NOTE: Sorry, this took so long to put out. I honestly was struggling on how to write this chapter and it shows that I kinda did rush through this one. This level was just really difficult to write out and I'm pretty sure the next one will be too. However, I hope you guys enjoy, nonetheless.

Chapter 4: The Don's Offer
"So, this next one is about you, Sanji!?" Chopper asked, excitedly.
Sanji smirked, pointing his thumb at himself. "Yosh! It's finally my time to shine!"
"To shine like a dumbass star," Zoro grunted. He dodged Sanji's incoming kick, and tried to smack the cook with his scabbard. A dust cloud appeared as the two got into another brawl.
"KNOCK IT OFF!" Nami punched both of them.
"YES, NAMI-SWAN!"
"Hit a little lighter, woman!"
"Tch, what? the big strong swordsman can't take a little hit from a woman?" Nami smirked. Zoro growled at proclamation and sat back down in his seat.
"OI! Sanji, hurry up and start it!" Luffy demanded.
"Fine, just hold your horses!" Sanji selected the episode.
CHARACTER SELECT:

"OH! We can use Sanji and Usopp!" Chopper exclaimed.
"That's weird, Mr. Swordsman isn't available for some reason," Robin noticed. Even Nami tilted her head, wondering as to why Zoro wasn't playable even though he was at the Baratie with them.
"Huh? Why aren't you playable, Zoro?" Chopper asked.
The swordsman stared at the screen, having instantly realized as to why he wasn't. "Something happens during this episode. You'll see why once it starts," Zoro left it vague.
"Uh? Zoro, if you don't want to-"
"It's fine," Zoro had cut Usopp off. "I'll never run from the past or hide away from it."
His words left those who weren't present confused by his statement. Luffy stared at Zoro, his face was blank as multiple thoughts swarmed through his head. He eventually decided to turn around, agreeing with Zoro.
Sanji just lit a cigar in his hands before choosing himself and leveling his character up to level 9. He started the episode up, letting the others hear the summary.
"Hey, Mr. Cook! Join us! Be the cook for my pirate crew!"
"No one defies me!"
"What a swell bunch of guys…"
"Wounds on the back are a swordsman's shame."
"Lousy cooks? You're going down for that…"
"...For fun."
"In the end it's not about weapons. Grit counts more than steel."
"I'll show…what strength really is…!"
"I'M GOING TO BE THE KING OF THE PIRATES!"
CHAPTER 1
EPISODE 3
THE DON'S OFFER
"The Don's Offer?" Robin raised an eyebrow.
"You'll see in a minute, Robin-chwan," Sanji replied.
A man in a gold suit of armor entered the restaurant, starving.
["Foul Play" Krieg, Pirate Fleet Admiral]
"Hey… Can you give me…water and food… If it's money you want, I've got it…However much…
[Sanji: Assistant Chef of the Baratie]
"Here you go…Eat." Sanji handed him a plate of food.
"Tsk, dirty bastard," Sanji sighed. No matter how much of a piece of shit someone was, Sanji couldn't let them starve. Though, he didn't know how big of a bastard Krieg was at the moment.
"Thank you!" Krieg devoured the food. After eating the meal, Krieg revealed just how much of a bastard he really was.
"What a splendid restaurant. I think I'll take it!" He declared. His words angered the chefs of the Baratie.
"Hold fast! This ship is our restaurant!"
Sanji remembered the words of the instructions from the last episode on how certain people won't appear in the game due to time constraints. Which meant he wouldn't see the vast majority of the cooks from the Baratie.
"I've never heard of this Krieg person before," Robin said.
"Like I said before, most of the guys we faced in the East Blue never made a name for themselves outside of it. Either due to their own cowardice or just failing to enter the Grand Line," Nami explained.
"And for Krieg it's the latter," Sanji added.
Suddenly, Krieg's ship was cut in half. Everyone gasped in shock at the huge feat that was accomplished.
"What!?" Luffy yelled.
"What happened!?" Krieg demanded to know.
"Captain Krieg! Your ship has been…cut!" A shipmate yelled.
"Cut? What do you mean cut!? That's…! What is this nonsense!?"
