Here's the next chapter:). I know it usually and always takes while to update, but that's because everything is just so busy.

Getting fire wood for the winter, working elsewhere to get paid, and drama of my unfortunate reality, is a pretty tall order. In other words a pain in the ass.

Chapter 5

Lil Gideon Enters the Picture.

As of the moment the sun was beginning to set over Gravity Falls and it was near closing time at the Mystery Shack. As for "Mr Mystery" himself, Stan was wrapping things up with the last tourists of the day.

" For tonight's final illusion. The Incredible Sack of Mystery. " He brought out an old looking sack with a question mark stitched onto it shaking it a few times. " when you put your money in, it mysteriously disappears~. " Surprisingly they bought it and said a bunch of positive things and put some money in the sack and left.

Meanwhile inside the Mystery Shack, Adam was siting on the floor next to Dipper while Mabel and Soos sat on the arms of the recliner chair watching tv.

" The tiger was badly injured in the explosion. But we repaired him...with a fist! " On the tv a tiger is seen with an arm coming out of his side before showing the title TIGER FIST! with a gong being heard in the background.

Adam shook his head in disappointment. " Man, this show sucks. I thought they were actually gonna do something good for once. " The tv then showed the fist punching the tiger in the face. " TIGER FIST! Will return after these important messages..." The tv said.

A set of hands appear on the tv releasing a flock of doves. " Hey look! It's that commercial I was telling you guys about! " Soos pointed out.

A set of mountains comes into view with the sun on the horizon. " Are you completely miserable? " A voice asked from the tv before showing a random dude crying on his bed. " YES! "

( Where do I recognize this voice? ) Adam asked himself as the commercial continued and answered his question.

" Then you need to meet (whisper) Gideon. " It shows the silhouette of a person with a question mark the name Gideon underneath it.

" Gideon? " Dipper asked out loud.

" Oh boy...now I remember. " The blonde exclaimed now putting on a blank board face now that he recognized the voice and saw who it was meant to advertise.

" What makes him so special? " Mabel asked.

" He's a "Psychic" " The voice replied.

" Aroo? " Mabel tilted her to the side making a sound like Scooby Doo. The tv then shows an outhouse

" So, don't waste your time with the so called "Man of Mystery" " The voice said as Stan came out of the outhouse in his house clothing and had a piece of toilet paper stuck on one of his slippers before being stamped a fraud. It then shows a multi colored star with an eye in the center of it as it zooms out to show a large blue mystic themed tent with a few cars parked in the area.

" So learn about tomorrow tonight! At Gideon's Tent of Telepathy! " It then brought words that scrolls down really fast. " Void where prohibited, no C.O.D.'s accepted the letter "p" in the word psychic is silent and used for entertainment purposes only. If unsatisfied, please return unused portion for a full refund. Side effects may include but are not limited to: prosperity, wads of cash, fun at parties, tight pants, 6.2% APR, no money down! Psychic readings may cause a warming sensation in the abdomen. If pain persists, consult your physicist immediately. Carla, I've always loved you but never had the guts to say it. "

" Wow! I'm getting all curious-y inside! " Mabel commented.

" Well don't get to curious-y! " Stan said now entering the living room taking off his eye patch. " Ever since the monster Gideon rolled into town, I've had nothing but trouble. " Stan said while putting his jacket on an antler coat hanger.

Flashback

It shows Stan driving through a parking lot looking for a parking lot. He soon finds one and attempts to back up only to have a Gideon bus honk two times before taking the spot. Almost instantly fans came running over to it.

" Gideon! " Stan curled up his hands into fists.

Flashback end.

" Well is he really psychic? " Mabel asked dropping down from the arm of the recliner.

" I think we should go and find out. " Dipper confirmed.

" Never! " Stan said while taking off his red tie. " You are forbidden from patronizing the competition! No one that lives under my roof, is allowed to go under Gideon's roof. " Stan said as he then went to take a shower.

" Do tents have roofs? " Dipper inquired.

" I think we just found our loophole Literally! " Mabel said and for some reason raised a piece of string tied into a loop. " Mwop-mwop! " The girl said acting like her usual self.

" So come down soon, folks! Gideon is expecting you. " The tv said as Adam turned off the tv.

" I know what you guys are thinking, but I think we'd ought to listen to Stan for once. " Adam said bluntly.

" Why? " Dipper questioned. " It ain't he could be that bad. "

" Look, I got no problem with you guys going. But just be careful around him okay? Somethings off with him. " He then looks towards his best friend. " Soos? Could you take them there? Since they ain't gonna listen anyways? "

" Oh yeah, totally dude. " The chubby man replies.

" You're not coming? " Mabel asked sounding a bit sad since she seemed to always enjoy Adams presence.

" Nah, I wanna turn in early. " The teen replies and heads towards the stairs until Mabel grabbed his right pant leg.

" Oh come on. Please? " Mabel asked.

" Mabel I don't wanna... " Adam protested not wanting to get into trouble with Stan since he knew how his boss felt about Gideon and his 'psychic business'.

" Please? " Now she was giving him an adorable puppy eye look making Adam facepalm himself and growled in defeat.

" Alright! Alright! Fine! Sheesh, that's not fair! " The blonde complained.

" It's totally fair! " Mabel cheered in victory.

Now inserting Gravity Falls opening theme music

We first see a view of trees with a water fall in the distance followed by the gas station that has the large wooden lumber jack near it before we see the Gravity Falls water tower.

