A/N: I KNOW I PROMISED BEFORE THE NEW YEAR IT WOULD BE FINISHED. IT'S NOW FEB AND THOUGH I'M CLOSER TO FINISHING. I'M NOT GOING TO MAKE ANYMORE PROMISES. JUST KNOW I'M WORKING ON IT.

"FUCK!" Ash screams punching the wall.
The sound echoes through the station. To everyone's surprise his punch, punches through the thick concrete wall. His hand is bloody and cut from sharp concrete shards. He drops Tia's pokeball on the floor releasing her as he drops to his knees in tears.
She is excited at first to be out of her pokeball but her heart sinks seeing Ash.
"What happened?!" She asks in shock.
"He has Elllie." Ash says as colour drains from his face.
"Nooo... please noo!" She begs in tears.
She hugs Ash who seems to have gone into shock.
"Ma'am what has happened? We want to help."
"Someone took our daughter." She tells the officer solemnly.
"Okay we'll put out an alert. What does she look like?"
Tia sight shares both her daughters forms.
"Okay and she's a Pokemon?"
Tia nods.
"You and your husband are?"
Tia hesitates.
Officer Jeffries steps in.
"I believe that information is classified or at least WAY above our pay grade." Jeffries explain to the other officer.
"We've been instructed to help them in anyway we can." He continues.
Ash has gone into shock. Jeffries shakes him try to snap him out.
Eventually he get his attention.
"What's missing?" He asks Ash.
"Her Pokeball."
"Shit!" He curses to himself.
"Someone get Sergeant McGile immediately." He yells.
Within five minutes McGile walks through the door.
"Do you remember where you took that Pokeball?" Jeffries asks urgently.
"Not really no I remember collecting it to take it to Dendemille to return it as it had been reported stolen. I got in my cruiser and the rest is a blank. I remember waking up in my car. I figured I had blanked out from all the long nights at work."
"Someone check McGile's cruiser's GPS and find out where it has driven today."
"What has happened?"
"Who ever you gave that Pokeball to is not the owner... and the Pokemon is this couples daughter."
"Oh Arceus. This is bad." McGile says burrying his face in his palm shaking his head.
"This is exactly what I was investigating. Reports of people not remembering large portions of their day or people missing for hours at a time. Some return with no memory of where they had been other remain missing. I never thought it would happen to me." McGile explains.
"GPS shows it went to a field three miles north of the ruins in Geosenge town. Don't know if that will help find this person but it's a start." The female officer says returning.
"I'm not the chief Serg but I think you best go home and get some rest. You're no good to us in this state. Lack of sleep could be what caused this in the first place. We will have to talk to the chief about too many nightshifts to the point where it affects our ability to work." Jeffries.
"Sorry for what I've caused." McGile tells Ash and Tia.
"Thank you for apologizing." Tia says solemnly.
"Okay we are going to look for any leads at the GPS location. I suggest meeting up with your friends to get your daughter back and we'll share any information we find."
Ash continue to hold each other before Ash stands.
"Let's go get our daughter back." He says and they leave flying straight to Geosenge.
From the air they think they see the camp so they touchdown and run towards it.
"Ash!" Brock calls from the distance.
They run to meet each other.
"Where's Ellie?" Tio asks when he reaches them.
"She's... " Tears spill from his eyes.
Tio becomes worried.
Tia shakes her head trying not to cry.
"He has her." Ash fights through tears his voice trembling.
"I'm so sorry." Bianca says hugging them both tight.
"We'll find her Ash. You'll get here back no matter what it takes." Brock assures.
Pikachu hops up to hug his buddy and comfort him.
"Pikachu". Pikachu sighs hugging him.
"Thanks buddy." Ash says giving him a weak smile.
Dr. Vaker appears on the horizon. As he gets closer they see he has Ellie in a capsule and a Master Ball and two Ultra Balls on his belt."
"GIVE ME MY DAUGHTER YOU BASTARD!" Ash roars.
"Be nice now we wouldn't want little Ellie getting hurt, now would we... hmm?" He warns with a certain level of calmness.
"What do you want?" Brock asks.
"Oh just wanted to have a little fun." He hums with soft laughter.
"We will stop you, just like Team Rocket and all who came before you! You will try and fail just like the rest." Brock states.
"Well I would say you're VERY wrong. In a short time you will see I am different than any others before me. You'd think I'd let Team Rockets foolishness destroy my objectives. They were simply a diversion. You have no clue how powerful I am! Naïve insolent kids, pokemon or whatever it is you've become... I thought your new found powers would be a major problem. An idea hit me however and it was quite the stroke of luck. I must say you followed my plans well Ash! Kudos to you!" He says clapping.
"Here's how this will proceed. First you will kill Ellie. Then I will kill you and your little friends, destroy you egg and end your wretched bloodlines!" Dr. Vaker shouts.
They see Ellie crying and it breaks their hearts.
"Aww. Don't you see? Love makes you weak, pathetic and vulnerable as you are right now." He laughs.
"Come on Ash and Tia let's see what you can do." He taunts raising an eye brow.
He watches their anger rise and when he sees they're going to attack he puts on a glowing pair of glasses and releases Ellie.
