Prologue Kate had just made her frantic escape from Garth and his "killer" howling when she had came across Humphrey and Lily whom seemed to be enjoying themselves. she made sure to be silent as she observes them joke around and laugh at her sisters turtle jokes. Kate gave a sad smile as she watched the two, she remembered how she used to be able ti just relax and laugh with her omega friend and sister. she was so caught up in in her thoughts she didn't notice sneaking up on her. That us until she felt a very sharp pain in her butt and then nothing as she hit the ground with a thud. Humphrey and lily stopped their joking and laughing as they looked in the direction of the thud ears perked up. "Did you hear that?" asked the platinum omega as he slowly began to walk towards the sound. "Yeah i di-" was all the violet eyed omega could say before she was hit in the paw with a tranquilizer dart she stumbled around for a short while before hitting the seeing this ran towards her not knowing what was going as he made it to her he noticed the dart. as he was about to howl for help he too was hit with a dart as he fell out and darkness claiming him.
