"Come on Natsu, you've been complain about a toothache for the last week, you really need to go see the dentist." Lucy said, trying to drag her partner through the streets of Magnolia. "No I haven't, it's totally fine!" Natsu said, digging in his heals. The determined blond had a surprising amount of strength or maybe it was his nerves making him weak, but whatever the case Lucy was actually making headway, though Fairy Tail might have to pay to fill in some ditches later.
"Don't make me call out Aquarius to help me get you there, not only will she be in a bad mood, but I will be after she has swept me along for the ride too." Lucy threatened. A chill went down Natsu's spine as he replied with a weak "Aye." He still dragged his feet a little, but he was actually moving them on his own now so Lucy couldn't complain.
Finally they reached the dentist and Lucy pulled him in behind her, making him settle in a chair while getting him signed in. Natsu didn't like the sounds he could hear coming from the other rooms, his dragon hearing wasn't working in his favor this time. Soon he was called in and the dentist sat beside him and asked "Where does it hurt?" "Nowhere, really, my friend was just being over protective." Natsu said, trying to grin but moaning and grabbing the side of his face as he did.
The dentist gave a half smile and said "Why don't you let me take a look?" Natsu wanted to deny him, but he knew that a Lucy Kick would be in his future if he gave the dentist any problems, so he acquiesced. "So tell me Natsu, when did the pain begin?" asked the dentist. "After I got in a fight with Gray last week, but he started it!" Natsu replied. The dentist only smiled for an answer as he told him to open wide.

A while later, Natsu re-entered the waiting room. Lucy was there still and she stood up, asking with a smile on her face "How did it go?" Natsu's answer didn't make any sense to her, but thankfully the dentist was right behind him and said "He had a good sized crack in it that I had to patch up, I had to give him something to help with the pain so don't let him eat or drink for a while." Lucy groaned and said "Easier said than done." Sure enough, the moment they got to the guild, Natsu ordered some food by pointing at what he wanted.
Shortly, Natsu had the guild to himself, but the Fire Dragon Slayer didn't care, it just meant more food for him.
Totally jinxed myself by writing this XD Went to the dentist today with what I thought was your run of the mill toothache, turns out my "it's coming in straight so leave it" wisdom tooth is coming in at an angle and is pushing against the tooth in front of it. So I've got an appointment to go get it removed, in which they will have to break it... yay...
