Well, figured might as well give the same kind of Glossary I gave for the trilogy. To not have things repeat to much I'll mostly cover what's been expanded since volume three, both in terms of lore and the cast. Some of the stuff might be like the previous ones but, hope the new outweighs the stuff known from before.

Well, hopefully someone cares but either way here we go lol.

First off...the timeline of my stories Universe.

Chronology Of the Reign of Cosmos and Zannacross

Before the Big Bang, there was only one being, one supreme being. It was everything and nothing all at once.

Time, space, matter, and energy manifested into a vast cast conscious existence.

After some time this one being became aware of his existence, and it did not take long before he felt loneliness.

This Source decide to solve its loneliness and boredom by dividing its thoughts into separate beings,

Thus, God brought the first beings besides itself into existence, the manifestation of animus, or light, God's "positive thoughts", Cosmos, and the manifestation of Anima, or darkness or God's "negative" thoughts, Chaos Zannacross Necron.

As The Supreme Being watched Cosmos and Zannacross interact, in time Cosmos and Zannacross both had the need for change, and diverted their own energy in to the lower domain.

The Supreme Being chose to not let Cosmos and Zannacross be aware of him, and so the two thought they were the creators of all existence. But like there "father" they grew bored only having themselves to interact with and experimented creating new life. This resulted in their first child, Adam Kadmon, the one Beyond Light and Darkness.

The first scion of Cosmos and Zannacross had many names, the "Beyonder," U-DO, Volthoom, but his parents would see the" Beyonder" as raw chaos. Having never produced offspring before, the result was a being of near total chaos that on instinct hated everything that was not itself, destroying everything else its parents created so that it could sooth its instincts to be the " only thing" for its parents.

Cosmos and Zannacross realized if they used their power to directly destroy the Beyonder the backlash could destroy everything else they created thus far, and maybe even themselves. But Cosmos came up with the idea of dividing there power to create "smaller" beings that could serve them, these would be the angels.

The angels could enforce there will, but powers were not of that of the " Celestialsapien" like the Beyonder so they would prove to be less of a risk if they" went maverick."

The idea succeeded, as the angels were able to attack the Beyonder from inside as Cosmos and Zannacross distracted him, resulting in the Beyonder's mind being destroyed.

To ensure the Beyonder would no longer pose a problem Cosmos and Zannacross separated the space around him, resulting in them creating the first dimension separate from " God's domain.

This gave Cosmos and Zannacross the idea to further divide what they created into smaller realms to isolate elements of the universe to their own sections.

This division of all that there was led to the rift that caused what was one realm to become the mortal realm, the realm detached from divinity, were things would decay. This is also when time begun to flow.

By putting their energy in to the normal realm, this is what caused stars, and in turn planets and from there life, to form.

With their task done, Cosmos persuaded the First Firmament of angels to keep existing, allowing the angels to have their own thoughts.

These first angels, lead by the angel who was created first, later known as Iger Rassilon who would later on have titles such as Masters of Masters, the Grand Priest of the Angels and more gave Cosmos and Zannacross the idea to created all kinds of random life forms with limited shape for the pure curiosity.

This in time lead to the objects they created, there planets, to be filled with microorganisms to kinds of bugs to rats, toads and the sort.

Sometimes the things that Cosmos and Zannacross created would not go as they intended, becoming" corrupt". To deal with such corruption with finesse the "Grand Priest" and some of the first angels would form a group called the" Foretellers" to purge or correct errors to the universe.

The Foretellers did as they were told and the Ethereal queen of light and the Emperor of Darkness saw the first life forms with spots of intelligence like humans deal with the natural environment and there many struggles.

As the first generation of mortals lived, they soon were greeted by Cosmos, and it was her kindness that gave the first generation of life forms their basic knowledge.

To ensure that the universe was not overwhelmed Zannacross came up with the idea of giving beings so little power that they would cease functioning, thus creating death.

It was soon realized that mortals were far weaker off spring then the gods they spawned from, and when the spirits begun to roam around and weigh on the living Cosmos created a new dimension for the dead, the higher domain realm that would be seen as heaven or Machanon.

Cosmos and Zannacross would soon create newer angels to help them manage the elements of creation, angels that they would give the title of "kai". One such kai would be Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time, who would govern time from the "Time Nest" to preserve history and make sure it did not become corrupted.

Cosmos and Zannacross realized that mortals thought up fantasies in their sleep. These dreams reflected the desires they held deep in their hearts. These subconscious yearnings begun to effect the universe in subtle ways, so Cosmos gave the Celestial one Philemon the title of the Supreme Kai of Dreams that monitored the flow of the unconsciousness in the" Astral Plane" or C's World" from the "Velvet Room", a sub dimension in the space between consciousness and unconsciousness alongside her assistants such as Igor, Nameless and Belladona and the various other " attendants" of the Velvet Room while Zannacross created his own envoy Nyarlathotep .

Cosmos and Zannacross would give more angels, Kaiōshin and there other creations roles to watch over the developing universe, though some angels had no precise role and just observed history for the sake of seeing things such as Uatu and the Watcher Angels and Mar Novu and the Monitor class angels.

There were other angels who did not seem to serve a purpose such as Enna Kros, the self-proclaimed "Queen of Nevers" abstract entity who was the embodiment of all possibility, but in reality were those who served and answered to the One Above All, who cared about different things then Cosmos and Zannacross.

For a time the universe was a true paradise, but no moment, not even a perfect one, lasts forever.

Soon after this, the mortals begun to show the first displays of purposeful sin, the first showings of greed, lust, rage, hate and all the other negative emotions.

Seeing that the souls of the dead that were sinful in living were still pestering the good souls of heaven Zannacross quickly decreed that the sinners were not worthy of paradise and created his own realm, Hell, so that the damned could get the punishment that they deserve till they either shatter entirely or are redeemed and were reincarnated back in the realm of the living.

The principles of conflict and the opposition that allow existence to function are unstable and dangerous if allowed to grow too powerful or too weak. All through the mechanisms that underpin reality are systems and agents that maintain equilibrium.

This operation was conducted and supervised by the conceptual beings who Cosmos and Zannacross gave the task to function as universal checks and balances.

To such beings, magic and the rational laws are opposite ends of the same tool. Reality and lire rely on physical constants, but magic allows some to circumvent those limitations.

Beyond a certain level of power, and in higher realms, magic superseded physical laws and is the only enteric medium that can effect change.

Magic is about the exercise of will and keeping promises. Exactingly recited commands or gestures focus the will to borrow power from patrons or energy reserve. However, whether in blood, souls, or fealty, a price is always paid. In all things mystical, the motivating power is intent reinforced by knowledge. In this respect, magic resembles computer codes and modern theories of quantum mechanics, those the code in this instance was dependent on emotions.

At the dawn of the universe the only energy was the White Light, also known as "The Light of Creation". The White Light comprised the seven Lights of emotion; Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet that all were parts of what was dubbed the Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum.

The Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum was an energy field that is fueled by the emotions of all sentient beings. Inadvertently, sentient beings channeled and created seven unique forms of energy based on their emotions, with a certain color unique to the emotion.

Cosmos and Zannacross knew everything instantly, like they were" programmed" with all commands instantly, but their children were envious of this and wished to know how to use such magic.

While Cosmos and Zannacross taught mortals much, some of them, mostly humans, wanted to know more then what they thought they were ready for and wanted to harness' magic to make their wish's become reality.

While Zannacross was agitated at this lack of respect, Cosmos was amused at their desire to improve themselves and taught a select few to harness the force of energy that binds the matter of the universe to allow them to create various spells.

Through this Cosmos hoped to see mortals slowly learn from history and evolve to change the very definition of progress.

Through her angels and other greater beings that served the realm like the Summon spirits she tried to help her children even if it was an indirect love, for she knew that given the right push and enough time they could reach a greater state of existence on their own.

However, Zannacross did not see things as brightly as Cosmos did. Seeing that while some mortals could evolve, most were consumed with their impulses and to obsessed with their desires to truly change.

Zannacross took special notice of one of the first true female humans, the twin sister of the beloved Eve, Lilith.

Seeing Lilith's burning jealousy for her twin sister, and seeing how she was the one that seduced the first group of humans in to defying him for her love, theses extreme acts made Zannacross amused at how much Lilith was obsessed with being better no matter the cost, and made a pack with her.

This would lead to Lilith to take over Eve's body, and lead for Zannacross to make the first true demon and see that others who would give in to their dark side would become demons, his elite enforcers in hell.

Many angels, becoming consumed with disgust for their lesser counterparts failures would be twisted by the" dark" side and be consumed with the " Black" part of the Emotional Specture till they mutate into what would be called demons, even Cidolfus Joruus Descartes, one of the first angels alongside Iger Rassilon, would become one of the first demons after the anger from seeing humans fail to learn from their mistakes over and over again.

Cosmos hoped her children would learn from their mistakes, and that such demonic transformations would just be growing pains. But instead they doubled down on there obsession.

Much to her dismay, it was not long till a few became obsessed with power, and one group of mages become so ambitions that they destroyed themselves and the entire planet they were on.

Not long after this a group of mortals led by an ambitious figure Raziel, who was seduced and tempted by Lilith, had absorbed enough energy and learned enough spells saw themselves as deities that would be the new gods of space and time.

To find what Cosmos and Zannacross would not tell them, Raziel and another named Krona developed a screen to witness the dawn of time.

This act to push through the "Azure boundary" of the universe and see before the birth of all creation caused a horrible backlash of anti-matter energy.

This transformed Raziel into what would later be called the "Anti-Monitor. This rush of power deluded the Anti-Monitor into thinking he had surpassed god.

While in what would be known as the first schism against god, this group of demigods lead by the Anti-Monitor failed horribly in their attempt to surpass their makers.

Scala Ad Caelum…the castle that was built to be the "Stairway to Heaven" that showed the bound between mortals and angels was destroyed in the assault, and the place once known as a Fairytale brought to life because a living hell.

Zannacross was outraged at their arrogance and wanted to punish every mortal for thinking they were on equal footing with their creators.

Cosmos disagreed but did agree that power was to enticing for some, and so mortals were cast out of Machanon before the paradise like upper dimension was sealed off from mortals and Cosmos and Zannacross from then on ceased to appear in the mortal plane.

Yet while Cosmos indeed ceased to appear to mortals, she did reach out to humans and others that enlightened themselves and showed that they had a strong will and a kind heart.

To those that found the pillars she hidden, the golden Zohar monolith pillars, the crystals that had a fragment of her essence, and other objects such as the Cosmic Cube, The Tri-Force, the Mother Box" and more would be left she would reward them for their courageous life of goodwill by giving them the chance to become enlightened and join the angels in the " Next dimension" after helping those around them.

However, Zannacross thought such wishes were naïve, and Cosmos and Zannacross begun to argue more and more over what the fate of there" misbehaving children" should be.

Zannacross felt that humanity, is not all mortals were failures that should just be erased like the Beyonder, while Cosmos wanted to give her children more time to learn from their mistakes.

As a compromise Zannacross got Cosmos to agree to testing humans and the various other mortals more harshly.

In the explosion that destroyed Scala ad Caelum, Galan of the nearby planet Taa was caught up in this wave. The wave was no mere explosion, but the energy of shifting dimensions, and hit Galan.

however, he did not die: after contacting with the Sentience of the Universe, The Source itself, Galan was transformed into a being that Zannacross would dub Galactus.

Starving for sustenance, Galactus consumes the nearby planet of Archeopia, and Zannacross realized Galactus could serve as a judge in his place, and dubbed the Planet Eater the "god of destruction."

All this time the Fore-tellers were still purging corruption from the universe, at times that would lead to cleansing entire planets that were to corrupt.

In time many absorbed so much darkness that they merged with their Chirithy, their spirit beast companion that were another aspect of their soul.

This caused the Fore-tellers to become animal like beings that were neither angels or demons, beings Zannacross would dub the other God's of Destruction alongside Galactus.

The Fore-teller Ira would become the cat like God of Destruction Beerus, while his animal like Chirithy would evolve into the blue human like Sidereal class angel Whis that existed entirely to monitor the God's of Destruction to ensure they did not run amok.

Zannacross persuaded Cosmos into thinking that letting mortals with" low mortal ratings persist just infected the entire universe with sin, but Cosmos did not agree.

More and more Cosmos and Zannacross could not agree on what the ideal state of mortals should be.

Zannacross saw all mortals merely as his " Aspirants", like how angels existed to serve the will of god mortals were just cogs to preform there role and any that differed from that role were sinful malfunctioning heathens that should suffer till they repent, then be reformatted.

But Cosmos thought that life without change was meaningless, and thought their creations should evolve and for the universe to evolve with them, and thus know growth, change, and mortality.

Zannacross though that without destroying them entirely, mortals could only learn from pain, and so his God's of Destruction acted as his agents of punishment, while he commanded all demons, all deities of" darkness" to act to punish mortals for their sins, both in hell and the mortal realm.

Zannacross himself would appear directly to mortals as "The devil" to test them, to prove their true nature, and then punish them for their failure.

Cosmos was not fond of this decision but could not come up with a better way to do things. Still, the first husband and wife would start to disagree more and more, leading into the second age of the universe.

The Second Age: The Grand War Between Light and Darkness.

After millions of years humanity and the various other intelligent lifeforms of the universe would indeed involve and even surprise their creators.

Many species of the universe evolved greatly, many having realized the ability to leave there worlds, creating methods to travel faster than the speed of light, extend their life spans, and many more talents that to more primitive beings would seem god like .

While theses beings did not have the magical power that the first Ainur humans, to make up for that gap, almost on instinct the great societies had used machines to recreate the power they lost so long ago.

This progression brought Cosmos and Zannacross into even greater conflict over what was "life's proper evolution."

For all that humans had changed, Zannacross saw all of this progress as mortals once more trying to perform the ultimate sin, take god's throne.

Cosmos would argue again and again how so many great races such as the Vulcans, the Chozo, the Quintessons, the Lufaine,the Valyrians, the Samaarians, the Rakatans, the Kryptonians, the Cetra, the Oans, the Minera, the Tuffles, and more used there science to help people find happiness and well-being.

But Zannacross saw this primarily as mortal's hubris, there hunger to surpass god, to devour everything in their sight.

Zannacross pointed out how countless mortal societies had collapsed because of their own hubris. That so called" Genius's that saw themselves as superior above all such as Lex Luthor and Dr. Gero and others had used their intelligence to try and create godly beings to destroy all that stood in the way of their ambitions.

Cosmos pointed out all the countless people that had acted as hero's, people who helped others and preformed great good, putting their own lives at risk for the sake of justice.

But Zannacross would again and again rebuttal that such acts were not their true nature. Even the likes of Goku, the Legendary Super Saiyan that vanquished the likes of the Tyrant Frieza and the arch-demon Majin Buu, and even could hold his own with Beerus and other God's of Destruction in time became so single minded about fighting that he forsake his previous heroic nature and risked everything around him for the sake of " fulfilling fights," to the point that the angels secretly had to erase some of his memories, and trick Goku into dying early to avoid the universe being destroyed by his insanity.

While Cosmos championed those such as Luke Skywalker being able to redeem those that already seemed" turned beyond redemption," when he got his father Darth Vader to renounce the darkness, and over throw his Master Darth Sidious to bring down a galactic empire and bring freedom and happiness to billions.

But Zannacross countered that such heroics were just a fleeting illusion, that quickly fell apart as despite the Jedi previously existing for over ten thousand years, Luke, his sister Leia, and her husband Han Solo were too weak to reverse mortal nature as the republic they helped rebuild was utterly smashed vie the actions of their own son Ben Solo, manipulated by Sidious himself from beyond the grave, an act that was so devastating galactic society rewrote Luke Skywalker's legacy and made up his own son to pretend things did not end so disastrously.

Cosmos and Zannacross would argue endlessly over how long good moments are supposed to last for mortals, but Zannacross would argue that in the end societies that collapsed, such as the people of Krypton being doomed by their hubris after creating the super AI Brainiac, by the Foreteller race seeing themselves as the people of god only to be devoured into extinction by the " Flood", or how the " Time Lords" of Gallifrey destroyed themselves after there hubris brought there powerful race to near extinction at the hands of the Dalek race.

