Chapter 246: The Climactic Showdown! The Miraculous Power of a Relentless Will that Opposes The Law of Radical Dreamers!

While Zamasu 's impending fury was enough to require Lacus, Ben and the rest of the groups full attention in the back of the hero's mind there was still lurking dread about the fate of their friends. Little that they knew that their fears were justified.

Aqua was just one of the many who was sent to a different area then Ben's group, and while as the blue haired woman felt solid ground, she had a moment of relief of knowing she was alive.

But that feeling quickly morphed to dread as the Enji opened her eyes, and saw she was alone. On top of that, the dread in her spine intensified as she saw she to suddenly be in a world of nearly pitch-black darkness, with a wide ocean in front of her, one of magma.

Aqua swerved around to see a waterfall behind her, one that flowed blood, not water. Doug's girlfriend saw demonic tree's that also seemed to have blood flowing up their roots around the bloody waterfall, and realized she heard unending screams in the distance, along with building sized pillars of fire before she went for her blade." What the hell? Is…this hell? No, its to nosy to be hell these days. Is this, the Beyonder's version of hell? Damn it, this suppose to be where all the "Losers" of the game are caged till some sort of execution happens? Damn it, I lost so much time being locked away already, I'm not going to be some jail trophy or something!"

Aqua prepared to take off before a calm collected male voice uttered," Your mistaken child, this is not the place of losers, not for the winners at least. Aqua saw the man had claw like hands, and was calmly licking the blood off his hands, and that blood seemed to be flowing across the man's armor before she narrowed her eyes." Yah…that's nice but I don't really care what someone who wants to kill me thinks is an honor."

Aqua saw the demon swerve around, and realized his wings were spinning like blades in an execution chamber. As the blades swiftly closed in on her Max's former teammate blurted out," Don't touch me! Hakka no Togame!"

Jedah raised an eyebrow as he saw Aqua's hands turn blue, and instantly dashed into the air as she struck. The demon observed that the entire area around Aqua, even the bloody waterfall was frozen, and realized he just missed getting frozen even in midair.

He observed Aqua glancing up with defiance before he snickered. "My, we have an ice queen do we? Heh, you can give me the cold shoulder all you want."

Jedah suddenly formed a scythe out of his shoulder before a blood thirsty look formed in his eye." But I have a way of getting the members of my harem to open up to me, one way or the others!"

Aqua saw her enemy dive down to try and slice into her, and used haste magic to dash out of the way just as Jedah crashed down and slashed through the ice.

The blue skinned man smirked as he saw most of the after images shatter, and was about to quip something when he saw a ripple of light, and swerved around to see the real Aqua had caught the barrage of projectiles with her barrier.

Jedah narrowed his eyes, but before he could response Aqua had the barrier reflect all of the projectiles, he unleashed right back at him.

Aqua saw her target get impaled before she grasped her fist tightly. "I don't really care how long you thought no one could deny you because your going to learn the hard way right now what it feels like."

"Feeling amused girl?" Jedah muttered darkly as he plucked a reflected spike out of his chest. "You fail to grasp what stands before you. And you must before it's too late and I lose my temper.

Demonic hands burst out all around her, but before they could reach out Aqua vanished. Jedah was about to look for her before he saw a flash of purple light, and felt a surge of pain as something hit his back.

Before he could even respond he saw Aqua flash across him and stabbed him with another purple light, and did so again and again till he was covered in all sides by pillars of energy. "Many believe in miracles, but you'll need far more than that!"

"Fine, how's raw power to shut you up then? Take your chill pill freak. Ultima!"

Aqua slammed the powerful magic spell right down Jedah's throat before he could react. As he saw the orb of energy go down his throat he widened his eyes." This... shouldn't be...RAHUH!"

Despite his efforts after being paralyzed by Aqua's first spell the demon could not expel the Ultima spell. Thus Aqua saw Jedah express one last painful facial expression before a explosion shattered him from within.

The Enji looked intently at the remains to make sure there was not going to be an encore from her enemy, but as she saw Jedah 's fragments turn into red particles she sighed." Well, one creep down. As the claw slowly retracted Doug's darkness saw Aqua be draged through the bloody waves and leaned back." Time to wear something more fitting for the party, the legit end of the world, no, end of the universe party girl!

And by the end of the ride if you keep it together you will man up to how you should be Aqua! Ben saw his opponent have the mark on his head glow, before his arms regenerated in an instant. As energy blades formed out of the regrown limbs the leader of the Justice Force grit out,"Well, guess we are going to learn the hard way who the lesser being is!"

Zamasu gave out a battle cry and tried to slash at the Enji, but Ben was easily able to parry each strike.

The green skinned man saw his energy blades easily being pushed back before he howled with fury." Damn mortal, no matter how enhanced you are by weak willed angels...I am far beyond you! Nothing you do can stop me from crushing you!"

The fallen Kai grasped his hands and made a gesture, before Ben noticed portals of darkness forming around him. Suddenly giant spheres of metal formed all around Ben, and as he looked around his opponent laughed." You just opened yourself to your execution! Long as that blade is locking with my own your open for my Katchin weapons to rip you apart! Katchin is the strongest metal in the universe, there is no escape!"

Ben saw the Katchin spheres turn into spears and dive at him from all directions. But he just smirked as the floating blades around him surged with energy, and lashed out nearly like they were extra limbs. In moments Zamasu saw his projectiles fall to pieces before he widened his eyes in shock." No, this must be an illusion!"

"If you think that it just shows your not up to date Zamasu! Times have changed, and what use to be impossible when you were around no longer apply! With the help of Lacus and the others I was able to get through all the tricks Zannacross threw at me! In the end you're a pain Zamasu, but nothing you got is going to stop me!"

"No…you won't unnerve me with such pathetic bluffs!" Zamasu howled out as his eye twitched." You're a false savior, your soul can never shine higher than mine! Don't be pretentious…repent in arrogance! Flames of Retribution!"

Zamasu had his energy flare up as his halo shimmered with light and he unleashed a massive purple energy beam at Ben.

But to his shock the Enji swerved the Divine Mugen Nova to catch the blast, and kept moving forward." You should take your own advice Zamasu!"

Ben grit out as he got closer and closer to bringing his blade down at his target." You keep calling all of us delusional, but your so self-absorbed you can hardly talk to anyone that's not yourself!

No matter how much you try and block out reality Zamasu, the truth is that you're not the messiah and you're never going to remake the universe to your sick ideas! Because like it or not, I was chosen to protect the universe and guide it to peace and prosperity. And no matter what, you're not going to stop me!

Now, let's see how long that immortality of yours last after I condense your soul to one point and shatter it! If it could kill Sigma once and for all it should cut out all the hot air you have! Divine, GUH!"

Before Ben could attempt his attack he felt pain erupt from his right side that was powerful enough to knock him off course. As he swerved to see what hit him he was shocked to see the attack did not come from Zamasu, but Mira.

The blue villain had concealed himself with a white cloak to blend in with the others beforehand, and suddenly tackled Ben before he, Lacus or anyone else could notice.

As Ben locked eyes with the original Dimensional Nihilo General Mira greeted him with a manic look." Your right in this instance Ben Auro. Because Zamasu won't kill you, only I will have that honor!"

Ben saw his enemy throw off his cloak and as he saw the new white fur on Mira's body before he repressed a moan." Your still alive? Your one stubborn peon all right but I don't have time for this! The hell did you even do to yourself? Tsc…if you think I'm letting you take anyone else I care about as a shield again you will be dead before you get the chance!"