Before long we see a Speedy Beaver bus drive off dropping the twins in front of the Mystery Shack with Stan appearing like a magician and motions over to the building as the S of the building falls off.

Adam now comes into view giving the twins the tour showing off different attractions before it shows the trio with Stan out in the rain examining a bigfoot footprint that's inside of an even larger footprint.

A brief forest trail is shown in speed motion with bigfoot running through as it shows the weather vane on the mystery shack that has a question mark and four letters, w,h,a & t spelling out: What?

DIPPER

We see the boy holding onto a candle holder using it to examine some strange symbols in some kind of cave before turning around and was frightened to see a demon skeleton causing him to drop the candle.

MABEL

The female pine twin is rubbing her cheek against a pig for some reason before it shows her wearing a sweater that illuminated thanks to being plugged into an outlet.

STAN

The twins great uncle is shown running while holding onto a cash register not caring if money is flying out of it before it shows him sitting on his recliner and shifts his eyepatch over to the other eye.

ADAM

The blonde is seen reading books about the supernatural before it shows him smiling giving an 'okay' sign while holding a magnifying glass in the other hand.

As it begins to end we see the Stan telling everyone a spooky story around a campfire with Soos, Mabel and Dipper buying into it while Wendy nudges Adam with her elbow and rolls her eyes as their unaware that massive bat is seen watching them.

We see Wendy at the counter near the cash register with a glass jar full of eyeballs looking at the viewers, followed by Dipper examining the symbols in the journal while Adam is seen with a pair of eyes right behind him. Then finally we see Adam and the twins minding their own business before everything suddenly begins to float making the Dipper and Adam exchange a quick glance at one another.

Finally we see multiple photo's fall until it shows a picture the main Mystery Shack crew posing in front of a tree with a hole in it with Adam seen kneeling down with his arms right over the twins shoulders before we see the main title.

Theme end

" Just to be frank. If I get in trouble, you too owe me big time. " Adam says as he near the Tent of Telepathy with other people making their way inside while others had just arrived for the show. There was also a man at the entrance of the tent. He was large, slightly portly. He was bald, that was covered by a straw hat, excluding the long brown sideburns going down his face. His clothing consisted of a salmon floral button colored shirt with a white undershirt underneath, tan pants and white pointed shoes.

As for his name, it was Bud Gleeful.

" Step right up there, folks! Put your money in Gideon's Psychic Sack! " Bud said as a few people entered inside putting money inside a sack much like Stan's sack of mystery scam.

" Only one thin dime. Thank you, ma'am. "

" Sure! Absolutely! " Pizza guy said entering the tent while another comments. " That makes perfect sense. "

Adam, Soos and the twins paid there way inside and took their seats.

" Huh, not what I expected it to be. " The blonde exclaimed while looking around the tent for the first time.

" Yeah, it's like a bizzarro version of the Mystery Shack. " Dipper added. " They even have their own Soos! " Dipper said pointing over to a guy who looked just like their handyman except his name wad Duce and this made Soos glare at the guy.

All the sudden the light stated to dimer down with the crowd beginning to cheer. " It's starting! It's starting! " Mabel said in a bit of excitement. Two search lights turned on and moved all over the room, before they landed on the closed curtains of the stage.

" Let's see what this monster looks like. " Dipper says as he crossed his arms.

" Trust, me it's really hard to believe it once you see it. " Adam says as they see a large broad shouldered silhouette walk onto the stage.

However, when the currents rolled back it was someone else instead. It was short chubby kid with white pompadour hair bigger then his head, an upturned nose, blue eyes, and three freckles on each of his cheeks. His clothing consisted that of a baby blue suit, a black shirt, an American flag pinned on the left side of his collar. He also had brown polished shoes and a jade amulet on a bolo tie. " Hello America! My name is Lil' Gideon. " He said before giving off a clap causing multiple doves to fly out of his hair making the crowd cheer.

" That's Stan's mortal enemy? " Dipper exclaimed in surprise.

" Yeeep. " The blonde confirmed since it was hard to believe that this little kid was his bosses arch nemesis.

" But he's so widdle! " Mabel sayid cutely.

" Ladies and gentlemen, it is such a gift to have you here tonight. Such a gift. " The boy repeated. " I have a vision. I predict you all will soon say aw. " The boy said before making a cute face making everyone say aw including Mabel.

Adam looked at him with a bored expression. " Pff, suck up. "

" It came true... " Mabel says in awe.

" What?! I'm not impressed. " Dipper said.

" You're both impressed. " Mabel insisted.

" Hit it dad! " Gideon said gleefully to the man that was outside of the tent taking money and began to play the piano.

" No thank you. " Adam says as he puts some ear plugs to block out the singing and raised an eyebrow as he watched Gideon throw his cape. A woman caught it and then other woman started to tackle her wanting it for themselves as if it belonged to Elvis Presley.

As he sung the kid grabbed his amulet and all the sudden Adam just stood up on his own like his body was being controlled. " Whoa! Wh-what the?! " He was entirely confused by why that happened all the sudden. After a few more minutes he had finished the song and Adam took out his ear plugs.

" Well, that was waist of time. " Adam scoffed as they got out of the tent.

