"Did you hear? We are going to be working when the Sunshine Prince and the Moonlight Prince!" Sakura gushed, excitedly.
Though I could not blame her, I was also pretty excited myself. Kise Ryouta has been pretty popular since middle school but it was only in high school that his career took flight. With Kuroko Tetsuya joining him, the Duo reached a fame that many could only dream of. Now that they are in university they've gotten the status of celebrities, studying and modeling in America- they were living the dream! They were actually visiting Japan for their friend's wedding and our agency convinced them to join a photoshoot.
Lucky us!
"You girls can daydream all you want, as long as you keep those hands off the Moonlight Prince" Zero warned us, with a smirk "I will make him mine."
"You can have him, I want Kise!" Sakura agreed readily.
I looked at Sakura in shock and a little bit disgusted. They were talking about our senpais, who we look up to, as if they were objects.
"They are dating each other, you know?" I informed them, hoping it was all a misunderstanding and they did not know.
"We know, we just don't care" replied Sakura with a really ugly expression on her face "Also, no matter how pretty Kuroko is, he;s still no match for a woman."
"If you go for slutty whores then you'll be the perfect choice" I snapped back, totally disgusted by them.
"What did you just say?!" the banshee shrilled.
"I can't believe you two would try to split up a couple for a one night stand! Because that's all you might get out of them!" I continued, totally ignoring them "They love each other so much, and you want to get in between because you are horny? Let me say it again, what a whore!"
Sakura took a step forward and I knew there would be a slap coming, but I regret nothing. However, she froze looking at someone behind me. The sound of someone clapping slowly was heard in the deadly silent changing room. I slowly turned around to find the Sunshine Prince himself.
He was wearing his usual sunny smile, but his eyes were deadly cold. He looked as if he was a step away from killing Zero and Sakura.
"It's nice to see that things haven't changed since we've moved away" he commented, eyes piercing into my co-workers- who were sweating like crazy "Get out of here, I'll have you replaced in an instant" his Cheshire Smile sent shivers down my spine. Zero and Sakura rushed for the door but were stopped by Kise-senpai "Oh, and if you guys really though you had a single chance with us, forget it. My Tetsuyachi has more beauty and appeal on his little finger than your whole body" his smirk was so scary and cruel that it had me afraid and Sakura crying "And if you try to lay a single finger on my Tetsuyachi... even your mother won't recognize you when I am over with you" Zero practically shit himself in fear. Kise-senpai moved aside and both of them bolted "You are Yue, right?" he asked me, his face and smile softened but I could still notice they were fake. I only nodded my head "Well, thank you for your support. It will be nice to work with you. Bye, bye."
He waved away, as he left. A bling on his left hand caught my eye. On his wedding finger there was a simple band, a perfect combination of silver and gold- like the moon and sun. So, the wedding was not for their friend... but for them?!
I was too shocked to voice a single word. I was so in shock the the photoshoot passed in a blur and I could not remember half of it. By what my agent told me, I did a pretty good job.
The following day their secret wedding was all over the news and coincidentally Zero and Sakura were nowhere around. My agent told me they've been fired and black listed from the fashion world, in Japan at least. He also told me I've been receiving job offers by the dozen because Kuroko-senpai had recommended me.
I knew all of this was not coincidental and even though I felt a little bit wrong for accepting their help... this was the fashion business.
It's kill or be killed.
