Episode 13

You Cannot Be Serious

36 days ago, 16 players on two tribes, one of older people and one of younger people, arrived on the shores of Greed Island to take place in the 13th season of Survivor.

What they never expected was a third tribe, full of quitters from previous seasons, who came to compete against them. In a season-opening challenge, the three tribes played for the right to participate in the game. The Hunters (older people) and Ants (younger people) won the challenge, and the Quitters were left on the outs.

But the Hunters decided to choose Giselle to join them from the Quitters, and they sent Michiko to the Quitters. The Ants did the same with Gary, sending away Dandy. The Quitters were then given the choice: go to the Badlands and suffer under terrible conditions, with the hope of returning to the game at some point, or go home. Michiko and Dandy immediately quit and went home. The rest of the Quitters went to the Badlands.

As the game progressed, things got worse and worse at the Badlands. Chad and Faye Valentine both quit, while Loly tortured Orihime and Jasmine. Eventually, Lucian made it back into the game after the merge by winning a challenge.

Meanwhile, in the main game, Leafa, Leone, and Siesta formed an alliance on the Ants beach known as the Big-Breasted Alliance. They brought along young Hinako, and they remained strong into the merge. On the other beach, Ragyo tried controlling Giselle and Yukari, the two of whom formed the Student-Teacher Alliance.

Once the tribes merged, Ragyo was stunned when Siesta used the Superidol on Leone to save her, and Giselle refused to save Ragyo with a Superidol of her own. But when Leafa refused to help Siesta out with the Super-Duper Idol, Siesta went home, and Hinako soon afterward.

Leafa and Leone made up after a brief spat over the Super-Duper Idol. They remained strong as an alliance, and they eventually brought Killua in under their wing. Now the three of them sit at the Final Five, along with Yukari, who has made it this far thanks to finding idol after idol. When Loly was disqualified and removed from the game, Jasmine won a challenge to get back in. Now the game is down to the Final Five, where anything can happen. Who will be named the Sole Survivor?

Day 37

Yorknew Tribe

(Jasmine, Killua, Leafa, Leone, Yukari)

Killua and the Big-Breasted Alliance are thrilled with how the last vote played out.

"We're all still here," Killua says. "Kind of hard to believe."

"Yeah, I thought we were picking rocks," Leafa says. "You know, I would have picked one for you, Leone."

"Thanks a million!" Leone says. "I knew I could count on ya!"

"Leone could have gone home if Killua had chosen not to pick rocks," Leafa says. "Or, Killua or myself were possibly going home had we picked rocks. We got lucky that Yukari decided to turn on Lucian. Now it looks like the three of us can cruise to the Final Three, but I get the feeling it's not going to be that easy."

"I don't know why Yukari chose to vote out Lucian, but I'll take it," Killua says. "Now we have to choose between Jasmine and her to vote out. I'd like to show some mercy to Yukari and let her survive another vote, but I'm not sure. Could Jasmine be a bigger threat, just because she's so quiet and determined?"

Jasmine, meanwhile, tries talking to Yukari about their plans.

"It looks like those three are solid," Jasmine says. "I don't know how both of us survive this vote."

"Easy," Yukari replies. "We get the producers to keep on giving us idols! I'm going to go hit up the cameraman for some hints!"

Jasmine sighs, then she walks over to the other alliance.

"I messed up," she tells them. "I shouldn't have voted with Lucian and Yukari."

"Hey, it's A-OK!" Leone replies, putting her hand around Jasmine's shoulder. "You saved me at the end, and that's all that matters!"

Jasmine smiles slightly. "Do you think you could spare me just for this vote?"

"Actually, we were planning on voting out Yukari anyway," Killua says. "So, as long as she doesn't win immunity, she's going home."

"It's been a long time coming for her," Leafa says. "We can finally get her out now."

"Okay," Jasmine says. "Let's just make sure she doesn't win immunity."

"I am bound and determined to make it to the Final Three," Jasmine says. "Yukari seems to be likable enough, but I need to get past her if I'm going to make it to the end. I didn't go through all that suffering just to be voted out at the Final Five."

Meanwhile, Yukari is off looking for an immunity idol. She decides to go back to treemail, as she had found a clue to the idol there before.

"I wonder if the producers hid a clue here again," Yukari says. "It's worth a try. If not, I can always try bribing the producers into giving me an idol."

But as she walks to the treemail area, she finds cigarette butts littered all over the place.

"What a mess! These people litter like there's no tomorrow!" she says.

Not finding a clue, she begins to walk away, when a lightbulb goes on in her head.

"Wait a minute, those cigarette butts weren't here before!" she says. "That means one of two things. Either Jasmine's been chain smoking over here at night, or they're some sort of a clue. But what could cigarettes possibly mean?"

Immunity Challenge

(Yorknew)

"Come on in, guys!"

The five remaining players enter the immunity challenge area.

"Final Five," Jet says. "Congratulations on making this far."

The players cheer.

"Now, you guys ready to get to today's immunity challenge?"

"Yeah!" Yukari shouts.

"First things first, I will take it back. Sit!"

Jet looks over to Jasmine, expecting to see her flopped on the ground. However, Jasmine had already taken off the Immunity Beads of Subjugation, and she hands them over to Jet.

"Thank you," Jet says, while shaking his head. "Once again, immunity is back up for grabs. For today's challenge, you will start out on an island in the water. You'll run up a ramp and leap into the water. You'll then crawl over a barrel roll in the water. You'll get back to shore where you have to figure out a combination, which will unlock a bag of rings. You'll then throw those rings to hit targets. First person to hit all three targets, wins immunity, guaranteed Final Four. Losers, Tribal Council, where after 37 grueling days, someone will be voted out of this game."

He pulls out a cigarette from a pack and lights up.

"I'll give myself a minute to smoke, then we'll get started."

Yukari's ears perk up when she hears the word "smoke." She then sees Jet set down the pack of cigarettes on the bench, with a small piece of rope sticking out. But she has no time to go over and inspect it, as the players are ushered out to their spots on the islands in the water.

"This is a big immunity challenge! Survivors ready? Go!"

The players start climbing up the ramp. Almost immediately, Yukari trips on the ramp and slips all the way back. Leone is the first to get to the top, with Leafa right behind her. Jasmine and Killua struggle a bit on the ramp, but they follow closely as the four of them jump into the water.

"Got to get over that barrel roll by yourself!"

Each of the players has their own problem getting over the barrel roll. For Leafa and Leone, their breasts are so big that they propel them backward and do not allow them to get over. Jasmine is not as strong, so she has a hard time pulling herself over. Killua is very short, and his arms aren't long enough to pull himself across. Yukari is able to use this time to catch up, but she struggles to get over as well.

"Boston Rob lost his Red Sox hat on this challenge!"

"Did he ever get it back?" Killua asks.

"Are you kidding?" Yukari replies, with the two of them still struggling to get over. "Probst has a whole collection of them, in his Boston Rob cave in the basement of his house."

"Is that where he keeps all his snuffers?" Leafa asks.

"It must be," Leone says.

As the four of them are conversing in the water, Jasmine climbs over the barrel roll and is the first one across.

"Jasmine gets over!"

Killua finally manages to get himself over, with Leafa right behind him. Leone is the fourth one across, while Yukari continues to flop in the water.

"Yukari really struggling in this challenge!"

"You must not like me!" Yukari calls.