Or how the Bene Gesserit Witch tribe tried to bring perfection with there Kwisatz Haderach, only for there result of there convoluted program, Paul Atreides the Muad'Dib and then his son Leto two did not guide humanity down the" Golden" path, but just caused humans to suffer at the hands of a deranged human sand-worm hybrid for thirty-five hundred years.

To the various races that had gathered the Mass Effect machines and thought they were invincible only to be devoured by the "Reaper" machine life forms, to the Blue Nitro race, who became so deluded about their abilities that there research on Gourmet Cells, and the creation of the " Gourment" demon NEO that as a result nearly wiped out their entire race, causing what was left of them to name themselves the "Chozo" to atone for their crimes, and countless other examples of mortals becoming deluded about what they deserved and perishing as a result of their own delusions, again and again Zannacross saw that no matter what shape they took or how much they learned, mortals were to arrogant and needed to be humbled so they could function "properly".

Cosmos thought Zannacross was making a self-fulfilling prophecy though, as she pointed out his Demons and other agents such as the" Sith" and the fal'Cie had manipulated people to madness.

She pointed out how he damned entire worlds such as when he and his Fal'Cie agents manipulated the world of Orience to be damned to an endless cycle of suffering because they were lead to believe that the tale of Tempus Finis was true.

Or on the world of Eos and Pulse because the God of Destruction Belmond, and the celestial ones Bhunivelze and the angel with the title of Millennium Earl, Mana Walker, punished the likes of Ardyn Lucis Caelum and Caius Ballad for things that were outside their control, causing them to be so obsessed with vengeance that their quest for revenge brought the doom of there entire worlds.

But Cosmos's lament only agitated Zannacross, who thought she was foolishly naïve for someone who was old as her. He saw his acts of just exposing people's true nature and containing the madness of "failures" before they caused even more harm to those around them.

Zannacross had come up with the" Spiral Nemesis" theory, a theoretical apocalyptic event where mortals lust for power would rip apart the very fabric of existence.

The Cosmic Abstract of Death itself was adamant that all mortals ultimate goal was that of the Anti-Monitor, and so because of this original sin must be shackled to be put in their place.

To him it was their destiny, because of their weakness they fear what could harm them, and so that fear leads to anger…and that anger leads to hatred, and such hatred would always lead to suffering and misery.

To Zannacross, there were only two cures to this dilemma, death, to end these emotions, or obedience to a greater power that would decide how they would live and free them of the chaos that brings about errors, and ultimately, that obedience was to their creator, himself.

But Cosmos refused to believe that her husband's theories such as his Spiral Nemesis theory or his" Anti-Life Equation" were an unyielding, unchanging fact of life that could never change.

While she could not deny the reality that mortals more often then not gave in to the sinful feelings they had in their hearts, and even her wisest angels such as Iger and other next generation angels such as Metatron, the "The Anguished One " Alcor, Adam Warlock, Luc, Kaworu Nagisa and other Supreme Kais conceded that the odds were greater for a mortal to sin then there was not, Cosmos did not lose her faith.

Maybe it was because of her nature but despite seeing all the times mortals had failed across the history of the universe she still had hope that her mortal children could reach an enlightened understanding vie their own souls.

Zannacross was willing to bet to Cosmos she was wrong, with the universe itself being the wager, that the apex of mortal ability was despair.

It was right around this time, that the people of the universe as a whole had advanced to its greatest level yet.

Science had solved many of the problems that once seemed impossible to solve, instead for a few very crucial ones, such as being able to not want to kill those who were different then them.

Even though many of the great empires of the time period spanned through galaxies, they still were not content with others calming to be the superior culture.

It's because of this that the structure of the universe was divided by the three major factions.

Even those societies that thought all should be treated equal had no choice but to make alliances with those that had views they disagreed with in order to insure they did not have some of the more aggressive cultures breathing down their necks.

Thus the tension between the Vulcans, the Rakatans, the Chozo,the Samaarians, the Quintessons,the Krityans, the Protheans, the Neo Kryptonians, the Forerunners, the Ōtsutsuki clan, the Shi'ar, the Cetra, the humans of the Ze Balmary Empire, the Lufaine race, and all other life forms would soon boil in to a conflict that nearly caused all reality to unravel.

For over ten thousand years these groups have been at a stalemate and have been at each other's throats for centuries. While one race may win a battle or two and gain territory for a time, it would not be long before the defeated people would rebound, thus making an unending status quota of shaky alliances and treaties.

Right before the fall of the second age of galactic society there were three major alliances that ruled the universe. The evolution obsessed the Spiral Collation, the government formed of human worlds that consisted of humans thinking it was there right to be the domain power since humans were the most plentiful in the cosmos, its leaders think it's only natural that humans guide the universe.

On the other side there was the Evolution Tribunal, a group of the major life forms that have banded together to guide the universe to its ultimate path and were mostly peaceful and kind about it.

The third major force was the Omega Collective; an alliance of many worlds and cultures that are fond of machines, including some life forms that are nearly entirely robotic life forms, and a group that's major focus is to see the ultimate evolution of the universe, mostly with the idea of "upgrading" the cosmos in the most logical manner possible, even if other life forms don't see their logic at time.

Between this and various groups of self-imposed hero's hailing from various worlds like Oa, Xander, Tython and more, at the very least things were stable, on the surface. However, a seemingly harmless event slowly leaded to the cataclysm that nearly wiped out all life.

In time the differences that Cosmos and Zannacross had grew more and more over the years, and in time it would grow into open war. Like most major events in history, a incident that seemed nearly trivial kicked off a cosmic war that nearly brought the brutal end to the universe and everyone in it.

It all started when two adventures for hire, humans named Seiya Leingod and Kamina Shishio, along with their pilot friend Daigo Hyōga entered an uncharted galaxy on their ship, the Spry Eagle while being on the run from a bunch of Hutt debut collectors.

Thanks to the swords that Seiya and Kamina had swiped from a Lufaine shrine, and the skills they had from there master Shinta Reinhardt, a swordsmen who had said to have been taught by angels, they were able to throw their weight around in some circles.

Yet when the person they were supposed to deliver the swords to per there contract died mysteriously, they were pegged as the murders and marked for death. While desperately trying to lose their pursuers Kamina managed to land on an uncharted ruined world, a world named Earth.

A world entirely polluted by humans, formerly at least, the world had wiped itself out thanks to the humans being hopelessly selfish and delusional about their own power.

While landing entirely by chance, Seyia, Daigo and Kamina were able to stumble into a lab and find none other than a capsule holding the last surviving earthling, a woman with long auburn hair named Serenity Van Houten.

While having a vague memory of her father and his final message, the young women could barely remember anything, but instantly displayed powerful magical talents. Between her state of mind, and her looks her rescuers were enticed to bring her back with her and for saving her life Serenity agreed.

Instantly it seemed that the trio would soon be part of the tomb as it seemed that the bounty hunters known as the MacDougall Brothers had managed to find Seyia's ship and was all to ready to collect the bounty on behalf of the Hutts.

However, everyone is shocked when Serenity unleashed raw magical power by instinct and vaporized out the MacDougall Brothers and there ship effortlessly. While Serenity seemed to be unaware of her actions Seiya soon realized she was too valuable to get rid of, especially with her having a vague memory of being needed to prepare against a great horror.

While at first aimlessly adventuring, Seiya and his crew slowly but surely get swept up in bigger events.

While the adventures were able to find a legendary treasure, they also found a mysterious black demon that nearly took their lives.

While managing to get debt free, there victory over the demon got them the attention of a division of the Schwarzwind, leaded by commander Siegfried Schtauffen. The Schwarzwind were a group of holy warriors that were loyal to justice itself over any other nation or government.

This group originated from Tython, that try to intervene in any armed conflict to force the universe to abandoned war and reform its sinful ways. Siegfried had seen Seyia's skill with a sword and seen Serenity's magic and thought they could be good new additions to his unit. However, Seiya, who did not like being weighed down by duty, refused Siegfried, saying the knight was deluded.

This caused a fight to break out instantly, and Siegfried was good enough to beat Seiya and Kamina at the same time, soundly at that. However, thanks to Kamina's quick thinking they were able to make a quick escape.

While Seiya wanted to just do his own thing, he naturally had the heart of a hero deep down, and with Serenity nudging him along the crew of the Spry Eagle managed to save towns, nations, and even planets from disaster.

Some of those adventures where helping an angel named Hylia defend her world of Hyrule from a powerful demon named Demise.

Seiya and the others bravery was so great that after Demise was sealed Hyila was inspired to spread her power over the world and be reborn as a human because she preferred the passion of humanity to the immortality of an angel.

Another mark of Seyia's heroism is that he and the others landed on a world that was an endless ocean, with the expectation of two giant beings, the organic Bionis and the metallic Mechonis.

Seiya helped the native hero Shulk, welder of the powerful Monado energy blade on his quest for vengeance against the mechon that killed so many of his friends, including the love of his life.

However, as this quest grew the simple path for revenge turns to a much more complex situation, and the true enemy of the world was revealed to be the true form of the Bionis giant itself, Zanza.

The celestial one had grown mad with power, but thanks to the combined strength of Seiya, Shulk, Serenity, and their friends they were able to defeat Zanza and his murderous agent Malos and restore balance to the world.

From here on they realized a larger conspiracy was amiss, for Demise, Zanza and the others were all seeming to act as part of some master plan. Trying to find answers, Seyia and his group continued to travel through the universe, Seyia made galactic waves when he landed on the world of Quent, and fought off forces from the Schwarzwind, and agents of the Spiral Collation and the Ganglion agents of the Omega Collective, who were all trying to uncover a relic on the world, regardless of what uncovering it would do to the planet.

It was here that Seyia fought Siegfried, and this time the adventurer was able to overcome Siegfried, forcing the knight to offer his respect. It was also here that Seyia met the leader of the Schwarzwind, Yeshua Elendil.

Sadly, despite the good guys efforts they were unable to stop the agents of the Omega Collective from uncovering their prize, the massive robot that is rumored to be the relic of god, Ideon.

This massive war machine is just as its worshipers feared and wiped out a good chunk of the planet in its first shot! While this was supposed to be a way to evolve society, all it seemed to do was cause even more unrest, especially when its activation caused the moon to transform into a gigantic robot, Unicron the demolisher of worlds. Unicron had awaked because he had sensed that mortals had uncovered forbidden power.

Unicron had then decreased that mortals had evolved too quickly, too dangerously, and by the decree of the Anti-Spiral Ba'al forces they would be faced with punishment.

With this Unicron and his Sol Master henchmen unleashed the Reaper armada. Theses gigantic squid like machines attacked worlds belonging to all three galactic governments, seeking to attack any world that showcased evolution.

While this act horrified Seiya, Serenity, Siegfried, and the rest of this group, it only in brazened the three great powers, who each saw this as a ploy to weaken each other to leave them variable to be concurred.

Furthermore, seeing the power of Ideon enticed the major leaders of all three governments, especially when reports of other gigantic robots of massive power were being found.

Thus, the Spiral Collation, the Omega Collective, and the Evolution Tribunal all declared war on each other as well as on Unicron and his fleet of Reapers

A war that was in essence a race to unearth the best guns unfolded, and Seyia just wanted to stop Unicron from causing havoc, hoping to find the legendary machines first to stop the giant transformer and get all the governments to cease fire before things got out of hand.

Siegfried then joined Seiya, seeing that he was committed to spreading peace throughout the land. From there Seiya and his ever-expanding group expanded their quest across the galaxy, with the clues that they found in the ruins that housed Ideon and the hunch like feelings Serenity had.

From here they were able to go to more worlds and help more allies, including Noctis Lucis Caelum, Milla Maxwell, Elma, mecha pilot and Colonel of the Reclamer division of the BLADE forces, Chirico Cuvie, an ex-special forces Armored Trooper pilot and former member of the Red Shoulder Battalion and more.

Seiya quickly was seen all over the universe as a hero, but it did not come without cost.

While Seiya was an orphan, he still built a small family of friends over the years. Sadly, his victories caused him to be reckless and while he gained billions of fans, it cost him one of his oldest friends.

Daigo always lacked the charisma of his comrades, and he knew Seiya would always be more popular, but when Seiya let the fame get to him and more or less forget about his oldest friend, and Daigo still was mocked, felt isolated, and resentful, and by this point Seiya had amassed quite a lot of enemies to pick up on this.

Before Seiya knew it, Daigo had betrayed him and the others and gave Serenity and Siegfried's lover Kisara to the deranged human dragon hybrid villain Acnologia in exchange for power. Acnologia and his leader, Fou-Lu, the Dragon Emperor of the " Endless Fou Empire", kept their word and Daigo was transformed into Shin-Getter Shinryu, a deranged experiment that was an attempt to surpass all previous dragons.

Daigo was mad with power, but still felt remorse for betraying his friends, and this conflict allowed Seiya to strike him down. Having to kill his oldest friend made him even more determined to ensure those who caused this horror to take place in the first place would answer for there crimes.

In time Seiya and the others were able to learn enough skills and gain enough power to defeat enemies like the machine hating Yuuzhan Vong, the living machines called the Zonderians, and even take out Unicron by destroying his core.

However, sadly despite this the hero's only to late realized this was all part of a far grander, darker game.

While Seyia was able to find some of the legendary machines that gained the name of Cogna , including the Turn X, Tengen Toppa- Gurren Lugan, Artifice Aion, Gunbuster, Xenogears, The Shin Getter Emperor, Genesic GaoGaiGar, Mazinger Zero, and more, it was only too late that he realized that it was all a scheme made by none other than commandant Yeshua.

Yeshua had used the heroes to defeat Unicron for him, and when he showed his true colors Seiya and co only escaped thanks to Seiya 's Master Shinta sacrificing his life to give them enough time.

It seemed that Yeshua had been conspiring with the head of the Wiseman of the universe named Sergius R'hllor, and the leader of the Spiral Collation president Mitt Hacky to collect all the machines of god.

The backstabbing trio had uncovered that the combined power could open a portal to heaven itself, and all three of the powerful men wanted to be on par with god, and force the very nature of existence to change in their favor.

Despite all of Seyia's efforts, while he, Siegfried and the rest of his friends were able to strike down Yeshua, the victory cost them the war.

As they fought President Hacky engaged some of the forces of the Ganglion like there leader Luxaar while fighting the Evolution Tribunal and the Bluff clan at the same time, along with the Tribunal's leader Kaiser Ephes, and wiped them all out with the Ideons black hole cannon, though he died in the process.

This battle was waged on Oa, the rumored first planet to have existed, and it was here that all of the sacred machines, Ideon, The " twins" Turn A and Turn X, Xenogears, Shin Getter Emperor, Deus, Voltron, Tengen Toppa- Gurren Lugan, Escaflowne , and RahXephon , Genesic GaoGaiGar, Artifice Aion, Mazinger Zero and Gunbuster had all gathered.

What was supposed to be the final battle of the war only lead to the true cosmic nightmare to begin.

For the explosion unleashed by Ideon along with all the other Cogna Mecha unleashed energy produced by the other sacred machines was enough to split Oa in half, unleashing a vortex of divine energy that caused the "Second Cosmic Impact", on par when the Anti-Monitor tried to rip open a path to heaven.

However, R'hllor may have thought he had opened a portal to heaven, but only in the end did he realize what he truly opened was unleash a explosion of such intensity that it ripped right through the Source Wall to tear open the fabric of time and space and tour open the Pan-Dimensional barrier that was Genhenna Gate, allowing none other than the Emperor of all evil, Chaos Zannacross Necron to descend from the portal and greet Sergius R'hllor by vaporizing him.

The entire war was nothing to Zannacross but his wager to Cosmos, and in his eyes the Source Wall being breached proved he was right.

It seems that this "Dissidia" was all a test, a test conducted by the devil to see the true nature of mortals, and to Zannacross it was a test that the mortal realm had failed spectacularly.

