Once Elsa is down to her underthings, Anna moves away. She's just at the door, fully prepared to wait in the hospital room for Elsa to be done with her shower.
But then Elsa says her name, and Anna's forced to stop. "Yeah, Els?"
"Can- can you stay in here with me? I don't... I don't want to be alone."
Anna lifts her head. Her eyes fall to Elsa's stomach immediately, and it could be for any number of reasons why Elsa wants someone with her.
"Yeah, Elsa. Of course I'll stay with you."
