Hi, I'm Destiny and this is my syot of the 150th hunger games.

Katniss, Peeta, Finnick, Beetee and Johanna died during the third quarter quell and Enobaria won them. Because of this the second rebellion failed without the Mockingjay.

District 12 was still destroyed and then brought back for the 100th hunger games, the fourth quarter quell.

Prologue: The reading of the cards.

President Nightshadow's pov:

I look at myself in the mirror before the reading of the cards to quell my fears of my first reading of the cards and first quarter quell, I will be the president for. I look at me in my red dress to symbolise blood, make up to symbolise the games and I look deadly as a president should be.

I think back to the other 5 quells that have happened in the game's history. The first quarter quell had the districts vote for the tributes that will represent them. The victor of those games was the boy from 2 who died 15 years after.

The second quarter quell had double the tributes. The winner of those games was Haymitch Abernathy from district 12. He was executed for being a rebel after the third quarter quell and the second rebellion failed along with the rest of the rebels.

The third quarter quell was the games that brought victors back to the arena. These was the games were Katniss and Peeta was killed by Enobaria in the final 6. Enobaria then proceeded to kill Johanna and Finnick to win the games.

As I learn my lines, I feel someone turn me around and kiss me. I realize it's my girlfriend , Diamond, the escort for district 2.

"You ready for today?" Diamond askes. She knows how the reading of the card can affect the quarter quell and if it goes down in hunger games history.

"Yes" I affirm to Diamond. Truthfully, I don't like the games... I love them and the power to control how the games are run to make them better was too good not to pass up the opportunity.

Me and Diamond hug and she gives me a kiss for good luck before I go out to the tribute's avenue to which the capitol applauses.

"Welcome, welcome to the reading of the twist for the sixth quarter quell!" I shout excitely so the whole of Panem can hear me. To which the capitol applauses and cheers once again.

"Let's look back at the last two quarter quells! There was the fourth quarter quell which brought the return of district 12 from 25 years of absence from the games." Both tributes from 12 ended up dead at the blood bath and the boy from 4 ended up winning.

"The fifth quarter quell, made it so that one family member of each tribute was killed if they died in the arena. This also brought the first victor district 12 has seen since the 74th hunger games." The girl from 12 only won those games as she had no family so, she had nothing to lose and ended up killing the last 3 tributes in the top 4.

The capitol explodes into applause and cheers as they remember two of the most exciting games to grace hunger games history.

"Now, let's find out what the twist of the sixth quarter quell is." The audience becomes quiet as I open the box with the president key and take the envelope and open it.

"To remain the rebels that anyone can come back from anything..." I pause to read the card and for dramatic effect. "... District 13 will be added to the hunger games and for ever more!"

The capitol explodes into applause and cheers as they can't wait to watch the games. I can't wait to watch them either, these will be the best games ever.