For the truth was as cold as Unicron acted, the reality was he and the Reapers and the Sol Masters leading the Zonderians were doing what they had to defend the universe.

Unicron was in fact an Elder of the universe like Serguius and knew for a long time the dangers of trying to breach the Pan-Dimensional barrier. Having a disagreement with the rest of his brotherhood over trying to force their way into heaven, Unicron was sealed in the moon, but slowly turned the moon in to his body.

He then used his power to create the Reapers and the Zonderians to take down those who were evolving to dangerously to ensure the safety of the universe but Seyia took him down without ever knowing his true purpose and had proven Zannacross right.

For by the majority of the life forms of the universe proving that they valued power over unity, and thought they were equal to their creator, they had proven to Zannacross that without a doubt the majority of mortals in existence despised their very existence.

Thus…to bring an answer their prayers for an end to this broken world the one they truly prayed to would grant there wish, by completely eradicating all life and reformatting existence to be bound by darkness in a new era ruled by Zannacross 's absolute vision.

All along the various species of the universe were pressed into action by the manipulations of the embodiment of evil and his servants.

Only as Zannacross descended into the mortal realm was the depths of his web revealed, for his elite followers the supreme seven demon lords had already descended into the mortal realm to prepare for their masters descent.

Xiza Belphagos, Morgoth, Zandoris, Dahak, Lilith in the form of Mukuro Beyonetta Bansheera the Demon lord of Lust, and the arch demon who was the voice of Zannacross, the chief demon lord Darth Damonus who was the final state of the fully corrupted angel Cidolfus.

Disguised as mortals' theses embodiments of evil had guided Ranakar, Kaiser Ephes, Hacky, Yeshua and all the other major individuals in the cosmos to performing a play that would lead to herald the coming of their master.

The legendary Conga mecha were all in fact constructs formed by the Vessels of Anima, and created as Zannacross as gifts to mortals, unaware that the true nature of the mech's were an unholy fusion of souls of entire planets merged with Vessels of Anima.

By his envoys giving man his "gifts" Zannacross was exploiting their desires, and testing his theory that mortals were primarily tuned to the darkness.

Each of the legendary Conga were operated by a ring, and little did anyone but Zannacross and his elite followers know that they were all controlled by the one ring that Zannacross wore himself.

When all of the rings of darkness were close together their energies combined, and were the key that opened their master's door, the door of Armageddon.

By being "invited" into the mortal realm in the eyes of Zannacross this was absolute proof that darkness was the true nature of the mortal heart, and that all living things truly wished to die.

This line of thought had managed to even win over countless angels, such as the fallen Kai Zamasu, and others such as Fortuna, Kronika, Bhunivelze, and others willingly became fallen angels and were willing to slay there own kin to see the universe be " Fixed" so it could be " Saved."

As Armageddon kicked off, Zannacross at once was challenged by Seiya, who despite everything refused to believe that humanity had no future.

On top of everything else, Seiya was outraged that Zannacross was the one that tempted Daigo. The devil's response was that it was his own fault for failing his friend, and instead of being the ultimate hero, Seiya had proven himself to be the ultimate embodiment of human failure, a rebuke that caused Seiya to attack.

However, Seiya and all of his friends quickly learned the hard way that the Emperor of all darkness was not a trivial title, in one attack he left Seiya and co near death, and killed Kaima's lover and there Saiyan comrade Zalicur in one attack.

It almost looked like this would be the end, but at the last moment another force descended into the mortal realm, and it was the angels themselves.

It seemed that Cosmos and the celestial beings were still willing to have faith in humans and the others, seeing that while they make mistakes, they learned from them even if it was to slow a growth for Zannacross to tolerate.

Between this defiance and the fact that Cosmos refused to come to tell her in person Zannacross was outraged, and wiped out everything in the span of a solar system around him, ruthlessly destroying New Genesis, the world that had the strongest link to heaven.

With more determination to win, even in the fact of the devil Seiya refused to let Zannacross have his way but it soon became clear that having the devil be your enemy is a tremendous burden.

Zannacross quickly unleashed his fleet of " Anti Spiral forces", and also revealed the Necrocalcous, the transformed souls of the damned who rejected the current cosmos by coming back from hell to manifest as demons!

Not only this, but Zannacross captured four strong mortals and threw them in Azure cauldrons, merging mortals with countless souls, and the entropy of the very energy produced by mortal emotions to unleash living weapons, the Jinchūriki.

While the Ōtsutsuki clan had created such beings in the past, Zannacross had forged even stronger versions of these monsters, infusing the very Emotional Spectrum into them like with previous beings such as Parallax, Ion, and the Phoenix Force, only now infusing multiple emotions at once

It was only later did Siegfried find out that his lover Kisara was in fact not wiped out with her world, but the one who had become the fearsome Blue Eyes White Dragon!

While the universe had suffered attacks from fearsome demons like Trigon, "Planet-Eater" Moro, Darksied, Abeloth, Dormammu, Majin Buu and others, no living thing was truly prepared to face the wrath of the true Emperor of Darkness who could alter the fabric of reality to his bidding till Cosmos reversed it, and without needing a power source such as how Thanos the Titan tried to remake the universe to his liking with the Infinity Gauntlet.

Despite this fearsome onslaught even as most of the universe was overwhelmed by the ruthless forces of the dark side, the desire to survive still burned brightly.

Not willing to let Zannacross have his way while Cosmos did not descend directly she did instruct the angels to build weapons to give the mortals the chance to even the odds, and so the celestial ones along with their robotic servants like the fal'Cie and others created the Halo mobile super weapons along with other creations like the Center point station.

However, even with this power the defenders of the mortal realm could barely break even with their zealous enemies. The forces of good managed to show that Zannacross's armada was not invincible.

Seiya managed to lead his forces to victory in a vicious battle against two demons that people of the world would remember from then on as the war of Magi.

Meanwhile Serenity was able to defeat one of Zannacross's devout followers named Jenvoa and was able to blast her into deep space. But despite these victories, no matter what nothing seemed to harm Zannacross, and he tried to break the will of all who rebelled against him by easily destroying Seiya and Kamina's home planet of Corellia and Siegfried's own home world Insalaum in one gesture.

To top it off Zannacross still had Serenity imprisoned and tried to persuade her to renounce humanity and stand by his side to gain eternal power and be liberated form death as a member of his" Imperial court."

It seemed Zannacross was impressed with Serenity's resolve and grace, and thought she was worthy to live past Armageddon. However, despite the chance to see her family and everything Serenity refused because despite the pain and the confusion she cherished the memories she had of her time with Seiya and the others, and thought that a world without such passion could never be a just world.

It was also this tension that at last got Serenity to remember her father's last words, and the truth was that it was no warning about any coming enemy but a warning to be wary of those who refuse to understand others and that differences must be put aside if a society wants any hope in having happiness and peace.

After all the time Serenity spent searching for those that wiped out her world the truth was that earth was doomed by its own people, for earthlings could only blame themselves for the end of earth.

Earth Prime doomed itself when the people found themselves faced with one crises after another, and instead of doing what had to be done, they ran away from tough choices, elected leaders that told them what they wanted to hear, and silenced anyone who would dare tell them to do the right thing.

As reality became too painful to ignore, most Earth Prime's people just devolved into tribalism and superstition, unleashing a Crusade to make their nation" Great again," and turning most of earth to a radioactive graveyard.

Serenity's family knew the planet was doomed but wanted nothing more than for Serenity to have a better fate then everyone else on earth hoping that she would be found by people who were not short sited enough to doom their own world.

Remembering this caused Serenity to renounce Zannacross no matter how logical his views sounded.

This absolute rejection of Zannacross's will infuriated the dark god, but he was even more outraged that when he tried to destroy her, her latent powers fully blossomed, and she at last realized the truth about herself, and that would be that she was the second women in history to be the Antitype Apostle bloodline , and thus making her the directly descendant of Eve.

Serenity's angelic powers were enough to cause Zannacross to feel pain and was able to be a beacon for the other angels to rescue her from her enemy's judgment.

With Serenity awakening her true powers the Second Impact of humanity had been decided, and humans have shown to have the light of hope in them, hope that they can come together and overcome their problems and suppress there sinful desires to make a better future.

When Serenity and Seiya reunited, and admitted their true feelings to each other, Cosmos herself appeared before the forces of good, albeit as an avatar. While the Eternal queen of light could not bear to see Zannacross demolish the universe, even this was not enough for her to directly fight her counterpart.

However, it was not just an unwillingness to fight, but a fierce desire to ensure the universe did not collapse.

After all, if she and Zannacross, the very Cosmic Abstracts that were the foundation of the universe collided with full strength, it could cause the very fabric of existence to unravel, and in the end that was just what Zannacross wanted.

Despite all the mistakes morals have caused Cosmos still believed they deserved to have their own world and have their freedom.

While Cosmos may not have come to directly confront the embodiment of darkness, she did not greet Seiya and the others just for a pep talk.

To show Zannacross the true power of mortals Cosmos showed the extent of her faith, by giving the champions of the universe a part of her own essence to give them the ultimate weapons of light.

For showing his bravery and resolve even in the face of absolute despair and for getting strong enough to even harm seasoned demons Cosmos had seen Seiya as a true hero, and merged her power with the power of the other divine blades like Monado, and the remains of the sacred robots, to form the blade of divine essence, a sword that can cut through time and space itself, the Divine Nova sword.

Meanwhile to show her faith in Serenity, a women who overcame trying to find solace at being the last savior from a people that doomed itself with its own greed and managed to still have enough compassion to care for the innocent, and enough resolve to master magic to the point where she had as much power as an angel, Cosmos felt that the women who marked the second impact of humanity to be one of light was worthy to command a portion of her divine power, and bestowed her with the Golden Imperia Crystal.

She also gave Siegfried the sacred Soul Caliber sword and bestowed Kamina with celestial energy as well.

It quickly became apparent that this act by Cosmos was no token gesture as with this power Seiya, Serenity, Siegfried ,and Kamina were able to defeat the arch-demon Yuuki Terumi even after having deity like power in the Susano'o Unit armor, and Zamasu, who had morphed his body into a copy of Goku's to " realize the zero mortal plan and bring about the end of mortals using there champion's own fists."

On top of this Seiya and his group had help from unlikely reinforcements, the God's of Destruction.

Despite being some of the earliest of Zannacross's enforcers, and despite the primary purpose of there existence being destruction and death, Beerus, Champa, Belmond, and all the others refused to obey Zannacross, for they all had things they wanted to keep around and did not want to be erased.

Merely because of there pride, Zannacross 's oldest children were able to defy him, and with Cosmos's blessing was able to get away with it.

To Cosmos, choices like this, choices like Galactus willingly turning himself from a God of Destruction to a "Life bringer," proving that here are always new possibilities to life.

To Zannacross, seeing the extent of Cosmos's nativity pushed his fury to new lengths, and he was fully committed to destroying the universe to remake everything without Cosmos's "weakness."

For the final phase of his judgment, from the depths of his base in the mortal dimension, the world of pure darkness Vandalgyon, that an energy source was causing the entire area of time and space to become unstable, and it was growing larger by the second.

Realizing the moment of truth had come, Seiya rallied all the remaining armies with a rousing speech, asking them to put aside their differences so that they could all survive.

And so, this desperate alliance of all living things unleashed everything they had to attack the Zannacross Empire in the climax of the first cosmic war between Harmony and Discord. It cost billions of lives just to reach the throne world of darkness but at last the forces of light were able to descend to Vandalgyon.

Even as all seven of the supreme demon lords descended in to the battle zone to eradicate everyone who tried to meddle in their masters affairs, but Seiya, Serenity, Kamina and Siegfried shocked their enemies by showing just how powerful the human will to live was by fighting off their demonic foes combined assault!

However, the momentum the good guys gave was quickly blown away when Zannacross himself descended to the battle to give cruel judgment to all that had defied him.

Despite all the power Seiya and the others had gain, in the face of the wrath of the master of all evil, the very cosmic abstract of darkness and hate, all their strength was barely enough to stand their ground. Sadly, despite all of his passion Kamina could only nick Zannacross before he was killed.

Despite the efforts of all living things it seemed that nothing could stop Zannacross from creating a space time anomaly to merge all of time and space together and let him remake existence!

However, when pushed to the edge the great heroes earned their legacy, as Seiya and Serenity unleashed their combined power to overwhelm Zannacross.

While the Shin Emperor of Darkness may be the embodiment of death and thus be unable to die, this attack weakened him enough for Cosmos to seal his essence in a Trans dimensional barrier, and in one fell swoop seal him, his Demon Lords and his entire armada.

The relationship between Cosmos and Zannacross had reached its point of no return, the oldest couple in the universe had reached the final state of decay, with a divorce that nearly destroyed the universe.

Cosmos and Zannacross shared the same views at the start, even if maybe it was because they were the only two people in existence. Even so they both wanted to see their creation, their universe flourish.

However, they differed more and more on what rights there" children "deserved, on what was a life of purpose, and much more. Thus, the second cosmic impact ended with Zannacross being sealed away from the universe to ensure the universe would never again be abused by his wrath.

Yet while doomsday was adverted…it came at a heavy cost. In his last act before being sealed, an outraged hateful Zannacross unleashed all the energy he had to shatter Seiya 's soul, leaving him as little better than a vegetable.

The universe indeed survived the advent of Armageddon, but the survivors of the worst war in history could find little to get them out of a somber state.

Many of the former great races like the Rakatans, the Quintessons, the Protheans, the Neo Kryptonians, the Forerunners, and the humans of the Ze Balamary Empire were all but driven to extinction by the time the forces of darkness were stopped and the planet of Cosmos's most faithful followers, the " New Gods" of New Genesis were all a casualty of the god of darkness.

Even those like the Shi'ar, Lufaine and the Chozo who managed to avoid suffering a total genocide of their people, but they were still crippled and battered by the time the fighting had stopped.

All three of the major galactic governments were all but on the verge of collapse, and the final reports indicated that more than seventy five percent of the total population of the universe was killed before the end of the war.

Still, despite the heavy cost life still endured, and people had hope thanks to the immense courage of Seiya and the others, and it was not even weeks before he and his friends were called the legendary heroes, the saviors of all life who brought hope to the universe.

After all that the various sentient beings endured it seemed that at last there would be a way to come to an understanding, and unite to build a better future for all.

Or at least, it seemed that way in theory. However, sadly, despite the united horror the people of the universe had endured, and despite all they had seen, even with Chaos Zannacross Necron firmly sealed away and all of his followers either sealed or destroyed, to the dismay of all hoping for true reformation, the darkness and desire in man still lingered.

While many did want to make things change for the better, many more just wanted the drama to be put behind them and for the status quo to return so that things could return to normal.

Many leaders did yearn to unite and create one galactic government, but with so many worlds ravaged by the war with the Zannacross Empire most of the galaxies were too busy with keeping their own people stable to seriously commit to a new government.

While Siegfried and Serenity were committed to ensuring that their friend's sacrifices were not in vain, even the legendary heroes could not get people to change their ways. After a while, a fellow former member of the rebuilding commitiy, a cautious wealthy swordsmen Raphael Sorel, was tired of Siegfried constantly trying to create a group that would fight for justice and tried to kill him.

But this caused Siegfried to let his rage and darkness surge and with a fragment of Zannacross's lingering energy transform into the Azure Knight of darkness Nightmare before killing Raphael and his men, only to in turn got sealed away by an angel on patrol.

Since Nightmare killed everyone in the area, and Pit, the young angel that sealed him did not even realize he had sealed the former savior of the universe, everyone but Cosmos and the upper echelons of heaven assumed that the knight had just went in to seclusion.

Meanwhile…Serenity was dishearten at how quickly the people of the universe acted like the crises that nearly wiped every living thing out had never existed other than making a holiday out of it, she tried to do what she could, and spent the rest of her life helping those that suffered before she peacefully ascended in to heaven as a saint.

Fearing that the Divine Nova's power could be used by the wrong people its power was split up and the splinter that would be known as the Star Sword was sealed to a random world that would later become the Mushroom Kingdom, while the other fragments of its power, the Crystal Shards were sealed in other worlds.

