When Casita collapses, the Madrigals find the miracle and Mirabel dead. But Mirabel is not truly gone. When she wakes up, Mirabel finds that she has become a spirit and can interact with the living. Now she wants to fix her family and undo the damage she feels like she's committed. However, she might not be able to, as her time is running out. (Told from multiple perspectives.)

In the lead up to Delores and Mariano's wedding Bruno discovers something he'd rather he'd never learnt with dire consequences. Title drawn from the song "The Sun Is Also A Warrior" by Leslie Fish.

Bruno suffers through many pains, both physically and emotionally.

When Cas Madrigal gets stuck back in time, she has to roll with the lie that she's Bruno's daughter till she can drag herself and the troublemaker that caused this back to the future. But having already caused a huge disruption to the timeline, Cas is going to have to figure out to how to guide Mirabel back to saving the Miracle and the family.