"That's not true," Jet says. "You bring in the ratings."

"No, you can't like me, because you're not calling me by my last name!" Yukari yells.

Jet chuckles while taking a smoke. "Okay, then. Tanizaki really stinking it up in this challenge!"

"That's better!" Yukari says, still unable to get over the barrel roll.

"Jasmine, trying to figure out that combination! Killua, right behind her!"

The two of them try some different combinations, while Leafa and Leone rush up behind them to try themselves. Yukari still can't get over that barrel roll.

"Let's go, Tanizaki!"

Finally, Yukari pushes her way over the barrel roll, only splash into the water on the other side.

"Get up and keep going! You're still in this thing!"

Killua is the first to figure out the combination, and he gets the rings. Jasmine is next to follow, and the two of them start tossing rings.

"Got to land all three rings to win!"

Jasmine lands her first ring, while Yukari finally makes it back to shore. She stumbles around, out of breath.

"Come on, Tanizaki! Don't give up!"

Yukari spies the cigarette pack sitting on the bench, and she continues to stumble, going in the direction of the smokes. Leafa looks back for a second as she keeps on trying combinations.

"Where are you going, Tanizaki?" Leafa says. "The combination locks are over there!"

Yukari makes it over to the bench, then reaches for the cigarette pack.

"I'm exhausted," Yukari says. "I need a smoke."

Leone and Leafa both finish their combinations, then start to toss rings. After missing her first three, Leafa looks over suspiciously at Yukari, who has grabbed the cigarette pack and picked it up. But she quickly goes back to throwing rings, seeing Killua hit his first ring.

"Killua and Jasmine each have one target hit! Got to get all three targets!"

Yukari pretends to pull out a cigarette to smoke it. But instead, she pulls on the rope that she sees hanging out of the pack. Once she gets it out of the pack, she sees that it is attached to an immunity idol. She quickly stuffs it in her pocket, and then she rushes over to start her combination.

"Tanizaki hoping for a miracle here!"

Leone lands her first ring, and Leafa gets her first one right afterward. Jasmine then hits her second ring, leaving her one away from winning the challenge.

"Jasmine on the verge of immunity!"

Killua lands his second ring, tying it up. A few seconds later, Leafa also lands a ring.

"Three players only one ring away from winning!"

Jasmine tosses a ring, hoping to land it.

"Jasmine's ring…"

"MISSES!"

Killua then tosses a ring.

"Killua's ring…"

"MISSES!"

Leafa tosses her third ring.

"Leafa's ring…"

"HITS the target! And that's it! Leafa… wins immunity! Guaranteed Final Four!"

Leafa immediately hugs Leone in celebration. The two high-five each other. Killua and Jasmine also go over to congratulate

"Okay, Leafa, this is for you."

Jet puts the Immunity Beads of Subjugation around Leafa's neck.

"You are safe from tonight's Tribal Council. As for the rest of you, someone's going home, and you've got tonight to figure out who that's gonna be. Grab your stuff and head on out, I'll see you tonight for Tribal."

Leafa happily leads the other four out of the immunity challenge, with Yukari clutching her immunity idol.

"Nobody knows that I have this," Yukari says. "I've got to to play it tonight and spring it on everyone. Or, I could take it home as a souvenir… hmmm… maybe I will!"

Yorknew Tribe

(Jasmine, Killua, Leafa, Leone, Yukari)

When arriving back in camp, Jasmine and Killua talk with Leone and Leafa, seemingly all solid on their plan.

"We're voting Yukari, right?" Jasmine asks.

"All of us," Leafa replies.

"Yeah, such an easy vote!" Leone exclaims. "She's got no necklace, she's goin' home~"

"Then we can battle it out amongst ourselves at the Final Four," Killua says. "May the best player win."

"All right!" Leone says, and the four put their arms together in a sign of unity.

"Yukari lost this game when she staked all her leverage into the Student-Teacher Alliance," Killua says. "Once Giselle was gone, she was hopeless. It was only a matter of time until she went home, but now is the time for that."

Yukari, meanwhile, is snickering uncontrollably down at the beach while sucking out some juice from a coconut.

"I'm gonna choke myself to death!" she says. "I got to calm myself down. Man, this is so funny. No one else thought of the fact that there might be an idol. Well, of course there would be an idol! And I found it, so now I control who goes home. Unless I feel like using this as a souvenir, of course. But let's see, who do I want to vote for… well, can't vote for Leafa. Killua hasn't really gotten along with me, so I'd like him out. Jasmine's not been close to me at all in the brief time we've been together, so I could vote her out. And Leone has been tied to the hip with Leafa, so it would be good to break up the power couple. I don't know what I'm going to do yet."

But later that night, Leone raises some concerns to Leafa.

"Ya know, something ain't right about Yukari just going down without even a fight," Leone says.

"You're telling me," Leafa says. "I saw her snooping around at the challenge. Maybe she found another idol."

"Yeah, totally possible!"

"So, what do we do?"

"Let's split the votes, but don't let Jasmine and Killua know! They're votin' Yukari, right?'

"That's right."

"Then we vote either Jasmine or Killua. We gotta pick one."

"Okay. Let's think long and hard about it."

"Splittin' the votes is the only way to do it," Leone says. "We can't let Yukari blindside us with her idol, should she have one."

"I'm not even sure Yukari's smart enough to have found an idol, but we've got to be careful," Leafa says. "We're so close to the end, we can't screw it up now."

Tribal Council

(Yorknew)

The five remaining players waltz into the Tribal Council area with their torches ablaze. They set their torches down, then take their seats.

"We now bring in the members of our jury," Jet states. "Ragyo Kiryuin, Siesta, Bisky, Hinako, Giselle, and, voted out last Tribal Council, Lucian."

Lucian marches in angrily, while the others smile as they take their seats.

"Jasmine, getting into the game at this late stage," Jet says, "how does that affect how you make personal relationships with people who have been already playing this game for 35 days?"

"Yeah, it's tough," Jasmine replies. "These people all know each other, and they've built relationships during that time. I'm here as an outsider, just trying to squeeze my way in. It's not very easy for me."

"Yukari, last time we were here, you turned on Lucian to send him home. How does anyone trust you after that?"

"Well, I don't think trust matters all that much anymore," Yukari says. "There are only five people left. By this time, you know you can't trust anyone."

"Leafa, is it true, that at this stage you can't trust anyone?"

"Well, personally, I trust Leone," she says. "But I can understand why Yukari would feel that way. It's a frustrating place to be in, all by yourself."

"Killua, is that true, that Yukari is all by herself?"

"Sadly, it is," Killua responds. "She's alienated herself from the rest of us with her play, and as a result, she's on the outs."

"That's not fair!" Yukari exclaims. "All I've done is outwitted you for 36 days. I'm hoping that I outwit you tonight for a 37th."

"Even if you do, you're not winning this game," Killua says. "The only friend you've made on the jury is Gravelpot. No one else would dream of voting for you."

"I might, actually," Jasmine says.

"You cannot be serious!" Killua exclaims. "I guess you haven't seen how useless Yukari has been out here."

Jet chuckles. "Okay, Leafa, with five people left, and you having immunity, it's definitely a good place to be."

"Yeah, I'm glad I don't have to worry tonight," Leafa says. "My goal is for my alliance to get through this vote fine so we're well set up for the final one."