" I know right, " Dipper added. " That kid's an even bigger fraud then Stan! No wonder our uncles jealous. "

" Oh, come on, his dance moves were adorable! " Mabel said. " And did you see his hair? It was, like, whoosh! "

" You're to easily impressed. " Dipper commented.

" What he said. " Adam agreed.

" Yeah, yeah! " Mabel said as she playfully shoved Adam and Dipper before they began to do it to one another laughing away unaware that Gideon was watching them from the entrance of tent.

Later on that night Adam was watching tv by himself watching some old horror movie while everyone else was asleep. He normally did this at least three times a month and this marked as number two. The reason for the numbers was because there were a couple of times each month Stan would take some sleeping pills, the kind that couldn't make you wake up when an earthquake happened.

Adam was eating a bunch of sweets and he was doing this. " Adam~ " He could've sworn he heard a voice but he looked around and shrugged his shoulders and continued to watch tv.

All of the sudden the TV turned off confusing Adam greatly. " Huh? " As he did so a face suddenly flashed on the screen smiling devilishly before Adam turned it off.

" Hahaha. Okay...time for me to wake up now. " The teen said as he then stood up and headed to the exit but it was suddenly blocked off by a column of shadows.

" Awww~ Leaving so soon? " A deep and dark raspy voice spoke up. Once he heard the voice Adam froze in fear.

" What? Why are you here now?! " The teen yelled as he looked around the room with the only light provided from the tv and ran towards the kitchen only for another pillar to sprout out of the floor.

" Adam. You should've realized sooner, that I never left. I was sleeping. " The voice replies. " But now... " The voice paused before Adam slowly turned around.

All the sudden something slowly looms over the teen giving off some sort of horrific smile showing off sharp teeth that would put a sharks to shame. " I'm Back~ " The voice said with a pair of glowing white eyes suddenly appearing behind the recliner coming before it gave off a humorous laugh.

Adam now shoots up gasping in fear, face covered in sweat and was doing his best to recapture his breath.

' No, way, he can't be back... ' The teen said to himself hoping it wasn't true, but after calming himself down he shook his head. " Maybe that's all it was...Just a dream... " Adam said before he left the room to go take a morning shower to help clear his mind.

Later on Adam is now seen drawing something on a piece of paper while Dipper is drinking a glass of water. " You okay? "

" Yeah, I'm fine. Why do you ask? " The blonde asks not taking his eyes off what he was doing.

" You just look tired. "

" Eh, I'm fine. I just hard a time sleeping last night that's all. " The teen lied not wanting to tell him what really happened last night in his dream.

" Hey guys! " Mabel came up wearing her lama sweater and her whole face was covered in blinging jewels. " Check it out, I successfully bezazzled my face. Blink! " She then cringed in pain. " Ow. "

" Is that permanent? " Dipper asked with a raised eyebrow.

" Please hope it ain't " Adam groaned.

" I'm unappreciated in my time. " Mabel said before the doorbell rang.

" Somebody answer that door! " Stan's voice echoed.

" On it! " Adam volunteered heading to the door and paused. " Mabel, please take that stuff off your face. " The teen said leaving to do just that and opened the door to find no one out there at all.

" Down here. " A voice said making the teen look down to see Gideon smiling up at him. " Howdy Adam. "

" What do you want Gideon? " The blonde said with a scowl and crossed his arms.

" I was wondering if this is was the residence of Mabel Pines? " The kid asked making Adam sigh and called into the house. " Mabel! It's for you! " He said before walking back to the recliner.

Once Mabel got to the entrance she gasped upon who was there. " It's widdle ol' you! "

Hearing this made him chuckle " Yeah, my song's quite catchy. " He said. " I... I know we haven't formally met, but after yesterday's performance, I just couldn't get your laugh out of my head. "

" You mean this one? " Mabel asked and proceeded to laugh.

" Oh, what a delight! " Gideon exclaimed happily. " When I saw you in the audience, I said to myself, "Now there's a kindred spirit. Someone who appreciates the sparkly things in life". "

" That's totally me! " She said laughing lightly and then choked resulting in a few bizzazle jewels out of her mouth landing around the collar of his suite.

" Enchanting. Utterly enchanting " He said softly not entirely grossed out by what just happened at all.

" Who's at the door?! "

" No one Grunkle Stan! " Mabel replied lying to her great uncle.

" I appreciate your discretion. That Stan's no fan of mine. " He whispered. " I don't know how a lemon so sour could be related to a peach so sweet! "

" Gideon! " She waved her hand and chuckled.

" What do you say we step away from here, and chat a bit more? Perhaps in my dressing room? " He asked making her gasp and get all excited.

" Oh, makeovers! " She hooted excitedly and poked him right in the stomach making him laugh a little before saying 'ow' and rubbed it to sooth the pain.

About an hour later Mabel came back.

" Mabel is that you? " Adam asked and turned around. " Where've you be-Whoa! " He freaked out a little upon seeing her face. " What happened to you? You look like you got kidnapped by a creepy clown. "

" Hey guys, " She greeted positively. " What's going ooooooon? " The girl asked and got over Dippers face waving her now long painted nails creepily smacking them away.

" Yeah, what's up those finger nails? You look like a wolverine. " Dipper added.

" I Know right? " She then mimicked a roar and scratched the air. " I was hanging out with my new pal, Gideon! He is one dapper little man. "

" Mabel, I don't trust anyone whose hair is bigger then their head. "

" Oh, leave him alone! You never want to do girly stuff with me. " Mabel said putting her hands on her hips. " You and Soos get to do buy stuff all the time. "

" What do you mean? " Her twin asked now all confused while Adam put his fingers up and counted down.

