( Hi, I really hope you enjoy this story so far it's been really fun to write. If you are wondering yes this has to technically be set in the future. Troy and Gabriella had Kelsey in 2009 technically in this plot as the final movie was released in 2008, and they had Kelsey a year after graduation. But for purposes of this I have pushed the years back so it can be set in like a 2020 year. I wanted Kelsey to be sixteen not eleven, so she could be well into high school so she could go to East High. I will add other things about where they live, why they aren't together and other stuff. Really hope you enjoy)
"But mom I don't want to go, I have friends here," cried Kelsey as he sat at the dinner table. "I know honey, but living with your dad will be good while I'm away in London, this is a great opportunity for both us ok, you love your Dad and I love him, and you're not coming with me," Gabriella responded to her 16 year old daughter Kelsey. "Uhh fine," Kelsey whines as she starts to eat her dinner. " And besides, I'm thinking of moving back to Salt Lake City, east high will love to have extra teachers in the science department and then you can be closer to your father. You'll love east high honey," Gabriella says as she swirls around her pasta. "Really, wow mom that's great," Kelsey says sarcastically as she leaves the table and storms out the room. "Kelsey!" Gabriella yells as she stands from the table.
Kelsey ran into her room and slammed the door. She grabbed her two suitcases and threw them open onto the floor. She opened her closet to reveal her clothes color order. She threw all the clothes onto the ground and started going through them. As she was folding her clothes into her suitcases she heard a gentle knock at her door. "Come in," Kelsey said as she threw all her dresses onto her bed. " Kelsey, I'm sorry honey," Gabriella says as she sits on the edge of her daughters' bed. "No, mom I'm sorry , I love dad and I wish I could see him every day," Kelsey sits next to her mom, folding her favourite dress. " I love your dad to, I just couldn't stand what he was doing to himself, to us," Gabriella says as a tear slowly falls on her cheek. "I'm so glad he's better".
