A hermit librarian named Vạn Thư escaped from Hakoniwa after a series of incidents in order to live in Gensokyo as a normal villager. Yet troubles just keep coming at her no matter what. This is the story of a librarian who wished to find a peaceful life at Gensokyo.

When news of old artifacts drinfting into Gensokyo reaches Tatara Kogasa, she becomes resolved to help what might be fellow abandoned tools in need of new purpose. Soon after, she is joined by a celebrity tsukumogami and a devil's maid. However, the three of them run into a rude surprise when a sculptor god and her haniwa army makes things more difficult than they expected.

The farting girls realize that they might be shut down.

"Meiling, this is the third time today you've wanted to do this," Sakuya complains in between a moan, "and neither of us has finished our daily chores yet. What is up with you?" Meiling licks Sakuya's bare shoulders, making the human shiver. "Sorry, I just can't help it." (Or, Sakuya tries and fails to get Meiling to do her chores. Written and uploaded on AO3 last week.)