" 3...2...1.. "

" Hey, dude! " Soos called " You ready to blow up these hot dogs in the microwave, one by one? "

" Am?! " Dipper asked proving her point and headed towards the kitchen with the sound of the microwave beeping and the sound of exploding hot dogs.

" Look, Mabel..." Adam said now speaking up. " Just be careful okay? If you feel uncomfortable you have to let him know. You can't always be afraid to say it, otherwise it's only gonna get worse. "

The next day.

" You did what?! " The teens voice was heard from outside the Mystery Shack as we now see the teen frowning down on Mabel who was playing a video game with Dipper after she told him what happened the other day.

" Adam relax. It's not a date-date. " Mabel said trying to reassure him and her brother while focused on the game. " It's just that you know, I didn't want to hurt his feelings, and so I figured I'd throw him a bone. "

" Mabel, guys don't work that way! " Dipper said and looked at her with a teasing look. " He's gonna fall in love with you. "

" More like in this case, he already has. " The blonde commented bluntly while Mabel blew a raspberry and waved them off.

" Yeah, right. I'm not that lovable. " She says plays with her and wins the game she was playing with Dipper. " Ka-boom! Yes! " She cheered.

" Okay, we agree on something here. " Dipper said as the doorbell rang once again. Mabel went to answer it but all the sudden, as she opened the door bam! There was white horse taking her by surprise falling onto the ground and scurried back a bit as she now realizes that it's Gideon who was riding on.

" A night of enchantment awaits, my lady!

" Oh boy, " Mabel exclaimed already not liking where this was going.

Later on we see Adam enter the gift shop where Dipper was hanging out with Soos and Wendy all doing nothing since it was a surprisingly very slow day at the Mystery Shack since no tourists or customers had showed up.

" Man I love days like this. " The blonde commented.

" Hey dude are okay? " Wendy asked looking worried for Adam noticing the bags underneath his eyes. " You like a mess. "

" I'm fine. I just been having a hard time sleeping lately. " Adam replied. " Just woke up from a nap and even it don't help. " He said before giving off a yawn. " Maybe I should take a shower and turn in real today after we close up shop. " He said and looked over to see his best friend reading a magazine. " Soos what is that your reading? " He asked and then eyes widened up a bit upon seeing the cover. " Oh no. " The teen breathed already having a feeling he could get in trouble with Stan.

" Hey, hey! " Speaking of the devil their bossed yelled out to them walking over to them holding a newspaper. " What the Jekyll is Mabel doing in the paper next to that greasy pickpocket Gideon? "

" Oh, yeah, it's, like, a big deal. " Wendy said holding up her phone to show Stan the screen. " Everybody's talking about Gideon and Mabel's big date tonight. "

" WHAT?! " Stan yelled out in rage, he glared at the paper and crushed it into his grip. " That little shyster is dating my great niece!? "

" I wonder what the new name will be for the power couple. " Soos wondered as he was reading a Gideon magazine. " Mabideon? Gideable? " He then gasped. " May-Gid-Bel-Eon! "

Stan then furiously threw the paper onto the floor and walked back into his room.

" I didn't know! I didn't hear about it! And plus, I told her not to! " Dipper lied as his Grunkle walked back into the gift shop wearing his normal suit and had his eight ball cane.

" Yeah, well it end tonight " He marched towards the door and pointed his cane right towards them getting their attention while Soos was still reading. " I'm going right down to that little skunk's house. This is going to stop right now! " He then made his way out and slammed the door causing everyone to slightly flinch.

" Dude, wouldn't it be funny if that was a closet, and he had to come back out again and walk out the real door? " Soos asked as he went over to the door and opened it up. " Nope. Real door. " Soos said looking back to them.

" Well I hope he does stop this. " Adam said as he goes over to the paper and picks up showing the picture to everyone. " I mean let's face it, Gideon loves the attention he draws to himself on purpose. But, look at Mabel, she's really not looking comfortable. "

" Yeah your right. " Dipper said in agreement. " You know what, when she gets home, let's talk to her and just help her out put an end to this. "

" You read my thoughts Dip. " Adam used the nickname he gave him and exchanged a fist bump.

We now see Dipper reading the journal at the table while Adam was near the tv surfing through the channels looking for something good to watch but no luck at all. And then Mabel had finally returned.

As she walked in her twin brother noticed and stopped reading the journal. " Hey! How did it go? " He asked instantly getting Adam's attention and turned off the tv.

" Mabel? Is something the matter? " The blonde asked in concern noticing her troubled look and that she was carrying...a lobster?

" I don't know. I have a lobster now. " She replies stacking a few books on a chair and opened the cap of the tank putting the lobster inside of it.

" Well, at least it's over and you wont ever have to go out with him again. " Dipper said as he reached out to drink his soda. He stopped as he and Adam now noticed she looked sad, putting her finger on the tank with the lobster touching where it was.

" Mabel? It's over, right? " Dipper asked sternly. " Mabel? " He asked again.

" He asked you out again didn't he? " Adam spoke up already putting the pieces together making her finally break and flail her arms around.

" Blaaaargh! He did! He asked me out again, and I didn't know how to say no! "

" Like this. " Dipper motioned to his lips. " NO. "

" Mabel, this is what I was talking about! " The teen said in frustration.

