A/N: Here is Chapter 40!
It was a bright and sunny day as Lamar and Rachel were walking up past Mauville City. The sun was shining as they sat down on the coast of Route 118, looking at the beautiful ocean that stood there. Rachel grinned as she turned around, looking at Lamar.
"So… you do know I haven't faced the Petalburg Gym Leader yet?" Rachel asked.
"Oh, I know," Lamar said, turning around, "But, I figured it would be nice to hang out here and enjoy the moment."
"Enjoy it?" Rachel asked.
Lamar nodded as he grinned. He placed his backpack on the ground, "Yeah… a perfect day with just the two of us include…"
He picked up two subs that were wrapped with red and white paper, "Sandwiches from Max's Sandwich Club."
He placed them down on the grass. He then took out his Mystic Morpher as he pressed a few buttons. A blue aura surrounded his morpher as a blue blanket appeared on the grass. Rachel grinned as Lamar walked on it. He pressed a few buttons and used another spell. Two wine glasses and a bottle of pink wine appeared on the grass.
"Sandwiches and wine…," said Rachel, laughing.
"Well… yeah," said Lamar, "Come on."
"You know the last time I went on a date was before the Hades Empire showed up… but it wasn't like this," she said.
"What was it like?" Lamar asked.
"Well…," said Rachel, unwrapping the sandwich, "It was like listening to amazing music and doing the waltz."
Lamar raised an eyebrow. Rachel grinned as she pressed a few buttons on her morpher. A red aura surrounded her morpher as a stereo appeared. Plugging a phone into the stereo, the sounds of Renaissance counterpoint filled the air as they listened to it.
"Wow… Renaissance music?" Lamar asked.
"Well, it's modern music up there. Things have changed," said Rachel.
"Music like this existed back in the 1400s…," he said, grinning.
Rachel grinned as they were listening to the piece. The rangers were eating their wonderful sandwiches and listening to the ambience of the pieces as Urara arrived, looking into the woods.
"Well…," said Urara, "This is fun… I think I am going to spy… Magi Magiro!"
A pink aura surrounded her as she turned into a tree. It had green leaves, but a pink trunk. She watched as the two rangers were watching the waves intently, enjoying each other's company. Urara grinned as she looked at them.
"So… when this is all over," said Lamar, scratching his chin as he turned toward her, "Are you going to continue the challenge?"
"Hopefully… if not, fulfill my destiny back in Magiland," said Rachel.
Lamar grinned as he leaned in closer, "Well, I'll go with you either way."
Rachel turned around as she looked at Lamar, "You know…"
Lamar started blinking his eyes. Rachel sighed as she turned toward him, "Then again, I can always make an exception."
Lamar raised an eyebrow as he looked at her, "I can convince Cressla… no big deal."
As he went to pour the bottle of wine in two glasses, he noticed something in particular. He saw a pink tree in the woods. Lamar shook his head as he continued pouring. As he finished, he sealed the bottle and then walked over with the two glasses. Rachel cuddled next to Lamar as he was enjoying the wine. Urara, who was in the tree shook her head.
"Why… oh why aren't they doing anything?" Urara asked. She then turned around as she noticed a flock of bug Pokémon, particularly Heracross. Heracross flew by as they went to suck on sap… particularly her tree. Urara screamed as a pink aura surrounded the tree. Urara flew as she landed on the ground. She stood up, wearing black jeans, a white shirt and a pink short sleeved jacket as Heracross flew away. Urara sighed as she looked at the Heracross, "I should have just morphed into a Pokémon."
"Yeah, maybe you should!"
Urara turned around. Rachel stood there with Lamar, holding wine glasses.
"Ha… ha," said Urara, "Hi."

Chapter 40: Switched

"First, Rockubus and now, Steelclops…," she said, walking around, "These rangers are very stubborn and annoying to deal with."
Regorn yawned as she walked toward the catacombs of the Hades Gods. Walking away, she turned around, noticing Persha as Persha was reading a book. Regorn grinned as she was looking at the book.
"What is it?" Regorn asked.