Before she died, Serenity and the angels created the Tower of Destiny on Earth, as a tribute to the resolve of humanity to secure the core of the Divine Nova encase a time would ever arise when a hero would need its power.

As for Seiya himself, his sprit was never found, but his body was entombed on the Lufiane home world in his own mausoleum to ensure the Lufianes would forever revere his bravery.

When Serenity died the universe slowly tried to move on, but nothing really changed. The remaining powers were to be worn out to declare war, but they were also too drained to stay together, and in a few thousand years most of the great civilizations collapsed.

Even a universal war waged between angels and demons in time became a legend. People quickly forgot that Zannacross and Cosmos were a couple and most assumed Zannacross was just another angel that betrayed Cosmos, a myth that the celestial ones were not opposed to spreading.

As the horrors became little more than legends, society seemed to regress millions of years back.

A new Dark Age spread across the cosmos and with most races losing the ability to go into hyperspace the universe seemed to shrink for a time. But even so the legacy of the great hero's endured, and even in the farthest isolated galaxies of the universe, people were inspired by the tales of the four great warriors who changed the fate of the universe.

Cosmos tried to reform how things worked after seeing what lead to such a horrible war. She had the God's of Destruction retire from duty so that entire worlds would not be consumed with despair and made an official order for angels to no longer test mortals in cruel ways.

However, little did anyone know that even greater crises to all life would be coming, even if it was coming far down the line, in a vastly different era.

The Third Cosmic Era, The Cosmic Wars.

Millions of years later, the terrors of the Great War between Light and Darkness were just a vague footnote in history, and the order of the universe has changed.

New races slowly but surely emerged to out of the cosmic frontier and shape galactic society and the Lylat System and its capital planet Corneria emerged as the new revered planet.

With the smoothing out of the Hyper Drive warp system now it was as casual for a ship to have the ability to reach light speed as it was for it to have an air conditioner.

Cosmos had seen that society was once again reaching the point that it reached before, the point that caused Zannacross to descend.

The Ethereal Queen of Light did not want her children to hopelessly repeat a cycle of hate and wondered with her angels how to change things.

She had observed that many of the organizations in history that strove to seek justice for all had one thing in common that in time undid them, mistrust from the people.

Be it the Green Lantern Corps ran by members of the Maltusians that dubbed themselves "The Guardians of the Universe" to the Tekkaman Space Knights created by Dr. Amachi and the "Teksetter" system, to the " Power Rangers" created when Zordon of Eltar created super soldiers out of the Morphing Grid, to the Jedi Knights who spent thousands of years fighting the Sith and the others who used the " dark side" to cause misery, that despite all the good these groups did, despite saving millions of lives for countless generations, there was always people that mistrusted them just for being a outsider force, there were always enough people who would always resented" outsiders" telling them what to do.

It was because of this that one group or another was able to get the mass's to turn on these groups in time so that the" outsiders" would not have power over the "majority."

Cosmos realized that something had to change, and if so many used the fact that the heroic groups of the past were " not backed by god", if there was a order of justice directly backed by god, then at least there would be less reason for people to justifying fearing them.

First Cosmos and the angels looked at who could possibly live up to such a responsibility.

In time the many different species realized after several wars and conflicts most people agreed that order was needed, and so the majority of the advanced planets agreed to form the Galactic Lylat Republic.

While far from perfect, this galactic government allowed worlds to agree on common laws and for lesser or more primitive worlds to be protected by other worlds or groups or individuals that felt like being selfish.

In theory it was good enough, but after a thousand years more than half of the members of the Republic felt like there unity was more of a burden and many saw it as just a way for lesser planets to leech off the success of the more powerful worlds.

While many still wanted to keep the Republic going, many more saw it as a corrupt institution where the rich and powerful forced there will and bought the law. It seemed that might and money was all that justice was, till a sudden event that no one expected changed everything.

Out of nowhere the leader of a humble mid rim galaxy world of Tython proposed an idea to put in drastic reforms to the government to create a stronger more stable government so that the will of the people can be better realized.

This man was the regent of Tython, Akunumkao Droma, and he explained that Cosmos herself appeared before him after finding a long lost Zohar Monolith and explained to him that she did not want to see the universe fall in to chaos, and seeing that Akunukao was strong in heart and had a wise mind she explained her idea, and it was an idea to reform the government in a way that gave the poor more of a chance to be free.

Cosmos had indeed appeared before Akunukao, seeing that his heart was noble enough to be the champion of her dream of universal unity between all races.

Akunukao explained that Cosmos had the idea to reform the Lylat Republic in to the Lylat Kingdom, and that perhaps a galactic constructional monarchy would be a better way to run a universal government, mostly so that a leader can focus on long term leadership and spend more time on helping the people instead of pleasing the people who funded his or her election and needed to keep pleasing to get reelected.

While, most of the senate was ready to dub him insane and lock him up, then he brought the crystal that showed him the vision, and Cosmos appeared out of it to show it was no fabrication.

With this, and realizing that it seemed like a better option than a total splintering of galactic society an election was waged for the first Lylat King, and Akunukao was able to win and become Akunukao Lylat. While it seemed that this idea of a more central, more focused government committed to being as free of bureaucracy seemed more like a pipe dream but, another sudden development made it seem like a tangible idea, the emergence of the holy order of Enji Knights.

Cosmos knew that even the most noble diplomatic leader needed force to not be overruled by those who only respected strength and so she looked for who could lead people from cultures all over the universe and have enough charisma to lead them to a common goal, with enough strength to ensure the forces of evil could not brush him or her aside so easily.

She found her champion in Rodimus Myers.

Myers started off from the small town of Nine Wood Hills in the far-off planet of Grymoire.

Myers had always cared about protecting others and mastering his own skills, but felt a cry for justice when he saw his entire world was being terrorized by a man who had become a demon, Mordegon.

Myers rallied his people, and after many tense battles managed to corner Mordegon and defeat him. The people of Grymoire hailed Myers as a hero, and after he defeated the demons Baramos, Psaro, Nimzo, Mortamor, and Rhapthorne one after another, the people of his world declared that Grymoire had entered its Luminary age.

At this time Greymoire made contact with the Lylat Kingdom, and many were impressed by Myer's skills with the sword and with holy magic. At this point Myers and the comrades, he made, Zoda, Minato, Craft, and Garland were quickly being known as some of the best warriors of the universe, and seen as legendary heroes.

But not all were content with being heroes. Garland did not want to be "tamed" by the laws of those from other worlds, and desired power to not have to be shackled by any world's army.

While Garland and Myers had been trusted comrades for decades, Garland had become corrupted with lust for power. To become all-powerful the knight had made a pact with four fiends known as Kraken, Lich, Marilith, and Tiamat to gain power.

However, Myers along with his equally powerful friends and comrades Zoda, Minato, and Ganadowan managed to defeat Garland even after he transformed into a demon of pure Chaos.

After beating his old friend Myers found a crystal that allowed Cosmos to appear before him.

The Eternal Queen of light warned Myers that a great darkness was coming and that all of the courageous hero's in the universe should unite to enforce justice and ensure that evil does not prevail.

Cosmos was not just spinning tales, she knew Zannacross had been attacking his bindings without pause, and that the time for his return might be fast approaching.

With Myers and his friends already having a good reputation for being the second coming of the legendary heroes, with the blessing of both Cosmos and Akunukao Lylat, they came up with the holy order of the Enji Knights, a group that would be based on Corneria, and be loyal to no group but the side of justice.

Unlike groups like the Green Lantern Corps and the Jedi Knights and other intergalactic orders of the past, the Enji Knights were seen as direct envoys of god and enforcers of the mandate of heaven, giving them much better will then groups of the past.

For more than a few decades the Enji Knights recruited warriors and heroes from all corners of known space and no matter what they were or where they were from, as long as they were willing to fight the forces of evil they were welcomed.

Combined with a truly dedicated Lylat King, it seems that the universe was truly heading in a positive golden age, and that people were changing for the better. However, like all dreams, reality reared its ugly head, along with the cracks to this new order.

While the Enji Knights managed to save the lives of innocent people countless time in situations from the maverick robot outbreak lead by the crazed Sigma, to the armies of the mad scientist Andross, even with all of the combined magic and skill of Grand Master Myers, his council of Masters, and all the other Enji Knights, they still were not omnipresent, and could not save everyone.

This naturally caused some resentment, and those who saw the Enji Knights as obstacles for various reasons used this excuse to place doubt on the Enji.

Meanwhile, after fifty years of solid leadership Akunukao died of peaceful means, and his son Atem Lylat was elected legally to become the next Lylat King through his own charisma and resolve.

While Atem was a good ruler in his own right, he was only human and was naturally overwhelmed at trying to fallow in his father's footsteps, and justly rule over a government that tried to span over the entire cosmos. While he managed to give both the poor and the rich, the exceptional and standard happy, he did make decisions that were interpreted by some as oppressive.

Even a government and order of hero's that had god's blessing could not keep enough people of being resentful of what they stood for.

In the end any government, no matter how justly run will come into conflict with those who see things differently. After several planets were ruined by mega corporations that put maximum profit over the many good, King Atem enacted a law that forbid any corporation or group to commit any operation that could endanger the life of a planet without firm approval by the Lylat Kingdom and the planets leader. While the senate approved of this, a few groups were outraged, and declared that King Atem was trying to force the entire universe to obey his whims, retorting with the idea that risks were part of the course for progress.

This rift against the Lylat Kingdom grew when Atem then came up with the idea to regulate the selling of weapons of mass destruction.

While the law was reasonable and mostly aimed and regulating the sell of atomic missiles once more, many of the galactic spanning corporations, especially the weapons and energy producing conglomerate Serpent, run by the long time business guru Weil Narche Zabi, saw this as a direct play for the Lylat Kingdom to show its true colors and rule over everyone as a dictatorship.

While Atem and his supporters fiercely rejected this accusation, his enemies kept getting louder and bolder with their protests, and the opposition to the Lylat Kingdom grew.

While unfocused for a while, the opposition grew much fiercer after the disastrous civil war on the planet of Irazous.

Irazous, a war with a bloody history between two races, one human, one humanoid bugs, and both sides had a long history at being at each other's throats were not literally going for each other's throats after a holy site to both sides was destroyed, and both sides blamed each other.

The Lylat Kingdom and the Enji Knights tried to intervene and put a stop to the fighting, but for all of their power they could not force people to get along, despite what a few people thought.

While many negotiations for peace were made, both sides were to fanatical about being the victor to let anything cheat them out of what they thought was rightfully theirs, and many masseurs occurred, and many more people, including Enji Knights, died.

The situation got so intense that one fed up Enji, none other than the apprentice of Master Myers, Xehamaru, decided the only way to bring peace was to force it, and working with Lylat Captain Rau Le Creuset, the Enji Knight unleashed a devastating orbital bombardment to the world massacring most of the world and literally blasting the fight out of its people. The battle for Irazous was over, but it left the world and its people broken, and bitter.

Countless people and organizations used the outcome of the Irazous to decry the Lylat Kingdom as a fascist cruel government that just used a benevolent mask to dupe the masses. Ansem Zeon, the representative of the world of Vana'diel publicly condemned the Lylat Kingdom as hopelessly corrupt and that King Atem and his supporters were trying to force every living being to conform to one style of living.

Saying that all free people should have the chance to live how they see fit even if it's riskier, Ansem along with others like Weil Zabi, Zeon Zum Deikun, Treize Khushern made a notion for a new confederation of worlds that would split from the Lylat Kingdom to form their own loose alliance. And so what was once just a lose web of defiance became the United States of the Zeon Federation.

While leaving the Lylat Kingdom was no crime in itself, King Atem feared this could lead to the very collapse of central order and a return to universe of chaotic anarchy and so he desperately tried to appeal to Ansem and the others to reconsider this, but many people quickly noticed many of the members of the Zeon Federation were hell bent on splitting from the Lylat Kingdom.

Master Myers and many in the Lylat Military darkly came to the realization that many like Weil Zabi may publicly talk about equality and freedom for all, but were far more concerned about being able to do what they want and be free to make profits in any unethical manner that they chose.

Furthermore, the Enji Knights quickly deduced that many shady organizations like the religious order of Sithantos and Organization XIII and many criminal cartels were working with the Zeon Federation, and many begun to wonder if the true intention of the founders of the Zeon Federation was to force a revolution.

As many prepared for a universe wide civil war, King Atem and the Enji still tried to reach out to Ansem to avoid a war, and for a time it seemed that peace was still possible as Ansem agreed to meet Enji Master Minato in the neutral space colony Twilight Town to discuss last minute negotiations for an agreement.

However, that chance for hope became a nightmare, as a transport ship exploded, unleashing poison gas into the entire space colony and killing Ansem, Master Minato, and just about everyone on board.

While no one could prove that the Lylat Kingdom did anything to sabotage anything, Weil Zabi quickly blamed the Lylat Kingdom and the Enji, and swiftly became the new president. Soon after Zum Dekiun, Treize Khushern, and others were confirmed dead, and Weil used this as justification to secure even more power over the Zeon Federation, and declare war on the Lylat Kingdom to secure independence.

While many soon realized that Weil seemed to be benefiting more than anyone else in the Zeon Federation form recent turn of events, the control over his people seemed nearly absolute. So sadly, despite all efforts with Weil Zabi's declaration of war the universe had officially descended in to its first universal civil war.

Once more, the sins of mortals have guided them into a dark path, but little did they realize just how much at stake. As prophesied in the ancient slab known as the Epitaph of Twilight, legend said that once more a hero would find himself with the choice of rising to the occasion, or fall into utter oblivion.

Soon after the outbreak of the war between the Lylat Kingdom and the Zeon Federation, a young human male with high hopes of becoming a hero by chance found a shrine that held the sword of a legendary hero, the Star Sword, and from what would fallow would become the Tales of the Cosmic Wars.

Cosmos feared that this all was the prelude to another dark age, but she had no idea the scope of how long this was in the making.

While Zannacross was successfully bound by the trans-dimensional seal, his mind was not frozen, and while it took some effort, he was able to in time peer out and observe the universe he was banned from. It took countless lifetimes, but Zannacross was able to seep his essence into the mortal plane.

It was hardly more then a fragment of his full power, but that was still enough to cause chaos, to take over the souls of weak-minded individuals and use them as puppets.

He was able to have " echos" of his soul lash out in smaller demons that were the enbodyment of death such as Yuris, Zophar, Nyx ,The Cloud of Darkness, Phazon, Nereid, and other Necron fragments and countless other manifestations of the Emperor of Darkness's hate for mortals and there failings, though as powerful as these segments were they all paled in comparison to the source.

He could not erode the seal on himself, but he was able to erode the seal on Darth Damonus and some of his other servants, and plot his revenge on Cosmos and all that denied him.

Damonus and Xiza were able to goad humans such as Weil Zabi into war and recruit Xehamaru to lead the Sithantos cult to help quicken his revival. By giving Xehamaru knowledge of the most forbidden dark magic, he was able to revive recent infamous villains such as Ganondorf, the reincarnation of Demise, Sigma, the Reploid who lead a century long rebellion because he went mad from a virus, that was created from a fragment of Zannacross's power after being experimented on by the mad Doctor Wily, and later on Sephiroth, the infamous " One Winged Angel" that was spawned from Jenova, a faithful servant of Zannacross.

In addition, Siegfried, now fully transformed into the demon Nightmare was fully committed to the darkness, and was willing to have his own revenge on the universe that shunned him.

Zannacross and his Demon Lords were also able to persuade a clone of Seyia created by none other than 'own brother, Akhenaden, who went by Xemnas, and Myers's son Kira Myers to secretly fight for him.

Zannacross was also able to create an avatar to directly use as a puppet called Ravxen, a being forged of countless souls that was the "Phantom of Chaos" in Xemnas's Organization.

But despite all of the infamous villains that were being recruited the person that caused the most death was the most normal of all of them, and in ways that's what made him most dangerous, and that would be Brad Fowltror, a man the entire universe would soon be known as the" Unstoppable Juggernaut."