A small ship that was shaped as a coffin rolled into the battlefield. A man dressed almost like a vampire with a large sword on his back was sitting in it.
Zoro's hand instinctively went towards the scar on his chest, Robin had caught the small movement out of the corner of her eyes. She pretended not to notice, knowing he wouldn't answer her question.
Zoro stepped forward, shocked beyond belief. "Could…could that be…"
["Hawk-Eyes" Mihawk. The Greatest Swordsman in the World]
"That's him? The guy you inspire to beat, Zoro?" Chopper asked.
"Yeah, that's him," Zoro nodded his head. "And this is where I learn my greatest lesson."
BRIEFING:
Victory Conditions: Defeat the Don Krieg Pirates and protect Baratie!
"Mr. Cook, don't forget the treasure events," Robin reminded him.
"Yes, Robin-Chwan!" Sanji did as requested.
Treasure Event 1: Stop Don Krieg's first attack.
Treasure Event 2: Defeat Mihawk.
Treasure Event 3: Initiate Sanji's strategy without losing control of territory.
"Defeat Mihawk?" Zoro asked out loud. The idea that it was possible was swimming through his head, however he quickly dismissed it. "That wouldn't be the same…it wouldn't be as strong as him."
"Sanji, what kind of strategy do you have?" Usopp asked.
"A strategy of love for Nami-Swan obviously!" Sanji answered with confidence.
"I rather you didn't…" Nami sweat dropped.
"Sanji, hurry up and start it!" Luffy got impatient.
"Shut up, you damn rubber-head!" Sanji yelled back.
DON KRIEG: "Hawk Eye… Why are you after us!?"
MIHAWK: "Just killing time."
DON KRIEG: "Unbelievable… Men, ignore him! Board that sea restaurant!"
"Why is Mihawk's name yellow?" Chopper asked.
"Since there can be three factions on the battlefield at once, Mihawk represents the third army," Robin answered.
"Guess we're lucky that it's just him," Nami shivered.
USOPP: "The battle really is underway! At any rate, we've got to protect this place!
MISSION START!
Defeat Don Krieg Pirates and protect the Baratie!
"Tch, as if I need the shitty Moss-Head's help to protect the Baratie," Sanji grumbled as Zoro's hero power appeared on the screen.
LUFFY: "Old man! Can I stop doing chores if I get rid of them?"
ZEFF: "Sure, I'll write off everything you broke. That is, if you can really do it.
SANJI: "First, we've got to take care of these chumps. I'll go ahead and fillet anyone who looks down at this simple cook. A cook's hands are his life. I can't hurt them in battle. Anyone who comes at me will be taken out with this foot."
As the characters were talking Sanji had been defeating the enemies around him. Focusing his attention on the highlighted targets, which were Pirate Captains. He had already gotten Luffy's Kizuna gauge to level 2.
"Don't worry, Nami-Swan! I'll protect you!" Sanji declared as he defeated some enemies that were approaching Nami.
"T-thank you, Sanji," The Navigator wasn't really focused on what the cook was doing. Her focus was entirely on when her character was going to betray the others.
ZORO: "Wait, "Hawk-Eyed Man"!"
Zoro clicked his tongue, noticing his dot on the screen was heading towards where Mihawk was.
Sanji headed over to where the last Pirate Captain was, but it turns out that it wasn't needed. Since, Usopp had managed to take the captain out himself.
"Woah! You did it, Usopp!" Chopper yelled.
"Of course! I, the Great Captain Usopp, falls to nobody!" Usopp puffed out his chest.
DON KRIEG: "Send in the reinforcements! …I'm going in too!"
Enemy reinforcements have appeared!
A text box appeared above Sanji's head.
DON KRIEG'S AMBITION:
"It's but one ship. Let's hurry and take it over! Keep it up, you guys! Your opponent might look like nothing but a delinquent cook! But underestimate him, and you'll regret it! Hijack that ship and then I'll head out for the Grand Line once again! I'm going to get the One Piece and stand at the top of this Great Pirate Age!" Krieg declared.
"OI! I'm going to become the King of the Pirates, jerk!" Luffy shouted in protest.
"Hold it! I'm the one who's gonna become the King of the Pirates!" Luffy shouted.
"It's one and the same with you…" Nami sighed.
