Chapter 60

"Everything will be undone?" asked Ichigo. "What does that even mean?"

"I can assure you that we are as puzzled as you are," said Jugram. "We are still trying to figure that out, but we were pushed to this planet because we are still being attacked by these neithermen."

Ichigo was worried about this new development. Division Zero was the most powerful division in Soul Society, and they left the Soul King in the hands of the Quincy. Why does this bother him?

"We need your help with getting rid of these neithermen. That way, our base can be safe from attacks-"

"Why not just move to Soul Society?" The Quincy in the room stopped breathing for a moment when he said that. Bambi started to laugh for a couple of seconds.

"What the hell are you on about, Shinigami?! Are you nuts?!" Bambi sighed. "You really are a funny guy. Would have been my type had you got a couple of brain cells in there..."

"Like I'd care about being liked by you." Bambi immediately got flustered, while Askin started to laugh loudly.

"I was actually thinking of doing so," said Jugram. "We have no choice in this situation. We cannot survive against their forces alone."

"THE HELL DO YOU MEAN JUGRAM?!" Bambi was enraged by what he just said. "THEY SCREWED US FOR CENTURIES! And now that we're in this corner, you just want us to go-"

"So," interrupted Jugram, "if you have problems with my command, you can fight against the neithermen by yourself."

"You wouldn't fare too well, my dearest."

That voice came from the crystal. Jugram turned to it immediately. Ichigo and the others widened their eyes.

"Are you awake...Yhwach?" Ichigo said.

"Yes, my son...I am awake for now. I'm glad to see that you are still alive under these circumstances."

"Do you know why..."

"Jugram has told you what I know." The man was somehow able to make facial expressions inside the crystal. "I am afraid that the worlds are in danger and the real cause of this nightmare is beyond belief."

"So then, the question is, are you able to live with being near the Shinigami, my lord?" Jugram looked nervous, but felt calmer when Yhwach made a warm smile to him.

"I don't have anything against that decision to move. I will tell the Quincies right now about it."

Yhwach closed his eyes and for a moment, time froze. Ichigo was shocked that he could transmit messages in his state. Immediately, he could tell that there was confusion up in the camp, but he hoped that the Quincies decided to work things out with each other.

"Say, Yhwach..." Ichigo steeled himself before addressing the crystal. "How long have you knew about the keyblade...?"

"As you were told, I have heard about the heartless and the nobodies when I was a child. The keyblade was brought up as the key to release hearts. I assume that you must have learned how to wield the power of one now that you had outside contact with the world...?"

"I do. With the power that I have, I can -"

"Do nothing but watch as war destroys everything." Yhwach interrupted.

"What?" Ichigo was taken a bit back at his statement.

"Have you forgotten? These neithermen are not the only beings that are creating chaos. Organization XII, Maleficent, and who knows how many others, are taking advantage of what's going on throughout the universes."

Ichigo pondered about this. Truthfully, he wanted this all to end, and for peace to return - but that does not seem like it is happening anytime soon. Not if a war was about to break out...

"It seems like my time's up." Yhwach's voice was drifting away. "Before I go to sleep, be careful, Ichigo Kurosaki. You are immensely powerful, but the world around you is much more vicious. Until we meet again, my son..."

The crystal stopped glowing, and his eyes closed. Ichigo got up and started to head outside.

"WAIT A MINUTE, DIPSHIT!" Bambi got up and grabbed him. "How are you gonna get all of us out of here?!"

"I can teleport us to Soul Society right now..." Ichigo grabbed something from his pocket, showing a kunai with some characters on it. "Apparently, Mayuri found this and sent it to me back when I was training. I can teleport all of us as long as my energy connects to it. So let's get moving before we waste time."

"Well then," Askin said, "guess it's time to see all those miserable guys again."

Ichigo went outside, and the Quincy force looked shocked at him. One of the ones that tried to attack him earlier stepped up to him.

"S-so...you aren't going to kill us?"

"Nope." Ichigo grabbed the kunai, and enclosed his aura onto it. Suddenly, all of the Quincy there got covered in energy. They looked shocked, with the exception of Jugram.

"Time to head out." Instantaneously, they vanished.

"It's a sin to this world that he lives."

A hooded man sat in a room full of bones. He was sitting on a chair that was essentially bones and at a table make up of long bones, as if they came from a giant. He was staring at a projection of someone.

"Then again...is it really a sin to just the world? It's a sin to anything alive...to anything dead...and to anything in between and outside of life and death. Sin is all over the universe, and it keeps piling up because of this...boy..."

The hooded man wielded an aura around him. The bones began to crack under the pressure of the aura, resulting in them breaking the room apart. The man teleported outside of the room and began walking down a hallway.

"It is obnoxious. Our world is meant to be filled without sins. Everyone, however, seems to add onto the sins even more lately. It seems like as if I need to correct this world so that we can live without evil."

Another man was walking next to him.

"You need to chill, my friend. It's a sin holding hatred to anyone."

"You would say that, Reviver." The man sighed. "There is hatred, but the sin relates to the one who's upset the balance. Someone who has done so much more than our brethren to destroy the stability of the universe."

"I see..." Reviver groaned and stretched. "Who is this sinner, Punisher?"

Punisher was silent for a moment. Reviver could tell that there was pure hatred in his voice when he spoke.

"This brat, along with his friends and enemies, have broken down everything that kept the universe stable. Had they stood by, they could have allowed peace and justice to come through. Instead, they are prolonging fate, making all of this meaningless."

"So...what's the name?" Reviver saw that Punisher was beyond enranged, and the fury was present when he spoke his next sentence.

"The boy's name is Sora."