Brad was just a strong but normal kid who grew up under a mob informant on the Lylat world of Macbeth. He was no genius but had enough natural street smarts to have the instincts to be on top of anyone that would try and get in the way of what he wanted.

His father ratted on his fellow mobsters so he would not go down with them and not be a casualty in the war between the crime lords M Bison, Geese Howard, and Shao Kahn, but while he gave up power to protect his family, to his son he might as well have died rather then give up power.

For a short time, Brad could do nothing but beat up anything that he could get his hands on to vent, but a twist of fate, dark fate allowed his situation to change. His father managed to save the life of one of the most infamous scientists in the universe, and in return gave Brad a tour of the lab where he was working on.

Even if all of the science was over his head, Brad could nearly smell the power and sneaked into where the "Juggernaut Project" was being worked on. Without hesitation Brad infused himself with the project to gain power, and as a result killed his parents, the person he pretended was his friend, Kevin Winnicot and everyone above the underground lab, killing thousands and indirectly causing the Irazous Civil War.

Brad would have been killed himself, if not for his action catching the eye of Zannacross. The explosion Brad caused was powerful enough to attract the Shin Emperor of Darkness, and Zannacross was amused with Brad's sheer singled minded hunger for power that he made a pact with the savage of a man, giving him enough power to survive merging with the Juggernaut Project.

Brad's act was what indirectly caused the Galactic Civil War to take off, and Brad knew it. But he did not give a damn that millions, including his own parents died because of him. He did not care if the universe fell apart, along as he was on the top of the hill of its ruins.

While Brad Fowltror was the embodiment of all that Zannacross hated about humanity, the man who had all of the seven sins was like watching a hideous person in your way, part of you can't bare to look at it, but the sheer absolute hideous nature made it hard to look away from.

Brad was Zannacross's proof that evil was humanity's nature, and as wild and self-serving as he was he was helpful to Zannacross because most of all, by a dark twist of fate he had gotten Lacus Raystar, Cosmos's new chosen successor to the Antitype Apostle bloodline to be the champion of humanity.

While Lacus was a kind girl, unlike Serenity she at times let her fear guide her actions. Raised in the Raystar family, one of the noble houses of the Lylat Kingdom, Lacus had ever thing she could need to have a happy life. But her angelic powers emerged early, early enough for demons to sense it and alert Zannacross.

The devil was alarmed enough to take action and possess men such as Quinn and Albedo to try and kill Lacus before her true power could emerge.

Her family was so desperate to protect Lacus from dying form being unable to handle her power that when Master Myers and Master Minato arrived with her family they sealed the Blue Eyes White Dragon inside her to stabilize her.

While making Lacus a Jinchūriki had plenty of risk's on its own, it gave Lacus enough strength so that she would be able to survive evolving into a angel.

The Enji and the Celestial ones were secretive enough about what they did that Zannacross and his forces were unaware what happened to Lacus, but after those failed attempts Zannacross realized in this case a man, not a demon would best serve his cause, because Brad managed by change to meet Lacus in her high school.

Once more he hardly knew much about Lacus, other than that she had power, and was the ideal "trophy" wife he deserved. Through his own cunning he hired a group of mobile suite pilots under Ali Al-Saachez to attack Lacus at the high school to cause her to let the Blue Eyes White Dragon out, allowing Brad to put a control spell on her, and manipulate her to think he saved her, and that he was the only one that could ever truly protect her.

This caused Lacus to be loyal to Brad enough to vouch for him to join the Enji. If Zannacross could have Cosmos's champion choose the evilest sinful man's path, it would prove once and for all he was right about humanity. But this path was challenged by another person that no one would think before hand would be a factor, Ben Auro.

The young man came from a family that's bloodline was nothing special for generations. While his cousin Max Bruder was an ace fighter in his own right Ben did not inherent Max's genus, and while by pushing himself he was able to qualify to join the Enji Knights, he had nothing special.

He managed to impress Enji Captain and former hero of the planet Cetra to make him part of his Squad, but it was not clear if Ben would be anything but a grunt till by chance he ended up on the Mushroom Kingdom, and found the Star Sword.

Ben Auro and Brad Fowltror were both nobodies to the universe, but with some luck and taking a chance they managed to be the men that would decide the fate of the universe.

Ben was Lacus's childhood friend, and always cared for one of the few people that showed him kindness in his childhood years. While he lost touch with Lacus after going to middle school, the two were also reunited by chance. Though it turned from a miracle to a nightmare seeing that Lacus not only had a boyfriend, but someone who made his childhood bullies look like saints in terms of hostility.

After being picked to be the chosen one, Ben felt he at last prove he was good enough for Lacus, but he had to survive a universal cosmic war to get the chance first.

Even as more infamous villains returned form the dead and the war kept escalating as Xehamaru revealed he was the leader of Sithantos Ben was able to hold his own with the thanks of his teammates Doug Fitter, James Elrond, Cloud, and the other Enji. While a tad on the shy side, he managed to make friend with many hero's across various worlds, from the plucky Mario bro's and there pal Yoshi, to the free sprit Sonic the Hedgehog and his " Freedom Fighters", to the champion of Hyrule and hero of Time, Wind, Twlight and more, Link, to the bane of all Space Pirates, the Chozo clad bounty Hunter Samus Aran, to the food loving pink puffball of doom from Dreamland, Kirby, to the ace Star Fox team, to the Legendary Maverick hunters Megaman X, Zero, and Axl, and countless others who fought the good fight.

Ben even found his own Digimon Partner, Hiryuumon. While he seemed like just a Yoshi like sidekick who popped out of an egg, little did he know that it was really Daigo, who at last awoke to have his redemption after his soul was reconfigured with the power of the Soul Infinity Gem upon his previous death.

But even with all of these friends he made, the path of a chosen hero was still a very rough ride as he had to survive the wrath of threats such as the infamously deadly maverick Vile, the savage Barbatos Goetia, Magento, the vengeful Master of Magnetism and leader of the Mutant order of Genosha , the savage Metroid Prime, and many of the strongest members of the Organization of XIII Dark Enji.

It was not just legends from a far that he had to deal with but people he trusted, for Ben was betrayed by a childhood friend Ricky OKeeffe, who had become the leader of a minor gang the Toxic Vultures and tried to kill him to make a profit, a clash that ended tragically.

But despite all of this Ben refused to submit and his resolve to prove he could live up to his destiny and overcame one battle over another. Even when Xehamaru invaded with a massive fleet composed of most of the villains he had fought so far, with the help of his fellow Enji and the other hero's Ben was able to break through and defeat Xehamaru after unlocking the " Bankai" power of his Star Sword and getting help from everyone to the three Lylat Summon gods to Magneto, Xehamaru was killed despite his monstrous transformation.

This caused Zannacross to take Ben as a serious threat, and decided to put more of a priority to seeing the wielder of the Star Sword suffer as he had Damonus take over for Xehamaru and officially declare the return of the Zannacross Empire.

Yes, as important as Ben's defeat of Xehamaru was, it was only the beginning of the real battle. However, Ben would soon learn the hard way just how painful the path of a hero was.

Not only was he facing even more powerful opponents like Nightmare, or his true form Night-Terror, and having to stop the plans of the likes of Bowser and Robotnik, who after joining the Zannacross Empire, mostly out of fear, attacked there old foes with nearly five times the power and viciousness.

But, it was more than the constant tense battles that Ben had to deal with, it was also the emotional strain that hurt most of all!

And he was hit hard when first the first girl he thought was seriously romantically interested in him, Lisa, revealed herself to be one of the elite dark Enji of the Organization Larxene, and that she had played with Ben's heart so he would get close to her and smash it!

And if dealing with the fact that she never really cared for him was bad enough, soon he felt a pain that was even more devastating, when after at last reuniting with Max after so long, he was devastated to find out that his favorite cousin and former mentor and been deceiving him for some time, and he had appeared to have betrayed the Enji Knights to become the ruthless bounty hunter that dons the Zandalor armor and had the nickname of the terror of death, Janus.

To Ben's horror Max made it quite clear he cared little for the honor pride and justice he once inspired Ben to believe in, and his only dream now was to make as much profits as he could without anyone binding him down! And he made it quite clear to Ben, that he would eliminate anyone who stood in his way.

Ben was heartbroken to find the man he looked up to the most had served the bound they had, and everything he believed in seemed to have shatter! And it seemed Ben really had no luck because amiss all of this Kira Myers took it upon himself to train Ben and his rival Ezan personally, in order in to his eyes insure they become ideal soldiers, that under his wing would be purged of all of their weaknesses, one way or another.

While Ben was not excited to train under Kira in the first place, when he came to the Grand Masters son Titan's base on the moon, he found himself under more pain the most of his battles.

He quickly learned that Kira 's style of training, was to drive out all emotions, embrace maximize pain to become immune to suffering, and to think of one's self only as a warrior, and to discard all other emotions. guy you could say, did not respond well with his new masters training, and this just made Kira even harsher!

Isolated from his friends, pushed without rest to overwhelming expectations, and dealing with the string of betrayals made Ben feel like he was beginning to drown in his pain, and the fact that at this point Kira was pushing him to embrace himself as a solider that would sacrifice himself to bring order and stability to the cosmos made Ben have a grim outlook for his future.

As Ben's pain was becoming overwhelming, when Lacus refused to talk to him because Brad did not want her being friends with him was the last straw and his darkness began to consume him.

This reached its final boiling point when on the mission after that, he thought that his two best friends Doug and James had betrayed him and tried to kill them! While it would later prove that the two were in fact imposters using illusions to trick Ben, this caused Ben to truly snap, and his anger, rage and sorrow was so great that to keep himself from having a total mental breakdown his mind formed a new personality, that merged with the sudden explosion of darkness flowing in to him to become a new persona of wrath, rage, and cruelty, Darth Idious.

Now a being of rage, Idious and Hiryuumon, who also became consumed with darkness and dark Digivole to his dark mega level Helldramon became pawns of darkness that went on a rampage that involved wiping out everyone on the planet of Taris and even attacking his fellow Enji without a second thought.

However, just as Ben's violent second personality was going to erase all the things he said caused his creation, Lacus, Cloud, Master Myers and the others were able to break through to the real Ben from inside Idious, prove that Ben had real friends that would not abounded him! With this, and some help from Myers, Ben was able to stabilize his personality, and turn back to normal!

However, his pain still was not over. For what he had done Kira had him cruelly arrested, and ordered to be executed for treason! As cruel as this was, this was just the start, for with this Kira made this the time to at last reveal his true ambitions!.

For with Master Myers severely injured after saving Ben and being comatose Kira announced in front of Atem that with the support of the Subcommittee members who share his views that he saw Atem 's ideals as foolish, and to bring peace and justice he desired to overthrow Atem and become Supreme King to make sure things go his way! And Kira showed he had no mercy left in his heart.

He killed or captured Atem 's followers like the Subcommittee members that did not agree with him, and even those that did, froze the King himself in a carbonite slab, frame Ben for his murder, and then issue order 66, to have his clone army try and wipe out his former comrades to insure they couldnot stop him.

While it nearly looked like the Enji Order was on the verge of sharing the fate of the Jedi, they showed they would not roll over and die so easily, and with the help of those that knew the Enji were not traitors like Mario, Kirby, Sonic, and others helped them survive.

And with the help of another mysterious ally, most of the clone soldiers who were obeying under nano machines suddenly found them shut down, giving the Enji some breathing room, and allowing them to mount an assault on the treacherous Kira.

After fighting through more Titan's forces and saving Ben from his execution, the hero regained his resolve and after smacking some sense in to Ezan and getting his step farther out of the picture they confronted the current Supreme King of the Lylat Kingdom.

Even when Master Myers arrived to join the fight, they found that the deluded would be tyrant's mastery over both light and darkness as well as his Absolute Hypnosis magic made him the most powerful foe yet, even more then Xehamaru! However, another twist in the day occurred when out of no when Max appeared! At last Max knew he could reveal the truth, that he was not the traitor, Kira was!

It was Kira who with Xiza wiped out the Zandalorin's because they would not get in line, and when Max protested Kira set his teammate up and tried to kill him to. And that is why Max had to hide in the shadows, because he knew he would never be able to unveil the truth on his own. But now that Kira had shown his true face to the cosmos, Ben's cousin was more than a little eager to at last have his revenge.

The day was not the day Max saw Kira dead in his feet, but he did take a limb. While Ben survived this treacherous battle, the war escalated even more now that Kira and his Titan Forces had joined the Zannacross Empire.

Despite this Ben, Master Myers and the others were even more determined to atone for their mistakes, and fought on. Ben defeated Ganondorf, survived the return of Sephiroth, and settled the score with his cousin and defeated Max in a duel thanks to his new skills such as the Kaio Ken and Max's own ultimate attack the Sekiha Tenkyoken Technique.

Ben and Max were able to fight together once more and defeat the demon lord Xiza before he could kill billions with the long inactive Halo relay, but this victory was soured as his cousin died before his eyes from a killer that would not even show his face.

Emboldened to not let his cousin's life be in vain, Ben was even more determined to live up to his destiny. He managed to secure the last fragment of the Star Sword and shut down Doctor Wily's long planned revenge to save Zero.

But as he saved one friend, another friend was turning closer to the path of darkness as Darth Damonus attacked the moment Ben defeated both Doctor Wily and Sigma, and with the revived villains Kuja, Exdeath, Ultimecia, and Kefka Palazzo, Ben and the others were nearly overwhelmed, stressing Lacus out enough to let the Blue Eyes White Dragon go on a rampage.

This succeeded in causing the villains to retreat, but also killed innocent people and hurt Ben's mother enough to put her into a comma. While Lacus had broken up with Brad after Max died, this trauma caused her to give up hope and embrace Brad as her only savior.

To say Ben was stressed by this turn of events was a understatement, but his loss only fueled his desire to make sure all he went through was not in vain, as he went on to settle the score with the Graceful Assassin of the Dark Enji Marluxia in Castle Oblivion after helping Ezan coming to terms with his past and reuniting with his real father Ansem Zeon.

Ben, Myers and the other Enji proved they were determined to bring peace to the universe as with the help of Ansem Zeon they were at last able to end the war with Zeon after taking down Weil Zabi, even after he merged with his Death Star battle station Ragnarök.

At last all of the universe had united to fight the forces of darkness trying to exterminate them all, but even then, things seemed dire. More and more Ben was worried if he could truly live up to his destiny, and despite knowing he should focus on what he had to do, he was worried he was losing Lacus.

After following Brad and Lacus to planet Venom, he found his childhood friend's boyfriend casually taking out the crime lords of the universe to become the kingpin of crime to admass power, and Lacus did not seem to care at all.

Knowing he was not strong enough to protect her when she needed him, Ben was determined to prove to her and everyone he was not a false savior. He managed to at last defeat Kira over the planet Pulse and save his new ally Lighting as Kira, now calling himself" Darth Judicar", Sephiroth, and Genesis all tried to end his legacy once and for all.

He survived, but learned just how tragic the fate of a hero could be after finding out Nightmare was really Siegfried, one of Seyia's close comrades. Knowing how hero's failed in the past, Ben was resolute to stay down the path of a hero even if it killed him, a path that was looking more and more likely as the stress from battle to battle was damaging his body more and more.

The moment of truth was fast approaching, and after the Enji became aware of Brad's ambition they decided the time had come to expose him and give Ben one final test at the last time in the form of the Enji Budokai.

Ben had to defeat many of his friends like Cloud and Doug, but it was all to prepare him to settle the score with Brad. During there bitter rematch Ben at last gave Brad the beatdown he deserved, but it forced Brad's hand. Thanks to Doug Brad's past was exposed to all, and everyone saw how Brad killed his own parents to get the Juggernaut Project, and how he killed Max to shut him up before he could expose him.

Lacus was broken after realizing her boyfriend had been the one to have hurt Ben so deeply, not to mention kill millions. Worrying that she really was beyond redemption she went with Brad to Xemnas, giving herself to the Dark Enji just to try and survive.