"Wouldn't be Luffy if he wasn't shouting it all the time," Zoro smirked.
"Did you say something, boy? This isn't a game."
"Of course!" Luffy shouted, ready to fight.
"If I thought this was just a game, then I wouldn't have gotten this far," Luffy said. His words resonated with Usopp a bit, especially after the last episode. He always treated being a pirate like a game back at his home, and the actual thing was very different.
He wasn't super powerful like Sanji or Zoro, nor did he have a devil fruit like Luffy, Chopper, and Robin. And he didn't have Nami's incredible sense for navigation.
Did he really belong on this ship? Was he just holding them all back? Shaking his head to get rid of the thoughts, Usopp decided to place his attention back onto the screen.
Don Krieg has begun advancing towards Baratie Deck!
SANJI: "This place is that stupid geezer's pride and joy. I won't ever let you have it!"
USOPP: "O-okay! Leave this to me!"
"Just like with Kuro, we get to fight Krieg early on," Robin noticed.
"Fine enough with me. I get to kick this bastard's ass for trying to take the geezer's home," Sanji huffed.
"It's also a treasure event! So, kick his ass quickly, Sanji!" Nami added.
"YES, NAMI-SWAN!"
Sanji entered the South Shipwreck to confront Kreig and his goons. The cook launched a barrage of kicks at the weaker enemies, taking them out. He rushed directly for Krieg and pressed the circle button.
Concasse Spin!
Sanji's foot connected with the floorboards, cracking them with the force of his heel. His attack took out the close range enemies and sent Kreig flying back. The boss' health bar had almost depleted entirely.
"SO COOL!" Luffy, Chopper, and Usopp yelled.
"ROBIN-CHWAN! NAMI-SWAN! DID YOU SEE HOW COOL I WAS!?" Sanji spun like a tornado.
"Yeah, yeah," Nami waved her hand lamely.
"Like a Prince," Robin smiled.
"Yeah, the Prince of Dumbass Kingdom," Zoro added. The swordsman barely dodged Sanji's foot from kicking his skull in. He grabbed his swords to strike back in retaliation.
"SIT DOWN!" Nami smacked them both back into their seats before they could get too rowdy.
"YES, NAMI-SWAN!"
"Ugh…"
DON KRIEG: "Well, what about it, boy? Which one of us has it in him to be the Pirate King?
LUFFY: "Me! You haven't got a chance!"
"True, Krieg didn't stand a chance against our rubber captain," Sanji smirked.
"Shishishi! Nobody is gonna become the Pirate King except me!" Luffy grinned.
Sanji continued his onslaught against Krieg.

TERRITORY CAPTURED!
Krieg was finished off by Sanji's special attack, capturing the territory, and maxing out Luffy's Kizuna Rush.
"Take that, you bastard!" Sanji pumped his fist.
"Yeah, Sanji!" Chopper cheered him on.
DON KRIEG: "Don't think you can get away with making me mad!"
TREASURE EVENT!
"Wait what?" Nami raised an eyebrow.
"Remember, beating Krieg the first time was a treasure event," Robin reminded her.
"Right. Thanks, Robin!" Nami smiled.
RED-LEG ZEFF:
Krieg realizes that Zeff of the Baratie was in fact the famous pirate Red-Leg Zeff, who was known for his kicking techniques. Then speaking about how Zeff lost his legs before demanding that Zeff hands over his ship's log of his travels as a pirate. Declaring that the only reason he failed to travel the Grand Line was his lack of information. Desiring to take the log and Zeff's restaurant.
"Lost his legs? What happened?" Chopper asked.
Sanji released a puff of smoke. "He saved my life. I owe the old man everything." Sanji left it at that as he placed his focus back onto the game.
"It's personal, right? I get it," Chopper nodded his head in understanding.
Robin watched the exchange with a bit of sweat rolling down her forehead. The archeologist could only wonder if her past would be revealed to the others…if her past manages to catch up to her.
She could only hope to delay it for a bit longer.
Don Krieg withdraws temporarily!
South Shipwreck has disappeared!
Sanji hurried upwards on the map to take out the rest of the highlighted Pirate Captains.

NAMI: "We were only together for a short while, but it was fun…
Nami has retreated to the Going Merry!