"Don't worry about that "hero". I decided to chance course. I assure you, I've done everything I needed to live up to my function, insuring your execution as my role as a Enji Slayer! And I won't let anyone interfere. Swan…do what you promised!"

"Heh, I'll do what I said if you do what you say big boy." Grail cooed out." Lucky you savior, you just landed onto another lighting round! And the path back will only be open for the true champion!"

The Black Swan slashed at the ground with her blades and a spark of energy erupted from it, the spark quickly formed a magical symbol for Omega below Ben and Mira before it glowed with red and purple energy.

Lacus saw the energy was growing rapidly before she tensed up." Ben! No!"

The angel took off to try and help her boyfriend, only for Zamasu to glare at her." Succumb to despair woman, nothing you or the others do will advent destiny! Divine Wrath!"

Lacus saw her attacker fling a massive purple energy blast at her, and while she was able to counter it with a holy blast of her own. But as the attack was countered, she grimaced as she saw the area around Ben and Mira grow hazy, before the two vanished in a flash of dark light.

Ben heard Lacus and others like Cloud, Link, and Trunks cry out to him before his vision was blinded by a flash of light. He felt distorted for a moment.

When his vision returned, he saw that he was now in large circular area with several cogs and clockwork devices integrated below the floor, as well as atop pillars on either side of the battlefield. It was surrounded by six different colored hourglasses. The area resembled a fractured ring dial.

Ben noticed that the floor was transparent, but only showed a purple void below. Ben saw only Mira in front of him, and only a black sky around him before he grit his teeth." No, what happened to everyone?"

"I don't know and I don't care." Mira answered coldly." All I know is in this personal space, the Verge of Chaos, no one aside from god can interfere!"

"Bastard…I won't let Lacus and the others be at risk because of your pathetic grudge! Your through!" Ben burst forward to try and slash Mira in half, but to his shock Mira was fast enough intercept Ben's swing by blocking his arm with his own elbow.

As the impact rocked the entire pocket dimension Mira saw Ben's shock and grinned." I can scarcely believe the power flowing through me. You think God's champion would not be granted the power to vanquish his enemies? That will be your final mistake Ben Auro!"

"Tsc, figured they would cheat again. Bah, whatever tricks your Black Swan buddy Towa is plotting somewhere in the shadows, I promise you it won't work!"

"You won't have to worry about her interfering from the shadows, because she is not in the shadows. She is now within my soul Now there's no mission, no creator nagging me around! This must be what it means to have true freedom, true power!"

"What? Wait, you mean you devoured her? You really are nuts, she was the closest thing you had to a friend and you killed her?"

It may have been mostly luck at first but I gave it my all and with the help of my friends and the others to truly grow into the ultimate hero. Since I truly earned that title, I won't lose to a sham that was just programmed to be one!"

Still, I admit its my fault for taking the bait without really even thinking about it. I admit, me and Lacus were so worried about failing that we took Iger's word to easily. I just, thought it was foolish to doubt the oldest angel's judgment. I did not want to fail everyone as a hero. After all, if it led to peace, it seemed like a good idea."

If I was just seeking my own glory like Brad, I would have tried to have found a way to kill Ezan or something since at first, he saw me as a worthless loser.

But even if he did not even think I was worth talking to at first, I respected his skill, professionalism, and devotion to the greater good so despite his rather horrible people skills at the time I respected him enough to want to help him when I could and help him break away from the abusive relationship he had with his stepfather.

Even though Max betrayed me, even though at first Lacus rejected me for Brad, while I was hurt I did not give up on them.

I did what I could to try and help them. Sometimes it worked, and other times it was to late like with Xion, Commander Craft, and sadly even Max and my old childhood friend Rick.

As long as they are not trying to screw me over I'll try and help someone who needs it. I know I got carried away but that's all I wanted to do with the Homostasis Matrix, help people and save them from harm!

Ben had his aura ignite before he burst at Mira to try and slash him in half. However to his annoyance his target unleashed enough force to push his blade back. Mira's eyes glowed red as he saw energy swords coming for him." Insult me at your own peril "Savior"! Infinity Explosion!"

The blue faced Dimensional General had his aura of darkness erupt to blast away all the incoming energy swords. Ben tried to swerve around and slash at his target from above, but Mira was quick enough to once more grasp the large sword by its hilt.

Mira looked delighted at Ben's anger as red lighting crackled across his hands." I can scarcely believe the power coursing through me. But this is a testament to the will of Rabum Alai fully realized!

Are last fight was a disgrace, but at least it allowed me to get data on your current state! And now, I have evolved proper countermeasures. Come to me, Tensa Zangetsu!"

Ben saw Mira form a quick hand gesture before a magical symbol appeared below him, and a large broad sword arise out of the ground. The blade had black markings on it and was mostly covered in blood.

The sword also had a khyber knife variation to it; the base of the sword was slanted and the blade continued with a section jutting out from the underside as a guard.

As Mira grasped Tensa Zangetsu the Vollständig on his forehead shimmered before a wing of raw black energy formed out of Mira's back.

Ben saw his enemy grin widely before he slashed at him. The leader of the Justice Force swerved back, and realized Mira was fast enough to slash him across the cheek.

While it was only a small cut Ben saw some of his aura be devoured into his enemies' new blade before he grimaced." That's your trump card? Ezan can absorb energy with his blade to in a far less sloppy way."

"Maybe so, but the Demon-Dweller-Sword is an Anti-Magic blade that draws in magic energy from everything but its user. No matter how much power you have, I only need to weaken you enough to create an opening to finish you! As the one with the Auswählen of Biskiel, of the Justice of God, I will at last give you the justice a fraud deserves!"

"Don't feel to proud of yourself. I have to overcome a lot recently, a sword that absorbs magical energy when it makes contact is not something that's going to stop me! In the end, all it means is that I just can't let it hit me!"

Ben had a twister of energy blades dive at his enemy before he flew up to try and attack as Mira blocked the wave of projectiles he was throwing. But the sight of this just caused Mira to smirk. He grasped the "Demon-Dweller-Sword" tightly and swung downward, having his blade suddenly lash out like a whip.

Ben cursed as he saw his enemies blade burst through the energy blades and rocket to him. He was able to parry the strike, but realized he was forced back. As Ben was pushed back Mira narrowed his eyes." Your last mistake was thinking my fighting style is unable to evolve. Ignition Bullet!"

Mira's free hand suddenly erupted with purple energy, before he burst at Ben before his target could react, and punched him hard enough to cause a cracking sound. As Ben coughed up blood Mira looked more fanatical." Your mine now Ben Auro. None of your allies can help you now no matter what their power is. Since you no longer have any pawns to hide behind, you can not run from your fate!"

"I don't need to run or be shielded from my friends to stop you Mira! Besides, forget I can create my own reinforcements? Multi-Shadow Clones!"

Ben quickly had three copies of himself spring up around him and all attacked Mira at once. The blue enemy quickly dashed backwards, but as he saw himself got surrounded, he just snickered." Your clones are your crutch "Savior". After having your father's thoughts in my head even he knew how much you relied on them. Even he knew that you used Shadow Clones to hide your loneliness'!

You cloned yourself to hide the fact that you were a failure at making friends for most of your life. Someone who was so pitiful at relationships truly thought you could ever lead humanity!? What a farce."

"I'm not about to act like I'm the most charismatic guy around, but just telling people what they want to hear does not always mean they are the friendliest person! I, was just not in an environment with people that understood me. But, that changed when I got into the Enji. I met people who shared my values more, and accepted me for who I am!"