" But it's not that easy, guys! " Mabel replies and walks over to them. " And I do like Gideon as a friend, slash, little sister! " She said slightly confusing Adam at the last part she said, however he shrugged it off cause she was already stressed enough. " So I didn't want to hurt his feelings! "

" Mabel, there will always be times when you got to do what you got to do. " Adam said speaking the truth. " There'll be different results, it's something that you must be willing to do even if peoples feelings get hurt. "

" I know-I know. " Mabel sighs as she sits down on a chair while Adam puts a hand on her shoulder to help her calm down. " I just need to get things back to where they used to be. You know, friends. "

" Then that's exactly what you have to do tonight. " Adam said firmly.

Later on that night Mabel had returned back to the Mystery Shack and instantly went to the living room. She then began to pace around in a circle completely in panic. " I don't know what to do. " She began completely unaware of Dipper walking down the stairs walking past her but instantly began to eavesdrop. " He's so nice, but I can't keep doing this, but I can't break his heart. I have no way out! "

Dipper then decided to come out. " What in the heck happened on that date? "

" I don't know! " She exclaimed in the same state of panic. " I was in the friend zone. And then, before I knew what was happening, he pulled me into the romance zone! It was like quick sand, chubby quick sand! " She said that last part and gripped on her brother who tried to calm her down.

" Mabel come on...It's not like you're going to marry Gideon. "

" Great news, Mabel! " Stan called out to her and entered the room wearing a white shirt that said Team Gideon in blue writing. " You have to marry Gideon! "

" WHAT?! " She yelled at him.

" It's all part of my long-term deal with Buddy Gleeful! " Stan explained. " There's a lot of cash tied up in this thing. Plus, I got this shirt. " He said gesturing to it and noticed something else. " Ugh, I am fat. "

After enough was enough and finally loosing it, Mabel then screamed, running up stairs to the attic.

" Bodies change, honey! " Stan called out to her. " Bodies change. " He repeated to himself.

Meanwhile in the attic Adam was fast asleep on his hammock but shot awake upon hearing the door slam open. He then saw Mabel go near a box full of junk and stuffed her head, arms and legs into the sweater.

" Oh no... " The teen said as he got out of his hammock and headed over to her with Dipper now entering as well. They then silently walked over to her with Adam sitting down right beside her. " Mabel? "

" Mabel's not here. " She moaned. " She's in Sweater town. "

" Are you gonna come out of Sweater Town? " Dipper asked only for her to shake her head almost sounding like she was gonna cry.

" Well...can we talk to one another through Sweater Town? " Adam asked wanting to know what happened and what was wrong to see what he could for her.

" I just wanted to tell Gideon to understand that I only wanted to be his friend. But when he lit up a firework. "

" A fire work? Why? " The teen asked in confusion.

" He wanted to be my soulmate. Now I have to marry him. " Mabel answered stunning Adam by her words.

" What? Marry? Says who? " He looked to Dipper. " What's going on, tell me all the details. " He said firmly showing he wasn't even playing around he was dead serious.

" I don't know. Grunkle Stan made some sort of deal with Gideon's dad, talking about getting the Mystery Shack and the Tent of Telepathy together. "

" Stan...of freaking course. " The teen facepalmed himself. " That is the last straw. Dipper, time to man up. Mabel, if you can't break up with Gideon on your own, then me and your brother will do it for you. "

She poked her head out of the sweater. " You will? " They both nodded with a smile. " Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you! " She said and embraced the two in a tight hug making Adam chuckle nervously.

After talking a little bit with Mabel she lead them to where they were gonna have their date. It was the fanciest restaurant in town called "The Club"

" Hmmm. " Adam hummed upon seeing the building. " Nice choice for dinner. And a date for that fact. " Adam noted to himself and entered.

" Excuse me sirs? But do you have a reservation? " He asked in a snobby tone only for the teen to push him aside completely ignoring him looked around they spotted the alleged child psychic and got in front of his table.

" Hello Gideon. " The teen greeted him a very bitter tone.

" Oh, Dipper Pines and Adam Winters. How are you both tonight? You look good by the way, you look good. "

" Cut the act. " Adam replied. " We wanna talk. "

" Oooh! Are you here to accept my offer? " The child asked in a excited tone. " It's still open. "

" I'm not here about that. " The teen replies firmly and looks to Dipper. " Now, say what you wanna say. "

" Look, Gideon. We've really gotta talk. Mabel isn't joining you tonight. She uh...doesn't wanna see you anymore. " He chuckled nervously.

" You're making her feel uncomfortable. " Adam spoke up seeing how Dipper was a little to awkward in this 'talk'. " You're forcing her, and since she doesn't wanna hurt you're feelings. Were here to put a stop to this. "

" So what you're saying is, you've come between us. " He said slowly getting angry and eyes began to twitch.

" No, were drawing the line. " The teen said. " Now stay away from her. Or else. " He said giving off his own threatening and menacing vibe through his piercing gaze that seemed to spook a Dipper a little bit along with Gideon. " Are we clear? "

" It's perfectly understandable! " The boy replies with a happy face. " These things happen. Heheh. Bygones, you know. "

Adam nodded. " Thank you for understanding. " Adam said and looked to Dipper. " Our work here is done. " He looked back to Gideon. " You have a good night. "

As they left Gideon gave off a fake smile with his eyes narrowed. " Good night, indeed my friend. " He whispers.