"What do you mean, Ms. Navigator?" Robin asked.
"Yeah, Nami! Why did you go back to Merry?" Chopper asked.
Nami sighed a familiar pit of emotions rising in her stomach. "I-I'm sure the game will show you guys what happened."
The Strawhats who were there for what's about to happen kept their eyes on her for a brief moment.

With that super attack, Sanji cleared out the final Pirate Captain and completed the mission.
MISSION SUCCESSFUL!
You defeated Don Krieg Pirates!
Sanji entered one of the enemy territories and activated his Kizuna Rush to clear out the room quickly.
DON KRIEG: "Useless scraps of trash…"
Don Krieg has reappeared!
DON KRIEG: "Win if you can… How about trying this Poison Gas Bomb on for size!"
Don Krieg has started a poison gas barrage!
"Because, of course the bastard does!" Sanji growled.
"Stupid gas can't stop me!" Luffy huffed proudly.
"Don't just run into poison gas, Luffy! It could kill you!" Chopper cried.
MISSION START!
Go after Don Krieg and defeat him!
Enemy reinforcements have appeared!
TERRITORY CAPTURED!
Sanji has defeated 500 people!
"I defeated them all for you, Nami-Swan!" Sanji swooned
"Yeah, yeah. Focus up, Sanji!" Nami ordered.
"Yes, Nami-Swan!"
MIHAWK: "I'm getting bored just watching. Might as well just join this battle too.
Mihawk has opened the gates in order to advance!
Mihawk has begun advancing!
Small Northern Island has disappeared!
ZORO: "Hawk Eye! To be honest, I never thought we'd meet so soon…"
Zoro is advancing towards Mihawk!
"You'll die," Robin said simply as she watched Zoro's dot head towards Mihawk.
"Tch," Zoro simply turned his head from her. The swordsman kept his eyes glued on the screen.
"Should we worry about that?" Usopp asked.
"Just leave it. My other self will be fine," Zoro said.
"Yes, but it's also a treasure event to fight Mihawk. It'll be good for us to try and make use of this now," Robin countered.
"And if that you gets killed then we automatically lose. So, go fight Mihawk, Sanji," Nami ordered.
"YES, NAMI-SWAN!"
Zoro grumbled to himself, knowing what scene was about to play out. He felt the scar across his torso itch at the memory.
Sanji rushed into a crowd of enemies and unleashed his super attack. Once another Pirate Captain had been bested, he followed after Zoro to confront Mihawk.
MIHAWK: "What's your goal, boy…?"
ZORO: "To be the best. You've got time, right? Let's duel."
Zoro has begun fighting Mihawk!
Sanji begrudgingly had switched over to Zoro's Kizuna gauge, charging it up to max. He engaged Mihawk in combat. After stunning the swordsman he activated the Kizuna once more.
CAN YOU CALL ME A CREW MATE?
THAT'S BAD MANNERS…!
GUM-GUM…!
TRIPLE SWORD…!
PHOENIX OF KICK COURSE!
"SO COOL!" The idiot trio shouted.
However, it seemed that the Kizuna attack barely did enough to lower Mihawk's health.
"What!? But none of the previous bosses were that tough!" Nami cried.
"Maybe, it's because we're not strong enough yet. We were told that these Treasure Events will be difficult to complete at first. Seems that Hawkeye Mihawk is too much for us at the moment," Robin guessed.
"Just kick him!" Luffy shouted as if that was the answer.
"That's not gonna help us here!" Usopp yelled.
"What are you gonna do, Sanji?" Chopper asked.
"Keep fighting till something happens," Sanji answered.
Try as he might, Sanji's attacks weren't doing much to Mihawk. Since the cook was taking too long to beat him, the Treasure Event disappeared.
Mihawk temporarily retreated!
Mihawk has reappeared!
MIHAWK: "You are pathetic and weak."
Zoro clenched his jaw, his fingernails digging into his arms. "I was a goddamn idiot!"
NAMI DEFECTS:
"Well…seems like now's the best time. Time to take the treasure and ship, and get outta here," Nami said. "They sure were a bunch of nice guys. If we meet again, I wonder if they'll let me back into their crew…"
"YOU'RE LEAVING!?" Chopper screamed.
