"It's a quiet morning. It's raining, but it's the soft, quiet type. The kind that kids played in puddles during."

Kei chuckled softly as he watched the drops fall down the window. "Not that you ever have. You were blessed with such a great mind, a great intelligence." Kei sighed softly as sadness coursed over him. "Cursed with it. You never got to be a kid."

Kei closed his eyes as he put a hand on the window, feeling the cold pane beneath his hand. "If anyone were to ask, I'd tell them to avoid adoption if they can. I could have children of my own. But I chose to find you. I know it's backwards thinking. The lost, forgotten children need homes. I know that."

Kei sighed softly as he stood straighter, looking back out to the rain. "Adoption is supposed to unite child and parent. If there is any doubt a person can be the parent…" Kei sighed heavily. A thousand images of blue flashed through his mind. "I shouldn't have. But, of course, I needed you for the power he possesses." Kei smiled softly as an image of Krad flitted through his mind. The blonde flying through the air.

A wave of sadness passed over him as he remembered the failure of the black wings. "Possessed."

A small flash of lightning caught his attention, making him smile. "They are gone. Now, it's just you and me."

Kei couldn't stop the sigh that came at that thought. "I've always been a traditional man. I want my future wife to be quiet, submissive." He couldn't help but chuckle softly. "How else would I still be single as the youngest police commissioner?"

He looked down to the floor. "But you are not. You are sassy. You fight with me at every turn. But your quick wit and sharp mind…" He looked back out to the falling rain, letting it calm his racing heart at the thought of those angry blue eyes that were so cold to him anytime they had any interaction. He sighed heavily. "I can't give you up. You are just too precious to me now."

The sound of movement behind him made him turn.

Satoshi was laying on the bed, chest rising and falling slowly with each breath. Still asleep. The blanket was pushed away from him, showing long pale legs delicately tangled in the cloth. The teen had on a large turtleneck sweater, the one Kei had brought with him the night before.

Kei smiled and sat next to the bluenette. "You're all I can think about anymore. At night, it's you I dream about." He gently moved soft blue strands of hair away from the teen's face. "I know it's wrong that I feel like this. I know what I did last night was wrong. But you…" He sighed heavily. "That Niwa brat is too close to you. He's taking you away from me, but I won't let him. I only have a few years left that I can have with you before you can legally walk away from me forever. I can't let another day go by without you." He let his hand rest on a pale, soft cheek.

Satoshi moved again, turning into the warm hand, laying on his side.

Kei couldn't help but let his eyes travel down to the now exposed backside of the teen. Cum slowly leaked out, slowly made it's way down a thigh to finally drip on the bed. He felt his body react, his member hardening in his pants at the sight. He smiled and moved his hand to collect the fluids on his fingers. "When you wake up, we'll go home. I'll take care of you, nurse you through this hangover you're going to have. And Monday, I'll pull you from school and the task force. We can move to the London estate if you'd like. We could stay here, go to Tokyo, wherever you want. But you'll be by my side. If I have to keep you drunk or drugged, I will. But you'll be mine."

He wiped his fingers off on his pants before leaning over and kissing Satoshi's forehead gently.

"Forever."