"The Book of Prophecy," Persha said, "Going through the book of all the monsters the rangers killed… and wondering if it predicts the future."
As she closed the book, the Book of Prophecy started flapping. Immediately, Regorn released an ice blast, shooting the book down. As Regorn picked up the book, she opened the book. As she reached the third tab, her face began to glow. She closed the book as Regorn grinned. She turned to Persha, "I am next! Followed by Ogre… yes! I can change the prophecy though, it is the future."
"I think you are crazy," said Persha.
"No… I am not," said Regorn, turning around, "Thank you for showing this to me. Now, I must plan… Latian! I need you!"
As she pranced away, Persha shook her head. As Persha went to go take a nap, Jirinx was watching from the wall. Jirinx turned around as she looked away, "So… I sense something is going on. I don't like it already."
Walking into the tunnels, Latian was channeling his energy saber. However, as he was doing so, a pink aura formed from his saber as he channeled energy into it. He then used two jars, which had green and yellow orbs. He shot a pink beam as the orbs switched in the jars.
"YES! My Eon Switch Laser is ready! So, when I use it during Judgment, I can easily wipe them out," he said.
"Good," a voice said, deep in the background.
Latian turned around as he noticed Regorn, who was sliding across. Her teal hands touched Latian's body, "I need your help."
"For what?" Latian asked.
"Can you… and I mean can you distract and get rid of the rangers before the Slab of Judgment?" Regorn asked.
Latian turned around as he looked at her. Latian's eyes glared at her, "Name your price."
Regorn laughed, "You can take part in my Judgment Game… two Gods are better than one?"
Latian turned around, "I can make fun out of this… but we have to follow the rules. I'll help you achieve your goal, but I need to follow the rules of the Hades Gods."
Regorn grinned as she intertwined her fingers, "Excellent."
Jirinx shook her head, watching the conversation happen. She turned around as she looked at Latian and Regorn. Silently, she walked away, heading back to the main corridor, "This is cheating… it still breaks the rules."
Meanwhile…
As Lamar packed up the picnic, Rachel and Urara stood on the beachfront as they looked at each other.
"So… I thought you went to train," said Urara. Her arms were crossed as she looked at the red ranger. The red ranger stood there angrily as she looked at the pink ranger.
"We did… I got exhausted… and Lamar had this amazing idea. He's very romantic, you know," said Rachel.
"Romantic?" Urara asked, "So… you were going on a date."
"Someone's jealous," said Rachel.
"And what if I am?" Urara asked.
"It's not your business… National Enquirer," said Rachel, turning around as she went to walk down the hill. Urara turned around as she looked at her, "Excuse me?"
"Yeah… you heard me… a tabloid… tell the world, tell Urara!" Rachel shouted.
"What about that?"
Rachel and Urara turned around as Latian arrived. He revealed his energy saber as he looked at them, "It's so nice to see you."
A dark aura surrounded the sky as the two rangers turned to each other and then at Latian.
"It's time to bring out revenge!" Latian asked.
"Judgment Game?" Rachel asked.
"None…," said Latian, "Just like Ogre… straight battles."
Urara and Rachel stretched out their morphers and pressed a few buttons, "Legendary Source, Mystic Force!"
A red and pink aura surrounded them as they transformed into their suits, plus legend armor. Immediately, Rachel and Urara took out their Legend Staffs.
"Code 1: Inferno Overdrive!"
"Code 1: Supersonic Skystrike!"
Combining their Z-Power moves, a gust of fire and wind struck out as Latian dodged the attack. A massive forest fire broke loose as Latian zipped around. As he struck, the rangers landed on the ground. He aimed his energy saber at the two rangers.
"Eon Swap!"
A pink aura shot the two rangers as a red and pink orb fell out of their bodies and switched. As the aura diminished, Rachel and Urara landed on the ground. Latian laughed as he looked at them, "It works on live humans too!"
"What?" Rachel asked.
"What are you talking about?" Urara asked.
"You will see tomorrow morning," said Latian, "Nah, I'll just kill you now."
