Casper high lunch period
Danny, Tucker and Sam sat at their usual table eating their usual meals. Sam's lunch consisted of a fresh garden salad, with bread sticks, grapes, and Italian dressing with wheat-grass smoothie. Tucker surprisingly had a massive hamburger that had 5 meat patties, melted cheese, and 20 strips of bacon with a 7 blended meat smoothie. Danny's lunch compared the his best friends seemed extremely ordinary seeing as he only had a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich, with a oatmeal raisin cookie, fruit, and soda.
As Danny took a bite of his peanut butter and jelly sandwich his thoughts were on two different things. The first being his conversation with Star and later Valerie.
'I still can't wrap my head around Star over time developing a crush on me. If she hadn't outright confessed to me I would have never believed it in a million years. Especially with how she always insulted me, and even used to encourage the jocks to torment me and bully me. But what is even stranger is that Valerie like Star knows who I am actually dating, and instead of blackmailing me or trying to hunt Desiree they are actually going to leave us be. Speaking of dates I have to make sure our date tonight is absolutely perfect. I did back out of spending the entire day with her to come to school.' Danny thought to himself as he finished his sandwich.
As Danny continued to eat his lunch while thinking about his up and coming date he failed to notice a certain goth girl trying to get his attention much to her annoyance. Deciding enough is enough Sam slammed her palms on the table knocking the young halfa out of his thoughts.
"Danny did you hear a word I said to you?" Sam asked in a very frustrated tone.
"Sorry Sam, I was thinking about something else while eating." Danny explained earning a sigh from his best friend.
"I was trying to ask you what was so important that Star had to get the failures of our school to stop us from coming with you?" Sam asked still annoyed.
"Something that can get all the attention of the A-lists bullies placed on me if I were to tell you here, so I will tell you when we aren't in ear shot of them." Danny answered calmly.
"Man that sucks. You would think by now that even those idiots would leave you alone due to what you did to Dash a year ago but they still kept coming after you." Tucker replied calmly while drinking his 7 meat smoothie.
"Ugh god Tucker how can you eat and drink that garbage? You should really change your diet you will…"
"The same way you can eat that garbage you call food. I still can't believe you can eat that crap while bashing the food I eat without even tasting it once! At least I can say I actually ate that garbage to know for sure unlike you!" Tucker countered.
Already knowing where this was going to go and not wanting to get involved Danny took the rest of his lunch and went to the other side of the outside lunch area. As he watched the two of them from a distance go on about which was better and why he could help but think about how his parents got when it came to Christmas time.
'Except with those two I didn't feel nearly as frustrated as I did watching my parents argue. Thought there are times I wish that the two of them could actually see the good sides of a varied diet.' Danny thought himself only for his ghost sense to go off.
Seeing as he was far away from his best friends and anyone else for that matter Danny was about to change into his alter ego when the scent of vanilla and lavender filled his nose. Already knowing who the spirit was by scent alone Danny powered down and smiled.
"I see you figured out it was me Danny." Desiree said while staying invisible.
Desiree already knowing that Danny's best friends were not only less than 20 feet from him but still within sight of everyone else decided it would be best to remain hidden.
'Last thing I want is for them to think I am here for malicious reasons.' Desiree thought to herself.
"Your vanilla and lavender body wash gave you away. No one else truly uses that scent." Danny explained earning an raised eyebrow from the still invisible wishing ghost. "So if you don't mind me asking what made you seek me out before our date tonight?"
Deciding against telling him what she witnessed just yet Desiree instead wrapped her arms around Danny and embraced him lovingly.
"I just wanted to spend a little more time with my secret boyfriend before our date later. But seeing as it is possible to do so I still think you should wish for no ghost attacks to happen before or during our date." Desiree said in a persistent tone.
Already knowing where this was going Danny without hesitation complied with her request.
"I wish that for the rest of the day that no ghost attacks would happen." Danny said hoping to ease his girlfriend's worries.
"So you have wished it so shall it be." Desiree said purring in Danny's ear before letting her ghostly energy take effect of the world around them. "I will meet you tonight in the same spot we have been meeting for the past 2 months."
Before Danny could get another word in Desiree teleported leaving the young halfa alone and surprisingly wanting more.
