Elsa goes home and cleans the entire house. She has to pause quite frequently – her back hurts and she's constantly stopping to pee – but she manages to get the entire living area, including the kitchen, vacuumed and mopped and clean before Anna comes home.
Well before Anna comes home. Elsa tries not to think about what she might be doing; she distracts herself with putting up the Christmas tree. It's small and plastic, but it brings back good memories.
She wonders if Anna's going to be home for Christmas, or if it will just be her, alone.
