"I know I couldn't believe it either. I always knew they were close. I just never thought it was that way."
Back in Alto Mare...
"Well I guess we should go to sleep so we are rested for the big day." Ash tells them.
"I know you're not supposed to be together the night before but I think since we are already mated it's fine." Ash tells Tia.
"I really can't sleep without you." She admits smiling softly.
They go up to bed along with everyone else.
"Goodnight hun."
"G'night." Tia replies curling up on top of him.
He strokes her hair till they both fall asleep.
In the morning they wake to a sunny, beautiful day for the wedding. After eating breakfast there's a knock at the door.
"Is that you Misty?" Bianca calls from the kitchen sink.
"Ya." Misty answers.
"Come in it's unlocked." She tells her walking to the front door.
"Oh wow it's been so long." Bianca says hugging her.
"I know. It's great to see you again." Misty says
"Same too you." Bianca replies.
"And you must be May." Bianca says turning to greet May.
"Hi Ash and Latias. Congrats!" Misty says seeing them.
"Excited for the wedding?"
"Ya mostly." Tia responds.
"Mostly?!" Misty asks surprised.
"Well for Pokemon mating or marriage is a private thing. So a wedding feels kind of strange. I'm glad I get to see all my friends and family though." Tia explains.
"Well that's understandable." Misty agrees.
"We are actually already mates. This is just a formality so to speak." Ash informs.
"Oh really? That's great! when did you mate?" May asks them.
"A little while before you went back to Cerulean." Ash says sheepishly.
"What? Why didn't you tell us?"
"Ash and I were uncertain of how you would react and you guys left before we were going to tell you." Tia explains.
"I know the feeling." May sympathizes.
Clemont, Brock and his mate walk in.
"Hey guys!" Brock greets.
"Misty, May please meet Clemont, my companion when I was in Kalos." Ash introduces.
"Nice to meet you Clemont." They say.
"Indeed." Clemont replies.
"Hi Misty and May good to see you again." Ninetales says speaking to them for the first time.
"You can speak?!" Misty responds shocked.
"Ya, Ash taught her." Brock informs
"I know you already met her but she's my mate." Brock explains
"I guess everyone got married before us..." Misty groans.
They all laugh.
Latios finally being the last to wake up comes sauntering downstairs.
"Hello Misty. It's been a while..." He says seeing her.
"Who's this?" Misty asks confused seeing the blue haired boy.
"That's my boyfriend. Latios." Bianca informs.
"Wait Latios? The Latios?! I thought you died... How?" Misty asks a little scared.
"That I cannot answer unfortunatley." Tio replies.
"I'm just glad he's back." Bianca states gazing at Tio as he kisses her hand.
"Well we have a surprise for you two." Latias interrupts addressing Misty and May.
"Let's see it then." May responds enthusiastically.
"Come upstairs." Ash motions.
Misty and May follow Ash and Tia to their room.
"Misty. May. This will be our daughter when she hatches." Tia tells.
"Wow a real Latias egg!"
"How long till she hatches?" May asks.
"Within the week." Ash states.
"It's hot in there." Misty pants as they leave the room.
"Ya it will help the egg hatch sooner." Tia chuckles sheepishly.
"Come and eat!" Bianca calls.
"We're coming!" Tia responds as they descend the staircase.
Everyone gathers around the table for lunch. Bianca serves them one by one.
"Wow this is delicious." Misty tells her.
"Ya it amazing." The others agree.
"Thanks hun." Latios tells her as she herself sits down to eat.
"I think I should start getting ready." Tia says finishing up her plate.
"I'll help you." Delia offers.
Tia nods.
"We all should start getting ready. The wedding will be in a couple hours." Lorenzo informs.
"I have to go pick up Cilan and Gardenia. Clian just messaged me." Ash tells Lorenzo before leaving.
Ash quickly flies to meet Cilan.
Ash arrives looking around for them in the crowds.
"Hey Ash!" Cilan calls spotting him.
"Oh hey Cilan! Hi Gardenia!"
"Hi Ash it's been a while." Gardenia says.
"Ya. Good to see you again." Ash replies and she nods.
"I can't wait to meet your fiancé." Gardenia says excitedly.
"Well we are actually already mated. The wedding is just something Lorenzo insisted on. Not that I mind." Ash informs, laughing softly.
"Well I can't wait still the same." Gardenia affirms.
"We have everything ready at the place for you." Ash tells them.
"Thanks so much. We'll get ready when we get there. I am sure the wedding is starting soon?" Gardenia questions.
Ash nods.
Once they get out side Ash leads them to a spot without people around.
"Okay hop on I'm going to give you guys a ride back." Ash says making sure no one's around.
Gardenia looks at him confused. Cilan facepalms.
"Sorry hun I forgot to tell you that he recently became part Pokemon. Of all the things I forget to tell... it's this." Cilan sighs.
Ash laughs and casually changes to his Pokeform after making sure no one sees him.
Gardenia is shocked seeing hime transform.
