To the insipid morons of the British Ministry of Magic,

My oh my, you people have a COLLOSAL nerve to be sending ME of all people a notice of YOUR impending 'Marriage Law' as if you SERIOUSLY believed that I will go along with it as if I somehow have no choice in the matter.

I do not know whom this Wilhelmina Garland Potter is, nor do I care because I am NOT her as far as I am concerned. The name is Harleyquin Valora LinLin Charlotte, adopted daughter of the President of MACUSA and legal citizen of America, and THAT will ALWAYS be my one and only name.

Even IF I WAS who you were looking for, I feel no 'obligation' to uproot MY personal lifestyle to follow some law made over in some county I don't even live in that was made made by a magical community I've NEVER been a part of in all of the years I've been alive, to be RAPED and become the baby popping broodmare of some entitled asshole whom I don't even know OR want as my potential 'husband' for ANY reason.

Just because YOU people are having 'population problems' somehow makes you think you are entitled to use MY bodies breeding abilities to help repopulate your backwater society, and have the nerve to assume I will go along with it just because YOU say so like I have no say in the matter of being RAPED against my will. What you want considered ILLEGAL in other countries and NOBODY outside of your country will stand for it.

I'm sure by now you've recieved the magical restraining order against your community by now, signed and notarized by my father thats also banning you from trying to recruit other AMERICAN citizens into your marriage law.

Plus, send your law enforcement officers after me again, next time my family and I will NOT hold back in what we did the last time they ILLEGALLY showed up to try and take me into custody for your law. The Charlotte family does not take kindly to threats against its members. You TRY and mess with ONE of us, you take on ALL of us and WILL lose every time.

I'm pretty sure that by now, you've seen the condition of some of your aurors who were allowed to return home. Especially the ones who now physically look like they have had YEARS taken off of their lifespans. That one was MY doing if you must know, and is PERMANENT.

Whatever their age was before has been significantly shortened depending on how pissed I was when I did it, plus the hollowed out mummified husk formerly known as Madame Dolores Umbridge that we also sent back should be proof of what I am capable of. The hag had the nerve to try ordering me around in my own home and talking badly of my family.

If you still decide to ignore the restraining order and come after me again I will give you the same option I gave those morons you sent before. Do you want to LIVE and live a LONGER life or be DEAD before your time and wind up like the last group that dared to threaten me, and also NOT be returned in the same condition as Umbridge?

P.s. Kindly inform the Cum Dispenser and Incubator duo known as James and Lily Potter that THEY are included on the restraining order as well. Even if I WAS their long lost daughter, I do not appreciate the idea that after twenty-one years since they ABANDONED me, that they think they can come back into MY life and try and pull the parental card on me as if they somehow STILL have THAT right at all, and try and order me around like they think I'll do whatever they say just because they are 'my FORMER parents' who have 'found me again' thanks to you morons at the British Ministry of Magic.

No matter whatever 'good reasons' they SUPPOSEDLY had for doing it at the time, what they did was inexcusable. I say parents who abandon their children have no rights to the kid they abandon anymore as far as I'm concerned and have no place in the life I built for myself without TRASH like them in it trying to come along and take over my life.