Outside Mabel was fiddling with her fingers nervously looking to be nervous and heard the door seeing her brother and coworker come out. " How did it go? Was he made? Did he try to read your mind with his psychic powers? " She kept asking multiple questions/

" Don't worry Mabel, he's just a kid! " Dipper replies putting a hand on her shoulder.

" Yeah, besides. He's a fraud like Stan. He don't have any powers. " Adam added.

" But what did he mean by offer? " The male twin inquired.

" Don't worry about it. I'll tell ya later. "

Later Gideon was at his located in his bedroom. He stared at the reflection of his mirror intensely, breathing heavily in rage while sweating. " Adam Winters, Dipper Pines, you both don't know what you've done. " He said with a glare and grabbed his amulet.

It began to give off a blueish green glow, as weird things began to happen. A candle at his mirror began to levitate, the lightbulbs on the mirror began to explode one by one and all the furniture with a few other things was levitating in the air. " You both just made the biggest mistake of your lives! Yeah! " He then slammed all of the furniture onto the floor breaking some of the wooden ones in the process.

At the same time his dad came in opening the door. " Gideon Charles Gleeful! Clean up your room this instant! "

" I CAN BUY AND SELL YOU OLD MAN! " Gideon yelled glaring and pointing at his father.

" ...Fair enough. " Bud shrugged his shoulders and closed the door behind him leaving Gideon to stare at a photo of the twins. The picture then glowed burning Dipper out of it while it left Mabel intact.

The next day Mabel and Dipper were outside playing with Soos. He tucked a pillow underneath his shirt and said. " Hit me, dude! " The twins charged at their large friend and jumped at his stomach, causing them both to bounce off and land on the ground beginning to laugh. " Feels good. "

Meanwhile inside Adam was dusting off some the merchandise such as the Stan Bobbleheads and some other Mystery Shack related items while Wendy was reading a magazine at her usual spot at the cash register.

" Man I'm happy to see Mabel's alright. " The teen said as he watched the twins continue to play with Soos before the phone rang with Wendy quickly answering it while not looking away from her reading.

" Hello?...yeah. Sure. One sec. " She said and then called out towards the blonde. " Hey Adam! It's for you! "

" Huh? Who is it? " Adam asked approaching the cash register.

" It's that Toby guy. He wants to talk to you. " She answered and passed the phone over to him and returned to reading her magazine.

" Hello? "

" Toby Determined. Gravity Falls Gossiper. "

" Oh, hi. " Adam replied and nervously rubbed the back of his head. " Hey listen, sorry about accusing you for murder last week. "

" Water under the bridge! Say! Have you ever seen or heard anything unusual about this here town? "

" Can't say I haven't. "

" Great! I would like to interview you and Dipper Pines about your encounters. "

Adam was taken a bit by surprise when he heard that. " Um...okay sure. " He said before listening to the rest of what Toby has to say and grabbed a piece of paper. " Uh-huh, uh-huh. " He then began to write. " Four-one-two, Gopher Road. At what time? Tonight? Alrighty. Bye. " He then put the phone back in place and headed to the door. " Hey! Dipper! "

Toby hung up the phone and gave a stern look to the person sitting in front of his desk.

" There! I did your dirty work! Now it's time to pay your end of the bargain! " He said firmly as a piece of paper was thrown landing on his desk. Upon seeing it Toby gasped happily and looked at it. " Shondra Hermenes' phone number! Bless you, Lil Gideon! " The ugly man said holding the piece of paper to his chest while Gideon's shadow was leaving.

" Are you sure this is the right way? " Dipper asked as he and Adam went up a trail just as the sun was setting signaling the beginning of night time.

" Yeah, I looked it up on the map, were going the right way. " The blonde replies as they suddenly stopped upon seeing an abandoned looking warehouse and oddly enough it had the same address.

Dipper took a look at the piece of paper and exchanged a look with Adam before heading towards it.

" Dipper, I got a bad feeling about this. " The teen exclaimed feeling very uneasy about where they were.

" Maybe he just want's to talk in secret. You know, no one else will here us, it's all private. " Dipper exclaimed trying to guess making Adam sigh.

" Let's just get this over with. " He said opening the door letting them inside.

" Hello? " Dipper's voice echoed but got no response.

" Anyone here? " Adam added with his voice echoing but the same no response. " Aw man, Toby must have pranked us to even for accusing him for murder. " The teen said and left the building with Dipper in tow.

Then all the sudden as Dipper was about to leave the door slammed shut locking him inside.

" What the?! " Adam exclaimed in surprise and turned around. "Dipper? " He then tried to open it, but it was locked increasing his concern for his friend. " Dipper! Open door! Come on man! Quit playing around! "

" I'm not! " Dipper replies banging on the door and tried to open it. " The doors wont budge! " The pre teen yells as he tries to open it but it was useless. Then the lights started to flicker on one by one until they stopped at a swivel chair and around the same time Adam got to a nearby window to watch what was going on. Pretty soon the swivel chair turned around revealing Gideon who was petting a doll of himself.

" Hello friend. " He greeted.

Dipper scoffed upon seeing him. " Gideon. "

" Dipper Pines, how long have you been living in this town? " Gideon inquired continuing to play with his doll. " A week? Two? You like it here? Enjoy the scenery? "

" What do you want from me, man? " Dipper asked with his arms crossed making Gideon pose.