"Wow I've never heard of something like this happening in my life!" She states still surprised.
"I have a hard time believing it myself sometimes." Ash jokes.
They laugh.
"Well as I was saying climb on and we'll fly back."
They oblige and Ash flies them back to the secret garden cloaked.
They touch down at the the brick wall.
"Okay well this is the entrance. I'm not sure if Cilan told you but you can never speak of this place to anyone except your husband of course."
"Yeah he told me." Gardenia says nodding.
"How do we get in though?" She asks only seeing the brick wall.
"We run through the wall." Ash states.
"Ha ha. Very funny." Gardenia laughs dryly.
"I'm not joking." Ash replies sweat dropping.
He sticks his hand through the wall to show her.
"Woah!" Cilan and Gardenia exclaim as his hand passes through the wall.
"C'mon." Ash signals leading them through the wall into the garden.
"This is incredible." They say in awe.
Cilan and Gardenia briefly explore captivated by the gardens beauty.
"Let's head inside the wedding starts soon." Ash says breaking them from their trance.
Coming inside they are greeted by Latias and some of the others.
"Hey Cilan! You made it!" Latias exclaims happily.
Gardenia hugs Tia.
"You must be Latias. Congrats by the way." Gardenia states.
"It's so great to meet you. Cilan said so much about you." Tia says.
"Same to you. I can't believe I'm meeting a legendary Pokemon and I get to see her wedding!" Gardenia responds starry eyed.
Latias laughs softly.
"I'm glad you're having a wedding. I know Pokemon mating is a private thing but celebrating that love is wonderful. Especially one that lasts forever." Gardenia tells Tia.
"I am too even though it feels strange." Tia admits.
"I read a few stories when I was younger about Alto Mare and the secret guardians of the city. Everyone knew Lati's existed but the story about them guarding this city was always assumed a fantasy." Gardenia explains.
"Let's sit in the living room it'll be more comfortable." Ash suggests.
They agree.
"How do you know so much about Pokemon relationships?" Tia asks.
"My parent's cared for grass Pokemon when I was growing up. Still do infact. Anyways I learned as I grew up about how personal mating was, the mating marks and the fact that Pokemon mate for life. My brother when he was very young became friends with a Petalil at the building where we raised and cared for grass Pokemon. He would cry every time we had to leave at the end of the day to go back home. Eventually we adopted the Petalil which he had named Lilly and brought her home to live with us. They were close when they first met and when we adopted her the two became inseparable. I had no clue initially what was happening between them. My parents however said that by the time my brother was in his teens they knew what was going to happen. Not long before he turned 16 he found a Sun Stone at a market and knew that this would evolve Petalil and thought she'd appreciate the gift. He was right and she evolved into Lilligant. By the time he was leaving for college I knew there was something more going on so I asked my parents why he was so close with Lilly. They explained that my brother and Lilly were going to be mates. Pokemon mating with humans in Sinnoh was somewhat common but I was still a bit surprised. My brother coming home after being away at college with Lilly explained that he and Lilly were in love and planned on getting married. My parents were very happy for them said they knew mating was private for Pokemon but asked if they could have a small wedding to which Lilly agreed. I had never seen love that powerful. I was amazed at how strong their bond was and the fact that they learned how to talk to each other by the time my brother was 10. My brother understanding Pokemon and Lilly understanding humans. Fast forward several years and I am now an aunt to two sweet Petalils. Brooke and Lexa." Gardenia finally finishes.
"Thats wonderful." Ash says.
"So how did you and Cilan meet?" Tia asks her.
She laughs.
"It kind of ties into the story with my brother. Cilan was visiting Sinnoh and stopped by the care center asking about a Sun Stone to evolve his Petalil. He said someone had directed him to me being somewhat of an expert for grass types to inquire about one. I found it funny that he was asking about something that was very dear to me. I thought he was cute so I said I would just give him the stone if he would go for tea with me. He agreed and He told me that he was a grass Gym leader in Unova and I told him I was also a grass Gym leader here as well. I then explained about the story about my brother and Lilly. We really hit it off from there and after four years of dating we got married and here we are."
"Thats great." Tia tells her.
"I was horrified when I found out from Cilan that not only were human-Pokemon relationships frowned upon in Unova but they were actually illegal. Even in some other regions as well ." Gardenia continues.
"Relationships like this should not be illegal. Love should be celebrated not destroyed." Cilan agrees.
"Gar and I have been looking to retire from being Gym leaders for some time now. Maybe move somewhere in Sinnoh to be close to her Family." Cilan explains.
"How about you and Tia?" Gardenia asks Ash raising and eyebrow.
"Well it was years ago I had come here with Misty and Brock to visit and participate in the Tour de Alto Mare. At that time her human form looked just like her sister Bianca. Team Rocket attacked her and when I saw them I came to help her. We fought them off and then she suddenly ran away."