"You had more friends when you entered a land of hero's, because hero's as a whole have more patience, and the anti-hero type has to have more patience for their comrades. In other words, you could only fit in among those who had to accept anyone because of their nature."

"Please, you think Ezan and some of the others were open? Hell even Cloud Sensei took a while to open up. Even Lacus was not as warm at first as I hoped when we reunited thanks to Brad. Still, I stuck to it to make it work time and again."

Just as Ben and his clones were going to try and attack Mira from all sides to overwhelm his enemies' defenses, the original Dimensional General yelled loudly before the Heiligenschein halo over his head surged with light before his aura suddenly exploded like a miniature sun.

The sun like sphere unleashed a shock-wave that was powerful enough to knock Ben and the clones back.

As Ben tried to charge through the blast he gritted out," We will see about that, but when it comes down to it I'm not letting Lacus and the others down to the likes of you!"

"And yet you will! Despair that the woman you love will die because you were felled by your superior!"

"Like hell! I want to be at Lacus' s side because I love her and we are the ultimate team. But even so, I have enough faith in the woman I love not to fall apart without me while I take out the trash.

As fanatical as Zamasu is, if she could beat Whis she can beat him. True Vegeta and Beerus are not here this time but, I know Lacus can handle him!"

"Your misplaced faith will be your final miscalculation."

"No way. I was wrong about a lot of things, but Lacus will never be one of them! Well, I mean, I was wrong about the choices she would make but, her as a person? Never. Because for all the hassle it took, she truly is one of the most radiant people in all of the universe!"

Ben saw Mira unleash his largest red energy blast yet again, and this time the blast went past him only to swerve around and try and hit him form behind.

As Ben tried to push back attacks on both sides he cried out, "Enough! I'll show you just how wrong you are about everything! Lacus, Cloud, everyone, hang in their I promise I won't let this jackass keep me from doing what I have to do!"

The Enji Knight had one of his clones tackle the Remote Serious Bomb to knock it out of the way as he tried to proceed with his charge through his enemies' assault. But no matter how he tried to attack, to his dismay Mira seemed to throw out a way to counter everything he threw at him.

As Ben tried to avoid having his energy being sucked up by Tensa Zangetsu and hoped his comrades could hold on while he figured things out little did he realize the woman he loved was thinking more or less the same thing that very moment.

Right after he and Mira were whisked away to be forced in to a private death match, Lacus and the others had only a few moments to cry out in dismay, before their attention was snapped back to the very fanatical threat in front of them.

While Lacus at first thought about ways to try and reverse the teleport till Zamasu saw her concern and formed a smug enough look to get her attention." Despair woman, your salvation is now forever out of your grasp! Your only choice now is to grovel at my feet and confess your failures!"

Lacus paused for a moment before she grasped the Oathkeeper tightly." Zamasu…your going to confess how sorry you are for pissing me off if you don't shut up! I love Ben with all my heart, but I'm not going to fall apart to the likes of you without him! I was figuring out how to handle your insanity last time, and now I'm even stronger."

"And that's suppose to scare me child? I was toying with you to savor my ascension, but the time of judgment is at hand! It matters not what deity bestowed you power. Cosmos and all of her angels, Kais, Elder Gods, and deities are all unneeded!

The time to forge a realm where there will be no intelligent force above me, and all that dare defy divine judgment will be terminated! Hope you savored your last moments, this is the end! Absolute Lightning!"

Lacus saw Zamasu once more form a massive purple aura around him, and as powerful purple bolts of lightning headed her way she narrowed her eyes." This is the end, because I'm way done with your ranting!"

The Enji had golden energy shimmer across her white sword before she burst at Zamasu like a rocket and just catch the lighting with her sword. Zamasu winced at seeing his target absorb his attack. Before he knew it Lacus was in front of him. Before he could even react Lacus slashed him across the face, leaving a large cut across his face.

Zamasu cursed out with rage and instantly tried to slash at his attacker with another energy blade from his hand, only for Lacus to gracefully swerve back while kicking her enemy in the face with enough force to smash him into the ground.

Lacus saw the green man burst back up above her and casually flicked her hair out of her eyes." I don't know if I'll burst your bubble when I hit you hard enough Zamasu but with the Golden Imperia Crystal, part of Cosmos's very essence, now empowering me, I'm more of an angel then you are."

"Sacrilege…you may indeed be more powerful but your still not a god! No matter how strong your body is your mind is still too weak to delude themselves to thinking mortals are worth salvation! They are ugly and weak, they are failures that only deserve to die!"

Lacus saw her opponent unleash another massive energy blast with a scream of rage, but calmly cast another golden barrier around her. The armored woman saw the hateful glare Zamasu gave her and casually reflected the blast at him.

As he smashed it to the ground and grit his teeth she just sighed." People can be everything you say Zamasu, but they can also be so much more!"

"LIES! They do not deserve your protection!"

As Zamasu fired more Divine Lighting at her Lacus just again caught the bolts with her sword." Its not about what they deserve, its about one believes. And despite all I suffered at, I do believe in love! I believe in Cosmos's faith for people to become so much more then what most of them can be if the right path can just be shown to them. "

Lacus showed how tired she was of her enemies ranting by suddenly lashing out with her energy ribbon to burst out and pierce her target's throat. As Zamasu gagged the Enji roller her eyes." Seriously Zamasu, you say you're so pure, but seem to keep forgetting that pride is kind of a big sin eh?

Humans have a different kind of grace then angels, but it's that unique nature that allows them to surpass angels and demons at times! Cosmos understands that, its why she made mortals her savior and not angels!"

Zamasu howled with rage again before he dashed backwards, had his wounds heal, and then had his eyes glow." I don't need your prostrations you insolent whore! I just need you to submit or die! Dust to dust… Divine Wrath: Purification!"

Lacus saw her fanatical opponent form a small sun-like energy sphere on the tips of his index and middle finger before he hurled it at her.

As the energy blast became the size of a skyscraper in an instant, the brown-haired warrior of light sighed before the golden crystal on her chest surged with light." Nothing more annoying then a fanatical jackass throwing a temper tantrum, especially when that tantrum can kill billions. Enough already, Radiant Judgment Flare!"

Lacus unleashed her golden energy beam to collide with the sun like death ball trying to crash into her. Zamasu saw his blast's path be stalled before he looked at Lacus with pure hate." If Cosmos gave you that foolish notion it just proves she is not fit to rule! Mortals to easily submit to sin again and again, and forgo reason for their own vices!

To endlessly try and groom flowers that will never bloom properly is utter folly when the only sensible thing is to salt the earth to make sure such vile weeds never grow again! And I will salt this existence so at last it can be pure!"

For how loud he was ranting he was to far away for Lacus to hear him. And while Ben's lover could use magic to hear him, Lacus just saw him rant and rolled her eyes." While still keeping her energy blast up, Lacus extended her wings and had more flower funnels form out of her aura before they shot out and bombarded Zamasu from all sides.

The Dimensional General howled with fury as parts of his body got blasted, while not as powerful as the Enji's primary attack, the smaller blasts diverted Zamasu's focus enough for Lacus to overpower the Divine Wrath: Purification Sphere.

Lacus saw Zamasu get consumed by the blast and give an expression of raw hate mixed with shock.

But as the blast consumed him, and vaporized a good chunk of Scala Ad Caelum before exploding in the sky with enough force to cause the entire Brane of Magicant to shake, Lacus just took a deep sigh of exasperation as she looked down and saw Cloud, Velvet, Trunks and the others still below fighting the forces being lead by the Artorius Chrono Phantasma." I'm rather sure I hit him dead on with that, but something tells me that blowhard's had enough hot air to get through that."