" Listen carefully boy. This town has secrets you couldn't begin to comprehend. "

" Is this about Mabel? " Dipper questioned. " I told you, she's not into you. "

" LIAR! You turned her against me! " Gideon yelled and got out of his chair and walked towards him grabbing his amulet. " She was my peach dumpling! "

" Are you okay man? " Dipper asked before Gideon raised his hand, making the boy glow levitate up in the air and gasped in shock before being thrown into a pile of boxes.

" Reading minds isn't all I can do! " Gideon said to Dipper who was standing just a feet away from him.

" But.. But... " Dipper stuttered. " You're a fake! "

" Oh tell me Dipper, is this fake? " He asked whispering the last part and raised his hand into the air once again causing a whole bunch of Gideon merchandise to fly all around the air.

Outside Adam had seen the whole thing and he knew what to do. He brought out phone out and was texting to somebody and when he was done he spotted big enough rock and used it to smash the glass providing him an opening. " I'm coming Dipper! " The teen yelled and jumped inside.

We now see the Mystery Shack and Mabel was sitting on the porch chewing on a single strand of her hair thinking long and hard about something that was defiantly bothering her. A second later Wendy exited out of the Mystery Shack and sat down right next to her. " How's that hair tasting, buddy? " She asked.

" Wendy, I need advice. " She says letting go of her hair and looks up to the tall girl. " You've broken up with guys, right? "

" Oh yeah. " The girl replies. " Russ Durham, Eli Hall, Stony Davidson... " She began to list her ex boyfriends.

" I don't know what's wrong with me! I thought everything was back to normal, but I still feel all gross. "

" Mike Worley, Nate Holts. Oh, that guy with the tattoos... " Wendy kept listing them.

" Maybe letting Dipper and Adam do it for me was a mistake. Gideon deserves an honest break up. "

" Danny Feldman, Mark Epstein... " She gasped upon that last name. " Oh, man, I'm not sure I ever actually broke up with him. No wonder he keeps calling me. " Wendy suddenly snapped out of her thoughts cause she felt and heard her phone buzz. She brought it out and was very confused but gasped. " Mabel... " She asked getting her attention. " Look at this! "

She said showing the female twin the message that read:" Wendy show this Mabel if your still at the Mystery Shack. Mabel! Come quick! Me and Dipper are in a tussle with Gideon! We need you here 412 Gopher Road! Hurry! " Seeing this made the girl gasp.

" Wendy! I need to get there and stop Gideon! "

" Let me get the keys to the cart. " Wendy said standing up. As she was about to run her phone rang again. She looked at it and saw that it was her ex trying to call her. " Ignore. " She said pressing the deny button.

We now cut back to the warehouse to see the two dodging the incoming floating merchandise while Gideon was laughing evilly. He then grabbed Dipper with his powers and tossed him right into a cabinet.

" Dipper! " The teen cried out rushing over to his friend.

" Oh no you don't! " Gideon said and used his powers to slam Adam up into the ceiling and letting him fall back down grunting in pain while the evil boy made the cabinet fall down onto him. But he quickly rolled to the side avoiding to be crushed.

" Grunkle Stan was right about you! You are a monster! " Dipper yelled out pointing to Gideon.

" Little boy! You are evil! " The teen screamed now getting up.

" Mabel will be mine! " Gideon says and laughs wickedly while pulling the string of one of his dolls making it laugh as well. Nearby Dipper he took out a wooden bat from one of merchandise boxes while Adam grabbed a nearby old pipe.

" Who's a cute little guy? You are! " Gideon said talking to the toy.

" No, you are! "

Dipper and Adam then charged right towards Gideon with their weapons ready but was stopped by his powers making them float in the air once again. " She's never gonna date you, man! " Dipper yells.

" Yeah, take the hint already! " Adam added

" That's a lie! " Gideon snapped back and noticed a box that said lamb shears. " And I'm gonna make sure you never lie to me again, friend. " He said making a pair of shears cut out of the box. Meanwhile outside the cart just pulled up outside while the shears were getting closer and closer to Dipper.

" Leave him alone Gideon! " Adam said making the scissors pause making the boy look to him.

" Patience Adam. Once I'm done with him, I got something special just for you. " He said just as the doors of the warehouse were kicked open. It was revealed to be Wendy who did the job with Mabel getting inside.

" Gideon! We have to talk. " She called out making him stop and shears fall onto the floor making the two sigh in relief.

" Whoa... " The teenage girl exclaimed in awe seeing both Adam and Dipper in the air.

" Mabel! My marshmallow. What are you doing here? " Gideon asked.

" I'm sorry, Gideon, but I can't be your marshmallow. " Mabel apologized and began to speak what was on her mind. " I needed to be honest and tell you that myself. "

" I...I don't understand. " Gideon says as tightening his grip causing Adam and Dipper to choke.

" Uh...Mabel, this probably isn't the best time to be brutally honest with him! " Her brother said while she walked over to Gideon.

" Hey, but we can still be makeover buddies, right? " She asked holding his hands. " Wouldn't you like that? "

" Really? " Gideon asked with big eyes with Mabel returning the look back and down to his amulet and grabbed it. " No! Not really! " She switched to being angry letting Dipper fall down along with Adam who landed face first groaning in slight pain while Wendy rushed over to help him up. " You were, like, attacking my brother and my friend! What the heck?! "

" My tie! Give it back! " Gideon said trying to reach for it only for Mabel to throw it over to Dipper.

