A/N- Hi! So, welcome to my first story. As you may have read, this is a short story about Zim seeing Gaz's eyes for the first time. This will be a 1 chapter story, but I promise I'll make more. So yeah, enjoy!

"I'm gonna catch you Zim! You won't get away from me that easily!"

"Oh I think I will, Dib-stink! I'll destroy you AND this FILTHY planet with its FILTHY dirt!"

"Could you two do me a favor and SHUT UP?!"

Zim and Dib turned to see Gaz, Dib's menacing younger sister, standing in front of them with angry expression on her face.

"Gaz! Good, your here! Cmon! Let's catch Zim together. He can't go anywhere anyway?!" Dib shouted excitedly.

"Like I care if stupid Zim gets caught or gets away. Now come on Dib. We have to go see Dad at his lab. He said it's important."

"Now?! Of all times, NOW?! Zim's right here, completely defenseless." Dib whined.

"Dib. You know what'll happen if we bring Zim along. You two won't shut up, I'll have to slig you both unconscious, then drag your sorry butts to the lab." Gaz replied.

"Hah! Zim cannot be hurt by ANYTHING! Especially by a filthy HYOOMAN! Go ahead Dib-sister, take a shot at trying to hurt the almighty ZIM!" Zim said confidently.

Gaz opened her eyes at his remark, which didn't happen very often. Zim froze. This was the first time he'd every seen Gaz's eyes. They were a soft shade of amber. He saw his reflection in them and saw that he was, what the humans called, blushing.

"I'll take that bet Zim." Gaz said as she closed her eyes, much to Zim's hidden sorrow.

Gaz slugged him in his "squeedlyspooch", hard. He fell to the ground, gasping for air. Gaz looked down at him and shook her head.

"Looks like the "almighty" Zim CAN get hurt. Come on Dib."

"B-but Gaz! He's down! We can take him to the lab and-" Dib started to say before being stared silent by his sister.

The Membrane siblings the walked down the sidewalk to their father's lab, while Zim was still laying on the ground. He was starting to breathe normally again. He rolled over to look at where Dib and Gaz were walking away. He saw Gaz stop, turn around, and gave him a small wave. Zim took immediate notice and slightly waved back. She opened her eyes again and gave him a tiny smile before closing them again and going to catch up with her brother. Zim felt that same feeling he felt when Gaz's eyes for the first time. He felt himself blush again, and he smiled.

'Maybe not ALL humans are bad' He thought to himself.