As Lacus heard a scream of raw outrage she rolled her eyes." Can't we just get a lucky break just once today? Ugh…guess when I'm in a place where the enemy can decide how reality works that's rather naïve. Oh well, if this is as hard as he can blow should be able to break him down soon one way or another."

Lacus steeled herself as she saw Zamasu to her upper right. The green man had fired a blast at the last second to propel himself away before his enemy's magic could consume him fully, but even still only the left side of his face, arm, and torso were intact.

Despite this Zamasu was just gritting his teeth, looking fanatical as the symbol on his head shimmered with light and his body became hole moments later. As he grasped his restored arm he grasped his hands so tightly that blood came out." Lacus Raystar…your proving to be as vexing a heathen as Goku. "Mock your superior while you can woman!" Zamasu shirked out as his aura erupted and his muscles bulged." You, and all mortals must be expunged! A pure and perfect actuality, laid clean by the hands of Zamasu! No act is to vile to tune such a splendid dream into reality!"

Lacus saw Zamasu from purple lighting around him and had golden light surge in her free hand, before she swerved out of the incoming attacks and slammed the light into her target's head. The light flared across her enemy's face before the deaths of the sensations of everyone Zamasu killed surged through him.

Lacus saw Zamasu scream out at the top of his lungs before her stand hardened and she extended her palm." It's a pity guys like you and Brad only realize how wrong you are because your dying. But, if that's what it takes to spar innocent people from your wrath then so be it. Your, huh? AH!"

To her shock Zamasu suddenly grasped the Golden Imperia Crystal with his right hand. While his skin was blistering, and the left half of his face mutate to a purple iris and yellow sclera as the whole side of his face grew gooey.

Despite this he looked more fanatical." That spell, it reminds me of the Penance Glare from the Ghost Rider angel Zarathos. Tsc, did you think you could just throw out any move to finish me in your desperation? That move may work on the damned but I'm no demon! I committed sin but it was not for my own vices but for the sake of a proper pure universe!

"Maybe so, but even if that's Cosmos's direct will I'll override it with an even higher power! Time you learn what the true ultimate power always is, and always will be you miserable whore! Zamasu tried to rip the Golden Imperia Crystal out of Lacus, and as he tried holy energy surged into his body. But the Dimensional General had his eyes glow red before the sky turned dark and lighting crackled down to strike Zamasu. As it did his entire right arm turned into an oversized and purple gooey substance.

Lacus saw the glowing gooey substance at once split into countless tentacles that tried to bind her and rip the divine item out of her control before she hissed out a bitter," Seriously you were already a creep and now you had to throw in god damn tentacles!? No matter how slimy you get, I'll never submit to you Zamasu!"

"You say that now, but I keep saying it just will make your submission all the more sweeter when I break your pride and you confess! It's inevitable, for you, your lover and all of your comrades are fueled by inferior power! As this universe dies, everyone you know will see why that's such utter folly!"

"Your wrong Zamasu, love, hope, and all of those emotions you mock will not lose to heartless psychopaths like you and your current boss! I won't allow it!"

Lacus tried to slash through the goo binding her but it diverged more to entangle her wings and arms. Yuna was one of the woman's many comrades who saw her friend's current predicament, and as she saw Zamasu's deranged smirk the former summoner from Spira grit her teeth." That madman looks like he's trying to absorb Lacus! We have to help her break free! We can't let the light of hope be devoured no matter what!"

His ornate robes were that of the Maesters' of Yevon,but where more predominantly dark blue with red trimmings and a green sash.

The robe above the man's waist was open, exposing his chest with leonine tattoos, and his sleeves fell to partially cover his hands.

As the man gave Yuna a smug look she winced." Seymour Guado? How did…no. If the bane of Velelt's existence is here like him your clearly another Chrono Phantasma! I won't unravel seeing your deluded face again Seymour, just give up already!"

"I would rather hope your face would be more joyous at having the chance to redeem your errors my dear. Whatever you may call me, my memories of my desire for your love still remain! I can forgive you being consumed by your emotions and going with the son of Jecht for completely illogical reasons.

Seymour was cut off as a massive yellow energy blast consumed him before he could finish transforming. Yuna gasped in shock, and looked up to see that the blast came from Trunks.

The Super Saiyan just gave Yuna a nod before he flew down." Sorry, did not mean to steal your thunder or anything but I just could not take to many idiots ranting at once."

As Trunks blocked the Black Swan's strike with his hand Grail widened her eyes with sadistic glee. "You got enough spunk to be a hunt worthy for the Goddess of Anti-Life boy! But you don't have it in you to kill a true elite warrior boy!"

"Tsc, if I could prove my father wrong I sure as hell can do the same to a pawn like you! My will is, GUH!"

Before Trunks could counterattack a massive hand made out of white diamonds burst out underneath the water and grasped the son of Vegeta. A tower sized humanoid figure that had white skin, white spiky hair in a shape similar to a star pentagon, diamond-shaped white pupils with large and full black eyelashes and black fingernails and her body constantly radiating a bright light emerged.

The woman glared at Trunks before hissing out," You can defend your flaws all you want, but they still are flaws and flaws can't beat the flawless! Soon the impurities failed deities encouraged will be gone! Soon all will be brilliant; soon they will be perfect; now, they will be as perfect as me!"

"Splended work White Diamond." Grail cooed out as her eyes glowed with energy." Just keep him still a little while longer. An ascended Super Saiyan may be able to dodge the Omega Beams…but lets see just how well you can withstand them!"

As the Enji from Rieze Maxia fired off her Mystic Art, Cia giggled before her own energy surged." I might not have the pride Link or some of his hero buddies have, but I do have enough pride not to just roll over for pigs and their dolls! How about you slow your mouth down before you blow us away with all your hot air eh Swan? What, to programed not to know how? I"ll help!"

As Cia cast a spell to try and freeze Grail and White Diamond with a purple energy blast. As Grail hissed at her direction Muzét giggled as she flew past her sister." Seriously, we girls got to lay down the law on these group of fashion disasters! No one's going to just roll over and be happy to be your slave so its time your all brought to reality! Event Horizon!"

As one of Lacus's friends tried to unleash the massive gravity spell to try and throw White Diamond off balance another energy blast intercepted it. Muzét and the others saw it came from an old man in an outfit similar to Artorius with a beard and four rotating orbs.

As the Enji and the others glanced at him the wizard merely sneered." Foolish woman, your emotions will not jeopardize paradise! Man can turn reason into disorder, but we can surpass it! Our true power is in transcending the possible to achieve that idea!"

Magilou saw the old man rant before she rolled her eyes." Oh god they even brought you back Melchior? God…they recreated him down to the bad breath! Magilou, Terra, and more fired blasts to try and over power the ice blast, causing Melchior to scream with fury before he was vaporized. Terra saw two robotic angelic women fly to the sides of Merkabah before she cringed." They must be some sort of mockery of angels, they look even more robotic then Alexander! We won't lose to such puppets!"

The robotic angelic woman known as Ball Avatar had her eyes glow before putting out her hand." You will know peace, when you embrace your true purpose. Ball's Bane!"

At the same time the other inhuman angel, Pillar Zelenin threw out a mono-toned," Its time…for the Requiem of all sinners! Sinner's Song!"

Baal Avatar unleashed a blinding light that prevented the Enji from seeing, while the Sinner Song spell Pillar Zelenin was casting was both hurting everyone and draining their energy.