"But shouldn't you be thinking more than alliances at this point?" Jet asks. "A better thought might be, 'who do I want to sit with at the end?'"

"That's part of it," Leafa says. "Ultimately, I'm a lot like the Dragon Slayer. I want to go to the end with the best. I want to be the best by beating the best."

"Leone, do you think that's the best call, to go to the end with the best players?"

"Ya know, I'm just tryin' to make it that far!" Leone replies. "It doesn't matter much to me who I'm with. I just wanna be sitting at that Final Three!"

"Killua, how are you strategizing about who you would sit with at the end?"

"I feel I can beat anyone out here," Killua says. "I have the story, I have the game, I can win this thing. That's why I'm trying to stay loyal to my alliances and make sure I'm sitting there at the end."

"So, do you think your alliance should keep you around?"

"Absolutely," Killua says, turning to Leafa and Leone. "Pick me and you won't regret it. You want me sitting next to you two at the Final Three."

"Interesting," Jet states. "Well, it's that time. You cannot vote for Leafa. Everyone else is fair game. It is time to vote; Jasmine, you're up first."

The Tribal Council theme "Tally the Vote" plays as the players go to vote.

Jasmine goes to vote.

Killua goes to vote.

Leafa goes to vote.

Leone goes to vote.

Yukari goes to vote.

"I'll go tally the votes."

Jet gathers the votes, rearranges them, then returns to the players.

"If anyone has a hidden immunity idol, and you would like to play it, now would be the final time you can do so."

Everyone looks around, and Yukari stands up.

"Oh no, not again," Killua sighs.

"That's right, I've got it!" Yukari taunts, as she walks over to Jet.

"Who are you playing this on?" Jet asks.

"Is it possible to play it on you?" Yukari asks Jet.

Jet chuckles. "Don't tempt me."

"Very well," Yukari says. "If I can't play it on you, I'll play it on myself."

"That's more like it," Jet replies, as Yukari goes back to her seat. "This is a good immunity idol, any votes cast against Yukari will not count. Once the votes are read, the decision is final, and the person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. I'll read the votes."

Jet pulls out the first vote.

"First vote… Yukari. Does not count."

Killua sadly shakes his head.

"Yukari. Does not count."

"Leone."

Leone and Leafa look nervously at each other.

"Killua. One vote Leone, one vote Killua, one vote left."

Killua shakes his head angrily as Jet pulls out the final vote.

"Fourteenth person voted out of Survivor: Greed Island, and the seventh member of our jury…"

"Killua Zoldyck."

Killua angrily punches the ground, then gets up from his seat. He shakes his head at Leafa and Leone.

"You two…" he sighs.

"You need to bring me your torch," Jet tells Killua.

Killua grabs his torch, then slams it into the slot.

"Killua, the tribe has spoken," Jet states. "It's time for you to go."

Jet snuffs out Killua's torch, and Killua walks away.

"Well, congratulations, you are the Final Four," Jet states. "The surprises won't stop, though. Just wait till tomorrow – I've got something for you that will throw you for a loop. On that peaceful note, grab your torches, head back to camp, good night."

The four remaining players give each other confused looks as they grab their torches and begin their trek back to camp.

"I should have known it," Killua says. "The Big-Breasted Alliance was never fully with me. They were ready to turn on me at any second. I should have tried aligning with Jasmine, instead of trusting them to take me with them to the Final Three. It's my own fault for being so trusting. I look forward to the Final Tribal Council, where I can help choose who deserves to win this game."

Who voted for whom:

Jasmine – Yukari

Killua – Yukari

Leafa – Killua

Leone – Killua

Yukari – Leone

Day 38

Yorknew Tribe

(Jasmine, Leafa, Leone, Yukari)

The four remaining players discuss the previous night's vote.

"So, you knew I had an idol, didn't you?" Yukari tells Leafa and Leone.

"No, no, we didn't know," Leone replies. "We ain't that smart!"

"We wanted to make sure just in case you did, though," Leafa says. "That's why we threw two votes on Killua. If you didn't have one, we would have voted you out in a re-vote."

"Oh, so you plan on voting me out?" Yukari says.

"Well, yeah!" Leone responds. "You're not in our alliance!"

"I'll remember this!" Yukari exclaims, stomping off angrily.

"Yukari is angry that we were going to vote her out, but that's just the way the game goes," Leafa says. "Now, at this point, we have to choose between voting out Jasmine or her. It's a tough choice, but Leone and I are staying strong together to the end."

Later, Jasmine and Yukari talk together.

"We've got to stick together," Yukari says.

"I understand," Jasmine replies.

"The Big-Breasted Alliance is solid," Yukari continues. "We have to stand against them, two against two."

"Got it," Jasmine says.

"Yukari wants me to team up with her, but why would I do that?" Jasmine says. "I could easily just vote her out and make the Final Three by default. I'm not throwing away my place in this game for her."

Immunity Challenge

(Yorknew)

"Come on in, guys!"

The four remaining players enter the immunity challenge area.

"You guys ready to get to your final immunity challenge?"

"Of course, can't wait!" Yukari shouts.

"First things first, I will take it back. Sit!"

Leafa goes flopping to the ground, and Jet walks over to her and snatches the Immunity Beads of Subjugation off her neck.

"Thank you. For the final time, immunity is back up for grabs. For today's challenge, you will have to place wooden blocks with letters on a balancing machine. The whole time, you must keep your foot on the lever in order to keep the machine from tilting over. The blocks will spell 'THE TRIBE HAS SPOKEN.' First person to get all the blocks in the right place and to stand up for five seconds wins immunity, guaranteed spot at the Final Three."

Everyone cheers.

"But there's a twist. The winner of this challenge will get to pick one player to sit next to them at the Final Three," Jet says. "The other spot will be decided by the winner of a fire-making tiebreaker challenge."

The players all gasp, looking at each other in shock.

"We have banned the use of any outside items or powers in fire-making tiebreaker challenges," Jet continues. "You must make this fire with only the machete, flint, magnesium, straw, and wood that you are given."

The four contestants nod their heads.

"There's a lot at stake. Whoever wins immunity not only is in the Final Three automatically, but they have direct choice over who gets to come with them, and who must fight to stay alive. I know it's worth playing for. We'll draw for spots, then get started."

The players all take their places on their balancing machines.

"For the final immunity! Survivors ready? Go!"

Each player takes a different strategy to getting the blocks. Jasmine tries getting them one by one. Leafa tries to get a couple at a time, while Leone is grabbing a few. Meanwhile, Yukari has stuck half her blocks under her arm as she goes to stack them.

"There is a steep learning curve to this challenge!"

Not surprisingly, when Yukari tries to put even one block on, it falls off, and she drops all of her other blocks.

"Tanizaki, got to go back to the start!"

Yukari curses under her breath as she has to start over.

"Jasmine taking her time, and so far it's working!"

Jasmine continues to go with one block at a time. Leone gets the word "THE" up on her balancing machine, while Leafa seems to be struggling with her balance. She knocks over all her blocks after slipping.

"Leafa, got to start over!"

Leone gets the word "TRIBE" up on hers, while Jasmine continues to crawl, one block at a time. Yukari keeps on knocking hers over. Leafa also is having trouble keeping hers on.

"Jasmine making slow progress! Leone seems to have this thing down!"

And just as Jet says that, Leone moves her foot too quickly, and the balancing machine tips over, knocking over all her blocks.