'How does she always do that to me? I swear one of these days I am going to figure out a way to resist her.' Danny thought to himself before walking back to the table with his friends.
Desiree's realm 5 PM
Desiree like the time she prepared to make Danny hers was once again in the mirrors looking herself over and over to try and find any flaw in her looks before heading off. She knew Danny had something planned for them, and she wanted to make sure she looked absolutely perfect for the evening. While she knew that the full moon was going to part of their evening she knew that whatever it was that he had planned would truly be special.
Finally confident with her appearance, and deciding that nothing else she could do could make her more perfect, Desiree with a snap of her fingers makes all the mirrors she used took herself over disappear. Desiree's outfit was a red Victorian-style dress with a sweetheart neckline sitting low on her bosom, and it has thigh-high slits in the front of the dress. She wore a matching red pair of opera gloves with white cuff-links and russet, knee-high platform stiletto boots. She tops off her ensemble with a white collar and diamond-like pendant around her neck.
'I completely forgotten how fun it was to actually dress up and make myself look good. Plus it is just so much fun to tease him. I haven't felt this good about myself in ages.' Desiree thought as she looked at the picture of her father when she was alive. 'I wonder if my father would have approved of Danny had he still existed in the plain of reality?' Desiree asked herself as she the one other person who ever showed her any real love. 'Father if you truly do exist and are watching over me I only ask that you…'
Before Desiree could finish her thought a loud knocking at her front door brought her back to reality. Not wanting to draw any suspicion on her end Desiree quickly changed her outfit back to her normal harem girl outfit and made her legs back into a ghost tail. However, the moment she went to the door and answered it she breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing who it was.
"King Sidney, queen Dora, what pleasure do I owe for having you grace me with your presence?" Desiree asked earning a giggle from Dora and a blush from Sidney.
"It is still prince Sidney, and princess Dora we haven't tied the knot yet." Sidney explained.
"However, like with the dance last month we wanted to give you and Danny invites to our wedding that we will be holding next month. In fact I personally want you to be my maid of honor Desiree." Dora explained with a smile.
"I would like Danny to be my best man. The way he protect his world from ghost bullies as well as making me the most popular kid in my school sometime ago is more than enough of a reason for me to select him. Speaking of which aren't you going to meet him night?" Sidney asked causing Desiree to snap her fingers causing her date outfit to come back into view.
"Yes I am and seeing as he has something planned for us tonight I intend to not only look my best but make quite a first impression when I see him. Now if you excuse me I need to head to the spot where it all began to wait for my date." Desiree explained as both Sidney and Dora handed her the invites. "I will make sure Danny get's his invite now if you excuse me I have a date to meet." Desiree replied before vanishing into a puff of green smoke.
"How long before those two become engaged like us?" Sidney asked causing Dora to frown.
"Assuming the path they are on is as bright as I think it is? I would say maybe just in time for the Christmas truce for them to become engaged. But those two unlike us will have a lot of problems to deal with." Dora added before exiting Desiree's realm.
Amity park highest point 10 minutes later
Arriving at the spot she met up with Danny a few times before Desiree now invisible was about to make her presence known when she noticed something that struck a nerve with her. Making sure she wasn't seeing things or dreaming Desiree pinched herself and upon her vision not changing in the least felt her heart breaking and for good reason.
There he was her boyfriend and the young man she felt herself falling for sitting in their spot not only still in his regular street clothes, but with another woman arms wrapped around him. To make matters worse it was his female best friend at that. Now had Danny been looking uncomfortable or was at least trying to get away from her she could understand. But not only wasn't this happen but from the looks of things he was enjoying her company due to the simple smile she saw on Danny face.
'When I heard Danny say he wouldn't leave me for someone else earlier today I thought he truly meant it. But he it seems like he is no different than the others. Oh he better be lucky that due to my wish I can't attack Amity or him because if I could I swear…' Desiree chain of thought was broken when she felt something tapping her on the shoulder.
Changing her hand into a sledgehammer Desiree still feeling her fury took a strong and quick swing at the person behind her. It was only due to well homed reflexes that the person who was trying to get her attention managed to avoid the swing much to Desiree's dismay. However, before she could take another swing said person made himself visible causing Desiree state of mind to change from angry and fury to outright confusion.