Magilou saw that the Merkabah angel looked like it was going to attack as well before she giggled anxiously." Damn, they really are throwing everything at us up to the kitchen sink since one of these angel robots might as well be a kitchen sink! Just, hope they are not all immortal or this might be tricky."

Terra once more turned into her Esper form as she tried to break through the corrupt angel's combo attack. As she and the others fought Velvet saw her friend's resistance, but while she was worried, a battle cry refocused her attention as she saw the Chrono Phantasma of Artorius charge right at her.

The copy of the man who put her through hell unleashed a ruthless side slash, and Velvet lost some strands of hair as she evaded the strike. Artorius saw how bitter she looked and merely snickered." You still blame me for everything Velvet? Its your own fault your suffering right now. You decided to put weight on such unstable emotions and now you will at last suffer the consequences!"

The woman known as the Lord of Calamity tried to devour her opponent with her demonic hand while he was still blocking her blade, till suddenly a holy energy blast slammed her in the back. As she fell to the ground she heard a childish chuckle and saw the attack came from Innominate.

His outfit consists of the standard Abby exorcist uniform: a long white cape with blue as an inverted color; white and golden top and shoe gear; black pants; and long white gloves. He wore a belt, which held his sword within its sheath.

The woman had long, premium-blond hair, light skin, and green eyes and was wearing a variation of the outfit of the man had. Velvet saw the two glaring at her before she snarled with rage." Damn it, Oscar and Teresa to? They rolled out clones of every tool the Abbey had?"

"You think you can just yell loud enough to block out the truth you horrible woman?" Teresa, the former praetor-rank exorcist of the Abbey seethed out." Innominate had particles of light gather together to become a blade of raw light energy. He then tried to cleave Velvet in half, only for Lighting to intercept the strike. The pink haired woman saw the child shaped hostile glare at her before she glared back."

Velvet, maybe you have to answer to your brother but that still does not mean you have to answer to some punk using his face as a mask! Tsc, this is just like the tricks that Barthandelus and Orphan pulled! No matter what you try to do to bait us, we won't fall to your tricks! Army of One!"

Artorius saw Lighting slash Innominate rapidly before he grasped his sword tightly." You can try and steel your hearts, but the cracks made by your emotions that refuse to listen to reason will betray you! Savage Wolf Fury!"

The former Titan agent tried to unleash a lighting fast slash at Lighting, only to see his Mystic Art be intercepted by Yuri. The member of Brave Vesperia saw his enemies shock and smirked." Hey man, not going to let some stiff rip off my moves! Savage Wolf Fury!"

The Enji from Terca Lumireis unleashed his version of the Mystic Art, but Artorius showed his reputation was justified as he managed to parry each strike from the Dein Nomos blade.

As Artorius saw Yuri's shock he snickered." My duty is not to make friends, it's to Shepard people to a greater era of order! You who just follow your emotions without thinking are the true evil!"

Another Chrono Phantasma of Artorius 's other former followers, the elite swordsmen Shigure Rangetsu tried to get at Velvet from behind, only for Elanor to try and defend her. Shigure had his eyes glow as he tried to cleave the former Alby Exorcist in half till Cloud parried the strike with his own blade.

Shigure saw Eleanor shock before he laughed loudly." The boss man's right. After all, you guys sided with my brother even though I was in the right and he framed me just because he was jealous I was always a better fighter then him?

Where' s the justice in that? Even if I don't care about the thought stuff as much as Artorius and Melchior even I can see how much your all total hypocrites! After all, you will just do anything long as it sounds good for the moment eh?"

Eleanor thought back to how she joined Velvet over her former comrades and looked determined." Its not that black and white! I was abhorred by the acts Velvet took, but I was even more disgusted with how heartless a direction Artorius was taking things! No matter how noble a cause is, its pointless if you have to do something horrible to get there! The ends don't justify the means!"

"Heh, still telling yourself that eh girl? Whatever, power decides what's wrong and all. Just bring out Rokurou so I can get payback on my brother already!"

"We don't have time for unplanned reunions." Cloud uttered bluntly." Your dealing with me! Omnislash Ver.5!"

The warrior with mako glowing eyes once more had his blade spit out smaller blades. Shigure was shocked to see Cloud's Limit Break, before he suddenly got excited." Got some bark to your bite eh spiky? Bring it on! Rangetsu…Eagle!"

To Cloud's shock Shigure was able to parry each strike of the First Sword with his own Stormhowl sword. As he blocked the final part of Cloud's strike the Chrono Phantasma just looked excited." Not bad, but your tricks can't sub for pure skill dude! Your going to have to step it up if you want to come out of this duel alive! Try this on, Ra, GUH!"

As Shigure was still blocking Cloud's strike he was so excited that he was caught off guard as Eleanor stabbed him in the heart with her spear in the back. Shigure yelled in pain and looked at his attacker, only for the red-haired woman to glare back at him." Sorry, but this is a war, not a duel. We don't value pure reason as much as you but that does not mean we are slaves to are emotions, we just value a different balance. I am sorry that, the real you just was swept up in what amounted to bad timing in life."

"Heh, so you have changed eh girl? Not bad, you just might live after all."

The Chrono Phantasma gave one more grin before his body dissolved into red fragments. Artorius saw the woman's resolve before his view hardened." Humanity's obsession with living even if they have no point is one of its greatest sins. Don't you see that such rampant out of control emotions will lead to the ruin of everything?"

"Don't you see that we just don't care?" Velvet roared out as she finished slashing through the Oscar Chrono Phantasma and charged at the man she still hated like no other." We want to live first, everything else comes second! Impulse Desire!"

The raven-haired woman had energy surge around her demonic claw as she collided into the Chrono Phantasma.

She hit her target hard enough to slam him into a pillar, and as Artorius pushed the claw back his attacker yelled out," I regret how somethings went, but I never regretted defying your "Reason!" Till the day I die I'll never roll over to anyone's logic if I don't feel like it!"

"I underestimated the depths of your insanity last time Velvet. But thanks to the divine will of Rabum Alai I have a chance to see true justice realized! This time, I won't falter to the likes of you! Birds must fly, because they possess wings.

A beam of golden light shot out of the former member of the Titans blade before Innominate dived into Artorius. Moments later the taller man's aura erupted, and his sword became a large crystalline broadsword.

As energy wings erupted out of the mans back Artorius glared at everyone below him." Let your emotions run wild all you want, I will suppress all creation!"

"Damn him." Cloud shot out bitterly." He's like a twisted parody of the kind of savor Ben's trying to be."

Velvet just chuckled bitterly as she looked at the Enji Captain." Parody eh? They even dress the same these days to me. To be honest the way Ben seemed so excited for that matrix crap I thought he and Artorius were taking the same class's in crackpot ideas for "Harmony" Cloud."

"I know that in your eyes he gave a rather terrifying Velvet." Cloud answered bluntly." But while that Master of Masters may have preyed on his hopes to make everyone happy, Ben never would want to turn everyone into slaves if he realized how things would end up. I'll do all I can to make sure he can realize the true utopia!"

"Fool, let your misguided convictions burn to ash! Flames of Fury!" Artorius roared out as he swung his extended sword and unleashed a wave of blistering flames.

Cloud saw the flames coming for him and looked undaunted." Sorry, that kind of fury does not phase me! Finishing Touch!"

The Enji from Nibelheim unleashed a twister from his limit break that was powerful enough to parry his enemies attack. As Artorius was knocked back the fanatical look in his eyes twitched erratically as the Time Breaker seal on his head shimmered with dark energy. "All of you…your sins are so deep. You must atone for them even if the only way to do that is vie death! Right of Rule!"

