I feel annoyed that I have to do this but sometimes you just have to do what you gotta. I've taken a few days off at my second job because of my mother's surgery and also plan to take the time to update this story again.

Basically, Still Here: 100 Vignettes of a Love Across Time is not a romantic relationship driven story. It's about the challenges Kiyomi/Harry endures walking the political tightrope to be a kunoichi powerful enough to protect herself and those who she cares about, but also inspires people who are not the most ethical sorts.

If you don't like the main pairing, I don't care. There are hundreds of fics with the relationship of the characters you want. Or even better, write your own fanfic.

Kiyomi doesn't just forget or forgive Itachi for what he's done to the clan, and as this is only four chapters out of the estimated one hundred, I would suggest backing off and piping down.