This was mostly due to her seeing yet another Danny in front of her. However, this time around Danny was wearing what appeared to be black tuxedo with a special pink flower pinned to it with matching black shoes and a pair of white gloves.
"But how can you be in two places at once?" Desiree asked still totally confused at this point.
"Did you completely forget that I could duplicate myself?" Danny asked while without trouble making 4 more copies of himself before having them come back within him. "I will explain why I have a clone sitting with my best friend in our spot while we enjoy ourselves on our date, but for now we need to go before Sam hears something and spots us." Danny replied before taking Desiree's hand and disappearing into a puff of green smoke.
At a restaurant somewhere in Egypt midnight
(AN I am actually following the different time zones so for this one it will be 7 hours ahead)
"I must say I am impressed that you were able to get reservations to one of the finest Egyptian restaurants." Desiree replied before taking a bite out of her (1) Macaroni Béchamel. "I haven't tasted anything this good since I was still alive. But I have to ask how did you get us reservations at this place?" Desiree asked earning a smile from the young halfa.
"Several weeks ago I had come to this restaurant hoping to find out how much it would cost to get reservations here, and depending on the price I was going to offer her some flawless blue diamonds in exchange. But before I could do that, a ghost attack happened with several animal ghosts. Turns out that the owner of the restaurant is a Danny Phantom fan, and seeing as I saved her and her business she of course wanted to repay me so I asked for reservations to her restaurant on the night of the full moon for Danny Fenton and a guest. But here is where it gets better. Turns out she felt that was way to small a reward for what I did so she decided to make the reservations a lifetime pass for said night. I accepted, gave her the address to mail the lifetime passes to and left." Danny explained just before taking a bite of his (2) Koshari.
As the ghostly couple ate their food in peace their waitresses for the evening came to their table. She like Desiree in her human form stood the exact same height as her with high heels, but also had coco brown skin, baby blue eyes, and had the same hair style in which her hair covered her left eye with the only difference being that her hair was red instead of black. However, unlike Desiree instead of wearing a red dress, she wore a pair of light blue jeans that showed off her legs and hips very well, and a matching light blue shirt with a few buttons opened showing off a good deal of cleavage. Her footwear consisted of a pair of white shoes that looked to be brand new.
'I swear if it weren't for the fact that she was a redhead instead of having raven colored hair she could pose as Desiree's sister.' Danny thought to himself as he saw her come up to their table.
"I take it that the food is to yours and your girlfriend's liking?" The waitress asked in as charming a tone as possible.
"I will say, I haven't tasted a plate of Macaroni Béchamel this good in a long time. Please send the chef my compliments." Desiree said in a more than satisfied tone.
"I can say the same for my Koshari as well. It is the first time I have ever tried it and I never tasted anything this good." Danny added.
"Would the two of you like anything for dessert?" The waitress asked.
"Nothing for me thanks, It is impossible for me to eat sweets without it going to all the wrong places." Desiree explained.
"Are you sure? We do have a low sugar as well as no sugar versions of our desserts recommended by yours truly for women who are watching their figures?" The waitress asked trying her best to make the sell.
"You can give us two servings of your (3) Konafa one normal and the other sugar free of course to go." Danny replied earning a raised eyebrow from both Desiree and the waitress. "What? I have a cousin who has a sweet tooth, and seeing as she told me how much she loved Konafa when she tried it last I figured why not since she will be in town." Danny said on the fly getting a nod of understanding from both.
"Is there anything else I can get for the two of you?" The waitress asked politely as possible.
"Just another bottle of your finest wine Iris." Desiree answered saying the waitress's name for the first time.
"Ok then that is another bottle of wine and three orders of Konafa one sugar free, and the other two normal." Iris replied getting an affirmative from the young couple. "Ok I will be right back with your dessert and wine." Iris replied before walking away.
However, unknown to Desiree as Iris walked away she turned her head back to Danny and winked at him before changing her walk slightly to add an extra bit of sway to her hips as she walked away.
'I am so going to take that little stunt out of her tip. It was mentioned by my alter ego that me and my girlfriend would be here celebrating our second anniversary, and I am sure the owner mentioned that to her.' Danny thought to himself before turning his attention back to Desiree and truly taking in what she was wearing. 'Wow she looks extraordinary in that dress. She must have really went all out for this evening, and fortunately after this the evening still won't be over.' Danny thought to himself with a look of longing on his face.