As he charged the pink energy saber, he went to strike. As he charged in, a flood of water rose as some of the trees were engulfed in water plus Latian. Rachel and Urara were soaked as Lamar and the others stopped by. Lamar turned around to help Rachel up, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine… he did something to us," said Rachel.
Grace turned around, "What did you do?"
"More importantly, do you know anything about Diana's whereabouts?" Zander asked.
"Like I care about that… and I don't plan on telling you," he said. A purple aura surrounded him as he enlarged into mega size.
"Rangers, let's go!" Rachel shouted. The other rangers activated their morphers.
"Magical Source, Mystic Force!"
"Solar Force, Mystic Force!"
With the exception of Rachel and Urara, the other four rangers morphed. Rachel and Urara looked at each other as the other rangers turned to them.
"What?" Lamar asked.
Rachel activated her morpher, "Magical Source, Mystic Force!"
Nothing happened as she looked at her morpher. Urara turned to her morpher as she went to press buttons, "Magi Magiro!"
She turned around as she looked at Rachel, "We can't use our magic. Why?"
"Hee hee… you will find out soon enough," said Latian.
As he went to strike, the rangers landed on the ground, dodging the attack. Zander, Lamar and Grace took out their morphers.
"Ancient spirits of Magiland, transform us into titans! Galwit Mysto Magika!"
Transforming into Virizion, Suicune and Zapdos, the three zords went to strike. As Latian released beams of energy, Suicune leapt and released a rainbow colored beam from his head. Zapdos swung around releasing lightning bolts as Latian was hit. Virizion charged in and head butted the creature. Latian then turned around as the Solgaleo Express ran into him. Latian screamed as he landed on the ground.
"I guess I am a little careless," said Latian.
"This ends here!" Lamar shouted, charging as Suicune. However, as he went to strike, a purple energy bolt struck him. A purple aura surrounded him as Lamar flew down, landing in front of Rachel and Urara. Immediately, a dark black aura surrounded him. Latian looked up as Quazer's face appeared.
"Latian, return immediately. The Slab of Judgment is here," he said.
Latian nodded, "Alright! Got to go!"
Immediately, a purple aura surrounded as he disappeared before the other rangers could attack. A green, yellow and golden aura surrounded the zords as Seb, Zander and Grace dashed over. Lamar got up as he turned to the others.
"I am fine… he led us on pretty well," he said.
"And the Slab of Judgment means another Judgment Game from any one of them," said Zander.
"Well," said Seb, "We got to figure out what is wrong with you two."
Rachel and Urara looked at each other as they turned to Seb. Rachel then turned around to the other rangers.
Meanwhile….
Latian rushed back into the Hades Pantheon, screaming for forgiveness. As he turned to stretch his saber, Lation looked over as Latian grinned. Lation turned around as the golden orb picked Regorn. Regorn grinned as she looked at her saber and ice shield, "Perfect… I will carry it out."
She then turned to Latian as he responded happily. Regorn grinned as she walked away. Lation turned around as he grabbed him, "What did you do?"
He walked privately as Latian went to talk to him, "I helped Regorn with her Divine Punishment. The rangers are 2 less people thanks to my switching weapon."
"You helped her? That's cheating!" Lation said.
"Yeah… oh well," said Latian, "She even told me about the Book of Prophecy and the future it holds."
As he was explaining this, Jirinx stood there angrily as she turned around, noticing Quazer watching the past battle footage. He turned around as he looked at Jirinx, "Something is wrong…. do you sense it?"
"Yes," said Jirinx, "There is no progress… because two Gods have been destroyed and we have not sensed him."
Quazer turned around, "What was that all about with Latian being late?"
"Something Regorn and Latian made a deal on. Don't worry, I will investigate this matter further," said Jirinx.
"Please," Quazer responded.
The next day…
"Good morning, everybody!"
The sound of Rachel's voice filled the air as she was singing back and forth. She walked down the stairs into the renovated kitchen as she got her coffee. She was wearing a pink bathrobe with a white t-shirt and red pants with pink slippers. She grinned as she was drinking her coffee at the table. Lamar looked at Rachel, who was half asleep, feeding Greninja, "Uh… where is Rachel?"
