When the good doctor left, he knew that he could never meet anyone who will accept someone like him.

Doctorine may have liked him a little, but he doesn't want to get his hopes up. When the time comes, she will leave him too.
After all, humans have short life expectancy than most animals. Especially after what happened to the good doctor.

When strangers came, he was perplexed to see how this strange girl saves her companions from imminent danger without thinking of her own self.
She looks fragile with that scar under her left eye.
Much to his growing annoyance, she is a bit of a weirdo. Thinking of him as a food first then something else later on. He is not a toy damn it!
But then the former King came back. And she stands up against him and his minions.
She was fearless.
She even showed her true colors. She was terrifying for one who looks so delicate. And then she stares at me and smiled very widely after urging me to fight back.
With a large grin etched on her face, she told me that I could be whoever I want to be.
A reindeer with a very weird colored nose or a hybrid that is a mix of a human and an animal who aims to fulfill Doctor's dream.
And she said it was a good aspiration.
Yes, he think it really is.
And so he decided, with Doctorine's odd approval, to accept her invitation and sail with her friends.
That maybe someday, when she needs him the most, he can give her the support she needs to become what she is destined to be.
