New update!
Still not dead yet, hahah
Still here, still writing queer, and still going to continue with all my BlackIce stories as I always promise!
So, when it comes to 'My Jack would not hate Easter', I was suppose to be uploading the oneshot prequel last year in 2019, but I never managed to... In fact, I didn't uploaded anything fanfiction related in that year... But sometimes there are things in life that have to come before hobbies that don't pay money or solve life problems that take time and mental energy. And sometimes you also just have to take some time so what you're writing comes out how you want it to, or at least so you're happy enough with it.
Well now, I've finished it!
Love in the Shadows, a long oneshot that shows Pitch and Jack getting together, and all the good, kinky and terrible stuff that happened before MJWNHE, that is around 35,000 words long (MJWNHE is around 28,000 words long and the prequel was suppose to be shorter), a lot longer than originally planed, is done and I just want to read over it and do any last edits if I see I need to.
So at long last, the prequel will be up very soon! Normally before the beginning of February since I just need to proof read.
And after that, before continuing with the last part of this 3 parter (which would follow off the end of My Jack Would Not Hate Easter, AKA: MJWNHE, AKA: vol.1, and lead to the final ending of this story), I'll be dealing with other fics; editing existing chapters of this story and the others, hopefully adding new chapters to the others, and uploading my fic 'Brutal Beasts' that I started a while back but never uploaded (there are currently 7 chapters of that written that just need some editing, and the beginning of chapter 8).
So, yeah, sorry for making you wait for so long and for only now putting a new update up, I know it's a pain when you're reading something you like and updates are slow/near non existent, making you lose faith and interest in the story after a while… But at least the next one up will be complete (if in chapter format it would have been between 6 and 10 chapters worth, depending on word count per chapter, with at least a month in-between many of them, and would have probably taken longer to get completed, I think), so you won't have to wait on chapter updates to that particular part of the story.
I'm hoping many of the people who liked MJWNHE will still be interested enough to read the prequel once it's up (though it's the kind of thing that could also be read on it's own for anyone who doesn't know what it's a prequel to), same for the other fics I have yet to finish.
