When we reached the lighthouse Mack started to look around and then asked "How do we get in?"
Brady just grinned smugly and pulled the key out from under the mat. Once inside all of hid behind a curtain and watched Les Camembert and Dr. Fusion.
"That's Les Camembert, he's all British and proper but he's from Pittsburgh"
"Who's that with him?", Mack asked looking at the man next to the machine.
Desperate to get Big Momma's, Les Camembert hires a mad scientist, Dr. Fusion, to carry out his diabolic idea.", I explained to her.
"And what is that?"
"That,is Les Camembert's diabolical weather altering machine."
After the explanation we got back to watching Les Camembert explaining his diabolical plan.
"And this thing never won an Oscar", Mack said mockingly after Les Camembert and Dr. Fusion started bickering.
Mack started to walk away after that, and Brady and I run after her.
"In the movie, Lela and Tanner discover Les' plan. They unite the surfers and bikers, and destroy the machine, which ends in an explosion. That's what creates the storm. "
„So if Lela and Tanner don't get back together, which would put the movie back on track the way it's supposed to play out... ", Mack says, starting to put the pieces together.
"The chain of events that create that storm won't happen ", I finish for her.
"And we'll be stuck here ", Mack says, slightly tearing up out of frustration.
"Don't worry "
"We'll figure it out ", Brady and I start to reassure her.
After we went back to Big Mommas, I saw the bikers sitting around a campfire. As Lela saw us approaching, she got up and went straight to Brady.
"Oh, thanks again, Brady, for catching me ", she said, while hugging him.
"You know, these are... ", she was just about to introduce Brady to the other bikers when she noticed Mack and me.
"Oh, bunkers! Are you two together? ", Lela asked looking at both of us.
"I would never take another girl's boy. I mean that would be stealing, and probably very hard to return.
"No, no definitely not" I said laughing. Even the idea of dating Brady was ridiculous.
"Uh, no, we're not together „Mack said.
That made Brady and I look at her strangely. When had they decided to break up?
"I mean, we're together, but we're not... together ", she said when she saw the look on Brady's face. "Lela, these are Mackenzie and Lily "
"So you wouldn't mind if Brady took me for a walk on the beach? ", Lela asked once again very happy.
"No ", I said smiling.
"Please, beaches are meant to be walked on. That's why they're called... beaches "
"You guys are strange. I like that! " Lela said grinning.
"Um, meet me by the water, Brady. "
Lela started to walk away before she turned to Mack and I and said "Oh, it is very nice to meet you two ".
"I don't get it. Okay, first, you break up with me, but then, you throw me in the arms of someone else? " Brady asked Mack confused and a bit frustrated.
"She's crushing on you"she replied like it was the most normal thing in the world.
"I like you "
"And until you go off to that school, I'm not gonna like anyone else but you. The way I like you "
Even though I wanted to hear what Mack would say, in that moment I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and found Butchy grinning down at me.
"Hey, nice seeing you again "
"Yeah, thanks again for catching me. I'm Lily, by the way"
"Nice to meet ya Lily, I'm Butchy. I'm the leader of the Rodents", he said smugly.
"Oh, I know. I saw you earlier at Big Mommas ", I said sighing dreamily.
"So, would ya like to sit with us for a while? ", Butchy asked and gestured towards the other bikers around the campfire. I smiled and nodded. Butchy led me to the campfire and snapped his fingers, so that Lugnut could scoot over. Just as I started to feel a bit cold, I noticed that my outfit had changed yet again, so I'd no longer feel cold.
When we were sitting Butchy ordered everyone to introduce themselves.
After they finished, I turned to CheeChee and Struts and we began talking about various things.
I had a feeling, that we would become great friends!