"Leone has to start from scratch! That's how quick things can turn in this challenge! Do not give up!"

Yukari continues to knock over all her blocks every time she goes back to get more. Jasmine keeps on getting letters one at a time, and so far it is working. She now has the words "THE TRIBE" up on her balancing machine. Leafa is still struggling, as she has been able to get "THE" up, but she keeps knocking over other letters. Leone gets a bit frustrated after losing everything, but she quickly begins to catch up.

"Anything can happen in this challenge!"

Jasmine keeps on going one letter at a time, and now she has the word "HAS" up as well. Leafa tries to speed up a bit to catch up, but she ends up knocking over all her blocks. Leone also tries to go faster, but it only ends in disaster.

"Remember: slow and steady wins the race!"

Yukari is having absolutely no success in this challenge, unlike Jasmine, who now has half of the word "SPOKEN" up.

"Jasmine very close to winning this thing!"

Jasmine takes one letter at a time, putting down the "K," the "E," and finally the "N."

"Now Jasmine just has to get over to the starting position on her balancing machine, and let it stand for five seconds, and she will win!"

Jasmine edges closer and closer to the starting position…

…and slips.

"Jasmine knocks over all her pieces! She's got to start completely from scratch! That opens the door for everyone else!"

Leafa and Leone take advantage of Jasmine's failure, getting their blocks up. Yukari still struggles, though, unable to get any to stand up.

"The two Big-Breasted girls getting close to finishing!"

Leone and Leafa each put their final letters on, at nearly the same time.

"Now it's just a matter of seeing who gets back to the starting position first!"

The two girls inch their way closer to the starting position. Finally, one of them gets there first.

"Leone gets there first! Can she get her pieces to stand up?"

But Leone's pieces end up flying everywhere, as she lost her balance at the last moment.

"Leone drops everything, opening the door for Leafa!"

Leafa calmly moves herself into position, then tries to get hers to stand up for five seconds.

"Leafa's pieces stay up! And that's it! Leafa… wins final immunity!"

Leafa jumps into the air in celebration, and all her pieces go flying.

"Congratulations, Leafa, come over here and get it."

Leafa rushes over to Jet and puts on the Immunity Beads of Subjugation.

"Tonight, you are going to have the honor of choosing which of these three you want to sit next to you at the Final Tribal Council, and which two you want to battle it out for that final spot. I'll give you some time to strategize, then we'll get started tonight at Tribal. Head on out."

Leafa clutches the beads as she happily walks out.

"This is so important, especially in this case," Leafa says. "Now I get to make the most important decision in this game yet. And it's going to be a hard one."

Yorknew Tribe

(Jasmine, Leafa, Leone, Yukari)

Leafa is trying to decide what to do now that she has immunity.

"I'm in the Final Three," she says. "But now I've got to think about winning this game. Do I want to even sit next to Leone? I know we've been together the whole way, but would I really want to have to go up against her? On one hand, it's great to compete against the best, and let's face it, Yukari isn't the best. But Leone may have the best chance of beating me. Unless…"

She thinks about it a little harder.

"Jasmine didn't make any enemies on the jury," she says. "Perhaps if I pit Leone and Jasmine against each other, it's my best chance at getting rid of one of them. Yukari isn't going to get a single jury vote."

But Leone has a different tack that she takes with Leafa.

"Isn't this great?" Leone says. "You and me, from Day 0 to Day 39. Now we get to sit next to each other at the jury! Who do ya hope is better at makin' that fire?"

Leafa feels very guilty, and she gets a lump in her throat while starting to sweat.

"Not pickin' favorites?" Leone says. "Come on, go with one of 'em! I've got Jasmine, personally. She seems not as useless as Yukari!"

Leone then looks closer at Leafa, who has a tear drop down her cheek.

"What's the matter? We've got this thing won!"

Leafa finally blurts out what she is thinking.

"You're going to have to make fire tonight," she states sadly.

Leone laughs upon hearing this.

"Must be some kinda mistake!" Leone says. "You don't really mean that, do ya?"

Leafa slowly nods her head. Leone then has reality sink in.

"So, you're turnin' on me, one day short of goin' the distance?"

"You're the biggest threat out here!" Leafa pleads. "I want to win this game, and you're the obstacle that's in my way! You know Yukari can't win. Jasmine probably can't win either. You're the only one who can beat me."

Leone shakes her head. "No way!"

"Think of it like a certain presidential election. There are certain people who can beat the current president. There are others who, if nominated, will get wiped out in a general election. Yet those people lead the primary polls."

"I fail to see where this analysis is leading."

"Yukari and Jasmine are leading the polls, yet they can't win. You're trailing in the polls, yet you're the only one who can win the general election. That's why, as a member of the opposite party, I've got to take you out now."

Leone punches the ground angrily.

"Well, nothin' to do but go start practicin' makin' fire!" Leone says, as she walks away from Leafa.

"Leafa and me, we were tight," Leone says. "But at the very end, she says she's against me. It sucks, it really does. But the only thing I can do at this point is make fire so I can get to the Final Three."

Meanwhile, Leafa continues with her plot to take Leone out by talking things over with Jasmine.

"I need you to do me a favor," she tells her.

"Oh no," Jasmine replies.

"That's right," Leafa says sadly. "I'm picking you to make fire against Leone."

"Against her?" Jasmine wonders. "I thought you guys were close."

"We were… and we still are," Leafa says. "But she might win this game if I give her a spot in the Final Three. I need you to take her out so she doesn't win."

"I understand," Jasmine says solemnly.

"Leafa wants me to make fire against Leone to knock her out," Jasmine says. "I haven't come this far to be defeated in a fire-making challenge at the Final Four. I've been tortured and beaten, but now I'm going to win this challenge and win the whole game."

"Jasmine is my last hope to get rid of Leone," Leafa says. "As much as I hate to do it, I can't let Leone sit next to me, because she's going to siphon away a ton of votes. But I know that Yukari is the most useless person out here, and she couldn't make fire if her life and the lives of her students depended on it. I've got to go with Jasmine. Maybe she learned something while she was out at the Badlands."

Tribal Council

(Yorknew)

The four remaining players walk into the Tribal Council and set their torches down. Everyone, that is, except for Yukari, who tries putting her torch in a random hole in the ground. She can't get it to fit, so Leafa walks over to her to help her.

"Here," Leafa says. "It's supposed to go over here."

Leafa inserts Yukari's torch in its correct slot.

"Thanks a million!" Yukari says.

Jet chuckles. "We now bring in the members of our jury. "Ragyo Kiryuin, Siesta, Bisky Krueger, Hinako, Giselle Gravelpot, Lucian, and, voted out last Tribal Council, Killua Zoldyck."

The seven jury members waltz in and take their seats.

"New format this season," Jet says. "Instead of having a highly predictable Final Four vote, we've decided to mix things up. The winner of the challenge gets immunity to the Final Three, that's the same. But that winner doesn't get to choose who goes home directly. Instead, they get to decide which one person gets to come with them to the Final Three no matter what. The other two players do battle in a fire-making challenge, with the winner getting the final spot in the Final Three."

"Yeah, I hate it," Leone says.

"Really, already?" Jet wonders. "Why is that?"

"'Cause Leafa has chosen me to have to make fire," Leone replies. "She thinks I'm too big a threat to win. So I'm gonna make fire tonight. Not sure who I'll be doin' it against."