Nami nodded her head. "Like I said before. I really was just a thief back then. There's a reason that I did what I did, which I'm sure we'll be getting into after this episode," Nami answered.
Luffy stared at Nami with a blank stare, a few certain memories were replaying in his mind.
"I wonder if I'll see them again… I just want to be free as soon as I can… Bell-mere…"
"You want to be free?" Robin turned to Nami.
"It's a long story…I'll explain it later…" Nami replied.
The screen turned black, entering a cutscene.
Mihawk slid back on the broken ship boards, a tiny dagger in his hands. "Hey, boy… What's your name?"
"Roronoa Zoro."
"I'll remember. It's been a while since I've seen someone so strong. Now, go!" Mihawk took the black blade off of his back. The Master Swordsman charged at Zoro with full seriousness.
Zoro spun his blades in his hands like a whirlwind. "Three Swords Style Secret Technique!"
"THREE THOUSAND WORLDS!"
CLASH!
In an instant Zoro's blades were shattered and blood spilled out of his mouth.
Everyone watched with bated breath, even the ones who had previously seen the outcome.
Zoro and Luffy were the only ones who stared at the screen with hard stares.
"I lost… I'm no match for him… This… this is the power of the world's strongest…!" Zoro dropped the blade in his mouth, the hilt covered in blood. He fell to his knee as Mihawk stood uninjured. The swordsman placed his unbroken sword back into its sheath.
Before Mihawk could strike again, Zoro hurried to his feet. Turning around with his arms spread far with a sick smile on his lips. "What are you…"
"Back wounds are the shame of a swordsman," Zoro proudly declared.
"Admirable," Mihawk's sword attacked without prejudice. A diagonal cut was slashed across Zoro's torso, a waterfall of blood splashed out of the swordsman's body.
"ZORO!"
"ZORO!" Chopper cried out, horrified.
Nami's hands flew to her mouth as the scene played out. "That's…that's how you got that scar…"
Even Robin was disturbed by the outcome, not expecting Zoro to be cut down in such a way. "How is he even alive right now…?"
Usopp felt a familiar sense of bile build up in his stomach. The first time he had seen that wound he did in fact throw up. He at least managed to keep the bile in his mouth this time.
Sanji released another puff of smoke, remembering the scene vividly. At the time he could only wonder why someone would be willing to throw away their life for a dream…now he knew why.
Luffy and Zoro were the only ones who weren't bothered by the brutality of it. Both Captain and First Mate had made a vow with one another on that very day.
A blood curdling scream escaped Luffy's throat as the rubber man stretched his arm over to the swordsmen. Mihawk was undisturbed by the approaching captain.
"So, you're a friend of this young swordsman? …It's good for you to see this." Mihawk side stepped out of Luffy's path. "Worry not. He is still alive.
"Zoro!" Luffy turned to his First Mate.
"My name is Dracule Mihawk! It is too early for you to die! Know yourself, know the world… Become stronger, Roronoa! As the strongest in the world, I will wait for you, no matter how long it takes. Push your limits to best my sword! Strive to surpass me, Roronoa!" Mihawk's laid out his challenge.
Zoro gripped the swords on his hip, the same emotions from the initial experience were returning to him. The ferocity of his drive to become stronger had oil poured onto the intense flames! "I'll become stronger! I'll challenge you and become the strongest swordsman in the world!"
Zoro lifted his sword into the air.
"Zoro?" Luffy gasped.
"Lu…ffy…? Can…you…hear…me…?"
"Yeah!" Luffy got to his feet.
"I made you worry…If…if I don't become the strongest swordsman in the world…you'll be pretty disappointed, right…!" Zoro's grip on the hilt grew tighter. Tears began flowing down his cheeks. "I WON'T LOSE AGAIN!"
"I will not lose until I have the chance to face him and become the strongest swordsman in the world!"
Both Luffy and Mihawk were shown smiling proudly at Zoro's conviction.
"YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT, PIRATE KING!?"
"SHISHISHISHISHI! NOPE!" Luffy answered
Mihawk started walking away. "What a good team. I hope to see you two again…"
There was stunned silence inside of the ship from the intenseness of the cutscene. The silence was broken by Luffy's laughter and soon enough Zoro's laughter joined his.