Lighting saw Artorius have energy surge out of his sword till it kept growing each second. As she saw her enemy form a massive blade of light to try and vaporize everyone she just cracked her neck." "You think you can just spout whatever nonsense you want to save yourself? What do you hope to accomplish in appeasing me now? Where has that "Womanly" pride of yours gone? Did you intend to atone for your sins at the eleventh hour? What a miserable creature you are, Lacus Raystar!"

"I know how foolish a person I am, my mistakes have caused harm to so many. I wanted so badly to atone for them, and now I see this might be the right way if it saves those I care about.

There was cold silence for a few moments as everyone nearly held their breath till suddenly a ray of light shined down on to one of the towers of Scala Ad Caelum that were still standing.

Lacus rolled her eyes before she flew over to the light, and as she did Lighting snarled with frustration." Damn it, is she really just giving up? I know it's looking bad but I rather die then beg for that slime's mercy!"

"I assure you, that woman's will is not broken fool." Kira uttered with a deadpan flair as he walked up to the others." Trust me, if Lacus did not break over what I put her through she's not breaking to the likes of Zamasu. Based on my deduction's, if she's doing what I think she's doing it could work."

As Lighting and some of the others looked on with faces of doubt Terra smiled." I don't know what Lacus is thinking but I do have faith in her. We have to have faith in her."

Velvet chuckled bitterly as she looked around." Well not like we have that many options. Still, Raystar got us this far, guess she earned the right for me to not assume she's cracked when its crunch time. Lacus, don't make my last moment be feeling like a chump."

The group remained on guard for Zamasu to resume his assault, and saw Lacus land on the tower. As she did a golden magical symbol covered the fragment of Scala Ad Caelum. The Zamasu face above glowed before turning back to his previous green faced shape.

As Zamasu landed on the ground he crossed his arms, saw the woman's broken look and raised an eyebrow." So…after my display of godhood you at last have been enlightened to how things are?"

Lacus muttered something that Zamasu could not hear before she dropped the Oath-keeper and nodded." I, have seen reality and its clear there is no way I can win in a fight with you."

"Then why are you still looking like you're in a mood to battle, and not a mood for confession, of submission?"

Lacus took a deep breath before she powered down. As her golden armor faded from her body Zamasu glanced at her exposed body before his grin widened." Yes…that's more like it, that's how you should be.

All of the suffering your kind has gone through is because you defied your fate. You mortals have infected the universe so badly with your deluded emotions that it was beyond salvation. But willing reformers to guide the flock of my new, tuned paradise will be helpful ensuring it remains a still paradise.

So Lacus Raystar, do you at last see the folly in defying destiny and wish to atone for your sins to your master? If so, prove it. Renounce Cosmos, give me the failed deities item and let me baptize you in the light of true divine power!"

Lacus saw Zamasu cause the water around him to shimmer with light before she grasped her fist tightly, and got on her knees." If I do it, will you spare those I care about? Even though you been ranting from the start about killing all humans?"

"I do want to see every human killed but, if they renounce humanity and willingly let me transform them to my ideal life forms then that's another story. In the end you will just have to take my word, because the reality is you're here because your at the mercy of my power, of divine wrath."

Lacus sighed with dismay as her head got lower still." For so much of my life, I pushed my pride down and did things I was not happy about out of fear of suffering if I did not. I lost so many years of my life to fear but, I just was not sure of what I could do on my own."

"You were lost child…but now you will be properly guided. The foolish mortals like Ben Auro can not ever guide you to paradise when they are but filth themselves. Only I Zamasu can do that."

"Your vision really is absolute Zamasu. I, I never had such confidence in my own vision."

"Of course you did not woman, your kind never does. But confessing your weakness is the first step to seeking enlightenment."

Lacus slowly raised her hand to grasp the hand Zamasu offered. As he took it his grin widened." Now I do hope that savior Auro survived Mira's wrath to see just what his mortal love amounted to. It will be such, huh?"

Zamasu raised an eyebrow as someone was standing in the distance, a giant bearded demon. He raised an eyebrow as the demon was just standing their before he leaned forward." Who are you? I did not beckon you. Are you one of the clown's servants? You're not needed here, I have gotten this sinful woman to see the light. But if you want to bear witness to my triumph, then I'm feeling merciful enough for that. Now Lacus Raystar, renounce your delusions!"

Lacus took the Golden Imperia Crystal into her right hand and offered it to Zamasu as she offered her hand." Yes, I confess to you, Zamasu."

The green colored man chuckled as he grasped the golden gem with his hand. Better late then never. Rejoiced that you are enlightened enough to embrace the love of the true god! Halleluiah!" Zamasu found himself imaging what he wanted to do to Lacus before his hand coursed with energy.

As he leaned forward, Lacus looked up, and Zamasu was shocked to see the Geass symbol was in her eye before her previous meek expression quickly morphed to raw contempt." I confess Zamasu, that your full of crap you psychotic sexist hypocrite! I confess that I swallowed my pride and pretended to submit to lure you in like the overconfident scumbag you are!"

Both the Geass symbol in her eye and the Golden Imperial Crystal surged with light before Lacus grasped Zamasu 's arm hard enough to cause a cracking sound.

As golden light surged into his body Zamasu was shocked to see Lacus stand back up with a deadly serious expression, causing him to seeth out," Trickery after all? Insolent to the end! Only ultimate wrath will cause someone with overwhelming kegare such as you to submit to the truth! What is this?"

Zamasu saw golden light surge into his body, before it spread into the sky. As he felt his aura be overwhelmed, he seethed with rage." Is this another illusion from that mutant sinner? That won't work on me, my Vision sees through all lies!"

"Maybe Zamasu, but what if it sees through your own lies?"

"What nonsense is this?"

"I don't know, it's your insanity but the minority within you is slowly but surely stating to gain influence. Of course, that's mostly because of the effects of the Minority World spell that my Don Slime Persona helped me cast."

"What? The, soul within you? That dragon was the soul within you!"

"Kisara is one Persona that can rest within my soul." Lacus casually muttered as she pointed to the tall black ogre like figure behind him.

As Don Slime crossed his arms Lacus just winked." Philemon did say I was a Wild Card user and that I could beckon more then one soul to aid me.

I did not have to much time, but I was able to talk with Toriko between are previous fight and before we jumped back into "round two". It was enough for me to with Philemon and Cosmos's help talk to the real Ichiryu when my group was eating in heaven while Ben and Doug were catching up with Max. He just happened to be one of the chefs.

It was a short but nice chat, and I got him to agree to let him lend me his power. Good thing I was cautious because while I'm far more in synch with the Blue Eyes White Dragon, it paid to have an extra trump card in the deck.

I don't know nearly as much about the details of Minority World as its creator, but thankfully I have him to cover that while I focus on other things. The gist of it Zamasu, is that I cast Minority World around here before we landed and you were to smug over thinking you won to notice.

By causing the minority of micro-scale particles in the areas to behave in 'deviant' ways I was able to reverse the flow of your power! And I did it because you left yourself open and showed your hidden true desire, the repressed craving of your heart.

Because you revealed your true desires, I was able to use Minority World to reverse your will and sabotage you from the inside."

Zamasu tried to raise his hand and form an energy blade, but the energy flickered like a weak flame. As Zamasu noticed Lacus snapped her fingers, and revealed that when she put the Oathkeeper in the ground she had a small ribbon attach to it, and it now sprung forwarded to stab the Dimensional General in his hand.

As the green man hissed in pain Don Slime snickered, and Lacus just sighed as she grasped her sword with her other hand." Look I'm still new to the details of Minority World itself, but the gist of it is that you exposed your true desire and its biting you in the ass.