This didn't go unnoticed by Desiree who upon seeing his eyes were on her couldn't help but feel like jumping for joy. Like Danny Desiree had her own plans for the end of the evening and if Danny's expression said anything she was doing everything perfectly well.
"'However…' While it is great to have your attention totally focused on me, I have to ask why did you have a clone of yourself with your friend at our spot?" Desiree asked in a stern tone.
"It was the only way I could keep her from possibly using the boo-merang device to find me. After I told her what happened earlier she went into 'Not quitting until she get what she wants' mode." Danny explained only for Desiree to give him a weird look. "In case you are wondering that is when Sam will do just about anything to get what she wants no matter what is thrown in front of her, and this time she was extremely adamant about spending time with me on the one night of the month the two of us agreed that I would normally take for myself." Danny explained.
"I have to ask what exactly is this boo-merang item you mentioned?" Desiree asked while taking note of everything else mentioned.
"It is a tracking device that is used when looking for specific ghosts. When my parents made it they keyed it to Danny Phantom AKA my ecto signature so whenever any of them were in a need to find me they would use it to locate me if I was in trouble." Danny answered.
"And what exactly did you tell her that caused her to go into 'Not quitting until she get what she wants' mode." Desiree asked.
"I told her how Star confessed to me, and how I rejected her due to be being with you minus the part about us being together of course. When Tucker heard what I mentioned he literally said 'Now it make total sense why Star had those jocks detain us.' Where as Sam at first was furious until I told her I turned her down. It was after that when the changed happened." Danny explained.
'So that is what was happening. I am guessing that blond haired girls confession and his rejection of her was a massive wake up call so she decided to step up her game. Though at the same time… oh screw it if the words he told the red huntress and her best friend are true him learning how she felt shouldn't affect how our relationship. But at the same time if I tell him now it could ruin our date so I will tell him after everything is said and done.' Desiree thought to herself as Iris came back with the wine and dessert.
"Here you go another bottle of our finest Egyptian wine, and three orders of Konafa one sugar free and two regular. Is there anything else the two of you would like, or would you like to me to just bring you the bill?" Iris asked in the sweetest of tones.
"That will be all thank you, so you can just send me the bill and bring us some bags to carry the stuff we in." Danny replied to Iris.
Hearing the young halfa's words Iris once again walked away from the table and like the last time around added the extra bit of sway to her hips that would only be noticed by the young halfa and not his date much to his annoyance.
'She sees me here with my date, and she is still trying to lure me away again? Did I say I was taking it out of her tip? Correction I am not going to give her a tip after this... no I will give her a tip just not the kind of tip she would be expecting' Danny thought as he watched Desiree open up her bottle of wine and began to pour herself a glass.
"This is your second bottle of wine Desiree. Please don't go overboard because I still have something else planned for us tonight." Danny explained only for another person to come to the table that he instantly knew.
The woman in general was in her late 40's and like iris had red hair and blue eyes. However unlike Iris instead of wearing a waitress outfit she wore a suit similar to Spectra's would wear in her first form with the exception of everything being fuchsia colored instead of red. Seeing that Danny had his attention on the woman coming towards them Desiree stopped drinking her wine for a moment and coughed earning herself his attention back.
But before Desiree could say anything the woman reached the table much to Desiree's annoyance.
"So you are the young man that my hero got those VIP passes for. I hope you are enjoying your stay at my humble restaurant." The woman said in a professional tone.
"I haven't had Egyptian food that was this good in a long time so pass my complements to the chef." Desiree said feeling her annoyance fade away.
"I have to agree with Desiree about the quality of the food. While it was my first time ever having it I can see why Desiree recommended we go to one for our anniversary." Danny added before reaching into his pocket and pulling out what appeared to be a perfectly made ice crystal much to Desiree's surprise. "While I don't have any currency for this country, I hope that gem I have will cover the bill." Danny replied before handing it to the manager.
'He is really trying to pay her with an large perfectly shaped blue ice crystal?' Desiree thought still surprised.