"The second time we met she led me here which Bianca and her brother didn't like but. Lorenzo her grandfather explained I could be trusted. Me and Tia became very close. One night Team Rocket attacked after discovering this place. They tried to capture her and her brother and destroy the city. Her brother gave his life to save the city. I then had to leave. I was reluctant to leave. I knew she was special but I was a dumb kid at that time. I didn't know how to express what she meant to me and I blind to what I meant to her. She kissed me and gave me a painting when I left. I left her, the love of my life alone and in pain to chase my own selfish ambitions of becoming a Pokemon master. Something that in the end means nothing compared to her. However as fate would have it I was given a second chance. A chance to do things right. My life means nothing without her. I will never stop loving her." He says with tears feeling that pain again.
She can feel his pain and throws her arms around him. Holding him close.
"I'm glad you got that chance. I do however hold a belief that if a Pokemon is going to be mates with someone there is nothing that can stop it from happening. It is something that will always find a way." Gardenia says smiling at them.
Bianca, Tio, Lorenzo and the others come downstairs.
"Hey guys! Tio, Bianca, Pops this is Cilan and his wife Gardenia." Tia introduces.
They shake hands.
"You all better finish getting ready. We are going to start in around 20 minutes." Lorenzo announces.
Ash and Brock are the first ones ready and walk to the altar in the secret garden.
The others arrive taking their seats after getting changed. The last ones to come are of course to be Lorenzo and Tia. Everyone takes their places waiting for them.
It isn't long before Lorenzo and Latias appear at the entrance in the distance. Ash seeing Tia smiles.
She's beautiful.
Soft music plays as they walk towards the altar and down the aisle.
When they reach the altar Lorenzo hands her hand to Ash.
"You're so beautiful." Ash whispers.
"You aren't so bad yourself." She jokingly whispers with a smile.
Brock begins the wedding.
"Friends and family we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the union of this couple."
"There are to be bound together not by who or what they are but by the love they share. If you are ready you may exchange vows." Brock tells them.
Ash starts.
"Tia I have never loved anyone nor ever will as much as I love you. It took my foolish self too long to figure it out and even longer to tell you and for that I am sorry. If you'll let me I'll spend the rest of my life making it up to you. Nothing will ever take away my love for you. I will fight through life, death, pain, suffering and even through hell itself to be with you. No measure of time will be enough with you. Let's start with forever." Ash says with tears and fierce determination.
"I've loved Ash since the moment I met him. That day he saved me from Team Rocket. When we got to know each other I loved him even more. After he left I used to dream every night of being with him again. I cried almost every night because I thought I had lost him. I hoped and prayed that he would return and knew somewhere deep down he would. Finally he did return and we got our chance at happiness. Now I no longer dream of being with him because I live it. Nothing matters to me more in life than Ash... sorry brother."
They all laugh.
"I will love and cherish him forever." Tia vows.
"Forever." Ash agrees.
"Now repeat after me..." Brock instructs.
"I Ash Ketchum..."
"I Ash Ketchum."
"Take you Latias Dario..."
"Take you Latias Dario."
...
"Take you Ash Ketchum."
"To have and to hold... to love and cherish... for better or for worse... for richer or for poorer... in sickness and in health..."
"Latias do you take this trainer to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do."
"And do you Ash take this Pokemon to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do."
"Since you already have your mating marks, you may kiss."
Ash cups her face kissing her softly. Tia responds and they kiss deeply back and forth forget everyone but themselves. Finally they break gazing at each other.
"I love you." Ash tells her.
"And I love you." Tia responds kissing him again and throwing her arms around him.
Everyone cheers, standing to applaud.
"So how was it?"
"You know it was actually really nice. I'm glad we decided on a small wedding though." Tia admits laughing.
"Me too." He says resting his forehead on hers.
"Before we go... let's enjoy the garden." he says wiggling his eyebrows.
She laughs kissing him a few more times agreeing.
"Alright dinner is ready back at the house." Bianca announces.
Everyone leaves except them.
"Coming?" Lorenzo calls.
"Nah we're going to hang out for a while Pops." Tia tells him.
"Okay see you back at the house." He replies heading inside.
"Arceus Tia. You're so beautiful." Ash breathes kissing her.
They kiss for a while before pushes her up to the tree lifting her dress. He soon enters her.
"Ohhhh." Tia moans hugging him with her hands running through his hair.
They grind against one another while they kiss. Ash slowly pushes into her harder and harder.
"Oh Ash I'm gonna- Ahhhh" she groans her eyes rolling back. Her breathing erratic and walls pulsating against him.
Ash kisses her hard as he losses himself climaxing inside her. He continues to thrust both gasping franticly. The orgasm together several times. Eventually they slow and collapse holding each other, Tia still trembling.
They smile against each others lips kissing.
"That was amazing." Tia breathes swallowing a laugh.

She nods.
"Really." She says softly smiling.
He hugs her tight laughing softly.
"I love you so much." He says kissing her neck.
They lay on the soft grass with Tia in Ash's arms.
"Can you keep that wreath?" Ash inquires.