"That decision is totally up to Leafa," Jet says. "How do you go about making that decision, Leafa?"

"It's actually quite simple," Leafa says. "Leone here is my best friend out here, yet she's the biggest threat to win this game. If she goes to the Final Three, she's got a good chance at beating me out. That's why I want her to lose the fire-making challenge, in order to boost my chances at winning."

"But how about the other spot?" Jet asks. "What is your thought process in picking an opponent for Leone?"

"It's twofold," Leafa explains. "First, I take into consideration who's the easiest person to beat, and that's Yukari. Second, I look at who has the best chance at winning a fire-making challenge. That's definitely not Yukari. So I'm going with Jasmine. She's going to make fire against Leone tonight."

"Very well," Jet says. "Is that your final answer?"

Leafa gulps as she looks over at Leone. "Yes."

"Tanizaki, congratulations, you have earned a bye to the Final Three," Jet states.

"Awesome!" Yukari exclaims, raising an arm in celebration.

"As for you, Leone and Jasmine, you will come over here to the fire-making stations."

Jasmine and Leone walk on over to the fire-making stations and take their seats.

"This is pretty simple," Jet explains. "First one to burn her rope wins. All you get is a machete and some flint, along with some straw and wood. No cheating like in past seasons. I'll give you a minute to strategize, then we'll get started."

Leone and Jasmine both take a deep breath.

"For the final spot in the Final Three," Jet says. "Survivors ready? Go!"

Both girls immediately start using their machetes up against the flint, trying to get a spark.

"Got to get that magnesium going!"

Almost immediately, Leone gets a few small sparks, but nothing materializes.

"All it takes is a small spark!"

Jasmine is having no luck at all with her flint. Leone, meanwhile, gets a good spark, and a small flame begins.

"Leone has something! Can she keep it going?"

Leone blows on her fire, then starts putting straw on it. But her efforts are in vain, as the flame goes out.

"Leone's flame has been extinguished! Jasmine right back in this thing!"

Jasmine continues going at her flint, but nothing happens. Leone gets a second small flame, and she tries blowing on this one. This time around, the flame starts to grow.

"Leone may have something here!"

Leafa sighs as she watches Leone start to build a mountain of wood.

"Leone's now got an inferno going here! Jasmine's got to come back quick!"

But Jasmine still can't get any spark. Finally, Leone's fire burns through the rope, raising her flag.

"And that's it! Leone is going to the Final Three!"

"Yes!" Leone shouts.

Jasmine sighs sadly, while Leafa looks stunned. Yukari high-fives Leone as she walks back to her seat.

"Congratulations, Leone, you will get your chance to state your case to the jury," Jet says. "As for you, Jasmine, you need to bring me your torch."

Jasmine goes over and grabs her torch, then brings it over before Jet.

"Jasmine, the tribe has spoken," Jet says, snuffing out her torch. "It's time for you to go."

As tears roll down Jasmine's cheeks, she heads on out.

"Leafa, Tanizaki, Leone, congratulations," Jet says. "You have made it as far as you can in this game. Go let golden slumbers fill your eyes, as smiles await you when you rise. I'll see you tomorrow night for the Final Tribal Council. Grab your torches, head back to camp, good night."

The three remaining players go get their torches, then walk on out of the Tribal Council area.

"I made it so far, just to come up short," Jasmine says. "I came out here to prove something. I have never received a vote against, nor have I ever been voted out. But I came up just short, and as a result, I'm not going to get as much money for Silver as I had hoped. After all I went through, I deserve a million dollars. Was this experience worth it? Probably not."

Day 39

Yorknew Tribe

(Leafa, Leone, Yukari)

That morning, the three remaining players wake up to see a big breakfast waiting for them.

"We made it!" Yukari shouts.

Leafa and Leone give each other a high five, then the three join in a group hug.

"No hard feelings over last night?" Leafa tells Leone.

"'Course not!" Leone replies.

The three players begin eating their breakfast.

"Last night, I tried to get rid of the biggest threat left in the game, my dear friend Leone," Leafa says. "The two of us have become really close while we've been out here. But I want to win the million just as bad as everybody else, so I tried to clear myself a path to victory. I don't think Yukari's going to get a single vote. Leone, that's a different story. What I plan on doing is winning this game by outtalking everyone at the Final Tribal Council."

"Leafa and me got this far as a team," Leone says. "But now that we've gotten to the end together, I'm gonna ramp up my game! I'm gonna show everyone that I deserved to win this game over her. It's been an incredible journey, one that I'll never forget. But I want it to end with me holding the million-dollar check."

"Some people may wonder how I could get through 39 days of Survivor yet barely be able to run my own classroom," Yukari says. "The fact is, it doesn't matter! Now I just got to win that million dollars so I can fix up the Yukarimobile! And I know I've got a friend in Giselle on the jury. She can possibly talk other people into voting for me, thanks to the new format."

The players finish up their breakfast, then they go over to treemail.

"Maybe there's an immunity idol hidden here!" Yukari says as they walk over.

They come up to a piece of paper, which Leafa reads.

"It's once again that dreadful time

To read a poem that doesn't even rhyme

But it looks like you get the message

That it's time to have the Rites of Passage."

"Oh, dear," Yukari says. "It's the return of that venerable series, the Rice of Passage."

"Rites, not Rice!" Leone says.

The three contestants follow the map on the other side of the paper, headed off to the Rites of Passage.

Rites of Passage

The first torches the players come up to are lying on the ground.

"Michiko and Hatchin," Yukari says.

"Not Hatchin, but Dandy!" Leone corrects her.

"What's the point of playing a game if your tribe doesn't even want you, and you're going to have to suffer for weeks on end for a chance to get back in the game?" Michiko says. "I'm glad I quit, and don't ever expect me to try to play again."

"I had a dandy time out here in this dandy game," Dandy says. "Sure, it was only a dandy few minutes, in a dandy challenge. But I have to admit, out of all the ways you could describe it, the one word I keep coming back to is… dandy."

The contestants move on to the next torch, which is standing up.

"Goku," Yukari says. "I had no problem with him, but he was kind of stupid."

"Look who's talking," Leone mutters under her breath.

"Aw man, why didn't I get to stay out here longer?" Goku says. "Then I could have trained harder to get better. Heck, I could have gone into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to get in a year's worth of training. I could have even won some of those reward challenges in order to eat a bunch of food. It's not fair that I had to go home so early."

The next torch the players see is lying on the ground.

"Another quitter," Yukari remarks. "Chad."

"I couldn't stand to see what was happening to Orihime and Jasmine," Chad says. "It just wasn't worth staying out there in the Badlands. It is true that I am the first two-time quitter in Survivor history, but I do not think I am as bad a quitter as Colton Cumbie."

The players move on to the next torch.

"Gary Oak," Leafa says. "He played this game too hard from the very start. He tried getting little Hinako out of the game first, which was never going to work."

"'Specially not after you used that vote steal!" Leone adds.

"Does it suck that I was the first one voted out of my tribe? Yeah, it sucks," Gary says. "But I had to play the game hard if I wanted to win. I didn't want to have to do the Outcast thing again. If I ever get another chance to play again, I'll make sure to do two things: one, don't put a big target on my back. And two, don't out anyone."

They come up on the next torch.

"Joseph Joestar," Yukari says. "He's a senile old man. I bet he wouldn't even know how to use an escalator."

