt due to genetics such as having the Magnet Release; a Kage in Konoha forsook everything he stood to inherit in his Clan and was sworn to not favour his clan over anyone else. It didn't stop the clan in question from trying to control the Kage.

It was this latter fact that had caused the first three Hokage to not consider an Uchiha. It wasn't until Minato, who had begun to consider Itachi…then he died. The third had considered Itachi…then the Massacre.

Tsunade sighed, why the Civilians had been called in…She suspected it was a ploy by the Elders. Little did she know about the utter shitstorm that was about to kick off. Ego's would be rattled, reputations shattered and blood would quite possibly be shed, but things would come to light.

"This…court martial?" She sighed and carried on "This court martial, regarding the Mission Number 64432, Classification- B. Led by Chunin Nara Shikamaru and Uzumaki Naruto and consisting of Genin Akimichi Choji; Inuzuka Kiba and Hyuuga Neji and Chunin Co-Commanders Nara Shikamaru and Uzumaki Naruto…Are those mentioned present?"

"Hai." Tsunade looked and down in the pit, below the Council stood the assembled Shinobi. However, the proceedings halted as they were interrupted by scuffle outside.

'Excuse me? Did YOU, AN ANSATSU SENJUTSU TOKUSHU BUTAI! A mere JUNIOR ANBU; dare give ME orders, I'll have your fucking mask for that. I don't give a shit if Shimura Danzo ordered you to not let anyone in…Last time I checked those wrinkled, washed-up, jaded and quite frankly petty little shits aren't the Leaders of the village. Now STAND ASIDE.'

There was a pause before the doors swung open, metal clashed and three bodies and several body parts flew into the room. "Piece of Root trash."

"Why are you here, Uzuki." Demanded Danzo.

"To pluck your eyeball out of your damn skull, you one-eyed cantankerous prick. Plus, you owe me twelve to thirteen years of justice…Sorry, revenge."

"You will address…" Began Koharu as Hari levelled his KI at the elder and began to steadily increase it.

"I will address Danzo, You and Mitokado as I see fit. Thus, dropping all prefixes, that would assume I am friends with you; I am most assuredly not…"

Jiraiya guffawed "Thus using it is seen as an intense sign of disrespect, Uzuki-san?"

"Correct, Jiraiya-Dono…You can thank Danzo for fucking up my Iwa Infiltration."

Jiraiya's playful and lacksidisal posture and demeanour vanished "He compromised you?"

"Aye, told me to assassinate the Tsuchikage and do my 'duty, as a loyal tool to Konoha', in front of the Iwagakure no Sato, counter seductionist who had deemed me too suspicious."

"What was it like? The Iwa Kunoichi?"

"Like making love to a Brick wall, unsatisfying…for me. But, the reward was everything I could've asked for…then Danzo took it from me."

Danzo stilled, this was bad. If light of his influencing several infiltrations on Konoha's part were to come too light "Those files are redacted and sealed! Anyone but the Honoured Council and the Hokage can unseal them!"

"But we the council can. I, Inuzuka Tsume petition for the files to be unsealed and unredacted." Growled Kiba's mother. She was firmly against this from the start, now this had the potential to be fun. The motion was passed by both sides of the Council, the Shinobi as several of them had a grudge against the Warhawk and the Civilian's because they wanted to know more about the things their counterparts did.

"I will have order." Growled Tsunade. "But first let us deal with the court martial. Prosecution?"

So the court martial began, at some point Kakashi slid in. No-one was going to object to his presence. The Genin and two Chunin were grilled, although it appeared that Naruto was being grilled from choice of words, body position and just for the sake of it.

Naruto was distinctly aware of this and went with the strategy of say as everything in stupid speak, to the point where it would come across as rude. "Mitokado, enough. You are acting clearly out of line and are subjecting Chunin Uzumaki to undue amount of stress, explain."