A worried Ben ran into Gabriel Celeste and the other Celestial Ones acting as Cosmos's vanguard to go through the final test to prove he was indeed the chosen hero, and go to Earth Prime.

As the others fought off the Tower of Salvation's defenses, along with the Duodecim Royal Knight Digimon that were manipulated by Kira to think the Enji were the enemies thanks to his Absolute Hypnosis magic, Ben overcame his own darkness and defeated Idious in a special room in the Tower of Destiny, and at last made it to the top to find the Divine Nova but he had one last test to pass first, defeating Master Myers.

The leader of the Enji pretended he had turned evil to test Ben, but fought him savagely enough to make the act feel all to real.

Ben was able to overcome and defeat the man who he saw as his father figure, but his relief was turned to despair as Myers was shot in front of him, by none other then Brad.

Brad had used Lacus to get him and the Dark Enji to Earth Prime, and shoot Ben right when he was about to get his ultimate power, to take the sword for himself.

Brad gleefully forced Lacus to kill Ben, turning her to the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon so that she could lose the last goodness in her heart and have nothing left but to be Brad's dark queen.

Zannacross, as Ravxen, watched on as well with eagerness, eager to see Cosmos's chosen one's kill her to prove at last how hope gives way to despair. But in the moment of truth Lacus proved what she truly cared about as her true feelings emerged and she blasted Brad away to once and for all break away from his control.

A furious Brad lashed out and descended to sheer barbaric fury, nearly killing Lacus, truly killing Larxene and Nightmare, and looking like he killed Xemnas and Kira to provide a rare moment when all of the groups attacked Brad at once as the madman truly attempted to destroy everyone and everything and become a god that made every single thing obey him with absolute force.

But Brad at last found the hard way that brutality does not win all the time, as while he broke the Star Sword in his rampage, his act forced Lacus's angelic powers to fully awaken, and thanks to her help, Siegfried trying to atone for his sins, and the help of his friend Ben was able to merge the Star Sword with the Divine Nova and reach the power Seiya had, the Divine Mugen Nova.

With this power he at last killed Brad, and thanks to the Juggernaut Project's effects killing Brad destroyed his soul, looking like this was truly the end for the monster of a man.

But all the stress of unleashing such power nearly killed Ben, and the forces of the Zannacross Empire knew this was there last chance so Ravxen revealed his true nature and Xemnas revealed he was in league with the Zannacross Empire the entire time before forcing Lacus to go with them after she wrapped everyone away to Corneria to keep her friends safe.

As dire as things were thanks to some of the enemy forces such as Bowser, Doctor Robotnik, Meta-Knight and Axel defecting to the Enji after realizing how grim there prospects were if Zannacross was released, the forces of light made a mad dash to Van'Dalgyon to rescue Lacus before she was sacrificed to fully revive Zannacross.

The forces of good fought through the entire Zannacross Fleet, including the Devil Gundam, and Ben and his friends took down Sigma, Saix and more to get to the woman Ben loved. They arrived just in time to save Lacus, only to see Zannacross prepare to revive in front of there eyes.

At the last moment Kira showed he had not betrayed everyone just to be a pawn and made his act of "Divine Polymerization" with the essence of the god of darkness, to become god himself.

Kira showed he truly was intent on being the one who sat on the throne of heaven and destroy all the god's that allowed such a flawed existence to go on. But Kira's plan was not as fool proof as he thought, for Ben and Lacus's combined power was enough to end the traitor to the Enji Knight's ambitions once and for all.

Yet…this was just the prelude to the horror, as they found out Kira did not erase Zannacross, but merely delayed his return, as the Shin Emperor of Darkness appeared before everyone fully revived. Waiting eons for his revenge, Zannacross overwhelmed everyone with his reality altering power and quickly cast Ben and Lacus into hell before killing all of there friends.

As Ben and Lacus fought the entire collection of hell's ranks Zannacross revived his other Arch Demon Lords, and appeared before Ben and Lacus just as they thought they were going to escape hell just to show he was further mocking them, and casting them to the deepest layer of hell, the Darkness of Time.

With Cosmos's champions fallen to the depths of darkness Zannacross used Kingdom Hearts to break her protection, and launch an invasion on Heaven itself.

Even all of the hero's in history could not keep Zannacross from reuniting with his former spouse. Knowing full to well Cosmic Abstracts could not be destroyed like mortals, Zannacross showed Cosmos the revenge he plotted by hurting her enough to take a blow to protect her children, allowing Zannacross to shatter her and absorb her essence to make the Eternal Kami Munesanzun Crystal and truly become god over all, at least in theory.

Despite his victory over Cosmos many factors revealed things were not as final as he thought. In her last words Cosmos revealed there was one above her and Zannacross all this time, and that god alone could not rule.

He did not truly defeat her, for she did something that after all these years he could not truly expect, and that was that Cosmos had put all of her hope and faith not in herself, but in humans, and more precisely, Ben Auro and Lacus Raystar.

Cosmos was willing to show Zannacross how wrong about mortals and since she knew that Zannacross and herself were in the end two sides of the same coin, it would be something that came from both of them, humans that could prevail.

And so Zannacross was outraged to see that Ben and Lacus had escaped the Darkness Beyond time thanks to Cosmos giving a powerful portion of her essence into the Golden Imperial Crystal.

With this power Ben and Lacus were able to return to Corneria, free their friends from the devil's control, and even cast a barrier that was powerful enough to prevent Zannacross from erasing the capital planet or its people! This made him ballistic at the fact that not only had Ben and Lacus escaped from his "ultimate" death but they had enough power to defy him.

Realizing that if he could not just wish this obstacle away his ultimate power was not quite so absolute, Zannacross realize that there was one final obstacle that stood in his way of being the true master of all, the one being that was above Zannacross, the Supreme Being, the " father" of Cosmos and himself.

Throughout all of history Zannacross refused to even humor Cosmos's thoughts that there was a being above there level, and just thought that Cosmos had gotten infected with the delusions of humans.

However, seeing that he could not force his new world in to existence made him force to expect there could be a higher power in play, and he was more determined to force this new figure in to the light, and finalize his dominance as the one true god.

This zeal to prove he was the true supreme being made Zannacross more focus on having the Axis of Time be completely absorbed then on destroying Ben, Lacus and the last army of the light as they fought through his Demon Lords and at last took down Exdeath, Ultimecia, Kefka, Xemnas and Sephiroth .

For to him, once he had complete control over all existence, the defiance of the hero's would amount to nothing when he could just reconfigure all that annoyed him into his liking.

While Zannacross was beyond tired of this stubborn defiance all of a sudden he found what he sought, and when the universe was on the verge of total destruction the being who ranked above him in the cosmic hierarchy, the Supreme Being, the One above all!

This absolute god told Zannacross his ideology on life and death was flawed, and even if mortals were fated to die as long as they defined their life it was not worthless. Zannacross sought to prove even to this "Truth" that darkness concurred all and showed his power by unleashing every villain in existence to crush Ben and his group.

However to his cringe the Supreme Being showed his title was not a fake one, as he easily countered this move by helping the hero's out, and brining every hero in the past, the present and future of reality to Ben's side to even the odds.

Zannacross and this Supreme being then clashed, and like Cosmos before him Zannacross took advantage of his enemies' compassion for others and seemed to be able to force this Supreme Being in to being part of him. Zannacross thought he truly was the Supreme Being and saw Ben's arrival as a mere annoyance.

Disgusted with Ben and the others even daring to think they know more than one whose existence has been since the dawn of time! Being told that there fear and weakness made them know then someone who always assumed things would go way was the last straw, Zannacross moved to wipe out Ben, Lacus and those who had such asinine logic once and for all!

While Zannacross unleashed his full fury, Ben and the others were ready this time, and were able to stand their ground against his attacks, no matter how much these attacks broke the laws of physics! Livid that mortals had once more been able to make him feel pain, he tried to finish this war once and for all by unleashing a spell that sealed everyone's energy and power, turning everyone into powerless beings.

Even at this stage Ben refused to submit to Zannacross, and showed that no matter what the odds, he would refuse to bow to an unjust monster no matter how powerful that monster may be! Showing the strength of his will, even with barley any strength Ben was able to manage to trick Zannacross to attack himself and undo his spell so that everyone's power could be restored.

A ballistic Zannacross sought to end this defiance once and for all, but while he tried to make Ben and Lacus kill each other, he underestimated there love and trust and each other, and Ben stabbed through Lacus, and since she was a holy being his blade did not harm her, and proceeded to go right to its target, Zannacross and the Eternal Kami Munesanzun Crystal.

With this Ben and the others were able to pile on the damage, and nearly destroy Zannacross's body.

While the true god of darkness was beyond purely existing in one corporal form, once more this was an outcome that he could barely comprehend.

Tired of this resistance, and tired of playing fair, Zannacross wanted to show his enemies the true power of the true god, and unleashed all of his power, forcing every evil entity in existence to fuse with his essence, and he became a being that's nearly the size of a galaxy, his four faced form that was truly the embodiment of all evil, Zeed Infinatos Zannacross.

In this ominous state that seemed to have infinite power, Zannacross was in a state were entire galaxies could easily be flung like they were mere shurikens.

While in this state actuality itself seemed to be ready to break, and all existence seemed to be ruined, to his great lament he STILL could not destroy Ben. While he almost did, Ben and Lacus combined their energy to truly be one, and with the Golden Imperial Crystal Ben was able to merge with all the light energy in existence to temporally become a god like being. In this ultimate climax to the Cosmic War Zannacross and Ben unleashed what seemed to be literally all the energy of good and evil at each other.

While Zannacross thought all of the rage, hate and grief of the universe combined together would crush everything, to his horror he found that the combined hope, love, and courage of those who wanted to live was more than even the combined energy of all the resolve of every evil being.

With the help of Kira and those like him who were sinners but still did not accept Zannacross, his energy was weakened, and Ben was able to destroy his ultimate body and defeat the ultimate embodiment of evil.

Even as his body and the majority of his essence was destroyed, even as his perfect realm was now crumbling, Zannacross refused to expect this. Without the Eternal Kami Muneanzun Crystal Zannacross refused to expect defeat. Even as he had been reduced to little more than a specter, he would not let humans get the last laugh. Using what little energy, he had, Zannacross used his energy to cause the now unraveling dimensions to become unstable.

Zannacross would rather have all existence collapse and wait millions of years to rebuild reality into his liking then let his enemies have their way! When Lacus tried to use all of her power to fix the damaged universe and bring the realms back in to order, a crazed vengeful Zannacross used all of his energy to try and make her fail. While he barley could even interact with the physical realm at this point, Ben and Lacus could not do anything to stop him either.

While Zannacross seemed to be on the verge of having the last laugh, once more he underestimated the courage of others, and this would be his final downfall. To stop Zannacross once and for all Kisara forced her body to go out of Lacus and be possessed by Zannacross, and with the supreme god of darkness inhabiting the body of the Blues Eyes Shining Dragon, he could once more be hit.

With the sliver haired women retreating in to the Divine Mugen Nova, Ben and Lacus could go all out, and use all of there might to blast Zannacross into the nexus of creation, before Ben sealed this space with the Divine Mugen Nova standing watch.

To Zannacross's horror his plans had all failed him, and now he was going to rule over an endless realm of nothingness, a realm that only he resided in!

Once the Axis of Time would become stable the place between order and chaos that Zannacross was trusted in to would become nearly inaccessible to all other beings.

As Zannacross soon found him losing all feeling, the Supreme Being appeared once more to show Zannacross how wrong he was! Taunting him once more, this One Above All told Zannacross that he would likely never be free and would soon wish that he was back in his previous prison compared to how the rest of his existence would be.

Now realizing that he would never see, or even interact with anything for the rest of time, the god of darkness was forced to realize that he was wrong, and would loath his immortally, and have plenty of time to think over his mistakes, it was the only thing he had left to do as he had to expect his punishment. With Zannacross's ultimate revenge foiled, once and for all he had no choice but to accept that darkness was not superior after all.

At long last, the battle between good and evil seemed to have its final victory with good emerging on top. The cost at first seemed bittersweet to Ben as Lacus 's body shattered as a price for getting Ben out of Zannacross's reality before it collapsed.

But the One-Above-All showed his champion mercy, and revived both Lacus and Cosmos, along with everyone that was killed by Zannacross himself after his revival.

At last after so many years, the prophecy came true and the rapture had unfolded, all of the people in the universe who had more darkness then light in there hearts died when Zannacross's ultimate form was destroyed, and the soul of every evil being died along with it. Hell was purged, and all that was left was to revel happily ever after as Ben, Lacus and the rest of the Enji fulfilled their destiny to make the age of marvels a reality.

For once, the mortal realm looked like paradise and Cosmos took great pride that after everything it looked like her view on the nature of mortals was correct. But of course…the thing about when things have a happily ever after…is that because that's when the story ends. The universe may have seen its wish come true, but everyone was going to see that the subconscious does not always match with what is on the surface and if the champions of the light thought they brought about the end of history...they were about to find out they were sorely awaken to reality.

The Fourth Cosmic Age: The Secret Wars, The Era where Men became Gods.

Utopia…paradise, perfection, such concepts have been sought after since as long as there was rational thought…but just what is a perfect life? That's been subjective, double so for "villains", but from the start Cosmos's dream was for the mortal realm to nearly be as perfect as heaven with the only difference being cycling through one phase of existence to another.

But such a state had eluded her no matter how hard her, Zannacross and their children tried.

Because in the end, no matter how perfect a moment is, it can't last forever. In theory at least, many wondered if a society was perfect enough, they could overcome their failings and overcome the cycle. Such logic, such drive to build a stairway to heaven had caused countless death.

Part of the problem was a failure to admit basic human nature, if not the nature of most living things.

Cosmos, her angels and her mortal champions all saw authoritarianism as a stage in a societies evolutionary process, but many argued that there were no stages, and that Authoritarianism may be a stable condition of human existence, more stable then liberalism and democracy. It appeals to core elements of human nature that liberalism does not always satisfy…the desire for order, for strong leadership, and perhaps above all, the yearning for the security of family, tribe, and nation.

If the liberal world order stands for individual rights, freedom, universality, equality, regardless of race or national origin, for cosmopolitanism and tolerance, the authoritarian regimes stand for the opposite, in a very traditional time-honored way shaped by people's instincts.

After all, what Cosmos and many of her likeminded children would not accept is that she only had such values because she and most angels had the securities and luxuries her children in the mortal realm did not, for it was savage barbarism that was natural to most over more liberal ideals, because such brutal instincts were what lead to their survival.

For from the beginning, liberalism inspired a virulent anti-liberalism. Such cosmopolitanism, they argued, uprooted tradition and culture and "all that makes one truly alive." They believed, as people throughout history believed, that natural " hierarchy of authority," was the iron glad rules of nature, and that humans were " not made for freedom"; it was only under " wisely authoritarian rulers" that they could find happiness.

Such ideas were one Zannacross championed nearly from the start, naturally assuming he was the ultimate leader over all life, and ones Cosmos refused to believe were the "natural state "of life itself. Cosmos knew the dark side was the easier path for people to take but believed if things were just pushed to the right state, they could at last overcome the fear that push's them to hurt others.

But there was the problem that the cold hard truth was that time and again there were many times when people preferred tyranny to freedom, and it was not just that demonic tyrants would not give them the option, for the belief that peoples at all times share a desire for freedom, and that this universal desire supersedes all others, is a incomplete description of human experience.

People also seek order and security and welcomed a strong leader who can provide those things, even if he does not allow the full panoply of rights and freedoms. In troubled times, and even not only in troubled times, people seek outlets for anger and resentment, for fear and hatred of the "other" In their midst.

Those who suffered defeat and humiliation, often find that democracy offers insufficient solace and insufficient promise of revenge and justice and thus they look to a strong leader to provide those things to them.

Furthermore, champions of freedom don't like the sad truth that many are happy with a tyrant controlling them, as long as they don't kill them they can blame the tyrant instead of themselves and can be free to live in there delusion, a desire that was more frequent then most wanted to admit.