I knew since the start you're a fraud but now you made it even more obvious. You been saying you're on some holy mission to purify the universe, but the reality is your nothing special. Your just another scum using organized religion, an organization of power to use a bunch of fancy terms to get away with all kinds of abuse and confuse people from the reality that you just want to control everyone and everything and justify it so it comes off as "Divine Will."

Your so self-absorbed that you can only talk to yourself for long and wanted to kill everyone else and replace humanity with mindless drones!

Like hell was it a holy mission of" Love", you just wanted everything to be yours. You proved it when you had the intention to go to town to me when you thought I submitted to you! Lacus saw the raw madness in her enemies eyes and just sighed."I would feel sorry for you, if you were not such a shameless narcissist that refused to take one outa of responsibility for your actions!

It would be one thing if you wanted at all to change to be better, but throwing a tantrum and wanting to kill everyone to get everyone to" get in line" is as sinful as you can get.

That's why, you will never have your way Zamasu, and now that even you have seen how much your vision is nothing but pure insanity it will never come true!"

Claws of golden energy came out of her aura to grasp Zamasu hard by his neck and limbs before Lacus spat out,"No, now I go you Zamasu! You were about to pour energy into me to try and convert me to whatever sick idea you had in your head.

But because you did I have a lock on your aura. You thought you were so big and bad spreading yourself across this entire area? All that means now, is that you're an easy target and that you can't escape!

It was one thing when you were a thing we could not grasp, but this body now is a link to all of what your soul is attached to! You called me and my friends a virus, but now I'm going to purge you from reality like the plague your soul is to all life!"

Lacus suddenly unleashed a swift upward kick to the face, sending Zamasu into the air.

The Enji followed along her target's upward trajectory, taking tight hold of his arms so he could not break away. As she heard Zamasu yell she winced and had her ribbion wrap around Zamasu like a mummy and had them press on him so tightly that blood was drawn.

Lacus then begun to spin Zamasu around rapidly to make his physical body even more disoriented. Once Lacus saw all the Zamasu faces were above her she narrowed her eyes. As she did all of the faces of her enemy roared at once." You can not do this to me you damn whore! I am Zamasu the Infinite!"

"And I'm Lacus Raystar damn it!" Lacus cried out as she extended her wings. " You may never accept it Zamasu, but Cosmos gave me the power to be a higher authority then you to enforce justice for the universe! And my judgment is that your nothing but a blight on existence!

I almost feel pity for you. After glimpsing the true nature of your obsession, it's almost like you hated love. The woman that gave love made you hate them even more, so much because you were not even able to comprehend it since I seen that the Kai's are lifeforms that are not able to love in a romantic way because they are supposed to be above that.

That made you became obsessed with it, to the point that you wanted to eradicate every speck of it in the universe so that it would no longer haunt you.

I am sorry that things twisted you in such a way that it drove you to this path, I seen countless men in such postions go mad with obession because of unneeded burdens like this. just like with how Whis and the others being forced down a path that drove them mad, I want to make a future where no one is forced down such an extreme path for the sake of a pointless obsolete custom.

But that being said Zamasu, if you insist on only trying to fill the void in your heart with suffering then I have no choice but to do what must be done to contain the damage!

No matter how many times you clone yourself, your soul can't match the love I have for others, and the will I have to keep that love alive! Time's up Zamasu, your seeing who has the higher authority once and for all! Cosmic Stardust Breaker!"

With her other hand still grasping the physical Zamasu tightly, Lacus extended her free hand into the air before the Golden Imperia Crystal, and her entire body surged with light.

A rainbow energy sphere formed in her hand. and grew larger by the second. As it turned golden the Zamasu faces around her all screamed with fury and tried firing red energy blasts from her eyes.

But Lacus just looked determined as she gave a battle cry and her golden energy sphere shot out in all directions. As the light consumed Zamasu the Dimensional General roared out." NO! YOU WILL NEVER GET AWAY WITH THIS YOU DAMN SINN…WHAAA!"

The light poured into every cell of the fanatic before both the physical Zamasu and all of the faces in the sky shattered. The golden light burst out to consume all of Scala Ad Caelum, and as Velvet saw the light go past her she was shocked to not feel pain but warmth surge through her." This was her attack? It feels like a healing spell."

"That's because her spell purged the entire area from corruption. Lacus, her heart, combined with the power of the Golden Imperia Crystal was able to purge this entire realm of darkness."

Cloud saw the sky had become normal, and that Zamasu was not reappearing he sighed." Well, it was hairy for a while but looks like she did it."

"Seems like it." Samus added." Scans are not picking up any of that bozo's energy around here. Well, still have to find the kid and all the others but, at least we got some breathing room."

Everyone looked up in the sky to see Lacus floating weakly in mid air. She gave a few heavy breaths as she looked around to make sure Zamasu was gone, and after she felt sure that Zamasu was truly finished she flicked her hair out of her eyes." Whew…that was a close call all right. Well, was more of a pain then I would have liked but could have gone worst. Though, I do feel like I'm going to hurl."

Lacus suddenly felt dizzy before she started to fall. Her friends saw this before Colette cried out," Oh no! No, please, not like this!"

She and Terra caught Lacus before she fell, and as they landed on the ground Velvet winced." Don't give that bastard the last laugh and die on us because of him Raystar!"

"Heh, no need to freak out Velvet." Lacus uttered weakly." I'm supposed to have enough light to bright up the whole universe. Purging a pocket dimension that's only the size of an island is not, to bad. Just, need to catch my breath."

"Glad to hear it. You really worried us for a moment Lacus."

"Hahaha, sorry about that. "Lacus replied sheepishly." I did not want to leave you guys in the dark but well, when Zamasu legit had ears everywhere seemed to risky. Just glad it worked."

"We are all glad you were able to prove you could master your power Raystar. Otherwise the situation would have been quite dismal."

Everyone glanced to the left to see Kira casually walk up to everyone. While he had dozens of hostile expressions shoot his way the son of the Grand Master shrugged." I admit, your control over your power is even better then I thought. I half though you would purge me along with Zamasu since you had the chance."

Lacus eyed at Kira carefully before she shrugged." Eh, I was mostly focused on Zamasu. I was afraid if I was to broad with my spell I would effect Velvet and the others with elements of darkness in them so just consider yourself lucky.

After all I have a lot I'm still sore with you about, that time you ambushed me in Neo Pandemonium after I beat the Cloud of Darkness and dragged me to Zannacross so he could try and devour me to break himself out of that seal stands out the most."

"I assure you that was entirely for the sake of my mission, just like this time ensuring Zamasu did not win was my objective. I'll concede you impressed me with your ploy, I thought such tactics were beyond your capacity."

"Well, I had plenty of time to work on my acting skills since you died Kira. I just, picked up on possible weakness's and took a chance."

"Well, its not how I would have done it but, it got the results so that's all that matters."

Velvet saw how detached Kira looked and spat on the ground in disgust." Yah, because results are all that matter to you eh you heartless bastard? You, you're the one who gave Artorius the ideas he had to kick off his plan because it was all part of your grand plan eh? Maybe it was just moving a piece on a chess board to you, but do you know just how many people I know died because of your little idea?"

Kira saw the anger in Velvet's eyes and sighed." You, you're from the planet we destinated Wasteland yes? I remember, the reports Gin and Ribbons gave me said that are last counts were that two million, ninety-nine thousand, and eight hundred and twenty-two were lost, based on when we were last getting updates."