"You heard that, Pirate King? I haven't lost yet!" Zoro grinned beastly.
"Shishishi! And you never will, Zoro!" Luffy matched the grin.
Nami has escaped with the Going Merry and the treasure!
USOPP: "Hey! Nami boarded the Going Merry and took off somewhere!"
ZORO: "Damn…We'll worry about Nami later. For now, let's focus on beating these guys."
MIHAWK: "Well, that was enough fun. I'm going home to sleep."
Mihawk is retreating!
Zoro has left the battlefield because of injuries!
"Seems we won't be using Zoro for the rest of this episode," Nami said.
"Wait, so what happens next?" Chopper asked.
"Well, what happened was that me, Usopp, and two guys from my past left to chase after Nami. Luffy and Swirly-brow stayed behind to fight with Krieg," Zoro explained.
"But Usopp is still in the level," Nami hummed.
Robin nodded her head. "Another change that was made to suit the game."
"Who cares? Just hurry up and kick that guy's ass, Sanji!" Luffy yelled.
"Yeah, I'll get right on it! WATCH ME, ROBIN-CHWAN! NAMI-SWAN!" Sanji twirled around.
DON KRIEG: "Unexpected obstacles are nothing to worry about… Men, onto that ship!"
North Shipwreck has been captured and the gates are open!
Enemy reinforcements have appeared!
Sanji hurried over to the next territory to capture before fighting Krieg once more. He activated his Kizuna to speed up the process.
"THAT'S BAD MANNERS…!"
"GUM-GUM…!"
"CANNON KICK COURSE!"
TERRITORY CAPTURED!
Sanji captured the territory and switched to Usopp's Kizuna gauge as he made his way over to Krieg.
Northwest Shipwreck gates have closed!
"Hey! You're trapped!" Usopp exclaimed.
"Probably as a way to keep you occupied as he continues to shoot gas. Locking you into a corner," Chopper said.
"Hmph, as if something like that is going to work against a cook. Difficult recipes just means that the dish will be tastier once completed," Sanji smirked.
DON KRIEG: "You're like a monkey, only able to think of charging in!"
LUFFY: "Screech! You'll get scratched if you underestimate a monkey!"
Sanji activated his Kizuna with Usopp and Luffy. The trio attacked Krieg with hard strikes, bringing down the pirate's health bar incredibly fast.
"THAT'S BAD MANNERS…!"
"GUM-GUM…!"
"SPECIAL…!"
"OVERSIZED KICK COURSE!"
Krieg's health dropped to zero in an instant, along with capturing the territory in a massive wave of damage.
"YOSH!" The Strawhats cheered.
DON KRIEG: "The results will divide the strong from the weak, so there's no need to fight so aggressively."
Gain control of the enemy territory and escape!
Don Krieg has reappeared!
"The doctor was correct. We need to chase after Krieg and take the territories before he can kill us with the gas," Robin said.
"That guy was so annoying! He never shut up!" Luffy huffed, annoyed.
DON KRIEG: "There will be no more distractions. Hurry up and take the sea restaurant!"
USOPP: "Ugh… So I guess it's my turn!?"
DON KRIEG: "What are you planning? Crush them before they can do anything!"
MISSION START!
Block the enemy's barrage and help with the allies advance!
DON KRIEG: "You decided your fate the moment you defied Don Krieg!
Don Krieg has started preparations for a barrage on Usopp!
Hurry to Don Krieg to block the barrage!
"Eekk! Sanji, save me!" Usopp cried.
"Shut up, I'm hurrying!" Sanji barked back.
Sanji entered the North Shipwreck, only for the gates to close him within the enemy territory.
North Shipwreck gates have closed!
Don Krieg has stopped the barrage and is moving to East Shipwreck!

"That bastard keeps running away!" Luffy growled.
"Coward! Coward!" Usopp and Chopper shouted.
"Can Usopp really say that?" Zoro sweat dropped.
Don Krieg has started preparations for a barrage on Usopp!
DON KRIEG: "Hmph, let's see how far you can run!"
Don Kreig has started a barrage on Usopp! Usopp's advance has stopped!
"We can't even get to Usopp to help him!" Chopper cried.