She looks at him and nods before raising an eyebrow.
"You look so damn beautiful with it on." Ash admits.
She laughs.
"Well they aren't real flowers so they won't die and I can wear it whenever you like." Tia says taping him on the nose then laying back down on his chest.
He just chuckles smiling to himself.
"You know I was thinking we could find a place here to live..."
"Seriously? I was hoping to get away from home you know... see what's out there?"
"We can do all that. I'm just thinking once our baby girl hatches we'll want a place of our own. Somewhere we can raise the kids and not have much to worry about. Our relationship too, it maybe somewhat taboo but still very legal. Especially for Brock and Ninetales most people wont even pay attention to Brock and Ninetales together and if they do they'll likely just ignore it. I just think it's a good start until the kids are grown up enough travel without worrying too much. If you don't like the idea, then we can find somewhere else where you'd like the kids grow up." Ash explains.
"Ash hun sorry I didn't mean to be so dismissive. It's just I've been here all my life with little to no freedom. I don't want to spend the rest of my life here wasting my new found freedom. But I totally agree with you it's a beautiful city, low crime rates, Pokephelia is legal, We're close to Tio and Bianca and Pops as well as Brock and Ninetales and possibly Dawn. Most of our best times have been here and probably many more to come. I just want to explore other regions meet new Pokemon and people. That sort of thing. I'd like to visit all the different regions. A place here is a great start for our family and our friends. I've never been to a new region apart from the time the fighter jets attacked us but I mean actually travel." Tia admits.
"Babe I sense your fear of being stuck here and your desire to travel go exploring in new regions the whole lot. I want you to experience that but I think the kids should grow up here and as you said it's a good place to grow up. So what do you think?"
"We'll get a place here." Tia agrees
Tia realizes something.
"How are we going to buy a house? Don't you need money?" Latias worries.
Ash laughs.
"Easy. We can buy one for cash. I think we'll get a mansion if there's one near the secret garden that would be great and hey! Mom or Pops could look after the kids on some days if you really want to go traveling."
"With what money? I have like zero being a Pokemon..." She asked confused and worried.
"I never told you about my money because it always taints relationships. Just please don't worry about it and if you wish to make your own we could battle in tournaments. In a tournament you're the one doing the work so what ever you win is yours and I have an amulet coin that will double those earnings."
"Anyway just don't worry about it. After many years of being a decent trainer. My winnings have accumulated. Challenging the leagues and making it through in a lot regions acquired me a fair amount too. I have close to five million dollars. Arceus I hate talking about money... Anyways buy a house for 1 mill or 1.5 mill and live on the interest of the leftover money. Money isn't really important.. you are and so are family and friends. We are set for life."
"I feel like a gold digger now." She sighs and facepalms.
"I don't want our focus ever to be on money. We don't need to think about it." Ash assures
"Okay hun." Tia agrees
"Just don't get snobby." He jokes, making her laugh.
"C'mon let's get go eat dinner Ashy. The others are probably wondering what's taking us so long." Tia tells him taking him by the hand.
They open the door and step inside where they are greeted by Lorenzo.
"Oh good you're back!" Lorenzo says.
"Yeah." They nod.
When they reach the living room the others look at them for a moment before bursting into laughter.
"What's so funny?" Ash asks confused.
"Let's just say we know what took you so long." Tio says snickering.
Ash and Tia blush profusely, thoroughly embarrassed.
"Sorry had to get payback." Tio admits.
"We ate without you since you took so long to get back, sorry. Your plates are dished up but you probably have to heat them." Bianca tells Ash and Tia.
"K, thanks Bianca. We're going to change before we eat." Ash tells her before heading upstairs with Tia to put something casual on.
They look in the mirror when they reach their room.
"Damn we should have fixed our hair." Tia sighs.
"I guess we got a taste of own medicine." Ash snorts shaking head.
They quickly change into sweats and t shirts.
Tia places the wreath back on head.
"I'll keep the wreath on since I know you love it so much ." She tells him with a winning grin.
He smiles back. She walks over cupping his face to kiss him and he snakes his arms around her, pulling her into an embrace.
"I know! We could go house shopping now that we're officially married. Mrs. Ketchum." Ash suggests excitedly.
"Sounds like a plan." She agrees smiling.
"Some of these human social conventions are kind of nice." Tia admits.
"Let's eat and we can go looking for houses after we're done." She says pinching his side making him flinch and laugh. She kisses him again quickly before heading back downstairs with him.
Everyone one is busy conversing so they go to the kitchen and eat quietly listening to the chatter.
'Hey Brock! Me and Tia were going to look at houses. We thought you and your wife would like to join us. Meet us in the kitchen if you're gamed. We are almost done eating.' Ash telepaths.
Ninetales enters the kitchen first.
"Hey you two, we'd love to join you. Brock is just gone to grab a couple things before we go." She tells them.
"Sounds good."
"So what's it like to be married twice?" Ninetales jokes.
They laugh.