However, upon her claiming the crystal Desiree noticed two things. The first was the 'ice' crystal wasn't melting due to the heat of her hand. She knew perfectly well that due to Danny's ice powers he could keep said jewel perfectly preserved despite his own normal body heat but the woman herself had no such ability. The second thing Desiree noticed was that the manager was still holding the 'ice' crystal and wasn't dropping it. However, before could figure it out said manager did what any self respecting person who wanted to test if a diamond was real did. She had one of her staff fetch her a piece of glass, and did the glass scratch test.
'Here it comes, even if he can make it so it doesn't melt, and surprisingly not so cold that she doesn't drop it, it will never pass said test. What was he thinking doing this especially when he could have just wished that the bill was…' Desiree never got the chance to finish her thought as for some reason she couldn't comprehend the 'ice' not only scratched the glass, but effectively cut right through much to her surprise.
Seeing that the gem was indeed real the manager pocketed the large diamond and smiled.
"Even though I was more than willing to let you eat on the house, this will more than cover your bill." The manager replied before walking off.
"Where did you get an actual blue diamond of that size Danny, and why did you use it to pay her when you could have just used the money you had brought with you?" Desiree asked.
'I will tell where and how I got it later Desiree, but right now I can't spill the beans without causing us problems.' Danny whispered just before Iris came back with the bags he asked for.
"Here are the bags you asked for fine sir, as for the bill however, the manager who just walked by me told me you already paid her in full so I can't give you that. I hope you enjoyed your stay at our humble restaurant and have a good evening." Iris said as she gave Danny the bags and once again began to walk away while once again adding an extra bit of sway to her hips while Desiree's back was turned to her.
After seeing Iris's display for yet a third time Danny was more than halfway tempted to point it out to Desiree but after some thought decided against it.
'The last thing I need is there possibility being a fight between her and that waitress.' Danny thought before he took placed their items into the bags and took Desiree's hand. 'Besides there is one last thing I have planned for our night out. But first…' Danny thought to himself as opened up the bill book left for him, looked for a specific area where it mentioned tip and wrote something down unseen by Desiree before closing it.
"Ok Desiree let's go I still have one last place for us to go for our anniversary, but before we go we need to make a quick trip back to your realm and put our stuff there." Danny explained before he took Desiree's hand and lead her out of the restaurant.
Desiree's realm 5 minutes later
"Danny we need to talk about what happened before our date." Desiree said in a somewhat tipsy tone.
This didn't go unnoticed by Danny who wasn't about to explain the situation to an anything less than sober Desiree.
"Did you already forget that I explained to you while we were on our date?" Danny asked surprisingly getting a positive response from Desiree. "I will explain it to you again, but for now I wish that you were 100% sober." Danny replied causing the wishing ghost to glow.
"So you have wish it so shall it be." Desiree replied causing her form to glow for a few seconds before turning back to normal.
Seeing that his wish was granted Danny began to go into the details of what Desiree saw before.
"I am sorry you had to see that Desiree, but as I mentioned before after I told Sam how I rejected Star's affections when she asked me to be her girlfriend she insisted on spending time with me despite her knowing this is the one night I choose to be alone. I tried everything besides revealing our relationship to her to get her to reconsider but as I mentioned when Sam goes into 'Not quitting until she gets what she wants' mode Sam won't stop pursuing her goal until she gets what she wants. So it was either make a clone so she could get what she wanted while the real me and you went on our date or tell her that we are dating and break my promise to you." Danny explained.
Upon hearing Danny's explanation for the second time that night Desiree couldn't help but let out a sigh.
'I am guessing Star's move to try and claim Danny for her own was the wake up call she needed to understand her first rival's words. But for the sake of argument…'
"You couldn't have just not showed up and dealt with it the next day." Desiree explained only for Danny to shake his head.
"As I mentioned before my parents made the Boo-merang which unknown to them is keyed into to my ecto-signature. Had I not shown up Sam would have instantly thought something was wrong, got my parents tracking device, and used it to find me. She would have eventually found us in Egypt, and we would have been exposed which we both know wouldn't have turned out good." Danny explained.
'I shouldn't be too surprised. With me trying to ask Danny to keep our relationship a secret this situation was eventually bound to happen. Spectra you don't know how much I envy you in the fact that you don't have an overprotective and extremely jealous person after your boyfriend like I do mine.' Desiree thought to herself.