Here. We. Go.
"Run little Ellie! See if you can reach your friends." He says turning on the glasses which take control of Ash and Tia.
I can't control my body?!
"Fly Ellie! No matter what happens remember we love you!" She screams to her daughter.
"Did I say you could talk?" Dr. Vaker asks silencing them.
They fire attack after attack chasing Ellie. One Shadow Ball clips her wing causing her to tumble onto the ground.
"How does it feel to hurt your child?" Dr. Vaker asks tauntingly.
"Oh sorry I forgot you can't speak. I wonder what would you do if you killed her? Precious little Ellie? Oh right. Nothing. Ha ha ha!" He laughs.
The doctor make Ash and Tia combine their signature attacks together charging it to full power and they fire it at Ellie. It strikes with power to kill.
"Poor little Ellie." He hums happily.
When the dust clears there is an almost unconscious Steelix protecting Ellie from the entire attack.
"Great work Steelix!" Brock calls.
"How dare you ruin my fun! In this case I guess I'll just kill all of you!" Dr. Vaker shouts.
He drops the Ultra Balls to the ground.
"Go LatiX and LatiY." He says releasing them.
"Kill them all." He commands the Lati's, as well as Ash and Tia.
Brock runs quickly and grabs Ellie carrying her back to a safer location.
"Steelix use Double-Edge." He calls as he gets back to the group.
Steelix knocks Ash to the ground however the recoil makes Steelix faint.
Brock withdraws Steelix sending out his wife instead.
"Go Hun we got this." He tells her and she nods.
"Go Typhlosion." Dawn says tossing her pokeball.
Bianca sends out Phantump.
"Phantump Shadow Ball on LatiY." Bianca commands.
"Typhlosion Eruption on LatiY." Dawn tells him.
Tia fires Mist Balls at them.
"Dodge it babe and use Will-O-Wisp on Tia and follow up with Hex."
Ninetales gracefully dodges the attack and burns Tia slowing her considerably. She connects with the following Hex as well.
Bianca and Dawn's attacks didn't seem to do anything to LatiY though.
Ash throws Shadow Balls at Phantump which send it flying. It can hardly get up when suddenly it glows. When the light fades, a shiny Trevenant stands strong.
Trevenant roars in a spooky demonic voice.
"Quick and attack LatiY." Bianca calls.
Trevenant uses it's new move Phantom Force.
Dr. Vaker tells them to pepper Trevenant with Shadow Balls.
When the smoke clear Trevenant is still there after taking no damage. It then uses its ghostly force to throw LatiY into Ash sending them crashing into the ground.
LatiX unleashes a Flamethrower catching Trevenant by surprise Burning it which almost knocks it out.
"Return Trevenant. You did great!" Bianca says.
"Tio I'm counting on you babe." She says sending him out.
"I can't hurt Ash and Tia." Tio admits.
"Focus on the other two then."
"Dragon Pulse Tio."
At full power though it barely fazes LatiX.
"Hun it hardly did a thing." He calls back to his wife in disbelief.
"Haaa!" A Meowstic cries using Reflect.
Hearing it they turn back to see Olympia floating in with TJ and Diantha in chase.
Meowstic follows up with Psychic on LatiX and Signal Beam on Ash.
"A little back up!" TJ yells laughing.
The other's relax a little no longer out numbered.
"Noivern Boomburst!" TJ shouts.
It barrel rolls to the side narrowly dodging a Shadow Ball. Then flares its wings to slow before unleashing a massive Boomburst.
The shockwave blasts all the Lati's out of the sky doing a considerable amount of damage.
"Why are Ash and Tia attacking us?" TJ asks Brock.
"Dr. Vaker has control of them with those glasses I think. We can't seem to get close enough or find an opening to destroy them!" Calls back as his wife uses Flamethrower fending off more attacks.
Olympia hears Brock.
"TJ!" She calls.
He looks back and nods.
"Noivern. Go for it!"
TJ's Noivern Rockets towards Dr. Vaker causing him to focus his efforts on it. Noivern's unmatched speed allows him to dance through the sky evading all attacks. With Dr. V distracted, olympia takes her chance to strike.
'Meowstic Psychic to destroy those glasses.' She telepaths to her pokemon.
Dr. Vaker is shocked when the glasses are ripped from his face and crushed into a thousand pieces.
"Ooooo I'M GOING TO RIP ALL OF YOU APART!" He shrieks with rage as Ash and Tia are freed from his control.
"Ellie!" They both waste no time getting to her.
They look her over.
"Uncle healed me." She says.
They hug her tight.
"We are so sorry sweetie yo had to go through this." Tia cries.
Ellie begins to sob.
"So scared alone at lab. Bad man." She cries.
"Shhh Ellie we are here now and will do everything we can to keep you safe." Ash as they hug her tighter pet her trying to comfort her.
Ash kisses the top of her head as well as Tia's.
"Noivern Dragon Pulse."
LatiX only gets clipped by it doing no damage.
"Everyone get your strongest pokemon!" Ash calls.
"Tio Shadow Ball on LatiY." Bianca begins the assault.