"I'm too old for this game," Joseph says. "It's just passed me by. I didn't know how to make relationships out here or do any of the challenges well."

The contestants walk to another torch lying on the ground.

"Faye Valentine," Leafa says.

"I came out here for the money," Faye says. "That's the only reason I played the first time, and it's the only reason I played this second time. But it came to a point where it wasn't really worth it to stay out there any longer. I'd rather spend time on the Bebop than waste away in the Badlands."

The players come up on the next torch.

"Yui," Leafa says. "She had a whole lot of spunk. I'm not sure she knew what she was doing when it came to the game, but I liked her energy."

"Yeah, she was cool," Leone says. "Too bad she didn't team up with us."

"This game was a lot harder than getting people to join the Light Music Club," Yui says. "But I got to play and experience the game, and that's what matters! Now, time for some tea!"

The trio comes up to the next torch.

"Bell," Leone says. "Ya know, he was a cool cat. But he never wanted to work with me."

"I got to play with him a little longer than you," Leafa says. "Getting to know him, he wasn't a bad guy. He just never joined forces with me."

"I seemed to be on the wrong side of the numbers from Day 1," Bell says. "That's not the way to play Survivor. Unfortunately, I just couldn't get the break I needed, and the tribe swap didn't help matters. It was a cool experience, though."

The three walk up to the next torch.

"Sebastian," Yukari says. "He was pretty much Ragyo's butler. And with each passing moment he made himself more her servant."

"My play out here proved I wasn't worth my salt," Sebastian says. "I just wasn't able to do anything once I got separated from Ragyo. But I'm glad I was able to serve her, because if a butler can't serve someone, what kind of butler would he be?"

The players come to the next torch.

"Tsunade," Leone says. "Man, I was so close to goin' home! Tsunade wanted me out, but I was able to trick Bisky and Killua into voting her out instead. What a relief that was!"

"Leone tricked everyone into believing that she had the idol," Tsunade says. "Whether she did or not, I'll never know. But she was able to convince Bisky and Killua, and that's all that mattered for me. I guess she played the game harder and better than I did."

The contestants walk to the next torch.

"Ragyo," Yukari says. "You know, I liked her! Sure, she was creepy and spooky, but she got along with me just fine."

"She thought I was goin' home, but Siesta saved me with the Superidol!" Leone says.

"I'm so glad Giselle didn't give her that fake idol to make a Superidol," Leafa says. "If she had, I would have gone home in a 1-0 vote. I'm very lucky to still be here."

"As am I," Leone says.

"I failed to reach the Final Three, which means that my daughter Satsuki did better than me," Ragyo says. "That's not something I want to live with. Nevertheless, I shall have my revenge on her, as well as everyone out here."

The players come up to the next torch.

"Siesta, oh, Siesta," Leafa says. "I'm so sorry."

"If ya had just given her that puzzle piece, she'd still be here with us," Leone says.

"I know!" Leafa replies. "I got fooled. I wish I could go back and change that mistake."

"Leafa is 100% the reason why I was eliminated from the game," Siesta says. "I may just be a maid, but I'm not going to let that slide. I'm going to make sure the jury knows that I'm angry with her. She could have easily let me use the Super-Duper Idol, and I'm not sure whether she knew that the Immunity Master Ball was a fake. I like Leafa a lot, but she can't get away with what she did to me."

The players come up to the next torch.

"Bisky," Yukari says. "She was a little too preachy for my liking."

"Hey, I'm just glad she bought my ploy about having an idol!" Leone says. "If I didn't fool her, I wouldn't still be here!"

"I played a good game, I believe," Bisky says. "Just came up short in the end. If things would have broken differently, I may have even won this thing. Oh well, it was a fun experience."

Next up is a torch that is much smaller than the others.

"Oh, sweet Hinako," Leafa says. "I'm sorry we couldn't keep you around too."

"She was so cute!" Leone exclaims. "She would've won had she stayed, though, ya know?"

"Yeah, she was a shoo-in for the million had she made the Final Three," Leafa says.

"Hina had fun playing out here!" Hinako says. "Hina was happy to meet Sis-sis and then get to see Bro-bro. Hina just wishes she could have been the youngest winner ever! Jet-Jet tells me Meilin was the youngest winner ever… that's not fair, it should have been Hina!"

The players stroll along to the next torch.

"Giselle Gravelpot," Yukari says. "The student to my teacher, or the Mason to my Dixon."

"She was full of herself, wasn't she?" Leone says.

"She's never changed," Leafa says. "She's been like that since her first day on this show."

"I'm the greatest player in Survivor history!" Giselle says. "No, seriously! I was only one day short of tying Haruhi Suzumiya and Ami Mizuno's records of 91 days played! And neither of them played as spectacular as me, heck, neither of them even ever reached the Final Three! I did that back in Shamouti Island, it was baby stuff. I'm sure I'll win if I play enough times, like Boston Rob! Come on, Jet Black, put me on again!"

The next torch the players come up to is broken into pieces.

"Loly Aivirrne," Yukari says.

"We really didn't know much about her," Leone says. "Except that she was evil."

"Yeah, I'm so glad she didn't get much time in the game with us," Leafa says.

"I got thrown out of the game because I attacked a camera girl," Loly says. "Ha! I've done a lot worse than that! I could have killed someone if I had wanted to! I was being nice. Well, screw Survivor! I don't need this stupid game! Now excuse me, I'm going to go find someone else to torture."

The contestants walk up to the next torch.

"Orihime Inoue," Leafa says.

"Yeah, didn't know much about her either!" Leone says.

"You mean to tell me I spent all the time out here for nothing?" Orihime says. "I didn't ever get back in the game, and I suffered in the Badlands for 35 days. That isn't quite fair. I wish I had at least gotten on the jury. I understand why I'm not on the jury, though, because I never got to see the gameplay of any of the contestants left in the game. Still, it's a tough pill to swallow."

The players come to the next torch.

"Lucian," Leafa says.

"He kept talking about how he was going to be beheaded," Yukari says. "Doesn't sound like a fun life to me!"

"Queen Cynthia will have my head when she finds out that I failed to win the game," Lucian says. "I played as hard as I could, and I came up just short. It's immense pressure to be under, but that's how it goes in my life. I can only hope I don't suffer the same fate as Sabrina."

The three go to the next torch.

"Killua," Yukari says.

"You know, I wish we could have played with him more," Leone says. "He was actually a pretty good guy."

"I agree," Leafa says. "Unfortunately, he had to go at some point."

"Both Leone and Leafa betrayed me," Killua says. "I'm going to seriously contemplate voting Yukari tonight. And if I do that, so will Bisky. If Giselle votes for Yukari as planned, that's three of the five Yukari needs to win. This could be the biggest upset in Survivor history!"

The contestants walk up to the final torch.

"This is Jasmine's," Leafa says. "She was quite shy."

"She coulda been a good ally!" Leone says. "I wish she had teamed up with us!"

"I agreed to play this game no matter what it took," Jasmine says. "It turned out, it cost me an arm and a leg… literally. I lost both of them along the way. But now I'm healed, and I feel even worse, because I failed to bring home a million dollars to my husband Silver. The two of us are struggling financially – I'll keep on coming out here as many times as it takes to win."

The players finally come to the end of their journey, and they sit down to take it all in.

