Surprised

There Hollis was outside the door of her mother's home hesitating to enter. She looked back behind her to notice the motorcycle on the street. As she prepared herself to enter the house the door swung open. Greeted none other by House. She rolled her eyes and pushed past him inside the house.

"Ice Queen, " House shot out. Hollis said nothing as she continued down the hall. "Well that went well," he said as he looked over at Spencer.

"She'll talk when she's ready," Spencer replied shrugging her shoulders. She turned around to the TV and continued to watch the screen. House wasn't pleased with her answers; he trailed off to the back and opened Cuddy door wide open.

"House!" Cuddy yelled, as she was getting undressed.

"Oh pipe down; don't act like I haven't seen it before,"

"House out!" Cuddy said back and House shut the door behind him; never leaving the room. "House could you please-"

"What is wrong with Hollis?"

"What do you mean?"

"She's a stone cold bitch,"

"Oh you mean, she's more like you." Cuddy argued back. House remained quiet as he looked Cuddy over. Her naked form was exposed to him. "It wasn't easy raising two daughters without the help-"

"And yet you remained silently,"

"As if you would even care," Cuddy shot back trailing off to the bathroom. House followed her inside as she started her bath water. "What are you still doing here?" Cuddy questioned, adding bubbles to her bath. House limped over and kissed her shoulder. "What are you doing-"

"Sssshhh," House muttered as she kissed her shoulder more. He turned her around. Their eyes are locked. He leaned down and began kissing her as he moved her body closer to him. She moaned into his mouth softly kissing him back with passion.

"I am sorry," House said pulling out of their kiss.

"Your what?"

"I am sorry I didn't-" House said stopped by Cuddy's kiss.

"Make it right now," Cuddy replied. House nodded, kissing her once more as he left her to her bath. Shutting the door on the way out. He was startled by Hollis when she made it outside of Cuddy's room door.

"Here to confuse my mother emotions some more," Hollis said.

"No-"

"We didn't need you then and we don't need you now. You should leave," Hollis said, folding her arms.

"Hollis, ease up." Spencer said from the hall. Hollis turned around sharply. She looked House over once more and turned into her room. "Sorry dad-" Spencer said.

"Dad?" House responded.

"Yes I mean you are my dad. That's what children normally say," Spencer responded sarcastically and House smirked. House walked down the hall and opened the door. "Where are you going?" Spencer questioned.

"That's for you to find out," House said in a cheerful voice as he shut the door behind him. Spencer shook her head, laughing slightly as she sat back down. And here she thought she would be the problem. She reached in her pocket pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. Knowing her mother would be furious.