Cosmos and many others liked to believe that at the end of the day, her victory over Zannacross proved that the desire for freedom trumped the other mortal impulses. But there is no end of the day as long as there is life, and there is no final triumph unless one wants all existence to end.

Mortal existence is a constant battle among competing impulses…between self-love and the love of others, between the noble and the base, between the desire for freedom and the desire for order and security…and because those struggles never end, the fate of liberalism and democracy and justice in existence is never settled, for all that Zannacross's defeat really proved was that, most people did not want to die.

The end of the Cosmic War did remove every murder in the entire universe, but people who are not evil at the moment can become evil if things change, regardless of how empty hell is.

Purging everyone who had more darkness then light in their hearts did make the universe more peaceful, and people did have good will after winning the " Ultimate war" between good and evil, and the shared memory of briefly being one as everyone fought as one being to strike down Zannacross 's final form, in the end, human nature marched on no matter the circumstances.

People were to afraid to be someone that was not worth salvation, but emotions run high at times no matter how rational people can be. The first few years after the end of the Cosmic Wars there were no major acts, but Cosmos and the Enji were starting to see people were already getting lax and reverting to bad habits.

Now that so many people thought they "won" the war, like a person that after marriage thinks that's their excuse to not try as hard, many were tired of serious issues and just wanted whatever amused them, logic be damned.

The angels and the Enji were growing more alarmed at how many people were electing leaders that were not qualified at all to rule, only good at telling people what they wanted to hear.

The paradox of a society being great, is that people take it for granted and don't understand what it takes to keep it that way, forgetting what's required to maintain such quality in the first place. Cosmos and her champions were getting more and more alarmed at how so many people, people that were proven not to be evil, just short sited and lazy, were willing to discard everything just to have things," be easier."

But it was one thing when it was a demon, tyrant, cyborg, or all of the above causing evil, it's another when it's the result of people's own indifference. It, was the classic never-ending dilemma for a hero, how much do they try and guide the people to a better tomorrow before they become like the evil they fought?

The issue with Super hero's is, without super villains to divert there attention, all that's left to do with there super powers is to have clout over those beneath them to act like how they want to act. Even Kal-El the Superman could not truly change people, even he could only hold the" jungle" that is mortal's true nature at bay before his time had ended and things slowly reverted to the status quo.

But it was not suppose to be just " business as usual," it was suppose to have been the ultimate war between good and evil, and the ultimate chosen hero had won, so things had to change more this time, in theory.

After all, in the end Ben and Lacus were not given eternal life just as a reward, but to give them time to atone for their mistakes, and change things more than all the heroes before them had failed to do, and create a better world.

But the way people were acting, the way so many were willing to just forsake any attachment to reality, Ben, Myers, Atem, and so many others were worried that if nothing was done all their hard work would be for naught and cosmic society would devolved into what the Masters of Masters called the" politics of inevitability "

The politics of inevitability is the idea that history is inexorably moving towards a certain future. For example, the idea that the universe is automatically becoming kinder and more peaceful, and we can just sit back and watch it happen.

Of course, history is not predictable and isn't moving towards an ultimate goal on its own, and the winners of the Cosmic War saw all too well that positive political principles don't just spread and establish themselves. If they were not actively pushed, they would see them fail, just as it failed for Serenity and the survivors of the last war with Zannacross.

If the people invest in the idea of the inevitable and it fails, they can, and have be disappointed, lose faith, and become vulnerable to the idea of the politics of eternity.

This is the cynical view that nothing ever really changes, that society can't be improved, but maybe people can further their own situation by following a charismatic leader who promises to return their reality to some nostalgic mythical golden age.

It may turn out to be someone that promises to make them feel better by defining some scapegoat other, and harming them and such ideology quickly turns to genocide again and again.

This is precisely what happened to the universe the last time Zannacross was descending, and also was happening before Cosmos stepped in and reached out to give mortals the ideas for the Lylat Kingdom and the Enji Knights. But Cosmos saw she had to push harder to break the cycle.

The politics of eternity temps with a cycle of nostalgia and delivers a cycle of conflict. Believers in the politics of inevitability might image that, in the course of time, people will become more educated and commit fewer errors as they understand what they use to fear. But rulers who embrace the politics of eternity use false beliefs about past and the present to justify fictional polices that reaffirm those beliefs, making politics an eternal struggle against enemies, making hate not the exception, but the rule, always hating, always seeing everyone but the " home" as enemies that must always suffer.

The politics of eternity generates policy that's purpose is to inflect pain: that works as a negative-sum game, where everyone but the top one percent or so of the population does worse, and the resulting suffering is used to keep the "game" going.

People get the feeling of winning because they believe that others are losing. Citizens in such a reign are conditioned to see politics as racial conflict rather than as work for a better common future, so that they would expect nothing better.

A populist is someone who proposes policies to increase opportunities for the masses as opposed to the financial elites, but a "sadopopulist" is one whose polices were designed to hurt the most vulnerable parts of their own electorate, because those people are conditioned to understand their own pain as a sigh of still greater pain inflicted upon others, and they are given the idea that they have just enough power to choose who suffers the most, for the politics of eternity converts pain to meaning, and then meaning back into more pain.

If the majority of the universe's population still chose hate over understanding because their fears and greed over whelmed reason, then Zannacross would get the last laugh after all about humanity's utter hopelessness.

As everyone saw how easily people were relapsing, there was a slow dread about things just going back to " business" as usual before things would fall apart and the majority of socity would drag everyoen else back down the road to" Unfreedom." Like how they did in Earth Prime after they started World War three, or after the New Republic Luke and Leia Skywalker worked so hard to build collapsed so easily after people only took a decade to swing back into fascism and let the " First Order" shatter galactic civilization for lifetimes.

The best minds of the Lylat Kingdom, from Doctor Light, to Ansem Zeon, to Doctor Fate, to many of the genus's named Cid, to Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four and his entire Future Foundation and all of the living genius's in the universe united to try and solve the universe's ultimate problem, but while they came together with some theories, they were having issues coming up with what most people would find acceptable.

The Lylat Kingdom started spreading the use of the Sibyl System across the universe to allow constant vigilance over the entirety of the universe's populace through cymatic scans of brain wave patterns which are analyzed to determine every individual's propensity towards criminality.

Such analyses include determining one's numerical Crime Co-efficient, one's color-coded Hue as it changes within a specified time period and one's basic societal profile from birth to the moment of scanning. The data is processed and analyzed instantaneously to produce what is termed a Psycho-Pass.

Between that and wide spreading the Trans-Am burst used by the 00 Raiser Gundam and the 00 QAN, the power to get people to find a understanding vie GN particles, people were able to understand each other more, and crime was being lowered. But there were still the people who refused to understand each other, who could not empathize with anyone that was not themselves.

Just as Ben, Master Myers, Lacus, Cosmos and many more worried if there dream really was impossible Iger came up with a idea that might be the radical move to change things, the Homeostasis Axiom Matrix connection, the path to create a link between the hearts of every living soul. Under the Homeostasis Axiom Matrix people would have their minds linked together, they would have flash's of other's trama so they would realize how painful there acts could be and could no longer cling to there deluded version of reality.

To the wary Enji it sounded perfect, a peaceful way so that everyone would share there pain, so that people who were about to sin would feel the pain of what those actions cause and stop out of remorse or fear, since the pain would be their own.

It was not the solution that everyone thought was great, and many had doubts,even the Masters knew that this plan was only a few steps away from a act of darkness, far to close to the acts such as Artorius Collbrande, a follower of Kira who during the Cosmic War caused countless atrocities in the name of reason, and was on the verge of sealing away all the humans on his world's emotions to bring " peace" till he was killed by his sister in law Velvet Crowe, or how Madara Uchiha tried to give everyone happyness, by binding there will to the Infinite Tsukuyomi genjutsu and give them there dream life, by making them only live in dreams.

But even so, no one had any better ideas on how to unite pepole. If it was a peaceful way of getting pepole to understand, if it was a " patch" to humanity's cycle of failing and no one died, it seemed worth testing on some scale rather then just giving up on being able to change anything.

To Ben the idea of making a society were people were no longer isolated or misunderstood seemed perfect to someone who spent his entire pre adult life isolated because of his trouble reaching out to people and saw many of his relatives spend their entire lives isolated.

In the name of a kinder gentler world that would not revert back to racism and genocide, the Enji begun testing the Homeostasis Axiom Matrix connection.

As Cosmos saw there were sighs it was improving society, she dared to dream that her wish could be realized. However, in an instant her dream turned into a nightmare as her original sin came to haunt her, and the universe.

Beerus had slept through the entire war with the Zannacross Empire, only waking up when Zannacross attacked the Source Wall and thought it was a dream, and so was very amused that one human had brought about paradise before investigating Ben and after getting offended at a party on Deep Space Nine, demanded the Chosen one Fight him.

To the God of Destruction's shock even without his full power Beerus was not able to smack down Ben as easily as he thought he could, and this angered him.

But as dangerous as a God of Destruction's rage could be, even this was eclipsed by the sudden appearance of invaders. All confusion of this being some sick joke was swept aside as a planet came out of a hole in the sky.

Cosmos was as shocked as everyone else as she realized that the Master of these Black Swans and Dimensional Nihilo Generals, this so called Rabum Alal and his Wandenreich that appeared without her and any of her angels being aware, was her first son, the Beyonder.

The Beyonder 's godly rageful blitzkrieg was so sudden and savage that the only way to escape it was for Whis and Valdos to save Ben, Lacus, and the allies that were around them at the time with their Time Reversal magic.

Cosmos's first child, who was little more then a raging beast when she and Zannacross lobotomies him, and somehow awaken after all this time. Maybe it was a side effect of defeating Zannacross, but all that Cosmos, and all her champions knew is that while the Beyonder still did not have a full grasp on things such as time or death, his instinct of revenge, of hatred for everything Cosmos and Zannacross created after they denied his existence was all to apparent.

Only by having Ben, Lacus and her angels tell the Enji about the Beyonder's " Incursion" a week before it happened where the Enji able to find her first son's agents acting in the world of Rieze Maxia, posing as the Spirius President.

While all evil souls did die after Zannacross's fused form was defeated, the Beyonder had the ability to observe the past, and recreate anyone he chose out of Steller Memory to make them his Chrono Phantasma servants.

With no time to lose, using the Star Dream and Access Arc machines Reed Richard's and others were using to investigate splinter dimensions, Cosmos's champions created the Schwarzwelt spatial distortion to breech the Beyonder's personal reality, and wage the Secret War that most of the universe was not even aware of.

Inside the Enji found the Beyonder was having countless hero's and villains throughout history fight each other to prove to the Beyonder who was worthy of being his champions.

It did not take long for the Beyonder to notice he had intruders but saw the intrusion as a way to make his game more interesting, before dividing the Enji into his various worlds.

Ben had to team up with various superhero's and keep them from killing each other in desperation to unite and defeat the crazed corrupt clone of Superman, Superboy Prime.

Doug had a bitter clash with the forces being lead under arch enemy of the Joestar family, Dio Brando, along with forces loyal to Demise, Ganondorf's original form, though the greatest threat was Doug giving in to his own anger and rage.

James helped the Chrono Phantasma of Luke Skywalker deal with twin set of memories, one from the main timeline and the other from a previous timeline before the one who trained Emperor Palpatine, Darth Plagueis, rewrote history to ruin the Jedi as his group survived the bitter clash between Kylo Ren and Darth Caedus, aka Ben Solo VS Jacen Solo, the clash of Han Solo's sons from different timelines.

Ezan had to come to terms with his past and the legacy of a warrior in peacetime as he had to deal with the likes of the Chrono Phantasma of vengeful beings such as Yuki Terumi and Ardyn Lucis Caelum, and even a enhanced version of Madara Uchiha, as Cloud fought back his lingering trauma over what Sephiroth did to him.

Lacus had to overcome the savagery of the gourmet demon Acacia and the twin cruel cunning of Android 21 and Ragyō Kiryūin while trying to figure out just what she truly wanted to do, and she even was able to keep to her belief's enough to win over the two Saiyan's Kale and Caulifla and even a Dimensional General, Midora, with her compassion and resolve.

As everyone reunited, they were confronted by the Beyonder and the Chrono Phantasma of Zamasu, but to everyone's shock the greatest threat to the Enji was one of their own, Doug Fitter.

The member of Squad 7 became resentful after the war, after most of his family became Necrocalcous and died in the aftermath, after no matter how much money he could make he could not find peace or respect, and a hatred for everyone and everything that looked down on him.

Most of all, Doug found out about the Homeostasis Axiom Matrix connection, and hated what it stood for so much that he was willing to destroy a universe were that was the law of the land.

Ben had saw Doug gleefully watch the universe shatter as the Chaotic Comedian, but hoped if they went back in time they could stop it, only to realize Doug's hate was deeper then he realized.

The Beyonder was all to delighted to see former comrades kill each other, but Ben and Lacus was able to stop Doug from being consumed by his darkness after forcing him to admit what he truly wanted most of all, not the end of everything, but to have a child one day.

While the hero's thought they had solved the problem when they severed Doug from his darkness, that relief morphed to dread quickly, because in the Beyonder's realm the Chaotic Comedian was able to detach from Doug and become his own being.

As the Beyonder looked like he was going to deal with his attackers himself, Cosmos directly intervene to turn the tables and attack her first son before he was prepared.

While even an attack strong enough to shatter a dimension was not enough to finish the Beyonder, it allowed Ben, Lacus, and the others to escape so they could regain their full power to settle things.

It was troubling enough to find out that Goku had been helping the Beyonder purely to have a fulfilling fight, and that after Zannacross was defeated the " mental blocks" placed on him after he defeated Jiren and Neo Broly eroded, and his heroic nature eroded as his obsession to fight once more over take anything else.

But after Ben pushed his restored full power to the limit to defeat Goku after merging Ultra Instinct with Super Saiyan 4, he, Cosmos and all of heaven was shocked as they were betrayed by the Master of Masters, Whis, and Belmond, Sidra, Liquiir, Quitela and Giin of the God's of Destruction.

What was even more cruel was that they were not possessed by the Beyonder, or even directly working for him, but had chosen to betray the purpose they had served of there own free will.

They were on the side of the light in the final battle with Zannacross, its just there stance changed afterwoulds, and they ensured Ben and the others went back in time to make sure there own plans would not be ruined.

But still Iger Rassilon and many of the God's of Destruction and Servitor angels were willing to destroy everything for the sake of a chance to see something new and be free to serve it. With Zannacross truly overruled Iger disagreed with Cosmos's dream more then he let on. Despite being her first angel, he disagreed with her ideas on paradise, and thought suffering was needed to make happiness worthwhile.

While he still saw himself as serving the light, it was the unseen "Ultraviolent" light, part of the "Invisible Emotional Spectrum".

To the Grand Priest he found that Cosmos and Zannacross were both arrogant to assume the natural law of the universe was settled forever. However, that was an error born out of their own arrogance. Cosmos may have always had the best intentions from form being the embodiment of light and hope.

However, he more than any other angel saw how those noble intentions can cause contradictions that can, and have caused paradox's that have caused just as much suffering as the acts of the most wicked beings in history.

One such contradiction...is that goodness and light is the natural, preferred state of the universe. It is true that many wish for goodness, sanctity, and the like to be the dominate force, it's this constant wish that has empowered Cosmos and the angels since the dawn of history.

However it is also a fact that for as much as people wish it, the truth is that between chaos and order, light and darkness, good and evil, or even balance, personal wishes aside the universe does not have to be in any one state as long as it exists.

Cosmos and Zannacross had enough differences to become bitter enemies but they both share the desire for order and harmony, albeit vastly different interruptions, and Iger wanted to force Cosmos to see that her intentions were not to far off from Zannacross, she just wanted a kinder version of the absolute order, rather then letting things progress naturally.

The universe was always in a constant state of flux. Old, gives way to new, it is the ultimate law of nature that is beyond either good or evil.

Thus, if Iger and the other traitors to heaven could prove to The One Above All that their will was superior to Cosmos, a referendum would be forced to reshape existence to reflect this superior will.

