Sneaking Around
Pairing: Lucius/James
James furtively looked around. No one seemed to be paying him any attention. He crept through the library and went to the hidden stacks. It was the part of the library that very few students ventured as it was dustier and the books were history of magic-related. With Binns as the professor, no one cared to do extra studying on the subject.
He looked back out in the open, but still, everyone else was minding their own business.
"Can you try not to be so blatant about the fact that you're sneaking around?"
James glared over his shoulder at the amused voice. "You have just as much to lose as I do."
"Yes, but I'm better at being sneaky. You'd make a lousy Slytherin," Lucius drawled.
"Is that supposed to be an insult?"
"In my world, it is."
James rolled his eyes. "We come from two different worlds."
"And yet, here we are, meeting up in secrecy."
James remembered a book Lily had read that had reduced her to tears. "I hope we don't end up like Romeo and Juliet."
Lucius blinked uncomprehendingly.
"Never mind," James said.
Lucius gripped James by the robes and pulled him so their bodies pressed against one another. Lucius leaned against the nearest bookshelf, and their lips were only centimeters apart.
"Shouldn't we be a little more discrete in case someone happens to walk by? There's no explaining this in a way that makes sense."
Lucius smirked. "I like playing with fire."
Heat curled with James' stomach at the look. That look always went straight to his groin, and Lucius knew it too. And he wasn't afraid to use it to his advantage.
James put his hands against Lucius' chest, his fingers curling against the rippling muscles.
Lucius, in return, thrust his pelvis against James, rubbing his burgeoning erection against James' stomach.
James's breath hitched in his chest, and he yearned to moan and let himself go. This was a library, though, and one had to be mindful of their surroundings.
Lucius' lips closed over his, and James knew no more.