"YOSHA!" The Strawhats shouted in cheer. Robin silently raised her fist into the air as well.
Usopp has started a barrage on Don Krieg!
USOPP: "I'll show you my sniping skills!"
"The power of Captain Usopp!" The sniper boasted.
DON KRIEG: "You worthless fools!"
Don Krieg withdraws temporarily!
East Shipwreck gates have opened!
DON'T DIE:
"You fools…It seems you've gotten too caught up in the moment, huh…!" Krieg was pissed.
"Don Krieg…you can't…!" A pirate cried.
"Crap! Is he planning on hitting us with his attack too!?" Another one yelled.
"Deadly Poison Gas Bomb! MH5!" Krieg launched the poisonous toxins all over the battlefield.
"From now on, you'll understand how stupid it was for you to put your life on the line like this," Krieg laughed.
"I'm…going to beat him down!" Luffy declared.
"Idiot! Calm yourself! Going at him head on is just what he wants!" Sanji tried to stop Luffy. "You'll die!"
"...No I won't!" Luffy argued.
"Like, I said! No stupid poison can kill me!" Luffy puffed out his chest.
"IT ALMOST DID KILL YOU!" Sanji yelled at him.
"DON'T JUST RUN INTO POISON, LUFFY!" Chopper also yelled at him.
"DUMBASS!" Nami bonked him on the head.
PIRATE: "Here comes the Poison Gas Bomb! Run before we get caught in it!"
All units have retreated while fleeing from Krieg's poison gas!
Defeat Conditions have changed!
LUFFY: "I'm gonna take you down!"
Don Krieg has reappeared!
DON KRIEG: "Fool… No one is easier to kill than a frantic enemy."
MISSION START!
Defeat Don Krieg!
"Time for the final battle!" Usopp yelled.
"Kick his ass, Sanji!" Luffy yelled.
"Go, Sanji!" Chopper cheered.
"Hmph, as if I need to be told twice-"
"Good luck, Sanji!" Nami encouraged him.
"YOU CAN TELL ME TWICE IF YOU WANT, NAMI-SWAN!" Sanji twirled with hearts in his eyes.
"No thanks," She rejected instantly.
He fell to the ground depressed.
"Good luck, Mr. Cook," Robin smiled.
He recovered instantly. "ROBIN-CHWAN! YOU FILL ME WITH THE GREATEST JOY!"
"Don't screw up like you always do, Swirly-brow," Zoro cut through his love parade.
"EH!? I'll show you, Moss-Head! I bet by the end of this I'll have more points than you!" Sanji barked.
"I doubt that," Zoro smirked.
"RAAAA! I'll show you!" Sanji's anger fueled him up as he turned back to the game to kick Krieg's ass.
Sanji charged directly at the pirate, whittling down his health with powerful kicks.

Krieg's first health bar was emptied quickly by the cook. The pirate's hero mode activated as he began his second phase.
DON KRIEG: "This will be your grave!"
LUFFY: "I'm not gonna die here!"
"I won't die, not until I become the King of the Pirates!" Luffy agreed with his other self.
Don Krieg has fired MH5 on the entire battlefield!
Sanji activated his Kizuna mode to bring down Krieg's second health bar. With the support from Luffy and Usopp, Krieg's second bar of health was depleted instantly. He was now down to his final bar of health.
DON KRIEG: "I'll prove to you that I'm the strongest of them all! If this isn't where you die, then who do you think is going to die here!?"
LUFFY: "You!"
"You! You thieving bastard! Nobody takes the old man's home and threatens him!" Sanji shouted. A fire was blazing around the cook's body.
With his health close to being zero, Sanji activated the Kizuna Rush to finish it all.
"THAT'S BAD MANNERS…!"
"SPECIAL…!"
"GUM-GUM…!"
"CANNON KICK COURSE!"
Krieg was fired across the map as his health dropped down to zero. The screen turned black signifying that they had won the battle.
"YOSHA!" Sanji and Luffy both shouted at the top of their lungs.
"GUM-GUM! BAZOOKA!" Luffy's attack sent Krieg flying into the air.
Krieg laughed at Luffy's failed attack. "Ku ha ha ha! Ineffective!" His laughing ceased as he realized what Luffy was planning.