"What? It's me… Urara," said Rachel, grinning as she sipped her coffee.
Lamar turned around as he looked at Greninja. Greninja looked up as Lamar turned around, Urara walked inside, wearing a red t-shirt with black shorts and white slippers. She walked over as she kissed Lamar on the cheek, "Hey, honey."
"Hi…," said Lamar, looking over as he saw Urara and Rachel sit together. Going downstairs, Zander, who was wearing a green tank top with white shorts and black shoes, came down to greet Zander while Grace wore a black t-shirt with yellow shorts and white slippers. Seb came down with just black shorts on and brown shoes to make coffee.
"How did everyone sleep?" Seb asked.
"It was great," said Zander, "I was going to go do some contest training today… and try out the new contest uniform."
"It was fun snuggling," said Grace, laughing. Seb turned around as he shook his head, kissing her on the cheek as he sat down. He looked at Lamar as he turned to Seb.
"And you?" Seb asked.
"Well… I was fine, but I am not sure if I am awake," said Lamar, turning to Rachel and Urara.
"You are amazing, Lamar. I had a lot of fun… dreaming about science, love, beauty…," said Rachel, grinning as she turned around.
"I had a dream about Lamar," said Urara, "It was a good dream."
The four rangers stared at them as the two rangers looked at the others. Rachel turned around, "What is wrong?
Grace sighed as she looked at Seb. Seb nodded as he looked at Zander. Zander nodded as he looked at Lamar. Lamar nodded as he walked over to the cupboard. He took out a mirror as he showed it to Rachel. Rachel looked and screamed, "OH MY ARCEUS!"
"What?" Urara asked.
"You're in my body," said Rachel, "Like, this is NOT happening."
"Wait…," said Urara, drinking her coffee, now more awake, she saw Rachel across from her, "Oh no… why?"
As the two rangers started arguing, Grace, Seb and Zander started to calm down and break up any punches that were coming their way over a body switch. Lamar stood there and sighed as he looked around, noticing Woodmodore hopping over with Percy behind him.
"What is going on?" asked Woodmodore.
Lamar sighed as he put on his noise-cancelling headphones, "Sorry…"
"No, don't do it!" shouted Percy.
Lamar pulled Woodmodore out of the pot. Woodmodore screamed so loudly that the coffee cups and plates broke into pieces. The rangers screamed with Percy's loud scream as they fell to the ground. Lamar put Woodmodore back in the pot as he took a breath, taking out his Mystic Morpher, "Magine.."
Instantly, the broken appliances returned to normal as he watched them all knocked out.
"Give them an hour," said Lamar.
An hour later…
"So…," said Seb, now dressed in a white t-shirt with brown shorts, "Rachel is Urara and vice versa? How?"
"Simple. The Hades God swapped us…," said Rachel, dressed in a black t-shirt with a pink jacket and blue jeans.
"It's a shame," said Urara, dressed in a red sunflower dress with black leggings and white shoes, "I was just getting used to things. Maybe if I didn't go out with Lamar."
"Don't blame yourself. We'll get you back," said Lamar, grinning.
"That's why they couldn't use their magic yesterday," said Zander, "They switched bodies. Xerneas and Moltres probably couldn't tell who's who."
"It would explain a lot," said Grace, "Just what we need now."
"I can't wait for his Judgment Game," said Lamar, "He's dead meat."
"Anyway," said Urara in Rachel's body, "I guess I better train your Pokémon and get dressed."
Getting up to get dressed, Rachel stopped her, "Uh, Urara, you don't know their move set."
"Rachel… as a scientist, I know what works!" Urara said.
Twenty minutes later…
Trees were blowing in the wind as the grass was bright and green. The sun was shining as the rangers were finally dressed to leave. Grace and Seb were sitting down, watching this happen. Zander was with Leavanny, creating a new contest technique while Urara thought she coould train Rachel's Pokémon. Lamar looked at Urara, who was trapped in Rachel's body as she had Flareon out, ready to battle. Rachel, who was in Urara's body was eating popcorn as Lamar sat next to her.
