A/N: New chapter. I really don't care if people aren't interested in this story, so I'm gonna keep updating.

Ivy's P.O.V.

As the sun begins to rise, I feel the heat against my fur. After a few moments of debating, I decide to get up and start the day of finding the other Narnians. I stand up on my tree branch and stretch out my back. Jumping down from the branch, I turn into my human self and walk back to where everyone is sound asleep… Well, most of them. Where did Lucy go?

"Guys, wake up." I say. No one moved a muscle. "Guys!" I try a little louder. Still nothing. These kids are worse than my sisters. "Guys!" I shout. Peter shoots up with a look of absolute panic written across his face.

"What's going on?" Peter asks as he tries to rub the sleepiness from his eyes.

"Any of you want to tell me where Lucy is?" I ask as I place my hands on my hips.

"What are you talking about, she's right…" Peter looks over to where Lucy should have been. Keywords: SHOULD HAVE. "Where'd she go?" Peter starts looking around with a panic look on his face.

"Peter, don't get your knickers in a twist. You start looking for Lucy, while I wake the others." Peter nods as he grabs his sword and begins his search for his youngest sister. "Alright guys, wakey, wakey." She shakes the remaining three awake.

"What's happening?" Edmund says as he stands up and stretches.

"Lucy's missing and Peter's trying to find her. Shall we go join them or do you want to go back to sleep?" Me and my damn sarcastic nature.

"Alright, alright, point taken. Let's go." They grab their weapons and we all begin looking for Peter and/or Lucy. Thankfully for my enhanced, I can hear the sound of clashing swords.

"Oh no." I take off, leaving Edmund, Susan, and Trumpkin all confused. When I reach the sound, I see Lucy crouching behind a bush and Peter fighting some dark-haired boy that looked to be about a year older than Peter. I go over to her and put my arm around her to keep her safe. I watch the fight continue as Peter's sword gets stuck in a tree and he loses his grip on it. The dark-haired boy tries to get it free, but a sound causes everything to stop.

"No. Stop!" Lucy shouts from where we are standing. Peter takes a moment to really look at the boy.

"Prince Caspian?" Peter asks.

"Yes, and who are you?" Caspian asks. Peter opens his mouth, but Susan beats him to the punch. Great timing.

"Peter!" Susan yells as her, Edmund and Trumpkin all show up. Edmund comes over to Lucy and I.

"Are you two alright?" He asks as he places a hand on Lucy's shoulder. Lucy and I both nod and he goes back to the bigger conversation. By now, all these different Narnians have arrived and were backing up the dark-haired boy.

"I thought you'd be older." Wrong move there, Princy. Peter looks at him with an amused expression on his face.

"Well if you'd like, we can come back in a few years." Peter acts like he's about to walk away, but Caspian quickly reacts.

"No! It's just… You aren't exactly what I was expecting." Caspian looks at each of the kids and for some reason, his gaze lingers at Susan.

"Neither are you…" Edmund trails off as he looks at the minotaur a few yards from him. The minotaur looks at Edmund and cocks his head in confusion. I have to stifle a laugh.

"A common enemy unites even the oldest of foes." Trufflehunter says. Badgers and their infinite wisdom. Caspian then looks at me as his eyes widen in realization.

"It's you." Everyone turns to me with confusion all over their faces.

"You know Ivy?" Peter asks.

"Is that her name?" Caspian looks at Peter frantically. When Peter nods, Caspian breaks out in a large smile. "She more commonly known as the Witch of Legend."

"Witch of Legend?" Lucy looks at me.

"Not a name I picked for myself just as a side note." I say and I can hear Edmund chuckle beside me.

"Legend says that when this witch appears and fights by your side, you are destined to win the battle. There are more witches but if there is battle coming, you want the Witch of Legend to be in your army." Caspian explains the old legend. "Not only is this woman a magnificent enchantress, she is also a righteous warrior." Caspian falls to his knees in front of me. "Madame of Legend, will you do us the honor of fighting by our side to defeat the Telmarines."

"Prince Caspian is it?" He looks up at me with complete adoration.

"Yes, your excellence."

"First, please stand up because you look very foolish and second I am here for that very reason. I am here to guide not only the sons of Adam and the daughters of Eve through this battle but all narnians to freedom and peace." Everyone starts cheering as Caspian rises from the forest floor.

"Thank you." He says to me. I nod as he goes back to talk to Peter.

"Madame, you should know that I am humbly at your service." A little mouse says as he scurrys over to me and bows, taking of the little feather he wore around his left ear.

"Please just call me Ivy and you don't have to bow. I'm not my sisters." I explain to the small mouse. "But it is comforting to know that there are some creatures who can handle a sword. What is your name, small one."

"Reepicheep, your excellence." The mouse says, excitedly.

"Madame." I hear Caspian come up behind me. Both Edmund and I turn to face the young Telmarine prince. "We would like to show you our base camp for this battle and go over some strategies."

"Well then, lead the way." We all begin a trek through the forest toward an open field and on the far side of the field is a temple of some sort and I immediately feel my stomach clench so tight that I thought I almost stopped breathing. I know exactly what this place was and I promised myself that I would never come back here again. I must have looked upset because Edmund puts a hand on my shoulder.

"Are you alright?" Worry dances in his eyes.

"Yes, yes I'm fine." As we walk across the field toward the temple, I feel my father's presence and I know he wants to talk to me so I go into a bit of a dazed state as I enter my mind to speak to my father.

"Father, I don't know if I can do this. They have such high expectation all because of that ludicrous legend that I'm some skilled warrior."

"My dear little one, from the day you were born I knew you were going to do great things that would benefit all of Narnia. When opportunities like this arise, you can't back away, you must face it head on and not be afraid."

"That's easy for you to say, father. You are Aslan. The great lion and the fearless protector of Narnia. I'm just me."

"You are right. You are my child. You have limitless abilities if you just believe in yourself and believe in me. Do you believe in me, child?"

"Of course, father."

"Then have no fear." I can feel my father's presence slipping away as I come back to reality to see that we are at the entrance to the How. The siblings start walking in as Caspian and I stay behind. Lucy turns around and notices that we are both hesitating. I'm hesitating because this is the place where my father was killed but I have no idea why Caspian is holding back.

"Are you coming or not?" Lucy asks with a smile on her face. Is there ever a time when she's not smiling? I walk into the How after the siblings as see that the main chamber is full of narnians, who are ready for a fight. Being in this chamber just reminds me of what that crazy witch tried to do to my father and my family and suddenly I feel a burning rage within my very soul.