The rubber pirate had jumped into the air, his arms stretched far above his head. "GUM-GUM…! BAZOOKA!" Luffy's attack smashed through Krieg's armor, sending the pirate falling towards the depths.
"Don't get excited!" Krieg launched a net and ensnared Luffy. "The sea lies below. This is the end for you, boy!"
Luffy extended his limbs through the holes in the net. He started spinning his body around, twisting his legs as they wrapped around Krieg's face. "It sure is the end!"
"GUM-GUM…!" Luffy's legs began to untwine, spinning Krieg around in response. "RAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH! GIANT GAVE!" Krieg was smashed headfirst into the ship's boards, knocking the pirate out cold.
"YEAH, LUFFY!" Chopper and Usopp screamed.
"That was pretty creative, Captain," Robin smiled.
"Shishishishi! I'm a pretty smart guy, ya know!" Luffy laughed.
"...I wouldn't be too sure about that one," Nami sweat dropped.
The ending cutscene began with Luffy confronting Sanji. "...And those other guys?"
"They left, thanks to you," Sanji answered.
"I see. Anyway, do you…"
"I'm not going. I won't become a pirate."
"What!? Why not!?" Chopper asked.
"At the time I felt that I had to repay the old for everything he had done for me…but…turns out that wasn't needed," Sanji smiled. "Keep watching."
"Now's not the time… By the way, do you know All Blue?" Sanji asked.
"Nope."
"What? Seriously? It's a sea of miracles! It has…"
The scene changed before Sanji could finish talking. Zeff had started shouting about the food that Sanji had cooked. Sanji yelled right back, asking about what was different between his soup and Zeff's. Sanji stormed outside in anger.
"...But this soup is so good!" Luffy said.
"That kid won't listen unless I do this. Hey, Luffy…Could you take him with you? It's his dream to go to the Grand Line."
Sanji's eyes widened as he heard Zeff talking to Luffy. He hadn't heard any of this, too busy stewing over his own emotions. He felt tears building in the corners of his eyes, but quickly put them away before anyone could notice.
"Wait…I'll go. Take me with you. I'll join your quest to be the Pirate King. We both have dumb dreams, might as well chase mine…" Sanji said.
The scene changed to Luffy and Sanji entering the boat given to them by Zeff. "You don't want to say goodbye?"
"It's fine."
"Hey, Sanji," Zeff's voice stopped him. "Don't catch a cold out there."
Sanji felt hot tears burning the sides of his face. "ZEFF! THANK YOU…THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! I'LL NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU DID FOR ME!"
Just like his version on screen, the cook really couldn't stop the tears from escaping his eyes this time. The emotions that he felt on that day were resurfacing, the feeling of leaving his family to chase after his dream. "I'll find the All Blue and show you everything I've accomplished, Zeff!"
"Idiots… Men should part ways without making a fuss," Zeff couldn't stop his own tears as he watched his "Son" depart from the Baratie.
"I'll see all you jerks again someday!"
"Let's go! Set Sail!" Luffy shouted as they left to chase after Nami.

Chopper was crying his eyes out. "That…that was so emotional, Sanji!"
"Y-Yeah… too emotional, Sanji! You jerk!" Usopp was crying too.
"Jerk! Jerk! Jerk!" The two were kicked in the head by Sanji.
"SHUT THE HELL UP!"

"SHUT THE HELL UP!" Sanji and Zoro broke into a fight, creating a comically large smoke cloud as they battled.

As the two continued to fight in the background, Nami picked up the controller and looked at the next episode. The storm that was brewing inside of her stomach began to resurface along with other memories. "Arlong…"
Luffy gazed at her as he watched her hands shake with the controller. His face was entirely blank as his mind raced with different thoughts. His eyes then turned to the next episode and a usual amount of anger began to build up inside of him.

NOTE: Not gonna lie...I almost cried writing that last scene of the episode. I really love Sanji and hope to do episodes with him a lot better in the future.
Next chapter is Arlong Park, and it will be emotional. It's also one of my 2nd favorite arcs in One Piece, especially because of Luffy and Nami. Hopefully, it won't take me as long to put it out as I did with this one.