"In all seriousness though it was actually quite nice." Tia admits.
"Well I'm glad that I got to be here for it. The ceremony was really lovely." Ninetales tells her.
"Aw, Thanks!" Tia says warmly.
"Well should we head out?" Brock says finally ready to go.
"We'll tell Lorenzo before we slip out." Ash says.
Ash quickly tips off Lorenzo before catching up to them outside.
"So Brock I was thinking we could go in on a place together."
"You know that could be a great idea how much money are we looking at though?" Brock questions.
"Well for starters how much do you have?"
Brock thinks for a moment.
"I'd say a little over 500 thousand."
"Well how bout we look at place around the 1.5 million range. That should give us lots of space for ourselves and guest. Even room if you decide to have kids and if we decide on a place we'll count it 50/50."
"I feel bad doing that Ash..." Brock says
"Don't. Even though you're putting less money down, you have more than earned a 50% share. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I wouldn't have made it as a trainer or even as a mate to Tia without you. You looked after all of us on the road for years. Gave me advice on life, battling or whatever else I needed. Your help and friendship is worth more to me than any amount of money you could offer." Ash admits.
"Well thanks Ash it means a lot. You have always been a great friend to me as well."
"With the money left over we'll be able to live on the interest. So we won't have to worry about anything and just enjoy the time we have with ourselves and others." Ash says.
"Thanks so much Ash." Ninetales says standing on her hind legs to hug him.
They all hug each other.
"I just thought were practically family. This city is quite safe, our relationships are completely legal here, the city is beautiful and it would be a great place to raise our kids, if you decide to have kids."
"I totally agree." Brock says.
"Is everyone in then?" Ash asks.
They all put their hands/paws in then quickly raise them into the air.
"Lets go hunt down a house." Ash says decidedly.
Hours later its almost dusk and they're quite exhausted. They've been to several houses and none of them had been even worth considering. Too big, too small, overpriced, poorly constructed, poorly designed, not enough rooms and the list goes on. The group is feeling a little disappointed not expecting it to be this hard. Their agent has one last house to show them before calling it a night.
"You guys up for one more?" The realtor asks them making sure they aren't too tired.
"I know some of the places have been well subpar to what you're looking for. It's just they're isn't that many houses listed this time of year and especially this price range. I hope this one works out. It's a mansion like the others but I think this one might fit what you're looking for. It has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it great for more than one family and still has room besides for guests, family whatever. If this doesn't fit, I supposed I could scour around and find 4 or 5 more. Honestly as I said there aren't really many options at this time. If you're not too tire we can quickly check out the last one today. What do you think?" Grant asks.
The group sighs.
"C'mon guys it's worth a try... I know we're tired but this could be one that we could at least consider based on what Grant said..." Brock offers.
"Alright... Alright." They agree working up their confidence.
They arrive at the place which they realize isn't far from the secret garden and Lorenzo's.
"Alright I'm gonna go and scour for more places just incase this doesn't work out. So I'll hand you to my colleague Brian. He'll show you around. So have a good night if I don't see you tomorrow." He laughs.
"I mean that in the best way possible. Anyways hope you like this. Goodnight. Here's Brian." Grant says patting the other realtor on the shoulder.
"Goodnight." they wave as he leaves.
"Well let's not waste anymore time." Brian says straightening his suit and tie.
From the outside it seems quite promising to the couples.
"I think I have a good feeling" Ninetales whispers to them.
Brian opens the front door letting them in.
They are amazed when they step inside and look around. High or vaulted ceilings everywhere. So much space and quite beautiful as well.
"Wow." Latias breathes.
"Okay well... This house has two master bedrooms which is good for two couples such as yourselves. It has 5 main bedrooms and three guest rooms. The master bedrooms have double bathrooms with walk-in showers and closets. The double bathrooms each have a 2 person jacuzzi tub. There are also 4 other bathrooms situated throughout the house. Of the 4 bathrooms, 2 are smaller bathrooms and 1 is a half bathroom with only toilet and sink. The kitchen has a double oven, 6 burner gas stove and a grill. There is also a large double door fridge and large dishwasher to accommodate more people. The kitchen also has an island and a kitchen table for day to day meals and it flows directly into the family room. The family room has an all glass corner window giving a great unobstructed view over the ocean. There's seating for both sides depending whether you want to see the view or sit in the corner playing games, watch tv or video calls on a large flatscreen." Brian says explaining the feature.
"Well I let you look around here and then take you to the living room and other areas."
"Wow the view!" Tia exclaims.
'I think this is the one.' He tells her.
'Me too, let's check the rest out though. I don't want to jump the gun.' She replies.
Ash nods.
Brock and Ninetales return ready to continue the tour.
"Lead on." Ash tells Brian, the group meeting him near the entrance.