It was at this moment that she noticed Danny went wide eyed, before seeing a frown begin to form on his face.
"So she was lying to me this entire time about how she felt, and everyone besides me knew." Danny said just loud enough for Desiree to hear.
Turn towards Desiree and seeing the look of worry and confusion the young halfa decided to clear the air with both.
"Before my clone came back to me he discovered that Sam, like yourself also has romantic feelings for me, but has been hiding them for the longest. However, if you are worried I am going to end our relationship to be with her just because I discovered this you have another thing coming. I didn't do that to you when I learned of Star's romantic feelings for me, and that won't change just because I learned that Sam has them for me." Danny explained.
"Would it really matter if I was one of the beings who knew how she felt about you but kept it to myself..." Before Desiree could finish her sentence Danny just smiled and shook his head no.
After hearing Danny's explanation, and seeing his response to her question Desiree like when she heard him turn down Star to stay with her couldn't help but feel her heart flutter. While she had a good clue that Danny wouldn't leave her just because he learned the truth about his best friend's feelings her real worry was would he do it because she knew the truth but didn't tell him. Feeling extremely overjoyed that her worries held no merit like a hungry cat would a mouse Desiree pounced and pinned Danny on her bed in the form of holding his arms down and straddling his waist.
"You don't know how happy you have made me just by telling me that. It has always been a constant thing in my past that I would either be used by someone while looking for love and tossed aside like garbage after they got what they wanted, or dumped when someone else they desired gave them the green light. I know it was silly of me to worry after what I saw happen with that blonde girl but…"
"Wait a minute you knew that Star confessed to me, and that I turned her down?" Danny asked in shock while cutting off Desiree.
"Yes Danny I saw how you handled the situation with her, and seeing you choose me over her made my heart flutter but that is not the point now. Despite me seeing your actions earlier a part of me still feared that you would leave me if you learned the truth about how Sam felt, as well as learning I knew the truth but hid it from you. But once again I am more than relieved that my worries had no merit." Desiree explained while still smiling at her pinned boyfriend.
"Desiree when I went to Babazita after meeting you the first time she told me your story or what she knew of it. After hearing about your past from her I kind of figured that would be the reason for you hiding this information from me, and because of that I could never hold that against you... not that I would have done it to you anyways because I wouldn't want someone to do that to me either. However, I still need to let Sam down gently so she can finally move on, and she deserves nothing more than the full truth. But in order to do that…"
"You can reveal our secret to her Danny. I know how much she means to you... as a friend, and it would only be fair to give her the truth…" Desiree started before grinding her hips against Danny's. "But for now you aren't going anywhere Danny." Desiree finished in a very amorous tone.
Hearing Desiree's amorous words, as well as feeling the proof due to her grinding her hips against him Danny while somewhat still clueless about certain things, knew where this was going and fast. He could feel his body responding to her amorous actions, and his will power, inhibitions, and voice of reason crumble faster than the Box ghost could say beware. However, before his will power completely crumbled Danny decided to make one final stand.
"Desiree are you sure you want to cross this line? Once we cross it there is no turning…" Before Danny could finish his thought Desiree silenced him in the form of putting his lips to better use.
The kiss while short was far more passionate than any of the other kisses Danny had received from her in the past. It was like she was literally putting everything that was her into this one kiss causing the last bit of willpower to crumble away with him. Seeing that the expression on his face was matching her's Desiree released his lips placed her hand on his chest before activated her intangibility power.
In less than a second both Danny's and Desiree's clothes feel into a pile under her bed leaving both of them completely exposed to the other. Upon seeing his girlfriend's naked form for the first time a very normal and healthy reaction happened earning a smile from the wishing ghost.
"Yes I am sure I want to cross this line because I wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't. Is this is your first time doing something like this?" Desiree asked hoping it was true while getting a nod from her boyfriend. "Just relax and enjoy everything I have to offer you." Desiree said in a seductive tone before going back in for another kiss.
Stage out
1) Rigatoni noodles, minced meat cooked in chopped onion and tomato paste, topped with the classic béchamel sauce. Basically an Egyptian version of Lasagna or Mac an cheese.
2) A layering of rice, macaroni, lentils, and chickpeas topped off with caramelized onions, thick red sauce, and a garlic/chili/vinegar/ sauce.