For most of existence the group's life energy was tethered to either Cosmos or Zannacross, and could not exist without them. However, if a substitute could be found, then that would no longer be the case, leading to this cruel betrayal.

Iger bluntly revealed that Cosmos, Ben, Master Myers and the others were all too eager to see harmony, even if people's will's were repressed to see it out. The Homeostasis Matrix Connection would never be accepted by everyone and that everyone was just refusing to see the other side as having any worth, just as the evil ones to be repressed.

For Whis and the others it was simpler, they were created for all of existence to have one task, and were willing to destroy everything to at last have the freedom to live there own lives, showing how much of a farce they saw Ben's plan were everyone had a task at life in his" destiny plan".

Whis and Beerus had a bitter clash to the death where, after realizing how much Whis hated what Beerus put him through for lifetimes, gave up his life to take down his overseer.

After a brutal bitter showdown, with the help of Kira and Goku and the rest of the Z-Fighters Ben's group was able to kill Iger and the rebel Gods of Destruction, but the other God's of Destruction all died to, and the One Above All suddenly appeared before everyone once more to directly talk with Ben, and make it clear that no matter how gentle paradise is, if nothing changes, to him it's the same thing as the universe dying.

As Ben and the others struggled to overcome with how badly they assumed things, Cosmos had Edna Kros appear before her. The Eternal Queen of Light had known that despite acting ditsy at times," The Queen of Never's" had more to her then she let on, but was shocked to find out she had talked more to the One Above All then she had.

Edna, and soon the" Source" itself told Cosmos she had to accept her dream was flawed and that it was time for a change, that she had to let go and see things for how they were.

Cosmos realized she had to own up to the mistakes she had made, even to the first person she wronged, the Beyonder.

She did all she could to prevent her first offspring from shattering the universe as her champions dove inside to the Beyonder's core.

Inside Ben and the others saw in their short time away the Beyonder had rebuilt his personal realm, remolding it to show what mortals valued most, to prove to the Enji that heroes were not worth much.

First the defenders fought through the cartoony "New Pork City" Brane of Magicant, showing the Beyonder thought most saw life as a show that only had value when it amused them.

Some then went to a recreation of Scala ad Caelum to show the Beyonder thought that faith was a even bigger thing that revolved around people as Lacus finished Zamasu and Ben settled the score with Mira, even as the original Dimensional General took on the identity of Ben's dark half Idious to use psychological warfare, a tactic that only ended in failure.

Meanwhile Doug, Ezan, and the others were sent to another, even more brutal area merely called the Killing Fields, an area of civilization levels of cavemen that was entirely of brutal dominance, where after going through a hoard of various hostiles they thought the primary enemy was the rouge Super Saiyan Cunber, but it was just a cruel trap by the Chaotic Comedian.

Doug's dark half had ambushed Aqua while she was separated and made her attack the others as a way to break Doug, but all it did was push him to unleash all that his master Gouken had tried to get him to learn before he died.

Doug managed to save Aqua and defeat his darkness just as Ben did the same, and while some went down in the march forward, the defenders of the universe made it to the Beyonder.

To the being who had both the power of Cosmos and Zannacross in him, for all of his godly power, he could not kill Ben, Lacus and the others. Despite his power he still lacked direct experience and using reverse psychology they were able to trick the Beyonder and endure his onslaught.

For a moment it looked like the Beyonder understood at last the true extent of his actions, but just when it seemed that there might be a way to resolve things without murder, the true master mind behind the secret wars revealed itself as the Chaotic Comedian returned, and struck the weakened Beyonder before he could react, absorbing his essence into himself, and reveal he was not really Doug's darkness, but truly Brad Fowltror.

In the end, when Ben killed Brad his soul was sent automatically to a special lair of hell where Zannacross conducted in depth torture for those he wanted to truly suffer. Zannacross did not absorb Brad's soul in the final battle because of this.

When he was on the verge of being defeated Zannacross was willing to try and awake the Beyonder to merge with him mid battle and used Brad's soul as a link. But he was interrupted during the process and when he was defeated, Brad's soul was flung into the Beyonder's personal dimension.

While just a specter, Brad was enough to awaken the Beyonder, if slowly. Unlike Kira's attempt to merge with Zannacross, since Brad was put inside the Beyonder before he could awaken, Brad was able to slowly take over the Beyonder like a parasite or a computer virus latching on to systems. He acted like he was part of the Beyonder's head, his anger that was part of him all along, and once he gained enough control he was able to reach out to Doug and mess with his head to slowly gain control of him.

He also reached out to the Master of Master's and the God's of Destruction to give them the inception of the idea to rebel to cause further chaos, all to stir up enough chaos to take over the Beyonder 's body for himself.

Unlike Kira or others in the past like Lex Luthor, Doctor Doom, Frieza, Darth Sidious and more who spent years, if not most of there lifetimes gathering various formulas and plotting detailed plans all for one moment, Brad managed to gain an even greater level of godhood only because of the devil's luck and wits.

Just like how he hustled Kevin to get into the Juggernaut Project and gain power, just how he wooed Lacus to gain control of her power, Brad's killer instinct once more allowed him to gain power few would think he deserved, and came back from near nothingness to become the biggest threat to the universe, a being of raw hate who wanted to make everything and everyone suffer for defying him what he thought he deserved and remake all of existence to a savage state where it was just him and everyone else as his prey.

While Zannacross wanted everything in existence to revolve around his hellish order, at least it was a lawful, if miserable one, while Brad wanted just pure chaos, endless suffering for anything he did not like, and all his time had made him even more deranged, truly thinking he was god, embodying humanity's ultimate ruthless desire for power over anything else.

Despite his godhood, Brad did not have enough time to adjust to it before a furious Ben, Lacus, Doug, and all the others bombarded him with all they got. As Cosmos and everyone else in the universe descended to stop the man hated by all form having his way Brad became fanatical enough to take actions such as going back to the dawn of time to prevent any thing else from existing, and even suddenly ripping Zannacross out of his own seal to try and gain more power, but with help from the Beyonder himself Brad was ripped from his godhood, and a resolute Ben finished Brad once and for all by having his very soul age to dust so that there was no chance his mind could ever rebound, truly killing him at last.

After a few more hurdles, such as Ben having to be magically sealed to endure the birth of the universe, Cosmos found herself with a situation she never expected, a sudden reunion with her divorced husband and first son. Even after being isolated for five years, a dazed Zannacross instantly tried to assimilate the Beyonder to realize his revenge, but after all this time Cosmos knew her husband all to well, and out maneuver Zannacross.

With the help of her first son, she was able to utilize the Beyonder 's Auswählen ritual that he previously used to give power to his servants, to defuse the power she, Zannacross and the Beyonder had to fulfill her and her son's true wish, to just be a normal family.

Her wish was granted and the Beyonder was able to defuse her, Zannacross and the Beyonder from there essence. Even if it meant killing who she was now, it would allow Cosmos to have a normal family, and to save the first son she wronged, so it was worth it to her. After endless lifetimes Cosmos gave up deciding she knew what was best for her children and entrusted everything to Ben Auro and Lacus Raystar.

But, while it was a happy if tragic ending for Cosmos, for the rest of the universe, not so much.

The diffusion of godly essence was not perfect, and everyone found that Brad left one last attack of revenge, a tachyon pulse launched from the dawn of time to get one last shot at revenge even from beyond the grave.

Ben and Lacus were both to tired to properly deal with the surprise, and knowing he was partly responsible for this mess, Doug volunteered to clean up the mess he started even if it killed him. But he hid from everyone he had a hidden agenda.

The member of Squad 7 had seen so much suffering from people who wanted paradise, and decided that if so much suffering was caused by people wanting to sit upon the throne of heaven, then he would shatter it to end it once and for all.

Before the dimensions could align, Doug struck the spear the angels gave him to neutralize the Tachyon Pulse incorrectly on purpose, shattering heaven, erasing the majority of the souls there and a good chunk of the angels in the process, weakening nearly everyone who got there power from the light and shattering objects such as the Tri-Force and countless others.

And to Doug's shock, the One Above All approved of this act, even ensuring Doug would survive the process. To God, it was his chance to "clean house". Cosmos and Zannacross were aspects of him, but the" Axiom" was tired of being bound to their ideas and was delighted to become "detached" from light and darkness.

God had truthfully gotten tired of angels refusing to admit that their ideas were based on the luxuries born from there privilege that did not match the reality that most mortals faced, and felt the entire universe deserved a wake-up call.

While the ever loving and kind Cosmos was the face of god that most wish, The One Above All decided to once more show that God was not ever merciful, that God was nature, god could be cruel if that's what was best for everyone as a whole, and that there was not a happy ending for everyone no matter how much wished it.

It was indeed a very harsh conclusion to the Secret Wars, for while the universe survived, it was very damaged, for what Doug did would end up being known as " cataclysmic event known as the " the Death Stranding".

Some of the After life existed after the "Death Stranding," but only a few were still controlled by the remainder of the angels and demons that survived. Now mortals had the chance to control the afterlife, and directly control it like a business.

Furthermore the Death Stranding created Beached Things" ("BTs")—invisible creatures originating from the "Beach", splinter realties thought to be unique to each person that were typically visited during near death experiences and come out of links between the now unstable mortal realm and the splintered reams of the afterlife.

The Death Stranding also created individuals known as "repatriates" who can travel back from "the Seam"—a place between the world of the living and the Beach—upon death.

BTs cause explosions known as "voidouts" when they consume the dead by necrosis, and produce rain known as "Timefall" that rapidly ages and deteriorates whatever it hits.

Unlike the Necrocalcous and other kinds of demonic ghosts in the past such as the " Hollows" the " Gnosis" and even the Boo's of the Mushroom Kingdom, they all only act like beasts, more like a storm, a new kind of weather, but a weather that was devastating as they could randomly show up, monsters that would suddenly pop out of no where and destroy everything around it, vanishing before hero's could even try and respond.

This, rapid transformation devastated the Lylat Kingdom and the Enji Knights. Everyone thought they were going to paradise, but now the universe had become more hellish then ever.

With both the Lylat Kingdom and the Enji knights foundation being the mandate of heaven, and heaven being shattered, King Atem nearly lost all trust from much of the universe and his government was transformed into the Lylat Network, in essence just a group that helped people as the various life forms decided that they would only serve themselves.

The Enji were also turned into the Savior Agents, and while it was mostly a name change officially it meant they had to have the permission from any world before acting or risk being seen as that race's enemy.

Doug Fitter was seen as the biggest sinner in all of history, with the majority of the universe hating to speak his very name, but Doug was just fine with that. Taking up the new name of Victor Makishima, as a side result of what he did Doug had gained a fraction of Zannacross's essence and gained his own version of Instant Transmission to warp to anywhere in the universe that he choose to.

But despite this Doug wanted nothing more then to be free to live how he saw fit, content he at last could live life on his terms.

But Ben was far, far less content with how things turned out. With Cosmos and Zannacross gone, he and Lacus were the nearest thing to god's left in the universe. Ben dreamed of seeing Master Myers and Cosmos's wish come true, but now the universe was more chaotic then ever.

The remark Brad gave him in their final showdown, that people wanted the freedom to hate so bad, that despite so many people's hopes, so many people loathed the idea of having to like who they hate that they would rather burn down society if it told them they had to love everyone equally.

The only thing more devastating then Doug appearing before him to reveal he would never side with him again and would always act as a agent of chaos, was God appearing before him as " Chuck" to reveal this is just what he wanted, that a world of total peace was so boring that he would rather have the Beyonder destroy everything if the "story" was going to end anyway.

Ben thought he was on the verge of leading the universe to a paradise, but now he was left with a chaotic hell, lead in practice by Edna Kross, who would just be a inactive presence who only cared if the universe was on the verge of ending, regardless of if the direction was good or evil.

There was no more destiny, no more prophecy, no more " final " destination for the universe, God's official mandate, declared to the entire universe vie the Super Dragon Ball dragon Zalama, that the only thing expected of the people of the universe, was to live. There was no longer any perfection to strive for, only one amusing, worthwhile act to the next for as long as the cycle could go on.

Many would say this proved humanity's ultimate failure, that their pride was so great they destroyed heaven and hell and shattered god itself to ensure no one could tell them to do, and that they would never be able to evolve further.

But many more were eager to say that it was the failure of the angels, the demons, and everyone else to understand what people wanted and now that the idea of perfection was forever shattered people could just enjoy life, even if it meant everyone that could not handle how life had to be taken out so that the " real men" of the universe could be free of there delusions.

The One Above All was content that the universe was now reflecting people's subconscious true wish, and told Ben that it was still possible for the universe to be better, but it would have to be one built on the true nature of people's hearts, not on naïve fantasies.

For most of its history humany has tried to think of something better, for concepts like " Homo Superior," Newtypes," Metahumans," "Innvadors" and all the other concepts pepole dreamed of, dreams of a superior race that would make the problems they hate a thing of the past.

But what most refused to admit was no matter what skills pepole mutated into obtaining , no matter what tech or magic would be realize, the basic nature would remain. Hence the " Source" deciding to force all living beings to " Wake up" with allowing Doug to alter the universe in a more radical way then even Zannacross dared.

With the idea of paradise all but destroyed, everyone would have to face up to what pepole truley are like, and if it just means they descend into double talk and delusions, then the pepole that call themselves hero's would just have to accept that most pepole are run by fantasy's from there emotions and guts over facts and reason, or admit they don't truley fight for the pepole, just those that agree with them.

Its unsure if a universe revolved around the true nature of humanity will lead to a happier place or a miserable one, but it will not be a stale one, and its up to Ben, Lacus and the others to make the most of that and find a way to find a way to carve a path to " true enlightenment" through the paradox that is pepole's ever shifting desires.

All of the virtues depend upon truth, and truth depends upon them all, for if one is not valued, the rest crumble easily. Despite what the Enji and so many before them wished, final truth in life is unattainable. Even so...its pursuit leads the individual away from unfreedom. The temptation to believe what feels right assails most people from every direction for most of their lives, and throughout most of history Zannacross and all of the mortal tyrants that followed in his wake sought for all around them to submit to a authoritarianism that leads to when there subjects could no longer tell the difference between the true and the appealing.

At the same time, the cynic who decides that there is no truth at all is the citizen who welcomes the tyrant. Total doubt about all authority is naivete about the particular authority that reads emotions and breeds cynicism. To the One Above All, to see the truth means more than just having the truth programmed into one's head, it means willingly finding a way between conformity and complacency, otherwise it's not a authentic individuality.

That no nation, no culture stands alone is the truth of integration. But at the same time the Enji and many others found out the hard way that most cultures refuse to give up their sovereignty no matter how much they would gain out of it. Even so, if citizens and residents are recognized by law, it needs some form of integration with others to exist.

If there is no truth, there can be no trust, and nothing new would appear in the mortal vacuum. Novelty arises within groups, be they entrepreneurs or artists, activist or musicians; and groups need trust. In conditions of distrust an desolation, creativity and energy veer towards paranoia and conspiracy, a veerish reputation of the oldest mistakes. As much as Cosmos spoke of freedom of association, she kept forgetting freedom is association: without it it's not possible for one to renew one's self or challenge their rulers.

The embrace of equality and truth is close and tender. When inequality is too great, the truth is too much for the miserable, and too little for the privileged. Communication among citizens depends upon equality. At the same time, equality cannot be achieved without facts, because instincts don't always lock on to reality. An individual experience of inequality might be explained away by some story of inevitability or eternity, but the collective data of inequality demand policy.

If people see history as it is, they can see their place in it, what might change, and how they can do better. If they halt the thoughtless journey from inevitability to eternity, and exit the road to unfreedom, the spiral to ruin fast approaches.

Doug was willing to bet everything that the price to true freedom was worth the pain going down that road would be on, and the One-Above-All was willing to give him a chance, and also give Ben a chance to guide people down this true road over the false roads Cosmos and Zannacross went down. Time will tell if it will be possible, but a hero is someone who fights for the right of everyone to try and go down life's road, so the hero's that are left will do everything they can to keep such values alive as long as they live.