"Of course." Kira retorted bluntly." I made sure to know how many died in the war, till the day I died. I wanted to know just how many souls were sacrificed to realize my ambition, to know the precise cost for true revolution.

To break the universe free from the endless egoistical game Cosmos, Zannacross, and all the lesser demons and deities, to push humanity to become true Übermensch…supermen, new types, beings that would transcend the need to depend on god for salvation.

Alas…humanity resisted even harder then I figured, and I admit I got to impatient to see my goals realized. Never the less, my revolution to see the true reformation of mankind was always my ultimate goal.

If you think you can push some hidden selfish desire out of me like that clown Zamasu Raystar, don't waste our time. I had the desires of the flesh burned out of me vie the torment Aizen gave me and after seeing my brother and other comrades die for nothing. Everything, was, is for the ideal."

As Lacus rolled her eyes Velvet grit her teeth." I don't care how much you deluded yourself jackass, you, Zamasu, Artorius, you're all the same! You all think your so big and tough because you don't hesitate to be psychopaths, but you're not doing hard things for the" Greater good" your doing horrible things that are just you taking the easy way out instead of facing up to reality!"

Kira just sighed before he tilted his head back." Do you feel better feeling important spewing your emotions to me like I cared? Because there is no point explaining myself to the likes of you that are slaves to their emotions.

I know the weak willed will never understand me and I don't care. A leader that gets on his or her knees to please everyone is a weak spineless fool. Only those that do what must be done can ever, GUH!"

Before Kira could rant on Lacus waved her hand and a flash of light shined out of Kira's mouth before it suddenly slammed shut. The brown-haired girl giggled as she leaned back." Thank Cosmos Max and Gabriel gave me the key to your mouth Kira, I have enough to deal with today then hear you rant on."

The former member of the Zannacross Empire just gave a deep sigh." Your enjoying this far too much Raystar."

"Hey, what can I say? Despite everything I'm still only human at times." Lacus threw out with a wink before she turned back to Velvet."

Velvet, don't play his game and get riled up. Seriously he gets turned on pissing people off. Besides, he's already dead so any of his ideals are a moot point more or less.

If we let the dead or the maniacs who are clinging to dead ideas drive us we will never be able to shape the future. And while I'm not going to be arrogant enough to dismiss history, I'm not going to let the past dictate the future either. No matter how hard it is, I'll keep trying to make my dream, a dream where woman can live as equals with men naturally, a reality."

Velvet saw how passionate Lacus looked before she chuckled." Man, Auro's got you seriously indoctrinated with his utopia ideas eh Lacus?"

The winged woman looked up at the sky before she gave the warrior with the red demonic claw a tranquil smile." C'mon Velvet, give me enough credit to think I can have my own thoughts eh? I love Ben with all my heart, but I don't just wait for him to fill my head with ideas.

To be honest, I pushed this on Ben more then he pushed this on me. Sure, he wanted a universe were everyone was happy, but I was thinking of what to focus on first, and I wanted to try as much as possible to make a universe were woman did not have to suffer to men's ego's, so that the abuse I and so many went through would never be repeated.

I do admit, I think Ben felt guilty and did not want to let me down so he got careless and did not think things through, we both did really. But while we let the Master of Masters decide for us what was right, if we get through this we won't take shortcuts. Radical Dreamers may have a uphill struggle making those dreams become reality, but its worth it to see it done right.

We will find a way to guide people to a better future without turning them into drones, I know we will. Heh, it's a good thing Ben and I share the same passions and dreams. Guess, that's what makes true love so amazing right?"

Just, give it time and if you don't lose faith you will be able to find the pathway to happiness. Now, lets make sure the Beyonder does not destroy everyone's path to happiness!"

As the others nodded everyone felt the ground shake before the sky started to crack. As golden cracks begun to widen red eyes glared down at Lacus." YOU REALLY SO NEUROTIC THAT WANT TO PLACE ALL YOUR BETS ON LOVE THAT BADLY BROAD?

As the area in front of them started to split open into a vortex that lead to a swirling mass of purple and golden energy, Link glanced below and grasped the Master Sword tightly." No, the Beyonder's going to whisk us to the next challenge already? What about Ben? That Mira demon surely did not best him? Not to mention Doug, James, Ezan, and all are other comrades!"

Lacus closed her eyes for a moment before she smirked confidently." Link, everyone, don't let the Beyonder psych you out. I know Ben won't lose to the likes of Mira no matter what. No matter how intense things get, I have faith that everyone will come through because even after all this, the Beyonder underestimates just how tough we are! So, lets get going, and show what the strongest power really is!"

Lacus took a deep breath and powered up as golden armor once more covered her body. As she did she saw the ground divide and light come out she braced herself to do whatever it took to survive and prove her dreams could become reality.

To spruce things up for the showdown with Mira I gave him both the moves from Kain, one of the enemies form Jump Force who had a lot in common with Mira, as well as Tensa Zangetsu, the final form of Ichigo's Bankai in Bleach, along with giving it the powers of the Demon Slayer sword used by Asta, the main lead in the Black Clover anime/ manga series.

On top of that I also gave him a few of the moves Young Xenanort had in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and I have a few more surpises to throw out next chapter to boot.

Pillar Zelenin was a mad angel that was one of the final boss's in the netrual and chaos paths of Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey

Baal Avatar is the fallen angel form taken by Chiaki Hayasaka from Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne after Chiaki uses the large amount of Magatsuhi harvested by the Manikins to summon her demonic sponsor to shape her Reason of Yosuga.

Merkabah was the final boss of the netrual and chaos paths in Shin Megami Tensei IV , and was the shape of a main charater Jonathan after fusing with several fallen archangels.

White Diamond is one of the major enemies from the show Steven Universe. The show is not my fav but I respect what the show did, and how imposing White Diamond was in that show to respect her enough for a cameo.

I know it was a bit of a diffrent way that Zamasu got defeated then how he did in Super but I wanted to not deprive the hero's of taking him down and the way I saw it, Lacus had the magical energy in her to defeat Zamasu as a magical being in the same way Sailor Moon defeated enemies such as Death Phantom or how she defeated the final boss Chaos in the manga in the Galaxy Cauldron. Heh, ironiclly if Sailor Moon fought Zamasu she might just have won, or at least done a better job then Zeno did, oy.

For those confused on how Lacus managed to defeat Zamasu, to go into detail Zamasu's power the Vision gives him extra power from his faith to shape reality to his whim.

In Bleach the one member of the Sternritter with the designation "V" - "The Visionary, Gremmy Thoumeaux, had the power to make any thing he wished become reality, but when he failed to over power the Soul Reaper Kenpachi Zarakai, he was unable to envision himself as more powerful then Kenpachi and it caused him to self destruct.

When Lacus used Minority World, while in Toriko it mostly reversed physical things it could also reverse other things, so I saw it as making his minority wish to make Lacus his trophy come to the surface. Since this desire made him be conflicted about the purity of his vision it caused his power to waver long enough for Lacus to defeat him with her power, a supped up verson of the Soul Punisher move Gogeta used to purfiy Janemba in Fusion Reborn.

Welp, we are almost at the finish line folks, but might take just a bit longer to get to that part. As I been working on Cosmic Wars in the past month I went to a book event, and the story I been working on, the Richard Zilos Chronicles:Rise of the Crimson Ravens, impressed some enough to give me a chance.

I don't have a book deal yet, but if I can past the tests I might have a shot at a publisher picking my story up. And so, to ensure I do it right I'll focus on the rest of the tests before getting to the next chapter.

For anyone that cares I assure you I'll finish this, I remember how much it sucked when stories I liked never finished and we are almost their.
