Rose POV

"Yes I'm getting married Andre asked me last night and I said yes" I said matter of factly.

"Oh" was all he said back to me

"Do you guys know when you want to have the wedding?" Lissa asked

"No we haven't really talked about all of the details yet but I would like to do it relatively soon. But I need to talk to Andre and see what he really wants to do" I told her

"Whatever you want to do is fine with me just tell me where and when to show up and I'll be there" Andre said with a chuckle as he and Christian came into the room. Me and Liss just laughed in response as Dimitri just glared in our direction.

"Is there a problem Guardian Belikov?" I asked pointedly

"No there is no problem Guardian Hathaway. I just came over to thank Lissa for inviting to dinner last night and to apologize for leaving so abruptly" he explained.

"And this couldn't have been done over the phone?" I questioned.

"I thought it would be politer if it was done in person and I also wasn't aware that were in charge of who gets to see Lissa and talk to her" he said pointedly.

"I never said that I was. I just think that it's a bit odd that you all the sudden have come back and hanging around here" I pointed out. For a split second I saw an emotion that I could not place cross his face. But it disappeared just as quick as it appeared and was replaced with his guardian mask that seemed to just be his permanent facial expression.

"I don't think I really need to explain myself to you Guardian Hathaway" he stated. Is he trying to get on my nerves to the point to where I have to hit him again?

"You do when it starts to involve my charge. Speaking of charges where is yours huh?" I questioned.

"I don't have a charge right now. Not that it is really any of your business anyway."

"Then don't you think you should be at court instead of being here and harassing me?" I quizzed.

"I'm not harassing you Rosemarie and I don't think why I'm here and not at court or why I don't have a charge is really any of your business. We aren't even friends are we?" he spat

"No you're right we aren't friends. We aren't anything."

"So does anyone want anything to eat?" Lissa asked trying to cut through the tension.

"I could eat" Andre and Christian said at the same time causing us to laugh a little.

"I think I'm going to go now. Thank you for having me Lissa" Dimitri said heading over to the door.

"Are you sure you don't want to stay and eat?" She questioned.

"I'm sure thank you. I have some things that I need to take care of right now. Maybe next time."

"Of course" she said. Then he turned and walk out of the house.

"Why did you get so angry at him? Wasn't he your mentor?" Christian asked.

"Yeah, I would kind of like to know too" Andre added. I realized then that I had never told them that Dimitri was the one that had hurt me and left me all those years ago.

"We were together 5 years ago; he was the one I told you guys about that just left me without saying anything but just left a letter with Liss" I confessed

"You were in love with him weren't you?" Andre asked me looking hurt and a little betrayed. I don't really blame him I should have told him the whole story years ago

"Yes, but I haven't felt those kind of feelings for since before we were even together" I answered honestly.

"Really?"

"Yes, really I love you and only you. Always and forever"

"Always and forever" he promised and kissed me.