"So… this is awkward," said Lamar.
"Yeah," said Rachel, "It is… and I need to laugh."
"Why?" asked Lamar, raising an eyebrow.
Rachel pointed to Urara. She is laughing up a storm as Urara was scratching her head, taking out the Pokédex.
"So… can you use Bite?" asked Urara.
Rachel put her hand on her head, "Amber, Fire Spin…"
Flareon nodded as it released flames from her mouth, releasing a burning fire spin attack as Urara was covered in flames. Rachel clapped slowly as Urara puffed smoke, "Good job."
"Shut up," said Urara, turning to Rachel.
"Like I said… you need to know a lot about Amber, Torch, Pelipper, Sandshrew and Electrike before you can use any attacks," said Rachel, pointing to her.
Urara took a deep breath as she sighed. She turned around as she looked at the rangers. As the rangers walked over, the sky began to darken. A dark aura surrounded the area. Snow started falling down as the rangers looked at each other.
"Diana?" asked Lamar.
"I don't sense Diana… it's a Hades God," said Rachel, "The four of you need to go… we'll stay."
"But..," said Urara.
"What's the point of us being there if we can't morph?" asked Rachel.
Zander nodded as he turned to the others, "Let's go!"
The four rangers nodded as they dashed toward the trees. Rachel turned to Urara as she looked at Rachel in anger. Rachel sighed as she went to sit down on the grass. She knew that they needed to fight, but in their current condition, it would have been pointless. Urara turned to Rachel, angrily as she walked over toward her.
"Look," said Rachel, "I get why you are angry at me."
"And… what do you think?" asked Urara.
"You're mad I am dating Lamar, aren't you?" asked Rachel.
Urara stopped as she looked at Rachel, "Well… what if I am?"
"Oh boy. Recall Amber, let's go back to the house," said Rachel.
"Why?" asked Urara.
"Simple… this requires a glass of wine and group therapy," the red ranger said.
The pink ranger was very annoyed as she took out Amber's Poké Ball. Returning Amber, Urara followed Rachel back into the house, annoyed that she had to talk it out with her, out of all people.
Meanwhile…
Regorn was walking toward the Petalburg City citizens as people were screaming. She grinned as she released her green snakes on the ground. They turned into white snakes that looked like snowmen. The snowmen snakes were crawling around the concrete as he looked at people. People were frozen upon contact.
"Perfect… why blow people up when I can turn the world into a world of frost?" she asked.
"That's where we end it!"
Regorn turned around as she saw Seb, Grace, Lamar and Zander. The four rangers struck fighting poses as Regorn raised her shield.
"Ah… you guys," said Regorn, "What are you doing here?"
"Simple… to finish you," said Grace, "Now more than ever."
Regorn grinned as she turned around to face the opposite side. She grinned as a purple aura surrounded her, making her grow. She then turned around as she threw Sevipers on the ground. However, the Sevipers were blue with fangs that were navy. Pokémon started fighting them. However, as they did, the Sevipers bit them, turning them to ice sculptures. As she went to throw more, Zapdos cut across as she landed on the ground. Looking up, Regorn watched as Zapdos landed on the ground with Virizion, Suicune and the Solgaleo Express Megazord.
"Your Judgment Game ends here," said Seb, "Anchor Shot!"
The silver anchors struck from the Solagleo Express Megazord, capturing Regorn. Virizion charged up as it went for the attack.
"Sacred Sword!" shouted Zander.
Regorn released ice beams from its face, shooting Virizion down. As an explosion appeared, a green aura surrounded Virizion as he transformed back into Zander. Zander was on the ground as he tried to get up.
"Zander!" shouted Lamar.
"... If only Urara and Rachel were here right now," said Zander, struggling to get up.
Around the corner…
"So," said Urara, turning around as she looked at Rachel. Her face was down as she turned to her, "Look… maybe I am a little jealous."
"Jealous?" asked Rachel.
