like, seriously, boys. think about it. you ever seen a balkanese motherfucker playing darkrp? maybe darkrp is a massive cultural landmark in the balkans, and they've even structured some of their justice system after it. i can see it now, motherfuckers getting 2 week balkan bans for RDM.
i've never personally met or known anybody from the balkans, though. i really have no insight into the topic other than pure speculation.