"Okay now we'll go to the living room not nearly as big or spacious but very elegant with a dining area connected to it. In the kitchen a total of 12 can be seated at the island bar and kitchen table together. This dining area is a table which seats 16. More suited for special occasions. It's very formal as you can see with the modern gold and crystal chandelier and like most of the house the fine dining area has vaulted ceilings. The living room itself does not unfortunately but still higher than usual." Brian says pointing out all the features.
"Well not much else to see here let's view the bedrooms."
They all go back to the big open front entrance.
"Okay as you see there are two stair cases at each end of the place and a long wide hallway connecting them. Downstairs are all the guest rooms. The room closest to the entrance here is the biggest guest room with a double bed and the second door next to the bedroom door is the largest bathroom apart from the master bedrooms. The small hallway under the stairs at the far end leads to two more guest rooms that share a half bathroom and if they wish to shower or bath they can use the large downstairs bathroom. The master bedrooms are at opposite ends of house. Being located at the top of the staircases. There are 3 bedrooms located in between the master bedrooms along the connecting hallway. These three rooms share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms near the master bedroom at the far end located over the large guest room. These bedrooms share one bathroom. "K thanks Brian." Ash says before taking the others to look around.
Brock and Ninetales split off from them to check out the other master bedroom.
"Babe this is incredible if Ash agrees I think we should definitely go in on it with him." Ninetales tells her.
"Yeah I agree hun lets check the other rooms quickly then find Ash and Tia."
They all meet back downstair.
"So what do you think?" Ash asks Brock and his wife.
"If it fits the budget and your gamed then we're in without a question." Brock laughs.
Ninetales nods.
"Well me and Tia thought the same and we think even if it's a little over budget we can still swing it and be fine." Ash explains.
"Well I guess we go ask Brian how much we're looking at." Brock says as the go find Brian.
"Hey Brian?"
"Yes Ash?" He responds coming out from sitting in the kitchen where he was looking over paperwork.
"So whats the price on this?"
"It's listed for 1.257 million I'm sure I could get it down to 1.12 but it could take a week or more of negotiating. I'm happy to help you get the lower price it just will take a bit longer. If your interested I can call the client selling and start negotiating now just let me know."
"How long are we looking at?"
"Honestly I'm not sure. I'd say maybe, er... a week maybe two tops."
"Sorry I can't give you a more definitive answer." Brian says apologetic.
"Don't worry Brian you've been great we're going to go talk about it to come up with a decision."
"Okay take your time I'll just be back in the kitchen looking over paperwork. Get me when you're ready."
The couples step outside into the cool winter air.
"So what do you think Brock?"
"I mean if he can work it down to 1.12 that would be awesome." He offers.
"I'd agree but I think waiting another week at the very least will really put our plans to go to Kalos on hold."
"Even thought I would like to get a lower price and Brock and I wouldn't feel as bad about the split. I think delaying our trip is not a good idea."
"Seriously you two don't even worry about the split. I know I'd feel the same if the script was flipped. But just try to ignore it and focus on all other things in your life that actually matter. You and Brock are like family to me and Tia too."
Tia nods in agreement.
"So trust me when I say this is a non issue."
"I think we should pay the listed price. I know it's not my money but as Ninetales said delaying the trip isn't a good idea. We have to go as soon as we can. I mean the listed price is still almost 250 thousand below our budget and this is 'the one' as we all agreed"
"I think the same. Paying 100 thousand extra so there isn't a wrench thrown in our plans is a fair trade off." Ash surmises.
"You in guys?" Ash asks.
"Ya we're in they agree."
"Awesome. Lets give Brian the verdict then." Tia says leading them back inside.
"Hey Brian we've decided."
"Annndd?"
"We'll take it for the listed price."
"Alright fair enough. I just have to call the seller and inform her that you're willing to pay the listed price."
Brian steps outside to call.
"Hello Mrs. Abernathy?"
"Yes, Dear?"
"There are two couples here interested in the place and they're willing to pay the listed place."
"Oh that's wonderful news. Tell them the place is theirs and the furnishings as well as I already have got my own now." She tells Brian.
"Okay I'll let them know."
"Oh darling before I go could I speak with the people buying?"
"Umm sure if it's okay with them. I'll go ask. Just a moment."
"Hello my young friends. Would it be okay if you spoke with my client Mrs. Abernathy? She would like to meet you."
"Sure." They agree.
"One sec. just gotta switch on the video. There."
"Hello Mrs. Abernathy. I'm Ash and this is my wife Tia..." Ash tells her and Tia waves.
"You're a very pretty young lady Tia."
"Thank you." Tia says smiling warmly.
"And next to us is our friends Brock and his wife Ninetales."
"Oh wow you married a Pokemon..."
"Yes he did." Ninetales says looking at her mate.
"Oh wow you can talk. You're very beautiful and special I haven't know many Pokemon that can speak."
"That's very sweet of you thanks Mrs. Abernathy." Ninetales says bowing her head in thanks.