"Okay," said Urara, turning to Rachel, "Definitely jealous! I am upset that you and Lamar seem to be having fun and Grace and Seb have been dating forever… I feel useless."
"So," said Rachel, "You were just there because you wanted to live your life through me…"
Urara sighed as the red ranger turned around, "Urara, we are all friends, regardless of what happens to each other. And you will find someone to love… you just have to be patient and enjoy what you love to do. I know how much you love science anyway."
Urara grinned as she hugged Rachel. As the two rangers hugged it out, a golden glow appeared in between them. Looking down, Urara and Rachel took out their Mystic Morphers, seeing a brand new code.
"What? New magic?" asked Rachel.
"I guess if we can't fight… we can use magic," said Urara, grinning.
Turning around, they noticed an explosion. The two rangers dashed over as they turned a corner, seeing Suicune, Zapdos and the Solgaleo Express Megazord beating up Regorn. Zander stood there as he breathed heavily. He turned around as he looked at the two of them.
"What are you doing here?" asked Zander, "You can't battle."
"No," said Urara, turning to Zander, "But, we can use magic. Shall we, Rachel?"
"Agreed," said Rachel, pressing a few buttons. The rangers struck out their Mystic Morphers, "Majuna Giruma!"
As red and pink lights surrounded their morphers, a golden beam went straight toward Regorn. Regorn screamed as she was knocked off balance, landing on the ground. The two rangers laughed as they gave each other a high five. Regorn screamed as she released ice beams down at them. The three rangers screamed as they landed on the ground. Getting up, Regorn began to glow in a purple aura as she shrunk down to meet the rangers. The rangers stood there as Regorn walked slowly toward them.
"You have made me angry…," said Regorn, "Now, prepare yourself."
Suddenly, a flash of light surrounded Regorn as Grace, Lamar and Seb stood together, ready to fight back. Regorn laughed as she took out her shield, "I am not one to do this… but I don't have a choice… Iceviper!"
As a blue Seviper struck from her shield, Seb went to strike with his Mystic Blaster. Before he could, Percy jumped out and scratched the creature. As he scratched the creature down, the Seviper turned around and bit him in the tail. Percy jolted as he began to feel cold. Immediately, he shrunk back in the lamp. Seb dropped the lamp as the Mystic Lamp turned into an ice sculpture.
"PERCY!" shouted Seb, picking up the blaster.
"Ha… so… I inflicted people already… but here is a taste of my Judgment Game," she said.

"Yes… I would rather freeze a planet than lose lives. If you plan on reversing the spell between those two rangers, saving your disgusting Persian creature and the planet, you must face me at the Garden of Secrets," said Regorn.
"The Garden of Secrets?" asked Lamar.
"If you plan on saving your friends and everyone, yes… by sunset," said Regorn, "Or this world is basically a frozen wasteland!"
Zander turned around as he turned to Rachel and Urara. Regorn laughed as she disappeared into the darkness. Seb looked at his watch as he turned to the others. He looked up as he turned to the rangers, "Well, we have five hours."
"Then…," said Rachel, "Let's return to the library and discuss a plan of attack."

"Welcome to another episode of Magic Academy: Advanced Magic!" shouted Rachel, in Urara's body, "Today… we have a new spell! Giruma Majuna…"
"It's a good spell... ," said Woodmodore, "To knock opponents off balance."
"Good…," said Zander, "It was a good spell. But, now we have an issue."
Seb turned around as he put a cloth on the table with Percy on it. Seb sighed as he looked at the Mystic Lamp, "Poor Percy."

Poké Rangers Mystic Force Chapter 41: The Secret Garden- Magine Ladoma

A/N: The last time I did a switched bodies chapter was Mighty Morphin' Poké Rangers Season 2 with Dawson aka Lord Zedd sends a monster to switch Jenna and her aunt. It was a good chapter, trying to use Dairanger into it. Anyway, back to the chapter… so it's very important that you read the next chapter for this will help set up the end game. And as you know, once I get to Chapter 40… that's when everything happens! So… make sure you read, and reviews are welcome!
