So she says nothing, finishing signing Elsa in before moving away to help her sit down.

"Have you had any Tylenol?" Anna asks.

Elsa gives a wry smile. "I swear it wasn't that bad," she says. Sighing, Anna reaches into her bag and pulls out a foil sleeve. "The doctor, always prepared," Elsa says fondly.

Anna's lips quirk. "The receptionist thinks we're sisters."

"Oh?" And then Elsa's leaning over, placing a small kiss at the corner of Anna's mouth. "Not anymore."