"You both are very lovely couples. Please enjoy the place I hope it treats you well as it did me when I was younger. I'm going to hire an inspector to make sure everything is safe and in working order just to give you peace of mind. Thank you for making this easy for me. I am getting old now and the house was far too large for me in my old age and especially since my husband passed some years ago. It was very tiring and hard on me trying to find a buyer. Now I can relax and enjoy the years I have left. I'll let the banks handle the fine details. Brian can surely explain when you can move in and what not."
"Oh goodness I just realized you're Ash Ketchum. You're really quite the trainer! Anyways take care Mr. and Mrs. Ketchum and you as well Brock and your lovely wife."
"Thanks Mrs. Abernathy!" They say before hanging up.
"Thanks Brian for showing us around and helping us close the deal." Ash tells the realtor.
"Oh not a problem. Everything will be finalized in a couple days then you can pick up the keys and move in. Oh by the way Mrs. Abernathy says you can have the furnishings as she has her own now since she downsized."
"We better hurry back it's getting late." Tia suggests.
"Ya. It is getting quite late." Brock agrees checking the time.
"Have a good night Brian!" They wave as he leaves.
They go in through the secret garden.
Once in the garden Ash starts flying around in his human form.
Brock and Ninetales laugh.
"Was that your celebration flight." Brock jokes.
Ash chuckles before landing back down.
"That was cool." Ninetales says.
"When did you learn that?" Tia asks surprised.
"Oh I've been practicing here and there when no one is around. I was going to surprise you and I thought now is good a time as any."
"Typical Ash learning something in a matter of weeks that takes some Lati's years to master. C'mon let's head inside it's getting very late." Tia tells them.
They all come inside.
"We're back." Tia says
"Come on in dear." Lorenzo tells her.
"Where is everyone?" Ash inquires.
"Oh they were tired so they all went to bed." Delia explains.
"So how did the house shopping go?" Delia asks the
They couples smile to themselves.
"It went great." Brock says.
"So great infact... we got our own place." Ash admits.
"No way! That's wonderful." Delia says.
"Brock and I both went in on it. It has 10 bedrooms so you all can visit anytime you like!" Ash tells them
"And it's just minutes from here. You'll love it Mom." Tia tells Delia.
"Realtor said it should be finalized in a couple days and we can move in." Ash explain.
The next couple days pass quickly relaxing and preping for both their move and the trip to Kalos.
On the day of the move the bank calls letting them know everything has been finalized and they can pick up the keys. They pick up the keys and invite everyone to their new place.
"Wow this is incredible." The others say as they step inside.
"How did you ever afford this?" Delia asks.
"Well being a trainer on the road for a long time tends to make a decent amount of money. Also it's easier when you split the cost with someone." Ash tells her not wanting to sound like a rich prick.
They spend most of the day moving boxes to the new place with everyones help.
"Feel free to have a look around." Brock tells them when they are basically finished moving.
"Oh Dawn we thought you might like to stay with us on a permanent basis. You can
Take whatever guest room you like." Ash offers.
"Sure thank you so much!" Dawn tells him.
"Everyone is welcome to stay the night if you wish." Brock announces.
"Thanks Brock." Clemont says.
"Oh my Arceus it's happening! We need to get to a PC." Tia tells her mate panicking.
"Hold on babe." Ash says picking her up.
He changes to his Pokeform and flies cloaked to the nearest Pokemon centre.
He changes back to human form when he arrives.
"Hi Nurse Joy my wife is having an egg." he tells her quickly.
Tia quickly reverts to her Pokeform and they rush her inside.
"Don't worry we'll take good care of her. Just wait here till we come get you." She tells him.
20-30 minutes later Nurse Joy comes to the waiting area.
"Hi Ash. Everything is fine, we carefully put the egg in a portable incubator. Your wife has it now. She is just down the hall, the second door on the left." The nurse explains.
Ash opens the door to the room.
"How are you hun?" He asks concerned.
"I'm fine Ashy. It's a boy!" She exclaims.
Ash smiles walking over to hug her. He kisses the top of her head.
"We're going to be a family of four." She says her eyes watering with joy.
"Yes. Yes we are." He says softly.
After sitting comfortably in silence they gaze into each others eyes. He smiles and kisses her lips.
A while later the others finally arrive at the PC.
"Meet our baby boy." Tia says seeing them come in.
"I can't wait for them to hatch." Delia says.
"Me too." Lorenzo agrees.
"Well Pops it shouldn't be more than a few days away from our daughter hatching."
"You should decide which rooms are going to be your kids." Delia suggests.
"Yeah Ash. We should do that when we get home."
"Sure thing babe. I think we should just use the rooms closest to our until they're older. We can always move things around at a later date."
Tia nods.
"Congats sis." Tio says coming over to hug her.
"You too Ash." He says patting Ash's shoulder.
"Thanks Tio."
"I'm sorry Ash. I should have trusted you sooner... the way my sister did. Maybe we could have avoided all the hardship." Tio sighs with regret.
"What matters is that we are all here now." Ash offers.
"I can live with that." Tio agrees still pondering all the stuff that lead them here.