"Chunin Uzumaki is Uchiha Sama…"

"Was Mitokado-san. I WAS The Uchiha's teammate. It is my job as his Teammate to return him. You're busting my balls because I failed to return our 'Ultimate Bloodline'. If they were so strong, how come we haven't been invaded yet by Iwa and Kumo? If they were so strong, why did we have to have them annihilated to two? No the reason you're busting my chops is because you blatantly favour a Kekkei-Genkai over the Village's Jinchuriki. Yes, I know who I am. I know what I am. Furthermore, I consider my status as KONOHA'S Jinchuriki as laughable."

This stilled everyone as Naruto opened his mouth in indignant rage. Hari grinned, and slackened the seal on his sword and prepared his evidence. "Go on Gaki."

Naruto finished his tirade and the moment he finished; Hari opened a scroll. Homura and Koharu looked at the scroll with utter horror "How! WHEN!"

"Fuck you, that's how. When…You honestly thought when the Sandaime relieved me, you thought that I was at full fighting strength? Kage Bunshin…Such a useful jutsu. I was busy acquiring Naruto-gaki's inheritance before you two and the Warhawk could get their five twenty-five fingers into it."

Tsunade's eyes narrowed "What did you find?"

"Minato-Sama and Kushina-Sensei's Last Will and Testament…Some birth certificates, marriage certificates." Hari replied.

Utter silence "You…you…you know about me?"

"Myself, Yugao-nee, Jiraiya and Kakashi-gaki…We know exclusively alongside the Godaime and the Three Asshats."

"WE DEMAND TO BE GIVEN THE…"

"RE-ENLIST!" Hari thundered, dealing with the elders always taxed his emotional self-restraint and unsurprisingly it had just run out.

"ENOUGH! HOMURA, KOHARU, DANZO…STAND DOWN. Now Shinobi Council, your answer on the undertaking of mission 6432?"

"Mendouske." Groused Shikaku as he looked at his classmates and subsequent Clan Leaders.

"They performed admirably, Chunin Uzumaki acted well within his rights; as a Commander of the Team; as a Shinobi of Konoha and as a Team mate to the traitor. The mission was a failure in retrieving Uchiha Sasuke but a blow has been dealt to Orochimaru and his forces with the loss of whom appeared to be his 'bodyguard'. Furthermore, these dead bodyguards four of them were confirmed to have been the ones to hold up two Four Pillar Violet Flame Barriers trapping Sandaime-Sama with Orochimaru during the Konoha Crush…In that matter, I and my fellow Clan Heads say Hokage-Sama, this is a waste of time, resources and profit. We are still significantly under strength due to the Crush and now, whilst Uchiha Sasuke has gone rogue albeit not a significant loss it is not an insignificant one as due to his active Sharingan dojutsu."

Tsunade, however Danzo stood up "However, due to the charter as written by Shodaime-Sama and Nidaime-Sama and adhered to by the other Hokage; when a mission fails someone needs to pay. I declare Chunin Uzumaki as the one…" With that, his closed eye under his bandages opened and a dojutsu pulsed and a genjutsu, Kotoamatsukami, activated.

It worked, the Genjutsu got the Hokage…Her willpower meant he could only impart one instruction "Uzumaki Naruto must be dismissed from Konoha's Shinobi Forces". Danzo smirked, the Weapon would be his.

However, things were about to go pear-shaped. "Unfortunately, Danzo is right…Uzumaki Naruto, I with the utmost regret have to suspend you from the Konoha Shinobi Forces."

Hari and everyone stared. Naruto bowed, turned and left wondering how his life had completely turned upside down. Meanwhile, Danzo's genjutsu began to influence everyone present in myriad of ways; with the only ones unaffected were Hari and Kakashi.

"You will shun Uzumaki Naruto…He must leave Konoha's Force." Came the voice of Danzo.

"No!" Hari said facing the crippled elder. "Ditch the Genjutsu…" And he knew no more. As his body hit the floor several concealed locations of Konoha began to glow.