"What a journey it's been!" Leone says. "Man, I would never have guessed that I woulda been able to make it to the end with Leafa at my side. The two of us have argued and had our differences, but truth be told, we're best buds now. And now one of us is gonna win this game – there's no chance Yukari wins. I can only hope it'll be me!"

"Looking back at the last 39 days, it's been one of the most fun times of my life," Leafa says. "Poor Kirito couldn't make it very far in the game, but I've made it all the way to the end. I guess I'll have that to tease him about! I know for sure Yukari can't win, so my goal at this Final Tribal Council is to target Leone and steal some votes away from her."

"This game's been so much fun!" Yukari says. "Chiyo-chan and the other girls are going to be so proud of me when they find out that I've made it to the end! And who knows, maybe I'll win it! I'm gonna give it my all! I want that million bucks, but I sure don't want to retire from teaching. After all, who would I take in my Yukarimobile?"

Final Tribal Council

Leafa, Leone, and Yukari walk into the Tribal Council area with their torches, then they set them down.

"We now bring in the members of our jury," Jet Black states. "Ragyo, Siesta, Bisky, Hinako, Giselle, Lucian, Killua, and Jasmine."

The eight jury members walk into Tribal Council dressed to the nines.

"Tonight, the power transfers from those of you with lit torches, to those sitting over here on the jury," Jet states. "Eight people who you had a hand in voting out or eliminating, now control your fate in this game. They get to choose who receives the million dollars, and they may vote upon any criteria they wish. Your job at this Final Tribal Council is to convince them that it should be you. For the ninth time in thirteen seasons, it's all women at the Final Three. Remind me to ask Probst on how to prevent that from happening."

Everyone has a chuckle at Jet's comment.

"Now, let's get to the Final Tribal Council," Jet states. "We have a new format that was introduced last season. We will have three portions of this Tribal. First is the Outwit portion. The jury will have a roundtable discussion on who played the best social game. Then comes the Outplay portion, where we have a discussion on who played best when it came to challenges and advantages. Finally, we have the Outlast portion, where each of you makes a final statement on why you should win."

The players take a deep breath upon hearing this.

"Now, we begin with the Outwit portion. Who wants to start?"

"I will," Killua immediately states. "Leafa and Leone, why in the world did you stab me in the back like that? What did I do to deserve that?"

"I'm sorry," Leafa says. "We had no choice."

"No, you had a choice!" Killua exclaims. "You could have easily voted out Jasmine! Why me?"

"It's a compliment, ya know?" Leone says. "We thought you were too dangerous. We knew what you brought to the table. You sit here with us two, you're gonna win. Bisky's an automatic vote for you."

"Actually, maybe not," Bisky says. "I'm not sure I would have voted for Killua. He actually played a poor game and relied on me too much."

"Excuse me?" Killua says.

"You heard me. I'm your teacher, like Yukari. I didn't think you were thinking for yourself."

"Hold on a second, I played a lot better than that!"

Jasmine interrupts the two from arguing. "Hold on, you two aren't on trial, these three are. We're trying to see who should win this game."

"Well, I'll say this," Siesta says. "I thought I had a good social game, but these two blew me away. Leone and Leafa, you somehow made friends with nearly everybody. And you made close friends with me. I just need to know why I should pick one of them over the other."

"Are you sure you should pick one of those two?" Giselle says. "Perhaps Yukari deserves to win over them."

"Fools," Ragyo states. "What has Yukari done in this game besides lounge around for a month? She deserves to win like my daughter Satsuki deserves an Elite Four… meaning, not at all."

Yukari looks stunned. "Hey, I did a lot out here! I looked for idols in every last place I could! Isn't that something?"

"It is, but that's for the Outplay portion of this Tribal Council," Lucian says.

"Hina thinks Leafa and Leone both were nice to her!" Hinako says. "Hina is going to pick one of them to win!"

"I agree," Siesta says. "I do not see a point to Yukari being at this Tribal Council."

"Yukari was useless as heck," Lucian says. "Queen Cynthia says I'm useless to her without taking home a million dollars, but compared to Yukari, she'd be impressed with me."

Leone chuckles. "We're not gonna argue!"

"No, not at all," Leafa says. "We feel she did nothing, and that's why we're asking you to pick one of us."

"Which we will," Ragyo states.

"Yeah, just get Yukari out of here," Lucian says. "She doesn't deserve to be sitting here."

"What, do you want me just to get up and leave?" Yukari says.

"No, we're not saying-" Giselle starts to say.

But as Giselle says this, Yukari gets up and walks over to her torch. She picks it up out of its slot and walks out of the Tribal Council area, heading back to camp. Jet Black looks on in shock, as do Leone, Leafa, and the jury.

"Well, this is unprecedented," Jet says. "We have never had a player walk out of any Tribal Council before, let alone the Final Tribal Council where they had a chance to win the game. We did once have a player, Haruka Tenoh, declare herself ineligible for the million dollars. Tanizaki has done the same right here. Now, it's down to the two of you and the jury."

Leone and Leafa look around, still in shock. The jury simply shake their heads.

"That's a shame," Killua says. "I was actually considering voting for Yukari. Now, how do you two differ in your games?"

"Yeah, that's a good question," Lucian says. "I don't see any difference between your performances out here."

Leafa looks a bit taken aback. "Hey, I tried to align with you, Lucian, when Leone and I had an argument. Now, we eventually joined forces again, but I was open to working with other people."

"Right, but I was more loyal," Leone says. "You tried to get rid of me at the drop of a hat, twice. I never wanted ya out at all."

Giselle clears her throat. "Look, I got to play with Leafa for a short while on the Hunters Tribe," Giselle says. "I can vouch for her that she played a good social game. Not as good as mine, mind you, but still not a shabby game."

"Yeah, but I can say the same about Leone," Bisky says. "I played with her at the Ants Tribe for a short period of time. She knew what to do to keep herself around."

"Which brings us to the Outplay portion of this Tribal," Jet says. "How did the three, or now, two of these do in their performance when it came to challenges and advantages?"

"Leone totally wins there," Killua says. "She fooled Bisky and I into believing that she had an idol, when I found out later that she didn't. That's a no-brainer."

"Not only that," Ragyo says, "but she convinced Siesta to play the Superidol on her. That's how I ended up getting eliminated, quite unfairly, I might add."

"But was that really a BIG MOVE, as Probst would say?" Giselle asks. "Because all she did was have someone else bail her out. She didn't earn the Superidol for herself."

"That's true, but she still managed to get it played on her, which is something," Bisky says.

"I see," Giselle says. "Why don't we ask Siesta what she thinks?"

Everyone looks over at Siesta, who looks surprised.

"What, me?" she says.

"It's you, Sis-sis!" Hinako exclaims.

"Dude, wow," Siesta states. "I don't know what to say. I was equally friends with Leafa and Leone, up until the bitter end. Leafa screwed me by not allowing me to play the Super-Duper Idol."

"But you could say that was good gameplay," Killua says. "She felt that you, like me, was a bigger threat to win, so she let you get voted out."

Leafa clears her throat. "For the record, I had no intention of getting Siesta ousted," she says. "I got fooled, and it didn't work out for me. That's how it goes sometimes."

"Yeah, but I wanted to play that Super-Duper Idol from the start!" Leone exclaims. "You tell 'em, Siesta! I wanted to play that thing from the first day we got it!"

Siesta nods. "It's true," she says. "Leone wanted me to play it so bad. Leafa prevented me from playing it."

