Last time:

Inuyasha yells.

Sesshomaru asked, "What is wrong?"

He whispers, "The baby is coming!"

"We will not make it back in time. Plus we do not know were that Alia woman went." replied Inukimi.

"Grandmama Kimi I can create a portal I just need three minutes. I studied this in the library." Rin announced.

"Hurry Rin."

Rin concentrated on the portal. In three a portal was made. They all walked threw the portal.

~The Heir is Born~

Inuyasha was rushed into the birthing room. No one was allow into the room as the one giving birth needs to do it alone to prove they are capable of being a mother. Everyone was anguish and nervous.

"AAAAHHHHAHHHHHHH. SESSHOMARU, MATE PLEASE I NEED YOU! AHHHHHUHH!"

Sesshomaru paced back and forth wanting so hard to burst through the doors and go to his mate and ease his pain.

Inu no Taisho came up behind him and grabbed him by the shoulders, "I know how you feel son I was the same way when you were born. Your mother was screaming to the max." That sentence earned him a smack up side the head. "I wanted to go and hold onto her and never let go. I knew she had to do this to prove to me that she can take care of our child. Now look at you, so strong and brave and a wonderful mate to your brother. I wish I was there to see Izayoi birth Inuyasha, but seeing him crying next to her was well enough. Just have patience. Once it is all over you can run to your mate and child."

Sesshomaru listen to his father and calmed down. He knows Inuyasha can do and he speaks through the door, "Inu, my mate, I am right here and I am not going any where. Do not worry, as soon as it is over I will hold you and our child."

Inuyasha whimpers and continues to push.

~10 hours later~

The healer came out of the room, "Lord Sesshomaru you can come in now."

Sesshomaru rushed in a stood in shock. Inuyasha was finishing breastfeeding their child and he was tired. Sesshomaru saw he was sweating, bags under his eyes, hair disarray and his breathing was harsh. Inuyasha notice his presence and smiles, "Come my mate, here is our son."

Sesshomaru walked up to the bed. He looked down and saw his son. The baby had snow white hair, fair skin, pointed ears, and like all White Inu Akita Youkai, golden eyes. He had a dark purple crescent moon on his forehead and striped red markings on his cheeks. He looked just like Sesshomaru when he was born.

"He is wonderful love." Sesshomaru nuzzled Inuyasha's hair.

"I think he will have your attitude when he is older. He did not cry when he came out." sighed Inuyasha.

Sesshomaru chuckled, "Then he will make a fearsome leader."

Inu no Taisho poke his head in, "Can we come in now? I want to see my grandson."

"Yes father you can come in, but quietly, Inuyasha needs rest."

Everyone came in silently. They all gathered around the bed.

Izayoi asked, "Can I hold him."

"Yes. Here."

Izayoi held him. Inukimi was by her side. "He is so cute. What is his name."

Sesshomaru thought for a minute. "Shiroryū."

"That is wonderful." responded Inu no Taisho

The whole family gushed over the next heir. Sesshomaru kissed Inuyasha, "Thank you love. You did a wonderful job. Now sleep I will see you when you wake up." With that Inuyasha slept.