" Ha! Not so powerful without this, are you? " Dipper asked enraging Gideon who tackled him causing them both to fall out the window.

" Dipper no! " Adam cried out trying to reach them but was a inch off. The two kids began to scream as they fell off the cliff. Gideon then began to slap Dipper in the face with the twin slapping him back. They then began to slap one another back and fourth and after Gideon slapped Dipper he was about to get punched, however that stopped cause they noticed how close they were to the ground now and screamed again as they braced for death.

However death never came, cause they were now floating with Dipper upright and Gideon upside down. The reason why was cause Mabel had the amulet letting her float in the air brining Adam and Wendy along with her before they landed.

" Dude, that was awesome. " The older girl commented looking right at Mabel.

" Welcome to the club. " Adam joked and groaned a little in pain.

" Listen Gideon. " Mabel said sternly looking right at him in the face. " It's over. I will never, ever, date you. "

" Yeah! " Dipper commented as they both grunted landing on the ground followed by Mabel throwing the amulet on a rock making it shatter on impact.

" My powers! " Gideon yelled and looked up to see the twins, Adam and Wendy glaring right at him.

" Now go. " Adam said showing he wasn't asking while Gideon began to walk backwards while pointing right at them.

" Oh this isn't over. This isn't the last you'll see of widdle...ol' me " He said whispering the last part as he backward walked into the dark forest.

This made the twins exchange a glance at one another keeping silent until Wendy said. " Pff. What a weirdo. "

" Indubitably. " Adam agreed.

" Thanks for the help Wendy. " Adam thanked the red head as Dipper and Wendy headed inside.

" No problem man. But do you really do this sort of stuff all the time? "

" Yep. " He replies and holds out his right knuckle. " So I guess I'll see you tomorrow at work? "

" Defiantly. " Wendy replies and exchanges the fist bump and walks off grabbing her bike and rides off. " Later! " Once that was done Adam got inside and quickly headed towards the kitchen to get himself a bottle of water passing by the twins who sat on the recliner all exhausted from the events of tonight.

Once he grabbed a bottle of water he went over to the twins sitting at the edge of the entrance of the living room. Afterwards Stan came in wearing his usual house attire carrying a sad clown painting and hung it up on a nearby wall before sighing. " I could have had it all. " The man said sadly as he then looked over to the trio. " What the heck happened to you three? "

Mabel " Gideon. "

Dipper " Gideon. "

Adam " Gideon. " They all replied with the same answer.

" Gideon. " Stan growled upon hearing his name holding a soda and went over to sit on the t rex skull. " Yeah, the little mutant swore vengeance on the whole family. " He said acting all dramatic and chuckled. " I guess he's gonna try to nibble my ankles or something. "

" Oh yeah. " Dipper exclaimed. " Yeah. How's he gonna destroy us now, huh? Try to guess what number we're thinking of? " He laughed a little.

" He'll never guess what number I'm thinking of. " Mabel began. " Negative eight! No one would guess a negative number! " She said making them all laugh.

" Oh, look out, I'm real scared! " Stan began to play around. " Look out! Bet he's planning on our destruction right now. " He said before jumped on the twins getting them underneath his back making them laugh

As Adam watched the happy sight of Stan with his great nephew and niece he heard a wicked cackling and sneering laugh. He knew that laugh from anywhere. He looked in the direction of the stairs and saw the true form of whatever was inside of his dream come walking around the corner continuing to laugh away.

It was a pitch black figure, that resembled a shadow but looked more human, bearing glowing white eyes and it's mouth was glowing white as well continuing to laugh.

" What? " Adam asked looking to the entity now appearing unfazed.

" You humans are so interesting. " It answered with a glowing white smile and continues to laugh away as it walks into the darkness. " Oh it's good to be back. " It's voice was heard but was now slowly fading away.

Meanwhile at Gideon's home he was in his room, making a model of the Mystery Shack from arts and craft materials. He had just finished a doll of Mabel before playing with it. " Gideon, I still love you. " He mimicked her voice. " If only my family weren't in the way... "

He then puts the head of a Stan doll on. " Look at me, I am old, and I'm smelly " He mimicked Stan's voice and picked up a Dipper Doll. " Look at me, I'm so smart because my head is so big! "

And finally he picks up a doll of an Adam Doll and finishes it, beginning to mock him " Hey, what are you gonna do without your precious amulet? " He returns to his normal voice. " Oh you'll see boy..."

On his desk was a book showing a picture of the amulet and then closed it revealing the cover.

Journal number 2.

" You'll see. "

We now cut back to the inside of the Mystery Shack and a shot of Soos with his back turned. " You're done? " He asked Mabel who popped her head to the side. " Not yet. "

" How about now? "

" Almost... " Mabel replies and applies the finishing touches on whatever she was doing. "...And there! "

Soos then turns around with his whole front body covered in sequins. " You ready buddy? " Adam asked.

" Let's do this. " He said as Mabel turns off the lights while Dipper shines a flash light on him causing the room to light up like disco ball and begins to spin slowly. Adam hits a boombox making elector music play and begins to dance showing he couldn't resist a cool moment like this. Stan meanwhile was just watching all of this unfold before him.

" You're all fired. " He said blankly but they didn't seem to care at all.