"Okay, it's pretty clear who you're voting for," Bisky says. "But what about Leafa's performance in challenges? She won two in a row once at the Final Five."

"That's right," Killua says. "If she doesn't win that immunity at the Final Five, I might be over there. And if she doesn't win at Final Four, she's probably making fire."

"But Leone won one too!" Giselle exclaims. "Shouldn't that count for something?"

"It should," Lucian states. "Still, Leafa deserves credit for winning those clutch challenges."

"What about that idol nullifier?" Siesta says. "Leone played that. So, she deserves credit there."

"Of course!" Hinako says.

"Leone also made fire just to get here," Ragyo points out. "You must take that into consideration."

Bisky shakes her head. "I really don't know which way to go."

"Well, then perhaps we'll decide that now," Jet says. "Because now we move on to the final portion of this Tribal, the Outlast portion. Leafa and Leone, you both may now give a speech as to why you should win this game."

"What about Yukari?" Giselle asks.

"We'll get her on Skype," Jet jokes. "Leafa, go ahead."

Leafa breathes heavily. "This game was all about two things, Masadora and the Badlands. From Day 1, I've been playing this game as hard as I possibly could. I found a note early on in the game that gave me the secret to Masadora. I only shared that with Siesta and Leone, and they both got Large-sized advantages. I won the challenges necessary, I made friends, I had relationships, I made moves, I strategized, and I played a great game. I even turned on Leone at the right time, to try to get her out before she had a chance to go up against me. This million dollars belongs rightfully to me."

"And now, Leone," Jet says.

"Wow, that was some speech!" Leone says. "You go girl! Look, I'll be honest with ya, I don't feel like I'm losin' if Leafa wins. She was my best friend out here. We went through thick and thin together. I'm so happy that we're here at the end. But! There's one thing I must add. And that's my friendship with Siesta and Hinako. I also became so close to those two, that it broke me when each of them was eliminated. It sucked to see them go home. I've made more meaningful friendships, I've played better with advantages, and I had to make fire to get here. Maybe Leafa won more challenges, but I went through more to win this game."

"Okay," Jet states. "Jury, you are about to vote for a winner. This is the player you believe most deserves the million dollars, for whatever reason you may choose. Since Yukari isn't here, you may not vote for her. You must vote for Leafa or Leone. Yukari is the first Final Three quitter in Survivor history."

"Aw, man!" Giselle complains.

"As for the two of you, Leone and Leafa, one of you's about to become a million dollars richer. It is time to vote. Bisky, you're up first."

The Fiji version of "Tally the Vote" as the jury members go to vote, one by one.

Bisky goes to vote.

Giselle goes to vote.

"I would have voted for Yukari had she been here," Giselle says. "You're only my second choice. But hey, I'm sure it won't make a difference!"

Hinako goes to vote.

Jasmine goes to vote.

"I didn't get to play with you for long, but you deserve this more," Jasmine says, holding up her vote for Leafa. "What I saw from you was excellent gameplay, and even better performance at challenges. It hurts not being able to bring this check home to Silver, but if anyone else deserves it, it's you."

Killua goes to vote.

Lucian goes to vote.

Ragyo goes to vote.

Siesta goes to vote.

"Leone, you were the closest friend I've made in years," Siesta says. "You and Hinako were right by my side nearly the entire game. You truly cared about me, you truly cared about little Hinako, and you even cared about Leafa. If I was in the Final Three with you right now, I wouldn't mind seeing you win over me. You deserve this one thousand percent."

After Siesta comes back from voting, Jet takes a deep breath.

"I'll go get the votes."

He heads on over to the voting booth, looks inside the voting urn, rearranges the votes, then carries it back over to his usual spot.

"Leafa, Leone, jury, and Yukari, wherever you are," Jet states. "Thank you for a wonderful 39 days in our thirteenth season of Survivor."

Everyone smiles, and Leone and Leafa give each other a high five.

"And just because I'm a nice guy, I feel like reading the votes right now."

Every player's jaw drops. They look at each other in amazement.

"First vote," Jet says, as he pulls out a piece of paper from the voting urn.

"Leafa."

The players continue to look at each other in shock.

"Leone."

"Leafa."

"Leone. We're tied, two votes Leafa, two votes Leone."

Leone and Leafa clutch each other's hands in nervousness.

"Leafa. That's three votes Leafa, two votes Leone."

"We're tied again," he says, as he pulls out a vote for Leone. "Three votes Leafa, three votes Leone, two votes left."

"Leafa. That's four votes Leafa, three votes Leone, one vote left."

Leafa looks extremely nervous as Jet reaches for the final vote.

Jet holds out the final vote, which says "Leone." Leafa and Leone's mouths are wide open at this point, and the jury is looking at each other in shock.

"This has never happened before in Survivor history," Jet says. "It's our first-ever tie at the Final Tribal Council. Here's how this works. There is no revote, there's no fire-making challenge, and there's no picking rocks. What happens is that the third-place finisher, in this case Tanizaki, gets sent to the jury, and she picks which one of you wins the game."

"You mean…" Leone says.

"That's right," Jet says. "Your fate is in the hands of Yukari Tanizaki."

"Wow," Leafa says.

"Now, since Yukari isn't here, I will have my production crew track her down and have her cast her vote. In the meantime, I will see you all for the reading of the votes back at Indigo Stadium in Kanto."

Jet walks out of the Tribal Council area, with all the players looking on in shock.

"This is nuts," Leone says.

"Absolutely crazy," Leafa says.

The camera pans out, and suddenly the picture shows Jet walking out of a tunnel at Indigo Stadium. The 100,000-seat stadium is completely full of cheering fans, who erupt when they see Jet appear.

"Thank you, thank you!" Jet says. "Thank you so much!"

He carries the voting urn out into the middle of the stadium, where all the players are seated. Leafa and Leone are sitting together on stage, as are seven jury members (Lucian is conspicuously absent). The pre-jury members are sitting in chairs in front of the stage, as are Orihime and a handcuffed Loly. Yukari, meanwhile, is seated over in a corner, far away from everybody else.

"Okay," Jet states, calming down the crowd with his hands. "Let's get to it!"

The crowd finally settles down, as Jet smiles.

"We have just gone through the most bizarre events in between the start of the Final Tribal Council and now," Jet says. "Never has the end of a season been so crazy. But now, it's about to come to an end. As you know, Leafa and Leone received the same number of votes from the jury. That means that the third member of the Final Three becomes the final jury member and gets to decide the winner. Tanizaki cast her vote long after everyone left the island, as she took a temper tantrum. As a result, we have given her a timeout, just like she would to one of her students. She's sitting in the corner because of that."

Yukari crosses her arms with a frown on her face.

"For the final time, I will read the vote."

Leone and Leafa look on, holding each other's hands while watching anxiously.

"The winner of Survivor: Greed Island…"

"Leone."

Leone's mouth drops open, and she puts both of her hands in front of it in shock. Leafa immediately hugs her and congratulates her. The jury applauds, while Yukari continues to sulk in the corner. The pre-jury members, save for Loly, get on stage to congratulate Leone.

"Leone from Akame ga Kill is our thirteenth Sole Survivor!" Jet Black shouts. "Coming up, we will have the answers to all your questions! Why did Tanizaki vote for Leone? Why is Loly handcuffed? And why is Lucian not here? Find out everything in our season-ending reunion, coming up next!
