The mysterious person killing the remains of You-Know-Who's cult have been given a name by the public – The Sparrow. According to the readers a Sparrow symbolizes freedom – not obeying any rules or laws – and taking the law into one's own hands.
The public's opinion of the Sparrow have been split:
"He does what the Aurors are afraid to do."
"He does all of us a favor by ending that Death Eater Scum."
"He's a hero! He saves us all."
"He cleans the streets of the evil."

According to eyewitnesses the mysterious Sparrow was spotted last night in a small village called Unicorn's Tail. He was chasing on another victim, Franklin Rosier, whose body was found later that evening from the area. Rosier too was confirmed to have posessed the Dark Mark.