"Let's go Tia!" Ash yells
They connect much like with Greninja. She feels a massive surge of power from Ash and she begins to transform becoming more like him in appearance. A dark aura envelopes her.
This is his power?!
Tia is shocked at his strength.
TJ sends out his great Rayquaza.
"Outrage." He instructs.
"Gardevoir Mega evolve!" Dianta cries.
"Typhlosion Eruption."
"Mega Gardevoir Moonblast!"
Ash and Tia let the others pepper the Lati's with attacks. Which eventually tires both Lati's
"Extreme Speed!"TJ calls.
Rayquaza slams LatiX into the ground. Which is slow to get up.
"EVEN STRONGER!" Ash screams channeling even more energy into Tia.
"Let's show this fucker what true power is." He tells his wife.
"Yes let's." She agrees.
She charges a Shadow Ball one that instantly dwarfs her and the others.
Fear passes over Dr. Vaker seeing the size.
She blasts towards LatiY hurling it at the Pokemon.
The intense blast rockets LatiY who does not get up from the crater left behind. Seeming to be knocked out.
Tia smiles to herself.
Dr. Vaker laughs maniacally.
"Is that all you got?!" He screams laughing.
"Lati's! Enter darkness!" He barks.
LatiX and Y slowly get up from the ground and they grow dark in color and eyes seem to glaze over.
"They're shadow pokemon?" Brock asks surprised.
"LatiX Barb Shot." He commands coldly.
It fires a metal barb from it's claw. Which skewers Meowstic killing it.
"NO!" Olympia cries watching her pokemon fall to the ground dead.
"Noivern Flamethrower!" TJ tells his pokemon.
"LatiY Psychic throw Noivern to your brother. LatiX kill it with Metal Spear."
Noivern is thrown to LatiX who stabs Noivern through the back with a glowing spear protruding from it's arm. Noivern cries out in pain before becoming lifeless.
"Fuck!" TJ curses tears falling for his lost friend.
The Lati's kill the Pokemon and trainers.
"We aren't strong enough." TJ admits sadly.
"So who's next?... How about little Ellie."
"No you don't." Her parents shout flying to defend her.
LatiY uses Psychic to grab them.
"LatiX kill Ellie with Barb Shot." He commands smiling coldly.
"NO!" They scream as the barb flies unable to stop it.
TJ dives infront of Ellie and the barb pierces his chest.
LatiY lets go and they fly to TJ.
"Thank you TJ." Tia says tears falling.
"Glad I could save her, she doesn't deserve to experience this. Please you two don't let this go to waste. Don't let him win. If all hopes seems lost Ascension Meteor will hopefully be your beacon. Rayquaza is weak he only has strength to Mega Evolve and use that attack. They may be too strong to stop even still but it may awaken something that will. I let you discover that. Take care you both." He says before exhaling for the last time.
Brock get killed by the next Barb Shot before Tia and Ash can stop it.
They both fight with everything they have slowly losing strength as X and Y never seem to tire now.
Ash decides it's time. He releases Rayquaza who Mega Evolves and after instruction unleashes and apocalyptic attack. Ascension Meteor causes the sky to turn blood red and cloud to churn with thunder, massive meteors and lightning rain from the sky. Unleashing the attack Rayquaza falls to the earth unconscious.
"Everyone get out of here!" Ash shouts to the others but turning back he sees only Ellie and Bianca still alive.
Bianca grabs her niece and starts to run. Everything seems slow motion. Ash doesn't realize looking back to them was a mistake till its too late. Distracted it gives LatiX an opening to attack Tia. He turn to see Tia use Protect blocking the first attack. Dr. V commands it to attack three more times. LatiX fires more shots. She Protects again as Ash tries to assault LatiX before it can attack any more. Tia uses Protect again blocking one more barb before failing and the other two strike killing her.
"Mommy No!" Ellie screams watching her mother die as her aunt flees as fast as she can holding her.
BIT OF A CLIFF HANGER HERE. YES SORRY THIS IS SAD, DON'T WORRY TOO MUCH. LET ME KNOW IF YOU'D LIKE TWO MEDIUM CHAPTERS OR ONE LONGER ONE AS I HAVEN'T DECIDED YET. HOPEFULLY YOU ALL WILL LIKE THE ENDING IN THE NEXT 1 OR 2 CHAPTERS. IT IS WAS ONE OF THE ONLY THINGS i HAD PLANNED OUT WHEN I STARTED THIS STORY YEARS AGO. I KNOW THIS STORY MAY SEEM RUSHED AT PARTS BECAUSE IT IS SOMEWHAT. HAD I DONE A SLOWER PACE AND FLESHED EVERYTHING OUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TWICE AS LONG AS IT IS NOW(OR WILL BE) AND AS YOU KNOW THIS STORY HAS TAKEN TOO LONG AS IT IS AND I WAS NOT PREPARED TO DO A STORY OF THAT LENGTH. SO PLEASE TRY TO OVER LOOK THAT AND ENJOY THE STORY FOR WHAT IT IS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE A REVIEW IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AS WOULD A FOLLOW, FAV, ETC. THANKS FOR READING!