"If it's okay with you I'd like to make cribs for my great grand children."
"That would be great Lorenzo!" Ash says.
"Good I'll get started. It's a great excuse to get back to some wood working."
"Well Ash and Tia it was so great to see your eggs and attend your wedding. Unfortunately we have to get back to Cerulean City. Thanks again for having us." Misty tells them.
"Thanks for coming you two." Ash says.
"Oh before we go me and Misty got you a little gift. It's a Love Ball. We thought it could be a token and reminder of how much you love each other." May says handing it to Tia.
"We hope you like it." Misty says.
"Thank you. I really do." Tia says hugging them both.
"Bye everyone." They wave leaving the PC.
"Bye, Thanks again!" Ash and Tia call back before the doors close.
Ash looks at Tia and smiles.
"That was really nice of them." Ash admits.
Tia nods.
"Well we better get all the stuff unpacked before tomorrow. I think we should all head back and help. We'll leave Ash and Tia to get some rest till Latias is discharged." Lorenzo tells them.
They agree and head back to the house.
"Thanks so much Lorenzo!" Ash thanks him before he leaves.
"No worries my boy. Get some rest." Lorenzo smiles and Ash nods.
When Tia and Ash get back the next morning all their stuff is unpacked and put away. It's still quite early with everyone sound asleep.
"Welcome home Mrs. Ketchum." Ash whispers picking her up bridal style while she holds the egg and carries her inside.
Tia giggles quietly.
They make their way upstairs to their room as quietly as possible. They place the egg with their little girls' in the nest of pillows.
She steps back to admire the eggs and Ash comes up behind her slipping his arms around her kissing her head.
"We're going to be a family." Tia whispers happily turning around to kiss Ash.
"Well I better wake my sister to get a start on breakfast." she tells Ash.
Tia makes her way to the room Bianca and Tia are in. She slowly opens the door to find them still sleeping wrapped around each other. Tia laughs quietly. She walks over to her sister to wake her up.
"B, wake up" Tia calls quietly gently shaking her shoulder.
Tio and Bianca stir and wipe sleep from their eyes. They soon realize they're tangled and blush.
"Awww." Tia says thinking how cute they're together
"Shut up." Tio grumbles sleepily.
Latias laughs a little.
Bianca slowly untangles herself from Tio. Tio rolls over going back to sleep. The siblings head downstairs to the kitchen to make pancakes and waffles for breakfast.
After about an hour they've made two massive stacks of both waffles and pancakes.
Ash comes downstairs really hungry looking to eat.
"Hi hun." Tia smiles seeing him.
"Is breakfast ready?" He asks them.
"Can I eat please? I'm starving." Ash whines.
"Ya you can eat but you have to set all the plates and cutlery first." Bianca.
"Consider it done." Ash agrees.
Ash is the first to start. He stacks pancakes and waffles together drowning them in every sauce, jam and toppings available.
Most of the others arrive not long after Ash starts. With Clemont being the last to come down and take his place at the table.
"Wow breakfast smells great!" Clemont says about to dish up.
"And it is!" Ash exclaims while still scarfing down food.
"Well for those who haven't dished up we have MooMoo whipped cream, MooMoo ice cream, my freezer chilled Rawst and Razz Berry jam, Thick fudge sauce, Maple syrup and Caramel drizzle to round out the list." Bianca explains.
"If you want to enjoy breakfast like Ash you add everything on a mound of waffles and pancakes." She jokes.
Ash just gives a thumbs up grinning and the others laugh a little.
"Oh and what would you all like to drink with your breakfast?" Bianca asks.
"There's MooMoo Milk, hot tea, coffee and coco. As well as water, soda water and oran berry juice.
"I'll take water." Ash says
"Me too." Tia agrees.
"I'll have oran berry juice." Clemont says.
"Me and Gar would green tea with just a little sugar if you don't mind. Thanks!" Cilan tells her.
"Sure I'm just waiting for the kettle to boil."
"Anyone else?"
"Coffee for me babe... you know how I like it." Tio smiles.
Bianca nods returning his smile.
"I'll have coffee to please dear. Black, thanks!"
"Sure Pops."
"Me and my girl will have MooMoo Milk."
"Here I already had some poured."
"Thanks B!" Brock and Ninetales say recieving their drinks.
"How bout you Delia?"
"Oh I'll just have hot coco please. Too much caffeine doesn't agree with me in the morning."
Bianca hands out the cold drinks first. Then she gives Cilan and Gar their stuff to make their tea when the kettle is ready.
"Sorry the coffee's still brewing." Bianca tells her boyfriend and Pops.
"Oh take a rest babe. I can get it for myself and Pops when its ready. Relax a bit you've been working all morning ."
"Thanks hun. Love you." She kisses him heading to the family room couch near the kitchen table
"Love you too B."
Ash, Tia and Clemont are seated near Bianca chatting and enjoying the view outside.
Cilan, Gardenia, Tio, and Lorenzo are making small talk sipping their hot drinks.
